Speaker 1 (00:01):
Four games on the NHL slate for this Friday, heading
on into the weekend with hopefully a little money in
our pocket. We're giving you bets on all four games,
plus the anticipated return of the six and sixty for
my bald cohort, Carmine Bianco, and let's bring in that
beautiful mugga yours, karm. If you haven't noticed by now,
(00:24):
No this is not Andrew mcguinnis because I showed up
to the show on time and not wiping sleep out
of my eyes. So yes, you got Dan Alexander running
the show here with you, Carmine Bianco alongside me. He's
the hockey expert. I'm the guy who just tails all
of his plays and who he can blame when I
mushed them. But Karm, score fest galore. Yesterday. It was goals, goals, goals.
(00:48):
If you like salami, well you had a grand time
yesterday with all those goals that were scored. But car Man,
Happy Friday to you, Pump to do the show here
with you, and I am so excited for the return
of the six and sixty segment. How are we doing today, Carmen.
Speaker 2 (01:04):
We're doing great, brother, and yes, you are absolutely correct.
Grand Salami. Yesterday was seventy three, and there was a
lot of leftovers because ninety goals scored in the NHL
last night. Ninety goals. And that's even with some good
games still staying under the total, which is unbelievable. Some
six to five games, some seven to sixty. It was
(01:27):
just unbelievable in the NHL last night, one and one
night for me. The best bet won for me the
Tampa Bay Sorry, the over in the Rangers game, the
Rangers who don't score goals, but I knew that game
was going over the total and it easily did for them.
And then I think for the biggest long shots on
the car yesterday all won. It was dog day for someone.
(01:53):
But we have four games, four games on tonight's schedule.
I'm going to give you a play on each and
every game. They don't conflict with my client plays. I
have two plays up at wager talk, So don't take
these plays I'm giving you. These are other leans that
I have on the games. You can find my plays
over at wager Talk, WT Dot Buzz Backslash CB. But
(02:17):
let's get ready to it, Dan.
Speaker 1 (02:19):
All right, Carl, we'll promote later. Man. We got four
games to get into. All right, let's just pump. Let's
just pump the brakes here. And also let's give a
shout out Emmanuel Arthur. Thanks for joining the exclusive community
wager Talk Insiders WT dot Buzz Slash Insiders. That's how
you can join as well, or just check out our
YouTube page. You get early access to videos, you get
(02:39):
exclusive banners. You also get some exclusive emojis that you
can drop in the chat when making fun of us.
For sure. And yes, the water Dog's hat is out.
You know. PLLL season is right around the corner, Karen,
Let's get into it. Man, let's pull up the odds
board here. This is Odds Logic again. You can also
get seven free day trial here of Odds Logic. But man,
(03:00):
some road chalk that we're gonna kick it off here
with as we got the Toronto maple leafs at your
Buffalo Sabers home dog situation here for you, buddy, total
is sitting at six in this one. You said you
got plays on all four games, so I say, let's
get into it. Are you fading your Sabers right out
of the gate here? Are you going to look for
(03:21):
something a little different?
Speaker 2 (03:23):
These teams are playing back to back games Dan, So
the first one's in Buffalo and tomorrow night it is
here in Toronto. And listen, if you're a Sabers fan
or you're a Leafs fan, you know that the games
in Buffalo are always home games for the Toronto Maple Leafs.
The fan base comes out there because it's cheaper to
watch a game. People from the Nagara region from Hambleton
(03:45):
that it is basically a sixty sixty minute drive to
get across the border and to the game, and tickets
are like probably thirty percent of the price that they
are in Toronto. So it's you see so many Blue
Jersey but I don't see that happening tonight because there's
this thing going on here in Toronto tonight called the
(04:06):
World Series, Game one of the World Series, with the
La Dodgers in town, and I got to believe that
people that would normally go to Buffalo to watch this
game are not there. They're going to be at home
or watch parties throughout Ontario, throughout Canada for that. But
in this game, I'm looking at the under Dan. I'm
going to take under six in this one. And it's
(04:29):
basically because and I'll talk about in the sixties and
sixty as well too. We're gonna get the starters tonight.
Stole Arts for the Leafs, Alex Lyon for the Sabers,
and the Sabers a team that in the past has
been a great over team. Through seven games, won over
four unders, two pushes. For the Buffalo Sabers, they struggled
the score goals with the exception of scoring eight against Ottawa.
(04:52):
That's the only game that's gone over the total for
the Buffalo Sabers thus far this season. I'm going to
take the under with the number one goalies in goal
tonight for the Sabers. So and Pecca lucan In is
back for the Sabers as well too, so we could
see Pecca lucinan tonight. Nothing's confirmed at showtime, but it's
(05:14):
it'll either be Alex Lion or Pecca lucan In one
of the two games tonight.
Speaker 1 (05:20):
Karen, I'm glad you mentioned that this was a back
to back because when I was prepping up for your
six and sixty segment, I was like, did carn drink
too much Lemonicello last night? Because I know that Toronto
and Buffalo is in there and I was like, they're
playing each other back to back, So yeah, a little
bit of a strange scheduling spot, but it'll be interesting
to see how that plays out in game two. Karen
(05:40):
has some thoughts on game two of that game as well,
coming up here in the six and sixty segment. But Karen,
let's keep rolling right along here and take a look
at the Caps taken on the Blue jacket. Is this
one a little bit tighter of a line, but same
story that we're talking about there, Karen, Is you got
a little road chalk in this one and the customary
(06:01):
six like we see in all four of the games
this evening? What do we think about the Caps and
the Blue Jackets?
Speaker 2 (06:08):
Calm, Yeah, it's another one and where I'm we're gonna
be looking at the total in this one, and I
get it, you know, I think one of these square
ways of looking at things a lot of the times
where people see what happened last night and see just
a ton of goals and just want to auto bet
overs in games. And while I understand it, I don't
(06:30):
think it's the right approach. You look at this Washington
and Columbus game and the under it screams under to
me the unders at six. There was a six six
and a halves early, but it's gone to six now.
Columbus a team that was very good last season, very
exciting team last season to watch, especially at home, where
they were one of the top three teams as far
(06:51):
as over unders go. They are one in five this
season to the to the over, so five games have
stayed under the total, and at home all three games
for Columbus of stayed under the total. They're playing some
pretty good hockey as well too right now, so they're
gonna give Washington a game tonight. I like the under here.
I'm gonna take under six, and I'm just gonna try
(07:13):
and wipe what happened last night in the NHL and
all those goals. I think it's an anomaly as far
as so many high scoring games. And I'm gonna look
to another under here if you don't like Betty Nunbers,
because nobody wants to watch a game and say, hey,
I hope nothing happens. But that is what books rely on.
They rely on you wanting to see goals, wanting to
(07:36):
see the favorites win, and that's how they make their money,
that's how they build those shiny hotels then in Vegas
on the backs of people that just bet bad numbers
or square numbers.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
Yeah, well yeah, I've never seen a bull burnt out
at the West Gate. I will say that, that's for
damn sure. But Karl's saying under that for Washington and Columbus.
While you're hanging out with us, if you have any
questions for KRM, we're gonna have a little bit of
time here at the end after we do six and sixty.
If you have any questions you want to drop for Karm,
(08:10):
then then we'll address those towards the end. But if
you're watching on the rewatch comment below. Four games in action,
drop your four plays below. And are we doing a
four game parlay? Why not calm a little pizza of
money on a four game parlay. Let's see what we
can cook up. But let's go to the third game
that we'll talk about, and guys, six and sixty is
coming up. The folks have been clamoring for it. KRM,
(08:32):
where's our six and sixty? Car? We need a six
and sixty. Well, don't worry. Six picks in sixty seconds
on all Saturday games coming your way here on the program,
but first we have to talk about a rousing matchup
A three hundred and fifty favorite, three dollars and fifties.
That's favorite, karm Good god. We talked about how the
(08:53):
Dogs were cashing with regularity yesterday. Well, cash in with
the San Jose Sharks. You're gonna have a little pretty
penny headed into the weekend. We're looking at two ninety
five's out there as they're taking on the devils, and
again a customary six. Do we have a barking dog here, Karm?
Or are we finding a way to make some value
on the devils? What say you?
Speaker 2 (09:16):
First, I'm gonna say I've already cashed my first bed
of the day because I thought it would say, less
than ten minutes, less than ten minutes for lost Kid
to come into our chat and mention the Pittsburgh Penguins
Hot Street because I keep saying I'm gonna fade the Pens,
fade the Pens, and they are they are playing. Penguins
are playing some uh some some pretty good hockey. At
(09:37):
the moment, they instead of mid thirties thirty five year olds,
they look like a bunch of twenty two year olds
out there skating up and down the ice. So good
on the Penguins, but I'll mention the season and they
finally long seasason exactly exactly. You know, guys, just like
just because the games on the schedule doesn't mean you
(09:58):
have to bet it this those ones that you don't
want to bet. You can't lay this price with New Jersey.
You can't lay this price with any favorite. We've seen
some minus three hundred plus three hundred teams lose in
the past, and we saw four big underdogs win yesterday,
with San Jose being one of them as well being
(10:21):
one of the underdogs winning. You look at this one
and there's conflicting numbers even when you look at like
the first period totals. The first thing I looked at
was when don't I look at something that's been profitable
this season, which is the New Jersey team total seven games.
They've gone over their team total in five of seven games,
(10:42):
but their team totals three and a half tonight minus
one seventy five. I would never lay a dollar a
dollar on a minus one seventy five team total. Neither
should you. You will lose long term betting higig like
that if you're doing it normally you look at first
period totals New Jersey six and one to the under
(11:05):
in the first period three and oh to the under
at home. So that's when you could look at first
period under one and a half, and I think that's
where I would lean here with this one. Look for
you have a Sharks team coming in, they'll probably pay
play a little defensive in this game, and New Jersey's
been shutting deep teams down. So first period under for me,
(11:26):
it's dan, it's an under under the first three games
of the day.
Speaker 1 (11:31):
For me Gez after all those goals, you're just saying, yeah,
forget it. Because Thomas Garcia, again, thanks for being a
way to talk insider any systems on what the totals
look like a night after the one that we had
last night. While the system for the odds makers seems
like just throw up sixes and tell them figure it out,
it's really what it looks like on this short slate.
Speaker 2 (11:53):
Car Yeah, it's it's it's insane. And uh, just quickly
before we hit the last game, I'm gonna give you
guys a few quick streaks or numbers that you can
take a doneag drink.
Speaker 1 (12:07):
Please, No nobody wants to see me.
Speaker 2 (12:10):
Nobody wants to see me streaking?
Speaker 1 (12:12):
What what do you got? What you got?
Speaker 2 (12:13):
Unless I write Golden Palace on my back like they
used to do back in the day Golden Palace dot com.
Speaker 1 (12:19):
They used to put that advertise.
Speaker 2 (12:20):
You guys, listen, listen to these numbers. This is I
got one, two, three, four, five, six, six or seven seven.
Betting trends thus far this season that if they continue,
can make you money, So you might want to jot
these ones down. The New York Islanders are five and
oh to the first period over. The Vegas Golden Knights
(12:42):
are four and o to the first period over.
Speaker 1 (12:44):
That's at home.
Speaker 2 (12:45):
The Montreal Canadians the first period money line are five
and four nine games. They have never trailed after twenty minutes,
so you're making money there. The Winnipeg Jets first period
money line four one and two, so they've only trailed
once after twenty minutes in seven games. The Vegas in
Carolina team totals they are six and one this season
(13:09):
to their team total. Pittsburgh Penguins most Kids team six
and two to the team total this season. Those are
numbers that are making you money if you continue the trend.
And I say you ride these streaks until they lose twice.
Don't jump off of them when they lose once. Yep,
because it happens the next game you're like, oh man,
(13:32):
I should have played it again, play it twice, and
if you lose twice, you just offer that one and
wait for a new streak to emerge with another team.
Which I'll always mention here on puck time.
Speaker 1 (13:43):
Well, and sometimes streaks end up just being like good
stuff to talk about with your buddies at the bar.
But when you're talking about these first period streaks, especially
early in the year, I think that's a little situation
of where there's smoke, there's fire, you know what I mean,
Like it kind of makes sense teams who can start fast,
that's clearly a focus for those teams. It doesn't just
happen because it happens, you know what I mean. It
(14:05):
happens once it happens twice, Okay, the matchup was favorable.
When it starts stacking up like that at the beginning
of the year, this starts to become identities of those
teams until it's not so love those numbers, karm. One
thing I didn't want to mention from our man, Ralph
Michaels the pen. We were talking about how the dogs
were cashing last night. Well, one of those dogs that
cashed in was that San Jose play they won. Is
(14:26):
two hundred and thirty five plus two thirty five Dogs.
The next game after Dogs win a big dog win,
how about Ralph Michaels has the following game nineteen and
twelve sixty one percent with an average line of plus
one seventy four. So if your stomach can take it
plus two ninety five on the San Jose Sharks to
(14:49):
get back to back wins, it might be a little
sprinkle worth going. At least history says so so interesting trend. Therefore,
you karm, let's talk this final game here before we
get to the six and sixty segment, and let's take
a look at Calgary taking on the Winnipeg Jets. Another
tight line. This one should be competitive for the Canadian squads.
(15:14):
Flames around plus one point fifteen and you're getting the
Winnipeg Jets the home favorite minus one thirty and shaker
six six is the total. But we're starting to see
some five and a half pop here in this one
on the odds logic screens so what are we thinking
on this one card.
Speaker 2 (15:31):
Yeah, this isn't a very good Calgary team. They've only
won one game thus far this season. But we have
a Jets team coming off of a home loss yesterday
and a home shutout loss at Taboots against the Seattle
Kraken at the tail end of their road trip. I
think a six game road trip for the Kracken or
a five game road trip. Winnipeg loses that one right
(15:52):
back at it tonight back at home against in an
all Canadian battle. And I mentioned in those streaks, and
that's why I wanted to mention those streaks before this game.
The Winnipeg Jets off a shutout, you would have to
believe that they are going to come out hungry, especially
in the first period and the first period right now
you can gramma about minus one rof a loss as
(16:14):
I mentioned to the Seattle Kraken, and they are four
to one in two with their first period. So this
is a team that has only trailed once after after
twenty minutes four wins. A couple pushes mixed in there
as well too. I want the Jets in this one,
even though it's Eric Comery he should be starting tonight
for them. He's got one win in his only start
(16:34):
the season of five to win over the New York Islanders,
and he looked pretty good in that game. So he's
going to see a lot of the second of the
back to backs in that one and the Jets opening
twenty minutes. That's the play.
Speaker 1 (16:49):
Boom, that is the play, says Carmine Bianco, and carm
I'll give you a chance, catch your breath, get your
water in because the highly anticipated segment of six and sixty.
So guys, if you never watched us before, hey, thanks
for being a first time viewer. Hit that like button.
That's a huge way to say thanks to the work
(17:11):
that KRM and Andrew put in. And if you haven't,
if you're just joining us, subscribe, great time to subscribe.
You got NBA going on, NHL, NFL, college football, college
basketball right around the corner. We cover all of them.
We give you all the tools you need to bet
all the sports you love, and one of those tools
is calm. Breaking down the six in sixty takes a
(17:31):
look at Saturday's card, which is a beefy one, find
six plays that he likes, and he tries to break
it down in sixty seconds or less now, Karm, because
we had a phantom injury pop up for our man
Andrew McGinnis. I haven't gotten to properly prep your segment. Well,
have timer, We'll have a lot of sexy elements in there,
but we're going with the old phone timer for you.
(17:53):
So you thought you were gonna get a hook. No,
the sixty second clock will be on for you, Karm.
And I'm man, I know you look forward to this.
The chat loves it, so I'll turn it over to you.
Six and sixty time, buddy.
Speaker 2 (18:05):
Don't start it just yet, clock, I know you. It's
an upper body injury with Andrew just a couple of
days on the IR. He will be back on Monday
in his regular spot here on Puck Time. And Dan,
I don't think it's probably a handful of times that
I beat the clock on the six and sixty.
Speaker 1 (18:26):
Yeah, No, it's more like the sixth and the sixth
and ninety yeah. And then TJ Salvatine, who's running the
time or something? Dan is filling in TJ. My my
superpower is eighty HD. I do it all. I'm running
the short stream over here while hosting the show, while
making the graphics. Don't worry, TJ. I got you coming.
I got you covered, all right.
Speaker 2 (18:44):
The good thing is my notes are very short on
the six and sixty. Guys, Once this show is over,
and if you're watching on replay, drop a comment in
the comments section, not in the live comment section, but
in the comments afterwards. Let me know what you think.
I'm how I'm gonna do in the six and sixty,
whether it's six and oh oh and six somewhere in between.
(19:06):
I won't feel insulted by what your prediction is. I
never do. I love communicating with you guys and answering
questions and uh, I just want to see if someone
nails it correctly. And I got some swag coming in soon,
so I'll be doing some giveaways on Fridays with this
(19:27):
six and sixty. But with that said, as Dan keeps
me in check, according to TJ. Salador, our good buddy, Dan,
I am ready. You let me know, give me the
go ahead.
Speaker 1 (19:42):
Ray two one, six and sixty.
Speaker 2 (19:47):
All right, Colorado and Boston we're gonna take the abs
in regulation time. Six straights losses for the Bruins, all
in regulation five five oh and three for Colorado all
five wins in regulation for them, Andah, I'm in Tampa,
Tampa and regulation, lightning off a loss at home. They've
got a rebound here and do it in sixty minutes.
Buffalo Toronto over six on this one, the second of
(20:10):
a back to back between these two, and we're gonna
see the backup goalies end goal including Caden Primo for
the Toronto A peliefs Utah and Minnesota. We're gonna take
the Utah money line while first back off a one
in four road trip. Utah five game win streak, and
they looked good last night. Where are we here? Pittsburgh
and Columbus. Sorry I'm choking here. Pittsburgh and Columbus first
(20:32):
period over in this one, Jackets, second of a back
to back. The XG numbers for these two teams, Dan
looks very good as far as goals go. And then
Seattle and Edington. I didn't write down the notes for
this one, so we're way past sixty. I'm taking the
Edmonton Oilers minus one and a half in Seattle. Seattle,
returning home off a long road trip, the Oilers will
(20:55):
get a multi goal win. That is your six and sixty.
Speaker 1 (20:59):
Whoa arm? You didn't even get it close to sixty.
The x G numbers had the best of you, but
we have to apply the sixty six. You know the
problem is what.
Speaker 2 (21:09):
I'm looking at the notes. I'm looking at the notes.
Speaker 1 (21:11):
And use you can't do anything in sixty second. That's
the real No.
Speaker 2 (21:16):
Oh well no, my wife will say I can do
something in thirty seconds. But whatever, and that's uh, that's
with blue Choo. But no, all kidding aside. I had
notes on the first five games. I'm like, wait, this
is the six and sixty. Where's the sixth? So I
had to click on our chat. The sign the sixth
(21:37):
game was.
Speaker 1 (21:38):
We all knew you were screwed when you go looking
at the x G numbers and whenever you look up
during the six and sixty, I know something has gone awry.
Six and sixty brought to you, man, it's right. Sponsor
the segment. Six and sixty brought to you by Blue Chew.
Sponsor the segment. That's what we're looking for.
Speaker 2 (21:58):
I am going to send a click for this to
Blue che and see if they would like to.
Speaker 1 (22:02):
Yeah, get we'll get the sponsorship. That's that's for sure.
People loving it, car they're giving they're giving you some respect.
They're giving you some respect. Five and one is what
they're thinking. Five and one. I do agree with leg
show early in the season, karm I will cut it
down to sixty seconds. There have been times when you've
gotten it under. Karm I believe in Yeah, I believe
(22:22):
in you. But ahead, we got a little mixed up
on that. The second last one. I just wanted to
make sure you guys knew the Pittsburgh Columbus one. I'm
taking the first period over one and a half because
the Jackets are in the second of a back to back.
And if you look at the Pittsburgh Penguins and Columbus
first period XG numbers, and you can find that those
numbers on Natural stat Trick website, which is a very
(22:44):
good site for XG numbers, the first period numbers are high.
They just haven't correlated into goals. It's kind of like
I kept telling you guys, the Rangers at home high
XG numbers, lack of scoring, and then what do they
do last night? They score a ton of goals, but
they still lose. Uh So, uh it is coming together
and the Rangers are gonna be a good over team
(23:05):
at home once they finally start finding some goals. But
the New York Islanders, another New York team, just absolutely
fantastic with the overs. So on the card in which
I took a bunch of unders, we are I am
talking about overs, so we shall see. But kay, League Show,
(23:26):
I don't know who Patrick Scott is. He says picks
have been terrible. Uh, my picks at wager Talk have
been profitable.
Speaker 2 (23:32):
So I'm not.
Speaker 1 (23:32):
Sure what he's talking about.
Speaker 2 (23:34):
I'm assuming he's talking about show Leans.
Speaker 1 (23:37):
Uh talking about may so try saying Dan's really been sucking. Yeah, thanks,
you know, what are you gonna what are you gonna do?
But hey, Carl, in case they missed it, there was
somebody said I missed one of them. It's Colorado and
rag versus Boston. It's Tampa Bay and regulation against Anaheim.
It's Buffalo and Toronto in game two, not tonight tomorrow
over the we got Utah on money line against Minnesota.
(24:00):
We got the Blue Jackets and Penguins first period going over,
and we're laying the one and a half Edmonton against Seattle.
That's your recap in six and sixty carn before we
h Yeah, see that's what I'm saying, r J give
give my man karm some RJ is the best man.
Speaker 2 (24:18):
RJ is the best.
Speaker 1 (24:20):
So well, but unless you might be in a little
bit of trouble this weekend, but we still love you, RJ. Carn.
Before we shut things down, we're gonna take a couple
of questions from the folks. But before that huge weekend
for you. I mean this slate and NHL is massive.
We got NFL. The circuit picks are coming right along here.
So let folks know what they're gonna grab over your page.
(24:41):
That Weekend Warrior deal is still up, and there's still
a couple other great deals that you can grab WT
Dot Buzz Slash CB. What are they gonna find, Karn.
Speaker 2 (24:49):
Yeah, you're gonna find uh. For today, I'm passing on
any soccer it might have a small client plate. Two
plays up in the NHL tonight tomorrow, a full slate
of NHL game that I will have a possible five
percent play in the NHL. I already don't like to
go back to back with five percent plays, but I
(25:09):
have an NFL one already loaded, so you can get
that with the Weekend Warrior, College Football and of course
English Premier soccer in the morning, so you've got action
from me all day long. You've got English Premier soccer.
I will add some MLS playoff games to that English
Premier package as well to NHL College Football and then
(25:29):
NFL on Sundays, and then I'll be cheering. I'm going
out with a bunch of people tonight, friends to watch
the Blue Jays and Dodgers Yasavich opening starter, opening night
starter against Snell. So, Dan, who do you like in
the World Series. Let's hear it.
Speaker 1 (25:49):
I mean I'd like it to be the Blue Jays,
that's for sure. I mean everyone in their world says
the series is already over. So I'm tempted to just
take that price. Here's the if you like the Dodgers,
don't bet that series price, you lay the game and
a half. I don't have the numbers in front of me,
but it's like four or five of the last thirty
World Series something like that have gone to game seven.
(26:11):
So whichever team you like, the better bet to make
is lay him on the series handicap. Lay the one
and a half because it typically is not going to
seven games. You savage for what it's worth. Hometown boy
he's from my hometown, so you know, I love that baby.
So so he actually started his his kind of travel
up to uh to the majors is pretty interesting. Yeah,
(26:32):
but but yeah, Karen, it's gonna be it's gonna be tough.
But I'm not laying too free on the Dodgers.
Speaker 2 (26:38):
Yeah, we've all made bad bets in the past. Everyone
has made a bad bet. Then let me tell you
about my the worst bets I have ever made. Uh.
This this happened story in Otani was when O'tani was
leaving his team and was looking to who he was
gonna sign with. They were there were talks and at
the time I was killing it uh in sports betting,
(27:01):
and there's like Otani's on a plane flying to Toronto.
So it was one of two destinations between the Dodgers
and the Ja's. I'm like, shit, if if this guy
signs with the Jays, they're gonna be favorites, one of
the favorites to win the World Series. So I click
onto bet rivers. I see the Blue Jays at like
thirty to one. I put like three hundred bucks on him.
I'm like three hundred to win like nine k lo
(27:23):
and behold he signs with the Dodgers, and now three
years later or whatever, the Blue Jays are in the
World Series. The Jay's finished dead last in the division.
Speaker 1 (27:31):
I think that nice.
Speaker 2 (27:33):
The worst bet ever, the worst bet ever.
Speaker 1 (27:35):
But look at us.
Speaker 2 (27:36):
No Bette Rivers would throw me like a bone or something,
and I say, like, dude, we loved your three hundred.
We bought lunch for the staff with it a minute
that when he came in. But that was a terrible bet.
Speaker 1 (27:49):
But look at us now, karm, look at us now.
Now you're in the gosh darn I almost just just
dropped it. You're in the gosh darn World Series, Karm.
All right, let's hit some of these questions. Legs shot magazine,
Carmine four days off or the Golden Knights might be
a bit much the old rest versus rust angle. Here
for Leggy, he's saying Panthers first period, Tamarraw, that's one
(28:11):
that wasn't in the six and sixty. Any opinion on
that game.
Speaker 2 (28:16):
I would probably look at the first period over with
the Vegas Golden Knights, which continues to cash. Florida just
didn't play well last night, and in a game in
which they were expected to win, so four days off
you Normally you can go to NHL dot com and
click on sort of like their next gen Stats to
(28:39):
find the advanced stats on teams on three days rest
or four days rest and get some really good numbers
from previous years. But their website is just a total disaster.
Nows with the redo that they have. But I get
where you're coming from the show. You would think off
that loss, maybe Florida gets the win against the Vegas
(28:59):
Golden Knight. But this is a very good, biggest team,
and I think that these are two teams that people,
some people expect to meet in the Stanley Cup Finals
again this season.
Speaker 1 (29:10):
Wow, all right, calling your shot there, Karen. Question here,
that's more, I guess, more of a conceptual question, not
just hockey specific comes from KK flyers. How often you
hedge in live bets? Got Colorado last night at the
end of the first plus five seventy five and I
cashed out before the shootout to scoop a small profit.
(29:31):
I'm I'm of the belief, karm, and I know it's
probably not the sports betting, you know, investor approach. Hedging
is for gardeners. In my opinion, you make a bet,
you believe in it. That's part of the fun. Again,
I get it. This is a recreational mindset. I'm a
recreational better. What do you think. Are you ever hedging
live bets or are you using live bets to maybe
(29:54):
hedge some earlier action. I feel like that would be
the more typical way to do.
Speaker 2 (29:58):
Yeah, that is, you know that exactly. I'm using live
bets to hedge, to hedge out because you're obviously watching
the game. You get a feel for the game, and
if you can get the right number to sort of
get out of that initial bet, then you take it
and you move on. The most important thing is, guys
always protect your bank role in that sense, and that's
(30:18):
why I talk about bankroll bill. There's no pod play
today because there's four games, you know there. The plays
that I gave out today are leans. The ones that
I like in tonight's action are up at the site.
I will have a pod play for tomorrow, so follow
me on Twitter at carme and biancle wt. But as
far as hedging Dan, I never hedge out. I don't
(30:41):
think I've ever hedged out a bet any futures bet
that I've put in, and I put out some great
plays at wager Talk everything from the twenty eighteen going
back to the twenty eighteen World Cup, where I said
to people take France and Croatia to make the finals.
France with seven to one was forty to one. People
(31:01):
called me absolutely nuts for putting in Croatia there, but
they made the finals, and I explained to people how
to hedge out throughout the knockout stages of the World
Cup if they wanted to get out of their bet
and make some money. I kept it right till the
end and cash France Chelsea twenty to one to win
(31:21):
Champions League, Real Madrid thirty three to one to win
the Champions League after they lost leg one. So these
are future bets I give out to my clients and
I just I tell them in the writeup, I'm never
going to hedge out of this bet, but contact me
if you want to hedge out for a small profit. So,
because my bank role is never in jeopardy, Dan, with
(31:44):
any futures bet, you bet a percentage of it and
you stick to it. It's just a bet that takes
longer to cash.
Speaker 1 (31:52):
I love it, caarm I don't know what happened to
my camera here, but my camera is gone, so I
will I will address this in a moment. You just
get to see me in blackness. But I still look
better than Andrew, who's not even here. Here's another question
for you here, Karen. Yeah, exactly, I'll get my camera back.
Don't worry. Sharks and Devil's first period over. What do
(32:15):
you think you gave us a lot of first period
trends that we were looking at. Anything that stand out
to you in this Sharks and Devil's game.
Speaker 2 (32:23):
Yeah, Jack Frost, I love that name, Jack Frost. Conflicting
numbers between these teams. And when I say conflicting, here,
I'll explain to you why the Devil's first period have
gone under six of seven games, all three games at
home have gone under the total, but the santols A
Sharks on the road, all three road games have gone
(32:45):
over the total in the first period, and of their
seven games, five of their seven games have gone over
in the first period. Conflicting numbers on both sides. So
it's one that you have to decide whether you want
to play it or not. Do you believe that the
trend continues for New Jersey or the trend continues for
(33:05):
Santalse and that normally comes with who you think is
going to win the game. So with that said, I
would say, you know, I like the new Jersey under
more than I would like the San Jose over.
Speaker 1 (33:19):
Oof bugoof. Yeah, I am invisible, so unfortunately Timothy, he
at least got to see me for the most of
the show. Caren one more time here on the way
out before he shut things down. Let folks know what
you got going this weekend, and remind folks we will
be back on Monday with another addition, putt time.
Speaker 2 (33:38):
Yeah. So, as I mentioned, two plays up in the
NHL for tonight the soccer cards. The soccer hockey and
college cards will be up in the next hour or
so and then the rest of my NFL. NFL has
been on a very good run. Five percent play cash
last week with Dan Alexander's Philadelphia Eagles, the week before
(34:03):
five percent cash with the Seattle Seahawks. We're going to
try and cash another one on Sunday. Running really good
with my NFL since the start of the twenty twenty
two season, up one hundred and forty eight units in
the last three years with four percent and five percent plays,
which is all I'm releasing to clients and that's number
one at wager Talk amongst all cappers. So you can
(34:26):
get NHL and NFL together the full seasons, including the
playoffs up to the Super Bowl and including the Super
Bowl and the Stanley Cup including the finals, all in
one bundled price in the deal section and on my
page at wager TALKWT Dot Buzz Backslash CB And if
you're looking for something smaller, just get the three day
(34:46):
all access and get all plays today, Tomorrow and Sunday.
We'll be back on Monday. Guys, Dan, I really appreciate
you coming in last minute to help us out.
Speaker 1 (34:57):
I'm back. The rumors of my demise KARM were great exaggerated.
I'm back.
Speaker 2 (35:01):
You finished, Yeah, you finished eating that panini, which is
why I think.
Speaker 1 (35:05):
You blame exactly. You gotta get it in when you can,
because we got wager Talk today coming up in less
than half an hour. It's Football Friday coming your guys way,
to make sure you tune in for that. We're pumped
for it absolutely at KARM. One thing I will say,
if folks enjoyed me hanging out here with KRM, you
can check me out on the channel each and every week,
(35:25):
Let's make millions. Me and my friend Adam Rosenberg, we
make our five circa picks. We're trying to chase Karm,
who's up there flirting with the leader board. So hopefully
we're able to get on your heels here a little bit, Carm.
But we make our five picks. It's called let's make millions.
And yes, I would love one of those checks. I
would absolutely love because then that check can pay for
you and me to go to the Super Bowl to
(35:46):
see our Bills and Eagles play.
Speaker 2 (35:48):
So Hi, I'll go as far as this. I bought
some as we're going out, I bought some lottery tickets
from the Princess Margaret Hospital here that all the money
goes to cancer research. But it is a trip to
Game four in La of the World Series, airfare hotel,
spending money in two tickets in a suite to the game.
(36:09):
And if I win it and my wife doesn't want
to make the trip to the US, you'll meet me
in LA for Game four.
Speaker 1 (36:14):
Right, you don't gotta tell me twice. I'm there, Karen,
I'm there. I gotta I got a couch for you. You
know what, you can even get the bet I'll take
the couch, all right. That's how we'll do it, carm
A fun time hanging out with you here, man. Best
