on the board. We have some early college football and
NFL bets for you, and of course, our world famous
(00:22):
parlay of the Day Art the Caesar joining me Joe Ranaii.
You're watching the best betting show ever. Hit that like button,
subscribe to our channel and make sure to put up comments.
Lots of incredible comments yesterday, so much fun art. We
had a great show yesterday. Steve Merrill sitting in your seat.
(00:43):
He did a good job, right.
Speaker 2 (00:45):
I love to see Steve Merrow. I love to see him.
Speaker 3 (00:48):
He's a good guy, always a friend anytime I was
on with him. I'm not sure about this Brian Power guy.
So maybe we found a replacement.
Speaker 1 (00:56):
Yeah, nobody is.
Speaker 4 (00:57):
You know.
Speaker 1 (00:58):
I heard Brian Power is Thursday and Friday, so check
that out. Oh shut up, guys, let's get straight into it.
We got a big show. Let's talk. We've got some
early discussion already. We're gonna you're gonna tell us where
the money is going on the Browns and the Bears,
the Colts and the Seahawks, and I'm curious about this
(01:22):
Panthers Saints game. Nice victory by the Saints. Panthers up bye,
ill us in on those three and then we'll get
into some college football.
Speaker 3 (01:31):
Absolutely Cleveland at Chicago. Obviously, Chicago comes off a really
tough loss in the division with Green Bay open six
and a half, Sharp slate six and a half, Sharps
lead seven. There's now up over that key number of seven.
Seven and a half point home favorite to Cleveland. Totals
ticked up half a point, which is surprising in a
(01:52):
Browns game. Open thirty nine and a half. Now forty
Colt Seattle. This is gonna be How high is this
number gonna get?
Speaker 5 (02:00):
At?
Speaker 3 (02:00):
The culture bringing in Philip Rivers for tryouts, Riley Leonards
not an NFL quarterback. We open this thing eleven. Sharp's
instantly jumped on that. We're now thirteen and a half
on this game. This game probably approaches fourteen, probably even
gets over fourteen, because how could anyone back Indianapolis right now?
(02:21):
And this game this is You're right, This has been
a fascinating game because we have groups on both sides
that we respect Carolina at New Orleans we got really
respected money on three. Then when we went to two
and a half, respected money on two and a half,
we're now Carolina minus two and a half minus one twenty.
So we've kind of split it a little bit. We're
(02:43):
probably not going to go back to three. Feels like
two and a half minus one twenty is gonna be
the booking number, but we'll see, you know. Obviously, as
the week progresses, total was thirty nine and a half.
Now forty and a half. Just moved with the market
on that.
Speaker 6 (02:57):
Wow, I'm curious, Art, had the Bears won that game
against Green Bay, would you even have opened up under
a touchdown? You think? Or do you think? What do
you think they're seeing right now? Where listen? Recency bias
plays a big part what's going on here. You just
saw Cleveland drop thirty some odd points even against Tennessee,
(03:20):
and you saw Chicago lose again. So I'm wondering would
that have opened up a touchdown or more to begin with,
had they won that game.
Speaker 3 (03:29):
I think the perfect way to answer that show is
we opened six and a half. We've taken money at
six and a half and seven and now seven and
a half, I think a bear win. We started seven, yeah,
I don't think there's any question about it.
Speaker 2 (03:42):
We started seven.
Speaker 4 (03:43):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (03:44):
So all right, let's let's let's do the inverse of
that question, because Caleb Williams didn't muck up the ending there.
He basically could have run for an earth down easily.
I mean easily. I would have been able to crawl
for eorst down uh on that play. And he made
(04:07):
a horrible.
Speaker 6 (04:08):
Pass one from the gola. I mean they were all, yeah, interception, Well.
Speaker 1 (04:16):
Then he could have run it in. Then he could
have run it in or a touchdown whatever.
Speaker 6 (04:21):
Though that's what I'm why Ben Johnson a pass when
you've been running the ball like I don't understand the
play callably an RPO.
Speaker 1 (04:29):
It was probably an RPO and Caleb made the wrong decision. Well,
regardless of that, they could have won that game. And
there we have Green Bay at minus two and a
half against a Denver team that's won ten straight. Would
Green Bay be favored if Chicago had won that game?
Speaker 2 (04:56):
Green Bay is favored? What do you mean?
Speaker 4 (04:58):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (04:59):
Would they be favored? Would they be favored? Now? If
Chicago had beat Green Bay.
Speaker 6 (05:07):
But they opened as a favorite, if I'm not mistaken, right, Yeah,
so yeah they were flip, they were always a favorite.
Speaker 1 (05:15):
So I'll ask the question exactly the same way, because
these two idiots aren't listening. Had Chicago of won the
football game, would Green Bay be favored?
Speaker 6 (05:28):
Now?
Speaker 2 (05:29):
Yes? Still?
Speaker 1 (05:31):
Oh? Still okay?
Speaker 4 (05:32):
Well, actually green Bayed.
Speaker 3 (05:37):
Green Bay's public based, public and they're also a sharp
play and Denver no one sharp wise has taken Denver
all year and there really hasn't been despite all the
winning public people who want to come back Denver. Green
Bay fits both you know scenarios where they're a public
team and they're a sharp team. So yeah, they would
(05:57):
have opened a favorite regardless.
Speaker 6 (05:58):
Green Bay has got I mean, don't forget press the
green Bay took a lot of money against the Bears.
Speaker 4 (06:04):
You know, the.
Speaker 6 (06:04):
Bears were like the Darling right, they were not trendy
dog art and green Bay still got money. Uh you know,
last week, let me ask your let's go the flip
on that press art. Had had the Raiders not kicked
the field goal and Denver not covered that and they
had actually won by ten, would the line have changed
(06:26):
any there? Would we be looking at den I mean,
how many losses is that with Denver now with in
the stuards, not losses ats losses in the most ass
and nine ways that we've seen.
Speaker 2 (06:38):
Yeah, yeah, it's it's a great point.
Speaker 3 (06:40):
But and listen, obviously the Raider game was one of
the wackiest things we've all ever seen. But this is
how Green or Denver wins their games. They never really win,
they never they never cover. I mean that's Breesday Night
game against the Raiders in Denver. They probably should have lost.
Speaker 2 (06:57):
To the Raiders.
Speaker 3 (06:58):
I mean, you know that has had a lot of
these type of games. So Denver is just a weird
team that nobody knows what to do with. So the
Sharps have stayed far away from them, and the public
stayed far away from them as well.
Speaker 1 (07:11):
Yeah, well, we're gonna get into that game a little
later on in the week. All right, let's look at
the college football playoffs. Look, we get big, big, big
line moves in college football bowl season, massive line moves.
Let us know if you think any big line moves
(07:31):
are coming in the college football playoffs. And where's the
money so far?
Speaker 3 (07:37):
Yeah, and obviously, over the next couple of weeks, we'll
be discussing all these bowl games, and you know, two
or three weeks down the road, we'll say, hey, this
game opened minus three and now it's plus ten.
Speaker 2 (07:48):
It's gonna happen. I mean, that's what bolseason is.
Speaker 3 (07:50):
But the playoff games, really three of them, we've been
pretty steady.
Speaker 2 (07:55):
On Oregon.
Speaker 3 (07:55):
We opened twenty one. It's James Madison still twenty one
old miss We opened sixteen and a half against Tulane.
We moved to seventeen because we were on the low end.
Speaker 2 (08:05):
We just kind of don't.
Speaker 3 (08:06):
Know what the you know, Lane Kiffin, you know, I
know they already played, but Kiffin's gone. How does that
affect the team. So we were on the low end.
We moved to seventeen just to kind of get to
market on that game. The A and Miami game three
and a half four, we're three and a half. We're
a little bit lower on the game. I mean it's
kind of split three and a half four across the board.
(08:26):
The real game, though, that we've taken money on and
action was the Alabama Oklahoma game, which, out of the
games in this little four you know pack, that's gonna
be the game that sees the most money. We took
Oklahoma sharp money. We were Alabama minus one and a half.
We were on the high end. We believed Alabama should
be favored. There were a lot of picks out there,
(08:47):
and we were on the high end Alabama, and we
saw some sharp accounts take Oklahoma with that one and
a half. So we're now at pick. So instant money
for us was Oklahoma sharp one.
Speaker 2 (08:58):
And a half.
Speaker 6 (09:01):
Well, let me, I mean it's I'm still laughing that.
You know, twelve of the best teams in the country
and two of those fucking spreads are three three scores
of more art Like, I mean, come on, give me
a break here. I mean, yeah, these are the best
teams in the country. All right, But how about that
Miami one. I'm interested because Miami, everyone nobody wants them,
(09:22):
is a favorite art. But obviously, as a dog here
three and a half, four or four and a half
somewhere in that ballpark, you think Miami gonna get any
love here this week? Or is everyone still gonna be
bent at Notre Dame's not in.
Speaker 3 (09:39):
I think they will, Joe, and I think that's why
we were on the lower end. We didn't want to
be four or four and a half. We're almost saying, hey,
you want to come take A and M, Come lay
three and a half, you know, and let's look at
someone we respect will of course move the number. That's
how we operate, you know. Sometimes we put up numbers
to kind of see, you know, are we off on that?
(10:00):
So we not, you know, but no respected accounts have
come and laid that three and a half yet, So
we figured if we were four or four and a half,
the respected accounts would take Miami. So we're fine taking
money on three and a half of A and M
and listen, we'll let the game play out over here
in the next couple of weeks, you know, on how
we're going to book this game.
Speaker 1 (10:20):
Art de Caesar joining us from the Westgate, Joe Nire
and myself. You're watching the best betting show ever hit
that like button, guys in the Fade are not made section.
I'm going to throw the worst teams in the NFL
at you, and we're going to discuss whether to fade
or not fade them. And we're going to do that
(10:40):
largely because there's betting opportunities ahead on some of these
shit teams. So I will talk to both Joe and
Art about that. Let's get into our parlay of the day,
Joe Niari, did we win our parlay of the day yesterday?
I know I won my leg and I know Steve
Merrill won his? Did you win yours?
Speaker 4 (11:01):
They won?
Speaker 6 (11:02):
I don't think they covered. But yeah, well, I mean
it's it is a money line parlay. So but okay,
so it wasn't.
Speaker 1 (11:10):
The money line parlay.
Speaker 4 (11:12):
I played the under what Yeah, but I said money
what we do? Okay?
Speaker 1 (11:21):
Two in a row.
Speaker 4 (11:23):
There we go?
Speaker 6 (11:25):
Was like, why why are we laying you know why
we laying points?
Speaker 4 (11:31):
And we can just take the money line on a
three teamer?
Speaker 1 (11:34):
I mean, okay, do you bro? Should we do another
public services announcement for that?
Speaker 6 (11:40):
We should definitely get Debbie on the show. I'm just
saying you should.
Speaker 1 (11:48):
Okay, Haarley of the Day Leg number one, I'm gonna
stick on, guys. I'm gonna take Winnipeg in Dallas. Those
two guys, those two teams have played against each other
eight and two to the under. I'm gonna take what.
Can I get a six and a half? Art? Can
I get a sixth? No?
Speaker 4 (12:09):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (12:10):
One six and a half at Vanduel. That's what I'm
taking six and a half of me on the under Joe.
Speaker 6 (12:17):
Interesting, all right, Miami heat tonight money line gives it
simple art.
Speaker 3 (12:25):
Yeah, I love that. Taking a short home favorite in
the NHL. Give me the Penguins at home against the Ducks.
Speaker 1 (12:33):
Oh, it's a nice spot to play against the Ducks
to art, So I like that play.
Speaker 6 (12:39):
Okay, in regulation, nobody are they even playing to me?
Speaker 4 (12:44):
Are they? I think they're playing.
Speaker 1 (12:47):
And there's a ton of money coming in on Buffalo. Yeah,
we've got We've got from minus two point thirty to
minus two hundred. There's a minus one six at two books.
So yeah, aren't you taking money on Buffalo?
Speaker 2 (13:05):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (13:05):
I mean, listen, there has been plenty of fade opportunities
for at least a public to look at Edmonton and
say we're going to go against them. So it doesn't
shock me that that money comes in on Buffalo.
Speaker 1 (13:18):
Yeah, Okay, to fade or not to fade. I'm going
to talk ship teams. We're gonna go through them one
at a time. We're going to start with the New
York Jets. They are plus eleven and a half against Jacksonville,
and I think there might be some value betting on
this team. Guys, I think they're showing that they care.
(13:38):
They're plague with their coach. They might be a they
might be a bet on team, but I hate betting
these ship teams. Joe, clearly you're hating on the Jets.
Speaker 6 (13:52):
Who's the quarterback, right, Brady Cook? Because he's healthy in.
Speaker 1 (13:57):
That game, Jeff Jeff George, Jeff George is coming.
Speaker 6 (14:03):
Pulling a page out of Indies Port, I got it.
Speaker 1 (14:06):
Yeah, or Jake Plumber.
Speaker 6 (14:08):
Well, they should ask Boomer because he was a former
Jet at one point, so why not at that point? No,
there's no way, legit that we can look at that,
and they have no interest in winning games. There's no
benefits for anymore saying that.
Speaker 1 (14:22):
No, we keep saying that, and then these teams come
out and win games. Art, what about the Jets?
Speaker 2 (14:28):
No way, Prez.
Speaker 3 (14:31):
I look at that number, and I'm with you, I
want to say, and I know Jacksonville has been good,
but who are they to lay that number?
Speaker 2 (14:37):
But the Jets have been awful?
Speaker 1 (14:40):
Jets?
Speaker 3 (14:41):
Yeah, true, but pretty Cook is going to be the
starting quarterback for the Jets.
Speaker 2 (14:47):
That's an instant fad for me.
Speaker 4 (14:48):
Yeah, I agree with the Browns.
Speaker 1 (14:51):
Guys. You know, I look at the Browns and I'm like, Okay,
they got maybe top three D unit in the league.
This D unit has to be like, screw you, I'm done.
So I think the Browns are a fade team moving forward. Joe.
Speaker 6 (15:07):
Yeah, I think that they are slowly but surely going
to get all the public loves Shador.
Speaker 4 (15:13):
Oh look at what he did.
Speaker 6 (15:14):
Look at all those yards he passed for. Oh if
they only would have went for two with him on
the Oh stop it. No, this team is awful. Stefanski
is awful. He is probably no longer going to be
there at the end of this year. Oh but the
good news, President Deshaun Watson has been activating that right, Yeah,
you'll be back, So that's good news for the Yeah. No,
(15:36):
they are absolutely a fade And listen, I hope Shador
has another halfway decent showing so we can fade him
again next week too, when the public is all over him.
Speaker 1 (15:46):
Yeah. I guys, I have two things I keep forgetting
to mention, So I'm going to do it right now
in this show, in this moment, Price is right.
Speaker 4 (15:56):
I made it. Oh god, Puss, Oh no, how did
you make it? How did you make in town?
Speaker 1 (16:06):
Doesn't matter, I'm not in town.
Speaker 2 (16:08):
You won't be in town?
Speaker 4 (16:10):
What mean you won't be in town? What does that mean?
Speaker 1 (16:13):
The taping for the Price Right? Yeah, one of the
taping for The Price Is Right? Is this Friday?
Speaker 4 (16:19):
Okay?
Speaker 1 (16:20):
Whistler? No, no, I believe on Thursday?
Speaker 4 (16:26):
Oh my god? So you are, Oh my god?
Speaker 6 (16:31):
And just so we can let people and let me
make sure I get this here, pras because I don't
want to if I'm not mistaken.
Speaker 4 (16:40):
How long ago was that?
Speaker 1 (16:42):
That was? I have about two? About a month ago,
six weeks ago?
Speaker 5 (16:47):
And this you're fifty six years old? Why are you
playing hockey outside in your front?
Speaker 1 (16:53):
I'm getting ready to be on the Price Is Right?
Speaker 5 (16:55):
What is hockey up to do with the Price Is Right?
Speaker 1 (16:57):
Well, when I win, I'm gonna buy my hometown team,
the Toronto make beliefs stick drop, Okay?
Speaker 7 (17:06):
And that is what got you on the Oh and yeah,
I know, because you know, why aren't I would cancel
my trip if I was guaranteed to be a contestant.
Speaker 1 (17:20):
But all you're guaranteed is to be in the damn audience,
and you have I think they taped five shows on Friday,
so I'll have five. I think they'll they would pick me.
I do believe they would pick me, given that I
have such an awesome personality. But I'm going skiing. Man,
there's nothing the Price is Right. Well, there's no present,
(17:40):
no prize that I could win on the Price is
Right that I would give up the ski trip.
Speaker 6 (17:44):
So you made us sit through that video for like
a week straight.
Speaker 4 (17:49):
We had to play.
Speaker 6 (17:50):
We had to sit there and watch that so you
could be on the We even took bets on whether
or not you'd make it on the Canadian price.
Speaker 4 (17:58):
Now you're not going yes.
Speaker 1 (18:01):
And the other thing I wanted to mention, well, you.
Speaker 6 (18:04):
Didn't make it, So now all the bets are refund
That's correct, now exactly. You know what, the other day,
when you get back, we're going to do our own
best betting show ever version of The Price is Right,
just so we can we can have something that says
pres was on the Price is Right.
Speaker 1 (18:22):
Well, uh, we'll get into that later. Let me tell
you the second thing that I keep forgetting to mention
right smack in the middle of Fate or Not Fade,
Joe and Airy, are you aware that Pete Carroll has
done it before. He has covered the spread for absolutely
(18:42):
no reason before. Do you know that story?
Speaker 4 (18:47):
Well I saw the game.
Speaker 6 (18:51):
Yeah, I saw they did, and he was just like, oh,
I know, you guys don't understand.
Speaker 4 (18:57):
And then he talked for like five minutes and.
Speaker 6 (18:59):
Then he gave reason. Like never gave a reason. I
didn't even try to get us to understand. So I
don't get Pete Carroll. Either he's senile or he's full
of ship and knew exactly what the spread and the
total was in that.
Speaker 1 (19:11):
Of course, Joe Joe Buffalo was what was it? Uh?
He was playing for New England. New England I think
was minus three. They were playing Buffalo. There was a uh,
there was a hail Mary thrown by New England. This
(19:32):
was right before Bill Belichick's days. I'm guessing the quarterback
was probably like Easen or something. There's a there's a reference, Yeah, Blitzoe,
of course, Blitsoe. So they threw the they threw ail
Mary into the end zone. There was a pass interferrance
(19:52):
call Buffalo, which lost Buffalo the game. Buffalo was so
pissed off that they went to the dressing room. Because
they went to the dressing room Bill Bella. Pete Garrell
told his kicker to just walk it into the end
zone for a two point conversion which covered the three.
Speaker 3 (20:14):
So you're his And that was and that, I believe
pres was the ninety four season, which was the first
year of the two point conversions.
Speaker 1 (20:24):
Wow. Yeah. And he said on camera that he that
people have never given him for it, and yet he
did it again. Tennessee Titans. I think the Tennessee Titans
might be a bet on team moving forward. Art, I'm
telling you that flat out, like, they don't need a quarterback.
(20:46):
They are playing hard, their defense is looking better, their
coaches playing or coaching opportunities, they're trying to improve their quarterback.
This team's a bet on team for me.
Speaker 5 (21:00):
Art.
Speaker 2 (21:01):
Yeah, I don't disagree.
Speaker 3 (21:02):
Obviously, in these last you know, four something games, you
might have to pick your your spots here. But you're right,
they don't need a quarterback. I'm getting the first or
second pick, doesn't matter. They're gonna play out the string
and they're gonna see how much cam Ward can improve
down the stretch here.
Speaker 2 (21:17):
So I'm with you, President. I think they're gonna play hard.
Speaker 1 (21:21):
Joe.
Speaker 6 (21:22):
Yeah, they'll play hard and they'll get their ass handed
to them because they suck.
Speaker 4 (21:27):
Absolutely not nude.
Speaker 6 (21:30):
No, no, I am not expecting bad teams to do
good things this time of year. Not the Jets, not Tennessee.
Ah No, absolutely not.
Speaker 1 (21:42):
Art. I feel like this is gonna be the running
theme with Joe Niari for the I have paid the Raiders.
This Raiders team is a nightmare. I think beat Carol
might be coming to the end of screwing betters.
Speaker 2 (22:03):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (22:03):
No, the Raiders are a fade Carol's done. He should
not come back. Gino's awful. Them taking a running back
at six was awful. The only bright spot is the
tight end. The Raiders are a complete trash team.
Speaker 4 (22:17):
There we go, gooda breat teams cover.
Speaker 1 (22:20):
I'm just saying, yeah, let's uh, let's race through the NFC.
The New York Giants, they're a fade team for me, Art,
where are you at?
Speaker 2 (22:33):
Yeah, I'm fade of my Giants as well.
Speaker 6 (22:36):
Woh whoa, whoa, whoa. Let's not fade the Giants right
away here. I think the Giants, if anybody has shown that, yeah,
they they might have a little suping left in the tank.
I think they needed that bye week Art because I
think they finally got some ress and they got some
guys health and I think Jackson dark c.
Speaker 4 (22:55):
I think they like tough GA.
Speaker 6 (22:56):
I think they're gonna play odd for him. Yeah, doesn't
mean to win or cover, no, but they'll play hard
like Tennessee.
Speaker 1 (23:08):
The Minnesota Vikings, I think they're in tough this week,
but I think they might be a team to look at.
I think they're a bet on team for me.
Speaker 3 (23:15):
Art They're a team I can't figure out. One week
they look you know they're gonna lose thirty nothing. Next
week they win thirty nothing. I would stay completely away
from this team because I also still don't trust the quarterback.
Speaker 6 (23:30):
I think Macarthy I think has a concussion again this week,
so it's Brosmer. So I'm gonna back McCarthy next week
the following week when he played, because apparently if it
ain't broke, you went from bro smur to shutting out
an NFL team. So do me throw Brosma out this
week taking on the chin and bring McCarthy back next
week and shut out the next team.
Speaker 1 (23:52):
Okay, the New Orleans Saints, they're trying, man as they
were excited to win that game. I think they liked
their coach too, Art, I think they might be a
team I'm interested in looking at.
Speaker 2 (24:08):
Yeah, you know, you're right obviously with the first year coach.
Speaker 3 (24:11):
I mean, they still need a quarterback, so they I
mean a top pick for them is important. But you're right, President,
they really were happy to win that game last week.
And I've told you we've already seen really sharp money
on the Saints this week.
Speaker 4 (24:22):
Grinted.
Speaker 2 (24:23):
It's been on both sides.
Speaker 3 (24:24):
But you know, they've been on the shrups, have been
on the Saints all year. This is something that's been
a theme of this show. So it's not going to
end here towards the end of the season.
Speaker 6 (24:35):
Crazy how they started a year loving the Saints, then
they got off them, and now they're back on them.
And and now they're back on them. So I mean,
listen to saying. Even the kid quarterback, I mean, the
kid has gotten absolutely destroyed this year, and he was
tough as nails in that game against Tampa and ended
up winning him So you know they are if any
of these shit teams you're talking about, why not division rivalry?
(24:59):
They already beat Tampa. Could you imagine if they beat Carolina?
Oh my goodness.
Speaker 1 (25:04):
I think the biggest mess in the league is this
Cardinals team. I think this whole team is going to
be overhauled at the end of the season. I think
they're a fade team period.
Speaker 2 (25:15):
Art.
Speaker 3 (25:17):
Yeah, and these spreads are reflecting it. They're all double
digits now. They keep going up. They close even higher
than they open. Nobody's gonna come to any sportsbook and
put their money out of the Cardinals completely fad.
Speaker 6 (25:32):
Remember when Gannon was like this hot new coordinator, head coach,
and everything was gonna you know, the Cardinals were gonna
be Now, the Cardinals suck because it starts from the
top organizationally, they suck, and they invested tow hundred million
dollars in a guy they can't figure out how to
get rid of. So they just faked an injury and
bench them for Jacoby Presette and they still have to
(25:55):
take fifty million in dead cap money if they'd cut
him this year.
Speaker 4 (25:58):
So he's there one more year, whether they like it
or they don't.
Speaker 6 (26:03):
Yeah, Arizona Cards, Yeah, well done, Bid, Well, well done,
Art the Caesar.
Speaker 1 (26:09):
That's the segment, my brother, thanks for doing this. Tomorrow
will be back with the same lineup. Art, the Caesar,
Jurinary and myself. But we still have lots of show
left to go.
Speaker 2 (26:21):
Art.
Speaker 1 (26:21):
Thanks, Man, I really appreciate your time.
Speaker 5 (26:23):
Brother.
Speaker 6 (26:23):
Hey, Art, before you go, just one more time, just.
Speaker 5 (26:28):
Just want you to get outside in your front.
Speaker 1 (26:30):
I'm getting ready to be on The price is right?
Speaker 5 (26:33):
What is hockey up? The price is right?
Speaker 1 (26:35):
Well, when I win, I'm gonna buy my hometown team,
the Toronto Maple Leafs stick Drop.
Speaker 4 (26:42):
You can thank me later, Art, you can thank me later, Unreal.
Speaker 1 (26:47):
Later, Art, Joe, lots of show still to come. We
got our early we got our college football. Early bets
are NFL bets, NBA, NHL and college basketball. But before
we get into any of that, it is customer appreciation
Day over at Wager Talk. Five dollar plays. I've got some,
Joe's got some. We're going to talk about that in Joe,
(27:09):
I got a big play up tonight. It's five dollars Tuesday.
I've got a four percent NHL regulation bet, and man,
I'm going for eight in a row on these bets.
I'm also seventy seven percent in the last two years
of these bets, seventy three percent in the last three years.
This is a very very very strong play. It is
(27:31):
a four percent NHL bet. My four percent bets are.
Speaker 4 (27:35):
Very very rare.
Speaker 1 (27:37):
I have maybe two of them so far in the
NHL all year. This is a monster of a play,
So head over to wager talk get that. It's only
five dollars. And I also have an NFL parlay bet,
which is also a four percent bet. We won our
five percent NFL parlay last week. We gave it out
(27:58):
on Tuesday. We're going to do the same this week.
It's also only five dollars until midnight tonight, so check
that out. So, yeah, Joe, I got two big four
percent plays. I have a college basketball and an NBA play,
but my priority right now is the NFL parlay and
that four percent NHL bend. What do you got going?
Speaker 4 (28:20):
Love it?
Speaker 1 (28:20):
All?
Speaker 4 (28:20):
Right? Fine?
Speaker 6 (28:21):
All of Tuesday, So five dollars, NBA cop best bet
for tonight and a four percent NFL top play also
available for five bucks over at wager talk dot com.
Speaker 1 (28:37):
Press Okay, brother, well let's get into the rest of
our show. We got college football and NFL bets, NBA rundown,
NHL rundown college hoops, and we're going to end the
show with the mailbox segment. Joe, we have two minute
segments each. I'll go first and NFL bet Q it
up and let's start right off the bat with green
Bay going into Denver and Joe, I don't get it.
(29:00):
I don't get it. So Denver wins ten games in
a row and they are a home dog. Are they
playing an all star team? I'm lost. I understand that
Denver can't seem to cover spreads. They don't need to
cover a spread here. I understand that Denver wins all
(29:22):
their games super close. That's all they need to do here.
I want to also point out that green Bay is
no juggernaut. Caleb Williams could have walked the ball in
or a touchdown to tie that game and threw a
bad pass. That's how green Bay got out of that one.
The Detroit Lions missed two fourth and ones, green Bay
(29:43):
got two fourth and ones. That's how green Bay won
that one. And when green Bay went into Cleveland, oh wait,
they lost that one. And how about when green Bay
hosted Carolina, Oh yeah, they lost that one too. This
green Bay team, Joe, is not as good as everyone thinks.
Denver is the dog hair full favorite. Give me the
Broncos Broncos.
Speaker 6 (30:04):
It is all right, Prez College, I'm gonna go to
this Saturday, Army versus Navy. Gotta love this game now.
For years this game used to be an automatic. Just
bet the under and forget about it. Can't do that
any more. Here total hovering around thirty eight thirty eight
and a half. And listen, Army is not going to
(30:27):
be airing out. We get that, but they certainly have
picked up the pace on offense, number sixty seventh in
the country for snaps per game, Navy number thirty first,
scoring thirty two points per game. We know Blake Horvath
a dozen or so times is going to air it out.
He's completing sixty two percent of his passes, has nine
(30:48):
touchdown throws. Listen, unless something changes here, I don't see
how this game doesn't get at least forty or more points,
which is how I'm betting it.
Speaker 4 (30:58):
Press. I'll take the old in Armingham Navy.
Speaker 1 (31:02):
There we go, Joe, you gotta keep going. It's our
NBA rundown. You sure you could do the two games
in two minutes?
Speaker 4 (31:09):
Think we can do it?
Speaker 1 (31:10):
Why don't you throw the college basketball in there as well? Oh?
Speaker 4 (31:14):
Why don't we do both of them?
Speaker 1 (31:15):
Well?
Speaker 4 (31:16):
Easy enough?
Speaker 6 (31:16):
I mean the first NBA Cup here tonight game is
going to be between the Miami Heat and the Orlando Magic.
Speaker 4 (31:23):
This is the Cup quarterfinals. Of course, the Kia.
Speaker 6 (31:26):
Senna in Orlando is where this game is going to
take center stage. And the big storyline here is Franz Wagner,
the Magic leading scorer, unavailable here. Looks like he's escaped
major injury but won't be in it for this game,
which is a bit concerning. Now, Orlando has beaten Miami
twice already this year, including last Friday in Orlando, but
(31:50):
they have beaten Miami in these two games by a
combined five points, including the one oh six one oh
five game they won eight week ago. Miami got embarrassed
at home over the weekend to Sacramento, but they've had
a couple of days of practice.
Speaker 1 (32:06):
Now.
Speaker 6 (32:07):
Spoe says we need to tighten things up. I believe him. However,
I don't believe in the total in this game. Two
thirty five and a half seems a little bit high
for two teams that well have kind of slowed it
down here a little bit and played a little more defense.
These Cup games always get more defense than they do.
(32:27):
Maybe a random game on a Monday or Tuesday night
in the NBA. I will take the under, and the
Knicks now have a nine game winning streak over your
Toronto Raptors entering this quarter to final. Prez, if it
ain't broke, why we fixing it? We just saw this
back on November thirtieth, and we saw the Knicks one
(32:47):
sixteen to ninety four smack the Toronto Raptors here. Same
kind of premise here, though, Prez, I'm not sure I'm
buying the two twenty six and a half to twenty
seven and a half. These NBA Cup games tend to
be a little more defensive in nature. Ananobe back for
the Knicks here. Miles McBride not available, but kind of
(33:11):
like I kind of like the under in this one
as well, pres And that's the way I look at
both these games that I give me the unders.
Speaker 1 (33:19):
In the Cup, Well, let's keep going. We got a
ton of NHL. Joe Ottawa hosting New Jersey, me the
under just like you. Five and a half, Tampa Bay
playing Montreal. Tampa Bay on a back to back, but
they did lose to Toronto last night. I think there's
value on the lightning here. They are a pickham take
(33:43):
Tampa Bay Vegas playing the New York Islanders. I like
the over in this game, Joe, Capter intuitive when playing
with these two teams, but both of these two teams
are transitioning from defensive minded teams to more of an
offensive style game, especially the New York Islanders. Five and
a half take the over as San Jose and Philadelphia
(34:06):
take the over again here, Joe. There's a five and
a half at some books, but it's mostly six five
and a half of the two big boys though, So
that's where we're gonna go. Anytime San Jose is involved
in a game, I'm looking to take them over. Anaheim
playing Pittsburgh. I really like Pittsburgh here, Joe. Really good value.
(34:28):
It's a good spot for them, in a bad spot
for Anaheim. Carolina playing Columbus. Listen. I don't know how
you can bet Columbus, but I like the under in
this game, Joe, six and a half. This Carolina team
has not been playing lights out defensively of Lake, but
I think we start seeing that sooner than later. They're
(34:50):
playing a Columbus team that could be held to zero
take the under Saint Louis and Boston. I like the
Blues here, Joe minus one thirty five against Boston. I
think the Blues are a bet on team moving forward,
Winnipeg playing Dallas. You've got to look at the under
in the Winnipeg Dallas game. Eight and two to the
(35:12):
under in their last ten matchups. Edmonton, oiler's money coming
in on Buffalo. Screw that. Take Edmonton in regulation. And
Nashville play in Colorado. I like Colorado here. I know
they're minus two fifteen. Take them in regulation as well.
That's it for the NHL rundown, Joe, we've already done
(35:36):
college hoops. Let's get straight into the mailbag section of
the show, and Joe, one of the gentlemen wrote, really
bad call by you on the New York Jets over
the Miami Dolphins. So I'd like to take this moment
here to say, shame on you for losing a bet, Joe.
Speaker 6 (35:57):
We cannot stand for that. They said, shame on me
for taking the Jets. My best bet was on the
Dolphins and the under.
Speaker 1 (36:11):
Joe's recommendation of the Jets beating Miami joins the list
of brilliant ideas like the Japanese bombing Pearl Harbor.
Speaker 4 (36:21):
Yeah, guy, see, that's why you need.
Speaker 6 (36:24):
To be a client and a customer, because the customer
has got Miami. If you're taking some sort of random
rundown like me picking the Jets during the week and
holding that my feet to the fire for that, Yes,
you're right. I was wrong, which is exactly why the
clients got Miami in the under and we and we.
Speaker 1 (36:46):
Do change plays, guys. I mean like I'm asking Joe's
opinion on Monday. Uh. Jamala writes that pres hit his
five percent NHL play on Friday. Hell, yes he did.
Then we've got Big Diddy. This is the best sports
betting Big Brew Diggity, this is the best sports betting show.
(37:10):
I'm sorry to Debbie. I'm sorry you once looked at
President thought he was husband material. Thanks for the laughs. Yeah,
I don't think I could say it any better than that. Joe,
I agree, Yep, the real Ron Big that was the
best apology he's ever heard. That is in relation to
(37:30):
apologizing to my ex wife or not sucking. We also
want Steve Merrill every day. That's Mike x Poker. Sorry
about that. You can't have Steve merrill every day. And
then one of our listeners, Bob eighty eight, rights he
waited all week for Brian Power to be on the
show and there is no Brian Power. Well we'll end
(37:54):
right there. Brian Power will be hosting this show Thursday
and Friday, so you will get your Brian Power, Phil,
Joe and Airy. I hope you win your five dollars
bets tonight. I hope I win mine. Will see you tomorrow.
Lots of love everybody, Thanks for watching the best betting
show ever.
