Wyjaśniliśmy tam, czym obsługa klienta w swojej istocie jest i jakie ma znaczenie w rozwoju kancelarii prawnej. A ma znaczenie niebagatelne, jeśli nie podstawowe dla rozwoju kancelarii i każdego innego biznesu.
Dziś natomiast chciałbym Ci opowiedzieć o tym, jaki jest najważniejszy element obsługi klienta. I nie jest nim, jak najczęściej się mówi, zachwycanie klientów czy przekraczanie ich oczekiwań. Perfekcyjna obsługa klienta polega tak naprawdę na czymś innym.
