So hey, take us into yourworld. Thank you, thank you,

(01:30):
thank you for having me. Itis really an honor to be here
on your show. I'm excited aboutthe stuff that you've been doing throughout the
world. It is always good toknow and see other people doing the same
things that you were doing. Andwe're making an impact. And I appreciate
you for having me on the show, and I truly honor you and thank
you for accepting the invitation. Iknow you'd like to have very quite a

(01:53):
pressive resumel. Course, you're doinggreat things around the world, impacting lives.
This is what we're here for, right Even the Bible tells us that
Christ said we are the light ofthe world, So we have to be
that light to whoever we come incontact with that we showed them as a
better way of living, a betterwell of lifestyle. So tays behind the

(02:13):
scenes on Who is Katrina. Oh, we're gonna be here all night.
Who is Katrina? She is alover of the most time. She is
someone who believes one hundred percent thathe is her father. He is her

(02:35):
husband, he is her best friend. He is everything I need him to
be when he needs me to bethat. And she is one that will
lay at his feet until he saysthat is ultimately who Katrina Marrable's logo is.
And that's what's up. And I'msorry, and I got some questions.
Of course, I want to takeyou to I want to go back
to the original story of who youare, of course, and when you

(02:58):
broke it down, breaking the ice. But my first question is how did
your early life experience shape your expertise? Oh? My god, it shaped
it a lot, because I remembertrying to define what success was. And
I think in the beginning, allof us think success just having the house,
the cars, the money, andall that stuff. But I realized

(03:20):
real quick that that was my success. I realized that success for me was
doing something over and over again, even when it didn't look like it was
going anywhere. So I remember hittingbrick walls, I remember stumping my toe,
I remember Ruth's falling on top ofme until I finally figured out,
hey, I can take my timeand build this because Papa has already built

(03:44):
it for me. And all Iam is a vessel being you. So
yes, everything that happened to mein my life has shaped me for where
I'm going, and that's awesome. Can you recall it, sif it moment
or event that sit you on apath to where you are today? Yeah,
I absolutely can. I remember mygrandmother's living room when I was nine

(04:05):
years old. It's a very populartelevision show in those days. I'm fifty
six now, Solar very popular televisionshow in those days. But they didn't
look like me. They didn't looklike me. And I remember making the
statement to my grandmother when she wastrying to explain to a nine year old

(04:27):
what was going on and why mostof the people on television did not look
like her. I remember telling her, well, when I own my own
television network and magazine, I'm justgoing to put everybody on there, no
matter what color they are, andif they're skinny, fat, it doesn't
matter. And I remember her lookingat me and saying, and you will
do that, honey, you willdo that and that's all I remember,
and I remember that stayed with me, and I started creating a magazine at

(04:51):
a construction paper and writing on itbecause that's all I knew to do.
So I was actually drawing my visionand didn't even realize it. So that
moment in her living room when Iwas not it really changed my life.
And I know you mentioned the televisionshows back when you were growing up.

(05:12):
We had before my time, ofcourse, but a lot of great TV
show had replays. I remember showslike Good Times. I did one episode
when they had James on that JamesEvans Cosby show. You had a different
world. We had a lot ofgreat shows for his son, of course,
but they had different messages within themshows. He said with Bill Cosby,

(05:38):
you know he represented a parent household, you know, doctor, the
mother was the lawyer, but theykept their family together. And we don't
see a lot of that no more. We don't see that image. It's
mostly single mother, single parent andthis, and they glorified like it's normal.
But it's not normal. No,it's not normal. What you want

(06:00):
to say about that strain, Itis not normal. If you look at
what television does it actually trying todictate to you what is normal. And
this new generation, like those showsthat you're talking about, I was already
probably in my uh when some ofthem. I was a late teen and
then a young adult when those showscame out, I wasn't They weren't prevalent

(06:23):
when I was that young. Sothey're sending a message to tell you how
they want you to view normal. And then that's not normal. And so
what it does is give you adistorted image of what normal is, and
it causes chaos, as we cansee now in twenty twenty four that that

(06:45):
stuff stems from those things. AndI know for our network, we're trying
to change the narrative and show thepositive side. Everything ain't negative. Everything
is not negative. They are goodthings in the world. They are good
people in the world. There's goodthere's peopeople who have lifestyles and stories styles
that are actually successful and normal, and that's the stuff we desire to show

(07:09):
man, and that's what's all about. I think about the scripture when Solomon
says that our gift should make roomfor us and frame them for great men.
It is anything about color, natality, you name, it says your
gift. Everyone has a gift.God get everyone gift, but it's up
to us to you lize those gifts. You lize those talent that He has

(07:32):
blessed us with. Go becave aparable of the talent. You know,
one hit of talent that you castthem out. You know. So whatever
talent that God give you, whatevergift God plays within you, you lize
that gift, and that gift isgonna brame you for great men. And
it is no matter what background youcame from, family member, your gift.

(07:55):
And I like that. Katrina says, your gift should make room for
you. What you want to sayabout that, Oh, that is absolutely
true. And I will even goa little further and say, it won't
only make room for you, butit will make room for others. I
have utilized, probably not even onehundred percent of my gifts. I don't
think any of us walk in that. But my gifts definitely have made room

(08:20):
for me and put me in roomsthat I never thought that I would be
in. And then here recently, even more gifts beginning to manifest that I
didn't even know that I have, and still placing me in rooms that I
never thought that I would be in. So our gifts definitely make room because
he's a papa and he put thosegifts in us for a certain purpose in
a season, and sometimes you don'tknow that they're there until he has need

(08:43):
of it. Like I just toldyou some gifts of coming up that I
didn't even know that was there.Well, he didn't need it before that
he needed now. And so itdoes open doors for you. And that's
why the gifts and the calling andstill said, all of that stuff is
very important. You really understand whoyou are and how to function and how
to maintain those things. Most definitelypoor going to forget. Big shout out

(09:07):
to Carl robertson the Coming says. She said, God is good from rising
elevate here in the DFW Motivational SpeakerLife Coach, Big shout to call in
the coming Sessions. I always wantto knowledge the people that's in the coming
session that it's watching us, nomatter where you're watching us at. I'm
askually this Coatrina, this is justbritty pop can of bye dreaming again.

(09:28):
At one time, individuals stopped dreamingwhen I said stop dreaming. They allowed
the circumstances, They allowed outside influences, they allowed all types of stuff stop
them from dreaming. Remember, weregrowing up, we had these great imagination
imaginations come from God, God givehis imagination by imaginations. We didn't have

(09:52):
no no, or we didn't haveI can't in our imaginations. But then
as we got older, we allowedcircumstances, negative influence to stop it from
dreaming, where people start not believingin their dreaming anymore. They stopped believing.
They believe, well, what they'resaying is true, what they're saying
is right. But our individuals startedto dream again because trying ever since we

(10:13):
had the pandemic a few years back, everything's shut down, a lot of
people lost a lot of things. But then the entrepreneurship we know family was
going on for a long time.We know that family back in Joseph days,
and we kind of went through onewith the pandemic because everything's shut down,

(10:33):
but we're still blessing how they favor, of course, but some individuals
then bounce back from the pandemic.A lot of people lost a lot of
things, lots of jobs, butpeople start getting out and creating their own
business, creating their own income. So the individual started dreaming again. When
that happened, or when did theystart dreaming again. At one point people

(10:56):
stopped dreaming, but then they startedback dreaming again going after the Well,
I know for me and others thatI know personally, people don't start dreaming
again until they're forced to pull theirdream out of their hats. Like for
me, there was just a pandemicwas bad for everybody. Of course,
what I do it required contact.I have several businesses and everything that I

(11:18):
did require contact. So I losta lot of money, lost a lot
of time, and I could havestressed out and at well some point I
was like, oh my god, what am I gonna do? What I'm
gonna do? But I remember who'sI was, and I remember standing in
the mirror saying, I am adaughter of the king, and I know
what my Papa said. If hegave me the vision, there's no pandemic,

(11:41):
no demon, devil infin hal thatcan stop it. I just have
to figure out what he's doing inthis season and the strategy that he's going
to give me in this season. So I had to be really shucking to
my core to say, hey,I have to ship. This is my
dream. I have to ship.Almost a lot of people did give up,

(12:01):
but people don't start dreaming again untilthey've taken to their core. And
it could be just a small thingto them, or it could be a
large thing. But when people areshaken and when they have no way out,
the only thing that they have inspiteof them is the gifts, and
those gifts will definitely begin to makeroom. And you don't have no choice

(12:22):
but to remember the dreams and thevisions and what He's called you to do,
and then you will move forward.Yeah, I remember I sharing the
show a while back about Moses andwhen God spoke to Moses. You know,
Moses made it by all kinds ofexcuses. He was a stutter,
he said, airing alone and allit is. But then God asked Moses,

(12:43):
what do you have in your hand? And Moses said a ride,
and God told him to use thatride. So whatever your ride is,
ladies and gentlemen, use it.Yeah, we all have a ride.
You're right, different from my ride, you know. So whatever your ride
is, ladies and Jim that's listenedto us tonight on the airways. You

(13:05):
lost that rod that God has givenyou. He's gonna work the miracles.
Yes, it just it just allwe have to do is what in Isaiah
one nineteen be you willing and obedient? Yes, that's all we have to
do. And I think we havea comment question to comment session be shout
to call Rob Rober. You havea cut question. He said, how

(13:28):
do one figure out what their giftis? Training? You want to answer
that? Yes, Carl, thatis a good question, And there's several
things, but the main one Iwould say is that one thing that you
did as a kid before you knewwho you were, that one thing that
followed you your whole life. Becausethere's things inside of you that has followed

(13:50):
you your whole life, like speakingand writing has followed me my whole life,
my whole life. And yes,it's a gift in the natural,
but I didn't realize it was aspiritual gift as well. So that one
thing that you would do anytime, all the time, even without knowing it
to people tell you you're doing itagain, Carl, that thing is your

(14:11):
gift. Now you have many gifts, but you have that primary thing that
will really really speak to you, that one thing. Yeah, case,
like you said, it's that onething that you know where it is because
it's second nation to you. Likeyou just automatically just start just start doing

(14:31):
it. But some gifts you haveto cultivate time, all of them,
right, but the main when youhave to cultivate because with me, I
never know I would end up inthe world of media, which I'm doing
now with podcasting, promoting and marketing. Because back at home, originally I'm
from Mobile, Alabama and I've beenliving here going on four years. But

(14:54):
back in the back in my hometown, we used to get together, we
used to do outreach of we dogun serves. All of the other stuff
was with marketing, getting the wordout, street ministry, all other stuff.
So ministreet was always in my paland then I stumma up come marketing,

(15:15):
media, all the other stuff. And I remember the bishop backing home,
Bishop Levy Knox, a living wordChristian center, awesome man of God.
He teaches on the Kingdom, andhe told me that that was one
that was like gifts is media marketing, and because I'm doing it today,
but it's always layers to perfect themedia market because there's so much stuff going

(15:37):
on with technology from camera angles,it's how you talk, that's another thing,
your program, your presentation. Butit's it's a great learning thing I'm
learning and I learned as I go. Yeah, yeah, that's true,
Okay, he said. Carl said, thank you. You guys are awesome.

(15:58):
Love this show. Thank you Callas well, thank you for support.

another before we go in in furtherGatriina, we're gonna take a quick commercial
break and we're gonna jump right backinto our Q and a conversation. All

(16:41):
lot of making a Stallion songs.Of course, I work out to Free

it allows me to get on theStairMaster and really walk that walk. So
I really highly suggest that Freaknasty isnot on your gym playlist. You go

like, ain't it fun on myworkout playlist because I just feel like I

(17:06):

the gym, and I'm pretty surepeople are like whatever pre workout she have
I wanted. Hey, it wasa verybody. We're back here on the
Walking This Way Impact was podcast.I am your host Firm and Justin Jr.
Along with my special guests media Mogul, te vision hosts, director,

(17:30):
you name it or most part themedia mogul, the trainer. Thank you
once. I can't tell your timeof your productive schedule to be here.
Of course, I know you're doinga lot of great things, but it
was an honor they took time.I you're pretty just the schedule to come
on the show tonight as we talkabout the goodness of the most high positivity
uplifting because we know people need tobe uplifted and I know we're just the

(17:52):
television station. What shows on thestation that we can expect when watching your
program. Okay, last year ournetwork had we been in existence since twenty
fifteen from twenty fifteen to twenty twentythree, we were we were in existence.
I had to make a hard decisionto pull it off Roku last year.

(18:17):
But we're in relaunch launching it backonto Roku. But right now we've
been on YouTube while we're in productionfor going back on Roku. But they
can watch talk shows. We havea couple of documentaries that we produced that
what will go on there, acouple of short film, a couple of
skits, dramas plays, cooking shows, we have a design show, we

(18:41):
have health shows. All of thatstuff will be on our network. And
the individuals that are that are teachingthose shows or that hosting those shows,
they've been experts in their fields. We have preaching shows, just anything you
need and it's all safe and clean. We say no cuss saying, no
bashing people, none of that stuff. We will all positive, all uplifting

(19:07):
man most that that's what it's allabout. Uplifted and inspiring and motivate each
other and there when we come incontact with But also want to thank called
right now for putting this information inthe coming session. So while you're watching
us right now, go ahead, follow a call, get in contact with
Hibody said, he's a personal training, he's a life coach, he's a

(19:27):
mentor, he's a podcaster himself. So go ahead and support what he's doing
also in the community. And soI appreciate you called also awesome brother with
a great spirit. So let's talkabout mentoring. Who was your influence?
Katrina was family member? You hada mentor? Who was your influencers to

(19:49):
keep you on this path of sussisa bricklall, was it that first?
Yeah? My grandmother was her andmy mother were my greatest influence. They
were really key in my life.I had some very serious learning disabibilities growing

(20:10):
up and both of my parents andmy grandparents were praying people and they were
like, no, we're just simplynot going to receive that. And I
thank God that they did not receiveit because they worked with me, my
sister, one of my sisters who'spassed on, and my cousin. They
tutored me after school, They talkedto me, they helped me with speed.
There was just a lot of thingsthat they did. So when I

(20:33):
say I have a lot of mentors, I really have a lot of mentors.
And even still to this day,I always have mentors and coaches and
people who are smarter than me,people who are way past where I'm at,
because that's what needed. You cannotgo anywhere in this world without mentors,
that is so. And I'm nottalking about mentors that will just patch

(20:56):
you on the back. I'm talkingabout mentors they'll kick you too, right,
And that's what we need. Yes, we don't cut. What proverbs
all about. Proverbs talks about correction. And I know admission in Proverbs that
when you create someone, they wouldlove you for that. You know,
they may not understand it, butthey would come back laters. They know
I appreciate you what you did.I appreciate you telling me true because in

(21:18):
the multitude of council and their safety, right, So we need that council.
We need that safety and learning fromother people experience because some paths of
life, Katrina, they won't haveto go We don't have to go down.
We learn of the individual experience.Would you want to say about that?
Yeah, and I am definitely forthat. I tell people around me,

(21:40):
I don't want to fall, Soplease tell me. If I get
mad at you, let me getmad, but then I'll be back because
I'll see the clip that I couldhave fell off of. But yes,
you need to. It is veryimportant. I can't spress this enough.
It is very important for us notto get angry or get mad at mentors
of people who've been there and theyknow what's there already that is trying to

(22:03):
tell us not to go that direction. It's very important that we do that
and we need those people. Wereally do need those people. And if
you don't have those people around you, then you're doing yourself an injustice.
Because I tell myself, even inministry, you know, I'm a minister
or they minister, I always havepeople around me. And I mean that

(22:26):
here his voice as well. Andif you know, I need to call
them, or they'll call me andsay hey, hey, hey, hey,
hey, this is what I heardin prayer, and they'll call me
on the carpet. We need thosetypes of people, or they'll encourage me,
or they'll call and say, hey, I feel like you're feeling down
today, or you know, keepgoing a good word that they'll give me.

(22:48):
So it is very key. Soif you keep pushing mentors and stuff
away, you'll be on an islandby yourself and you will drown. Right
most death. I remember years agowhen I was backing home. I mean,
this man had a conversation with hisson. He told his son,
I'm not a grown man. I'ma growing man. He was telling his
son, I'm constantly evolving. I'mnot grown, I'm growing because we always

(23:12):
don't grow. We grow. We'resupposed to grow. Some of us don't.
Some of them stop evolve it ata certain age. But our purpose
in life is to grow, toevolve, to get better, to get
better what the strip tells us,from glory to glory to glory. We
should be on the path of increase. Not we decreased when we humble ourselves.

(23:36):
But we should be on the pathof increasing and not decreasing when it
comes to our value. Increase.Oh that's a good that's an awesome word,
tonight, Thank you Lord. Increaseyour Increase your value, lads and
Jim, Increase your value. Don'tjust don't guard, don't disgrace your value,
but increase your value. That wasthe only time world that was a

(23:56):
word for somebody to night. Soincrease your value. And then my other
question, I have too and putit up. Of course, we talk
about mentoring, so we miss ofyour mentoring. How did that help with
the journey? It's so who neverhad a mentor? How can a mentor,
in your honest opinion, can helpsteer your journey of life in the

(24:21):
right direction. Because mentors are thatguide, they are that that that overseer.
They're the ones who helped it.Not saying they don't you're not being
a coat follower, but they aregiving you advice like, hey, they
help you do your to help youpursue your things, but also in part
to you, hey, this iswhere you show how you should do this.

(24:41):
How especially it's all about successful andyou get that path of where they
already at. So how did thathelp you with your journey with mentoring?
Your own personal opinion, it helpedme with my journey good because all you
do is when you have a mentor, as you're talking to them what you're
trying to do, they're seeing thingsthat you don't see. Sometimes when we're

(25:04):
in a situation or when we're tryingto accomplish something, we don't see those
little small details, but they do. I'll tell everybody you show up just
talk when I'm mentoring people and sayjust go ahead talk. I want you
to talk because I'm trying to pullout the keys in side you that's needed
to help you get on the rightdirection. So it helped me because I

(25:26):
just showed up and just talk. And the one thing I will say is
I had a mentor tell me tobe just quite transparent and honest with them,
because they can't see if you're tryingto hide stuff or cover up something
or don't want them to know this. And sometime we can do that,
not because there's anything wrong, butbecause we've been hurt so much and moved
it so much in the world thatwe just share little bit little bits of

(25:49):
our life. But when you're talkingabout mentorshipt and meeting a mentor, meeting
people in authority over you, youreally have to be open and honest,
which it is really important. Findsomeone that can be trusted. They can
be trusted so that you can beopen and honest and they can help you
with those things. Even if it'ssaying this is a good business idea,

(26:11):
it's a good concept, it's agood product of service, but there's not
a market for it right now,or no, I think you would be
better at this, and better atthis, better at that, And so
it's just a matter of saying thosethings, are allowing them to say that
to you. So mentor really helpedme, because I'm telling you, I
would have went my own way,or I would have stayed in stagnated places

(26:33):
where I should not have stayed. If my mentor says absolutely not, you're
not doing that. Definitely, AndI also be shout to I'm gonna push
your name. Won't say kay,be shot to k increase your value.
That's on the YouTube side. Iwant to push your name on just say
kay, of course, Okay, okay, doctor Tony, he said,

(26:55):
bless its be shout at Doctor Tony'swatching us on Facebook right now this evening.
I want to get no one who'swatching us. Car said, what
if you're mentor. If you're amentor and someone and they are always on
the defense we you said about DaKatrina, then you probably need to let
them fire you or you let themgo, because if they're on the defense,

(27:18):
they're not ready, they're not readyto they're ready to be successful,
but they're not willing to take whatit needs to take to get there.
And if someone's on the defense,it's best that you just let them go,
or you couldn't let them. Youcould tell them that because they may
not even know that that's what they'redoing. And if they recognize it and
change, then that's different. Butif it's a continual thing, always it's

(27:41):
best just to cut it off.Because I'm telling you I had to learn
that early in my business, becauseif you do not cut off those who
are always on the self defense, with your with your mentorship or whatever,
it's not going to turn out toit for you. Matter of fact.
You know Christ talked about that, you know he was talking about you go
to them first of all, yougo to them alone, and then you

(28:03):
address it. If they don't receiveit, which you do, you take
someone else alone who see the samething they're doing, and if they still
don't receive it, you bring itto the congregation, the church, whatever,
and they still don't receive it,you cut them off because there's no
community, there's no solution there. It's just like on the on the job.

(28:25):
You know, if okay, it'sthree, then they tell you on
the job, they give you averbal or written one, and then it
is gonna be suspension determination. Buta lot of times they don't deal with
our race. They can have theycan have a come and say, hey,
we see you doing this. We'regiving you a verbal. Now you're
doing the same thing again. Okaythsomething's not right either you're not comprehending or

(28:48):
what's going on. So what thebest that they do? Well, you
know what, it's best that wejust go ahead and let you go in
hard ways. Maybe you'll find someoneelse or say, hey, maybe I'm
not another thing too, Maybe you'renot the one for them. You know,
say you find someone who's rightful,I'm just not the one for you.
Hey, I hope you find someonewho who's right for you. If

(29:10):
that made sense, yes, itdoes. You do have to because all
mentors is not for you, andyou're not for all mentors. You really
have to find and you'll know. You will know because I know when I
have when I look for my mentorsor really, honestly, God just placed
them in my life. I hadn'thad to go out and look, but
I knew immediately that they were calledto mentor me. And then I know

(29:33):
immediately when someone I'm both mentor,I'd have to tell people, no,
I don't think this is gonna work. But you have to learn those things
as you grow. Yeah, youhave to because it's not a bad point.
It's just like I'm not the onefor you. You will find someone
who will been a lot of time. That happens too. It may not
work out with you, but whenthey go somewhere else, they blossom like

(29:56):
know before. Yes, yeah, and we have to watch that too,
because it is a matter of beingcompatible. It has nothing to do with
everybody's techniques or their lack or lackof success. Is just that that was
not for you, right most definitelyknow we're gonna take another quick commercial break

(30:18):
and then we're gonna jump right backinto our Q and a conversation after this
commercial break. Yeah, mother Tsaid that I opened my Bible, Bible

(30:44):
showing me how to walk in thespirit period. I got headway this season
at least, and the strangers thatam we want that won't run with diamond
Water, Sunday sprintles just not onthe waters a crisis water my throat just
overflow to these songs they drive andco sol I was without you don't know
where to go here. I ama vailable stalk and remember on my mind.

(31:06):
Take at the time instead of alone, put down the phone, don't
even distraction no drama, no problem, all these things and giving the father
walk in the spirit. Want youto play this snap, my thing would
say, to do second, justsome sundmaz Listen the spirits talking the spirits,
talking the spirits, live in thespirit, open the spirit and talk

(31:30):
in the spirit. To play, this thing would say, to do say
just some sundmazing spir the spirits talkingto spirits, talking spirit the spirit and
early morningful do it ground and thinkingyour face, show me your round and
shoulder, blessing the spirit with yourworld, play some more appreciative diamonds,

(31:52):
and work better one morning. It'ssup you and go. I fought your
spirit wherever you go. I can'tgo with day with that'saging you the rick
she's hones say, company you oneof musself. We late my way and
no way go way to do itthe way because somebody that I knew,
it's okay to do what your way. Yourself would say, go to the
spirit, We'll go on my trip. Can't walk with prince and curse my

(32:13):
tree this week and tell the candiestDeFore to come from giving you walk in
the spirit and watching the place thisnight. My thing what they would say,
could do say just some sund demtalk the spirit, in the spirit,
talking to spirits, talking the spear, live in the spirit, in
the spirit. And then then you'rewalking the spirit. You're watching the place

(32:35):
this night. My thing say todo just some Sundays I'm talking spirit the
spirit, talking to spirits, talkingthe spear, and live in the spirit,
in the spirit, and then hey, what's up ver or back here

(33:12):
and walking this way. Impact waspodcasts like Wednesday night edition bitch shot out
to King David out of my hometownof Mobile Lamla walking in Spirit. That's
the name of his new joint newvideo course. Oh coury. You know
here on the show, we're doingmajor things, doing music video, we're
doing commercials. So you have acommercial, you have a music video you
want to showcase on the platform.DM me get with me A course,

(33:35):
it's all by taking his brand, walking his way to the next level with
interviews Q and A. Of course, we have financial Wisdom with Shalloh which
is done every two weeks, whichwe shallowed me back here next Wednesday night
we'll have financial tips as well.So it's doing major things here on the
platform here of course. At course, Katrina, thank you for taking time
out your for Depta schedule here onthe show. So let me ask you

(34:00):
what's going on, what's the nextevent that's going on. How can we
be a part of what's going on. How can we support what you got
going on and all the other greatstuff. Okay, So what we have
going on now is we have adopteda program in Africa and Cameroon. It's
called Sea Life, and Sea Lifeis a business development center in Cameroon,

(34:24):
Africa. We have seen three hundredand fifty students come through there and they
have started their businesses. It's helpingpeople in Cameroon start their businesses, but
it's also going all over the continentof Africa. So if anybody is interested
in learning about Sea Life, howwe can be a blessing in Africa and

(34:47):
help build those communities over there throughbusiness education, through financial education. I
mean, it is blooming over there. I am excited to be on the
board of Sea Life. I'm excitedto be one of the founding partners of
this new venture that they're creating andone of the instructors at their business school.

(35:09):
So it's Sea Life. You've probablyseen me post about it if you
follow me. If not, thenyou know follow me and you'll see it.
Sea life, which means Christian lifeis teaching people how to have kingdom
businesses. Everything we teach is Biblebased, based on scripture and just really
taking it to a whole other levelSea Life, and this was up right

(35:34):
there also also for going for abit, shots to my cousin out of
Saint Louis, Keisha. Of course, she's an entrepreneur, she's a motivational
speaker, she's a podcaster as well. She's doing a lot of great things
in Saint Louis. So bit shotsto my cousin. She's in a commensation
tonight. Proud of her to keepup the great work. Of course,
like I said, we alway wantto knowledge people that's doing great things like

(35:55):
my guess of course, is doinga lot of great names. As you
ask the life of entrepreneur, whattime do you start your day? Cause
I know entrepreneurs out that day real, real early. I don't know I
saw mine because I'm working. WhenI ain't working, I'm just with myself
because I started getting up at threeam in the morning, hit the gym,

(36:15):
and I say, you know what, because I told myself, you
know what, the way things goingI have to get my days started before
the sun set. I remember somebodysaid it years ago. If you wake
up and the sun is already out, you late that if you all about
greatness. But I wake up atthree. Since I'm all, I wake
up at three am hit the gym, which I did at this morning.
I say, you know what,I'm proud of myself because I did that.

(36:37):
But ever, what time do youstart your day? Cause you know
time is an essence, and youknow entrepreneurs, business people value the time.
Sometimes I start today because it neverended. But anyway, but if
I go home and I get somegood sleep, usually about four thirty five
o'clock, I'm up praying. I'mup praying, and I'm speaking because I

(37:00):
am that believer that if you tellme don't go anywhere. If Papa says
you're not leaving today, I'm notgoing to leave because he's going to save
me from something or maybe trying todownload something, whatever the case they do.
For between four thirty five o'clock,I'm up. I'm fully awake.
I'm not the type that needs alot of sleep, and it's been like
that since I was a little girl. I've never needed a lot of sleep

(37:22):
and my mind that time of themorning needs to be nurtured by our papa.
And so I'm up, I'm praying, I'm doing my Bible studies,
I'm meditating, I'm getting some exercisein right there. And that's that's usually
it. By seven, at leastby seven, I'm out of the house.
I'm out of house. I can't. I'm an extrovert, so I

(37:43):
really can't be confined to cause youknow, there's always stuff to be done.
Like I said, I do thesame thing in the morning. I'm
getting up at three in the morning, going he at the gym and get
my days started. We should alwayscommand our days, Yeah, because we
Because you got to think about it. The Bible said that He gave us

(38:04):
dominion, he gave us rule, governor. That would dominion mean, it's
the size your dominion, ladies andgentlemen, God gave you. It's the
size that doman as well. UhMy cousin said in the coming said,
she said she's an introvert to buthey, it's you gotta command your day.

(38:28):
Like even dion Sanda said the sayingI read this book right now,
and he said something. What you'rejust saying is really commanding your day.
If you don't command your day,it will control you. It will.
But it's all about that discipline, and that a lot of time we're thinking.
Disciple was the disciples discipline we haveto be. We have to discipline

(38:49):
this in his body. We havethe discipline flipp Yes, the fletch cries
out. Yes, the fletch getsweak, Yes, the fletch get weary.
Yes, the flitch get but wehave to we have to drown it
out. Yes, we do.That's why he said the spirit is willing
and which you want to say aboutthat, Katrina, that is so true

(39:10):
because there's times, like I toldyou, I'm fifty six years old,
so sometimes I'm like, oh mygod it sometimes i feel like I'm still
twenty in But then sometimes I feelfifty and so I really have to speak
to myself. I tell my body, you don't own me out on you
and you're a vessel. You arethe vehicle for the Holy Spirit to move

(39:31):
around on the earth to do mightyexploits. So get up and let go.
That's what I have to do sometimes. Yeah, just talking about increase
your value, you have to valueyourself place jump, you have to love
yourself. You have to learn howto love yourself because we in the world,
we allow society to dictate who weare. We allow society to detate

(39:54):
what we're supposed to believe and everythingelse. You know, if you tell
someone you say, I'll leaving myselfand I love myself, Oh you're a
narsty. Is knowledge other stuff now, But you supposed to love yourself.
Even if strippers tell us love yourneighbors, you love yourself. So if
you're not loving yourself, how canyou love your name? If you don't

(40:16):
love yourself. Okay, I wrotea book and it's on Amazon. It's
called Who Stole My Benefits? AndGo Get back what was stolen? And
that's what the book talk about. It's like everything about our life has been
orchestrated, and until you break outof that box, that cycle, that

(40:36):
world system, you're going to beenslaved continually. Your benefits were stolen from
of us give our benefits away. You have to understand what you're under.
You really have to look at itfrom spiritual side, because it's not it's
not going to just tap us onthe back and say, Okay, we're

(40:58):
just gonna let you walk in Notrying to kill us and take us bow
he did, and so it's tryingto dictate to us where we go,
what we do, what we eat, how we sleep, how we view
ourselves, how we even view God. I mean, come on, now,
you have to really be aware. And that goes back to getting plenty
of rest, of getting up inthe morning, early in the morning,

(41:21):
commanding your mornings before you leave thatdoor, because there's something on the other
side of that door waiting to devouryou. And most definitely I'm asking you
another question too. Let me askyou this. Could you share a particular
moment that you can say that aturning point in your life could have been
a childhood memory? Yes, Ido. I do remember a turning point

(41:46):
in my life. And I rememberthere was this little boy that had died
and he had autism. I can'teven remember what it is. I still
remember his name, but I won'tsay it here. But he was a
little boy, and I remember thatwas my first thought, like kids die,
like he's not even old. Andso the moment that I knew that

(42:07):
the little boy died, he livedup the hill, we called it up
the hill, up the hill.He was Caucasian and there was something wrong
with him, but he died andI remember thinking, well, if he
could die, I could die.And so I told myself that day that
I was going to have fun andenjoy life and live life because I didn't

(42:27):
know if I could die at anymoment. So that was a turning one
for me. That really made mesee things at a young age. And
trust me, I had fun andlived my life, but I also had
to come back to a loving father. Well, definitely. And were their
challenges or setbacks that that, inhindsight played a critical critical role in your

(42:53):
person development? Yeah? Absolutely. And next question is what activities or hobbies
bring the most joy and fulfillment outsideof your official life. Hm. Well,
I love to explore parks and gardensand art. You will see me

(43:17):
walking in a garden and just studyingthere for hours. I mean, I
love those things. Those are thethings that bring me teas and serenity and
they kind of calm me and bringme back into alignment. But that's where
in somewhere where water is that thoseare my go to places. Those are
my go to things. They've alwaysbeen that for me as a child,

(43:37):
and I don't know why, butthat has always when you'll hear me say
that I'm in the gardens with Papaor I'm looking at art with Papa or
something like that, that's where youwill definitely find me. And also we're
gonna take another quick commercial break. And when we right back and discover who
you are with Katrina, be dippingthere with two eggs pay touched down.

(44:05):
You know you learning there? Manooh yees, do that? Come uncle
from the back with two hands spendinghim go with two beeps? Mean to
say too bad already, I justcall it on bringing it pushed out on.
You see the blocks man on thebuckle, a block and a big
and a face. And I'm gonnamake a biting at the top of the

(44:27):
truck when I let them take one. And then I said to be a
part of the big one time Iget the ten a much you did up
here? One of your father issee how you getting beat upbout disrespecting them
with them? Don't come when yousee what it's right under the thing.
Gotta see what been hating. Ain'tgot no money but fettering the pen and
coming and shipper can't live in aprince and can't I ge sai them ain't
even people spending for two beets forme to say two bads, I just

(44:49):
bought them two bees cooking here tobe dipping there with two eggs touched down.
Know you the man oo? Yeah? Hey was over everybody. We're
back here on the Walking This WayThe Impact was podcast. Of course,

(45:09):
I have T shirts and merchandise available. You go to my website. If
fast across the stream. You havemen and women teas available. Of course
that you want to support the podcast. Five T shirts available on my website
of course at Walking His Ways Impactfor us dot com. Go ahead for
the T shirts, support the podcast, support the movement and all the other

(45:30):
great stuff. So I'm back herewith my guests Mediamoga, Katrina of course,
and now we're talking about discovering whoyou are. And of course,
Katrina, we're doing talking about lotof great stuff. Let me ask you
this, what words, but whatsounds of wisdom that you want to get
an individual who all listening to ustonight, if I could tell anybody anything,

(45:51):
it would be stop listening to everyoneand begin just to capture the heart
of the father. I cannot saythat, and enough, even if it's
your own parents, even if it'syour children, your your spouse, whatever,
just stop. Just really connect tothe heart of the Father for yourself.

(46:12):
He is our creator. He isthe manufacturer that created you. So
if there's a problem, if youwant to know something, really connect to
him or just connect. That isthe ultimate. That's it. Am a
nation question. How do you balanceyour work life with your personal interest and
passion? Cool? Now I tellpeople that's that's kind of hard because I

(46:38):
believe that even with your work andyour personal life, your passions cross each
other. You bring it into I'llwrite for work, but then I also
write in my personal life. Butthere are times where I feel the Holy
Spirit like put all that down andjust come rest, or just go have
fun, just go set at theocean, go sit at the river,

(47:00):
ever the case may be. Soreally just being let of the spirit helps
to determine what you should be doingwhen it's time to shut down or when
it's time to ramp up. That'swhat I base it on. There's really
no no outline or no uh whatshould I say routine that I do to
balance it all out Because the giftsand the calling are operating in my personal

(47:23):
life just as well as in myprofessional life. It's not like I can
turn it on and off like that. But he gives me rest when I
need rest, and he tells meto move on when it's time to move
on, or just be stilled.Yeah, because you know when you on
this path, when you're on thisjourney and this path, you are okay,

(47:45):
You're you're constantly building. You know, you have people they say,
you got some people just living forthe weekend. You got the those who
are looking at building for the nextgeneration. So when you're building for the
next generation, you on you it'sall about I'm sacrificing the temporary pleasures for

(48:05):
long term to says, you know, those who want to hang out every
weekend or do this and do thatare the ones who don't have no direction,
no vision. Remember Wichard Tripper said, without a vision, the people
persish. And when you got avision, you're constantly working. Okay,
I'm talking about Noah. When Noah'sbuilding, then art what they did.

(48:27):
They laughed at no Oh, itdidn't. It ain't gonna rain rain all
this time. But he kept onbuilding. And so we got some noise
out there this evening. It's goingto but we got some noise out there.
If you that nod, that's taught, that's listening tonight. Keep building.
Yeah. They may be laughing atyou, they may be mocking you
until you don't take all that.Keep building your art. Yes, keep

(48:52):
building your art. Yeah, theygonna laugh at you. Yeah, they
gonna tell you, don't take allthat, but keep building your art.
Nea Mayah. For example, whenNa Morbas got your bill a while,
they tried to distract me your mindwhat Nea mind said, I'm doing a
good work, Why should come downfor you? You gotta tell those individuals
tonight, I'm not coming down foryou because I'm doing a good work and

(49:16):
it's gonna pay off because you gonnaYou're gonna enjoy the fruit of your labor
out of your abundance. Yes,absolutely, so keep keep building. Yeah.
They may be laughing at you. They may be saying they don't take
all that, but keep No,that is stopping. No, No,

(49:37):
it was a media right. Hekept on building and distraction is gonna come.
They try to do the same thingwith Christ as well. When he
was doing their head. Say hey, your mother, and you want to
see you those who do the wheelwhen you're doing a good work, ladies,
and gentlemen. You're gonna have individualcome come, come to come distract
you, and it's gonna be theclosest ones that's to you. It's not

(49:59):
the strangers, slaves and gentlemen. There's always gonna be people that's closely why
because it's gonna be an attachment there. It's the emotion thank you, It's
an emotional bun tie there. That'swhy they always used in the vision's close
to you say about that, Katrina, that is absolutely true because you will

(50:19):
hear the noise talkers, you willhear everything, but you gotta understand they
don't see the vision. We wewe think so many times that everybody should
know what we're doing or we're building, so they should know everybody doesn't know
what you're doing, because it's onlyGod who gave you the blueprint. He
didn't give it to you. Andthen go in there and wake your cousin,

(50:40):
your friends and everybody else to say, hey, this is what I
gave Katrina, this is what Igave Burman, this is what I gave.
Not he didn't do that. Soyou have to understand that you have
the vision, you carry the vision, the assignment it for you, not
for them, and you have tokeep going no matter what. Yeah,
you're gonna look like an idiot attime. You you really are. I've
been there, done that. There'sso many things that could happen to you

(51:04):
when you're building, and it probablyhappened to some of you now, like
he said, But keep going becausein the end, it's good success,
because if it's a vision from themost time, it will be accomplished.
Like it will be accomplished. There'sno you don't even have to second guess
it. It's going to be accomplished. Now what it looks like, we
may not know until we get tothat point. But keep going. Do

(51:28):
not listen to people. Move pastthe people's opinion, move past their faces,
move past everything, move past everything. You got to be very very
focus. It's almost like if somebodythrow a bullet at you, it's almost
like you gotta know when to dodgeit, know when the desert. That's
it. That's it. Keep building, keeping your crowd, keep studying your

(51:52):
crowd. If you if you're working, if you actually if you're working at
nine to five, and I'm gonnawith the audience, earn your break or
in between your breaks, I'm tellingus tonight. Keep perfecting your craft.
Yes, you're working at nine tofive right now, but in the midst
of that, still work on yourcraft. Still perfect your craft, whatever

(52:15):
that craft is. You still workin between. Just because you're working at
nine to five right now, thatdoes not stop the purpose in the diition
that God has for you. Sokeep I just see the glimpse of that.
Just keep working through that, ladiesand gentlemen, whatever it else,
take that book with you, theword instead of don't want to do not

(52:38):
doing nothing during your break, takethat book with you, Take your notebook
with you, take your highlighted withyou. Whatever you need to do to
keep your dream alive, to keepyou excited. That's going to keep you
ex sighted. Setting your goals, your weekly goals, your monthly goal,
your yearly goals, whatever, You'vegot to get a right about your life,

(53:00):
ladies and gentlemen, And you haveto make up your mind that I'm
gonna be excited just because the worldis miserable. Remember what the trip tells
us. We're in the world wherewere not love the world. Yeah,
we're aliens passing through, right,So always keep that in mind and let
me put them some more questions aswell, but exatrini, have anything you

(53:22):
want to answer to that. No, you did a good job of it.
I've always been talked, don't gobehind nobody's firing. But I said,
just keep working, have fun whateveryou like. I said, it's
working at nine to five. Takewhatever bullsh you got, that's that's containing

(53:42):
to your purpose, whatever it is, work on the why you and that
nine to five. I mean stillwe respect of their time. I'm not
saying don't do what you don't dowhat you want to do on people's time
cloud, but in between times alwaysthat going all right, nothing. I'll
ask you to Katrina is can youshare a specific way in which you aim
to paustively impact the lives of others? Yeah. I aim to do that

(54:09):
by educating people with awareness, helpingthem and accompanying them on how to awaken
who they truly are. It's likeno one can do anything until they really
one hundred percent of who they areand function in that. So what I
plan to do is continue to educatingthrough through my writing, through our shows

(54:30):
on the network, all of thosethings. Those are tools that we're using
to make people aware that they aresomebody and that they are just as chosen
as called as people. They probablyare. Put it on a pedestal when
you look in the mirror everyone, and you got to tell your self that
you are the one. I amthe chosen, I am the one.

(54:52):
You have to tell your stelf thatbecause guess what you are. There's something
you can do that I can't do, and I may need what you can
do. And it doesn't matter ifyou think someone is more successfully you.
Someone have more knowledge of you,but someone don't have the knowledge you have.
And so I just really want peopleto be aware that there's no difference

(55:12):
between us and anybody else. Weall come from one stores. We all
got the same opportunities. We justhave to connect with people who can help
us get to the opportunities. ButI would say that is really one thing
that my heart is is to makepeople aware of who they truly are and
what they possess on the inside ofthem and how to function in that complete

(55:37):
Oh man, most definitely. Andmy last one is for you as well.
How do you align your daily actionswith the long term legacy you hope
to leave behind. I talked toPapa a lot. I talked to him
a lot, but I also dolittle things like if I know that I

(55:59):
want a client, a certain typeof client, and I'm not ready for
that client yet because I don't havesomething in place, but I still go
around those type of clients that Iwant and I learned from them and I
connect with other people who can helpme get to that. So I don't
just set there and plan and don'tdo anything. I put feet to it.
I put feet to it, andI pray and I meditate, and

(56:22):
I ask for resources and directions. And the number one thing is I'm constantly
asking him to empty everything out ofme that I don't need, that would
be hindering me, that would hinderothers. That is the key thing.
You always have to do hard checkup every step of the day, check
your own personal motive because we're hereand like, oh I want this,

(56:43):
I want that, but do youreally need that? And is that what
he's really wanting you to do?So check your motive to let him check
your heart daily daily, because whenyou're building and when you're successful, the
enemy will come at you because there'sa lot of things that could just snatch
you in there a business, andso you really have to make sure that
your heart is connected to the heartthat created you most and most definitely and

(57:08):
that is right. But John nobodygreat to get off this thing. I'm
respectful of your time, Katrina, one more time go and plugging all your
social media information. How can itget it comfort to what you How can
we support you and the work thatyou are doing? Okay, so on
YouTube you can go follow us onFMD Global TV. We're building that platform.

(57:31):
We're waiting on our rollcup platform togo back up. Like I said,
we've been on roku for a fewyears and gained numbers that had to
pun the network and revamp. Sothat's what we've been doing. But we
are just short days weeks away fromrewaunch. We're excited about that. But
in the meantime you can go overthere SMD Global TV and FMD Global.

(57:54):
I have to say this, thatstands for my grandmother, the one that
I told you that told me,well you will and her name was Fanny
May Dixon and so that's who thetelevision network is named after because she's really
the the influence behind a television network. And you can follow me Katrina Marrable
Katrina Marrable WOCO on some of thembut you can follow me on ig and

(58:17):
on Facebook as well, and asKatrina, I thank you, I give
your flowers. Keep doing the greatwork. Thanks for hanging out with me
tonight. Lead this thing, ladiesand gentlemen. I will be back here
Saturday morning at ten am on onemore thing, Katrina. Anything you want
to share anything the most? Ishare your later in your heart? Do

(58:38):
you want to share with the artsboldyour lead? Just remember who you are.
Remember Him. You gotta put Godfirst. You really have it.
If you don't believe, I askedthat you ask for Him to come into
your heart so you can begin toshow you and demonstrate to you what it
is that you should be doing.Always seek Him first. You cannot,

(59:00):
you cannot. It may you maygain traction, but if it's not rooted
and grounded in Him, it won'tstand. It will not staying. And
he heard that, folks, itwill not stand. So keep God first.
Matthew six thirty three says, isSiki first, the Kingdom of God
and all his rightness. People forgetabout that. Yeah, he said,

(59:20):
Sike first, the Kingdom of Godand his righteousness, his righteousness, his
well doing things, and everything elsegonna be added unto you. Ladies and
gentlemen, the gentile, the peopleof this world, they go after those
