mindset ever since then. She hada cridifield, comes min's degrees, military,
She's not afraid to take chan challenges. She's not afraid to take risks.
She's all about success and I reachedout to her. I know what
did podcast before it was comfortle schedule. It kind of today worked out perfectly
(01:04):

as well, and happy New Year. I've been doing really good. But
I really appreciate you having me on, really do well. You know,
I love having inspiration people as yourselfwho are doing the stordinary things. We
know. We're in the time nowwhere air one is always looking for redemption,
(02:12):
looking for a hole, and theyget them and an inspiration as well.
But they get them inspirations from otherindividuals who see they're making things,
make it impact. And you're oneof the ones who are making the impact.
And I love having interview at yourselfon here because you share your stories
with the listening audience and they lookat Okay, she doing it. I
could deal it too, And that'swhat's all about. So get started,
(02:36):
give us the background on who theextraordinary young woman is. So I consider
myself an entrepreneur I have I alsohave a military background. Prior to going
into the military, I was incollege, so I went to schools for
therapy and then while I was inthe military, I earned a degree my
(03:01):
mom Hospitality and Witness And once Igot out of the military, I got
into institution. But I always hadlike a diversity about me, like I
always have loved helping people, andI just bought my my education and I
(03:24):
bought that into my entrepreneurship and Ijust used everything I have learned through the
military, everything I have learned whileI was in college because I'm I'm ana
learn, I'm like a professional,I'm always and so I just bought all
those things, all those experience thathas helped me shape me like I am
today, helped me to be successfulexperiences and that's what's up right there.
(03:50):
And before we go with your firm, we get a bit shout to a
shunty that's watched us good evening. And also she said she's tuning in from
Birmingham, Alabama, Alabama, andI say, the course a big shot
to Alabama as well. So that'salways a great thing. But You've always
been one of the ones who alwaystake on new challenges, take on new
(04:12):
roles, to be diverse. Sohe was always them individuals who always want
to keep your life interesting entertaining becauseI know if lot of time interviews may
get bored, right, you alwayswants who always wanted to Okay, let
men try to do things. Iwant to learn different things to keep your
life interesting because I know it's peopleare drawn to interesting people, right right,
(04:35):
And that's why I love about yourpodcast. I know your foundation is
walking his ways, but you haveall walks of lives on your podcast.
You have different types of people andI think that's what makes us you meet.
You know, everyone has their ownindividual niches about them and that's something
(04:56):
that has helped shape me to beable to help people. She's not kind
of just seeing things one sided, but kind of having an open view,
like just open minded with everything thatI do. Right, And that's what
it's all about, you know, dealing with the mindset, working on things.
We're constant. We are they say, what creatures having? They say,
(05:18):
always involving, always growing, Uh, never be afraid to take chance.
We know, success it's all abouttaking risks. And I had this
conversation with someone and work one timeand win the generation now where individuals,
(05:38):
some individuals they want success, butthey want to be companied at the same
time. Right, It's like Iwant I want the good, I want
this, but I want to becomebecause you know, well much given much
required, we never want to besuccessful. You're gonna have to sacrifice the
temporary pledges of life in order togain long term persist and some people can't
(06:02):
do that. That means, okay, I'm gonna have to give up going
out on the rail, I'm gonnahave to give up going out to dinners.
I'm gonna give up going out buyingthe buying ladies unless you're investing.
And that's a lot of things peopleforget, and they forget this. It's
Alboudy investing in you. You investedin your product, You're invested in your
(06:23):
business, You're invested in your brand. Like every time that I get I
have to put it back into mycompany. I have to put it back
into my business. And some individualsare not ready for that, right absolutely.
And that's one of the things thatI like to tell people because obstacles
is what's shaping and a lot oftimes people are You'll be surprised that.
(06:46):
A lot of times you hear aboutpeople afraid of failure, but a lot
of times people are afraid of sucsist. That's a thing. That's a thing.
And when like you said, weall when you want something, you're
gonna come across challenges and anytime youwant to brink or something, you're gonna
(07:08):
find that obstacle is gonna be putin your way. And you just gotta
never give up because that's the that'sthe things that's gonna make you better.
It's gonna prepare you for that nextlevel. Each level that you're trying to
get to you're gonna have to conquersomething, and so you just have to
keep your mind motivated. It's allabout motivation. It's all about just staying
ready and and and never giving up, even though it's easier said than done.
(07:31):
But you got you gotta be resilientin what you do and those are
things that's gonna help you to besuccessful. And not being afraid, not
being afraid of success, not beingafraid of what's on the other side.
You know, it's always gonna beyou. You will visualize something, but
God has a way of making iteven better than what you visualize. So
(07:53):
you just gotta keep on going.Keep you got to you know, because
we are second month of twenty twentyfour. You know you have people get
excited. We im gonna say people, you have individuals got to sited December
thirty, first January, first firstof the first of the first of January.
Everybody going to the gym and getmyself and shut with do this and
(08:13):
do that, get into those emotionsand now after awhile those emotions stay it
away. You know, you haveto think have false confidence. But in
order to be successful or quiet, just when you know, get you know,
you hear people say that all thetime. Angel get out your own
way. So a lot of timewe be in our own way. We
want to put this out. Wegot haters, I got haters. No,
(08:35):
a lot of times it'd be you. We could be our own worst
in the meat and we'd be inour own way, and we based off
all feelings and emotions. Well,I don't I don't feel okay, I'm
gonna get it like I say,I'm gonna get up at four o'clock,
five o'clock in the morning, orI don't feel like I'm just gonna turn
over. Once again, we getin our own way again I'm using as
(08:58):
an example, But then we hateourselves because we defeated ourselves. No,
that makes absolutely sense. And sothat's the you know, you have to
remain consistent. You have to remainconsistent in the things that you're doing,
and then you have to set goals. One thing that helped me is actually
having like getting a piece of paperliterally and writing out the goals. Actually
(09:20):
visualizing it helps me a lot andjust really staying maintaining And it's something that
I also had to remind myself becausea lot of times you hear people that
say, oh, you know, you gotta do this, you gotta do
that. But you know, ifyou didn't put in a lot of work,
also take time to relax, selfcare and recharge in the things that
(09:41):
you're doing. So don't you know, don't constantly beat yourself up in Also,
you're gonna fail. Sometimes failure isokay. Failure is also something that
helps shape you. But the thingis your recovery. Your recovery is what
better than most. So even thoughoh you may have moments where you don't
(10:01):
you're not motivated, you just gottastay consistent. Every little stealth count every
little thing counts. Everything that youdo gonna determine your next few years in
life. So you just got tokeep that reminder in your with yourself and
you and that's the key to you, you know, getting and achieving the
things that you know. Right,Yeah, you know he's here long time
(10:24):
ago. We just said I'm lookingforward to the future. But we have
read the book The Achimists by PaulaCoelo. He says in the book,
you correct your present. Once youcorrect your present, your future will be
taking care of what I'm saying, what it's saying is on fair raising.
We forget about the habits, Weforget about those bad decisions that we make
(10:50):
during our president because what we're gonnado, you're just gonna repeat the same
thing in the future. So byjust says you correct your present, your
future can't care when you said that, all the time you thought that was
cool, I'm looking forward to thefuture. But then before you know it,
European the same thing in your futurein your prison. Until you start
making those those change that you needto make. You say, Okay,
(11:13):
you hear people say moving toxic situationsor I have to break this and break
that in order to have successful future, we have to start somewhere. A
lot of time Angel, we thinkit's all about the big picture, right,
but it's a little simple things.Give us those hang ups. What
do you want to say about that? I agree? And then also be
(11:35):
open to constructive criticism. That's whyone thing that I love doing I love
hanging around elders. I love lovelove hanging around my others, and I
love the wisdom that they give.So you have to be open to that
constructive criticism, open to discontinue tolearn and not thinking like you know it
(11:56):
all, but it's okay to notknow because that's what's gonna make you better
and just being open to that.So definitely the present moment and just correcting
that that will stop you from beingin that continuous toy. Like you said,
that loop. A lot of timeswe experienced the same thing, but
it'd be like different situations or differentpeople because you're in that same loop.
(12:18):
So in order to see that change, you got to be open to that
constructive criticism. You got to beopen to wanting to change, and just
be open minded to continuously learning.Right, So mentor is very important.
You know, we have a linenow, we have it more mentor than
ever before, and we know thatmentors and coaches help you out a whole
lot, like you said earlier, not to the point where we think we
(12:41):
know it all because we have nowpeople think they know it all, but
it's it's always levels that we haveto go through. Because the individuals that's
already there where you're going, themthe ones that you want to pick their
brain ask questions because they been there, done that, and they that are
where you're going. So what yousaid about having coaches and do you have
(13:05):
a coach yourself as you've been upto I know a lot of always have
mentors and coaches that they constantly talkto on a regular basis. Oh.
Absolutely absolutely. I Like I said, I love hanging around my elders because
that's you know, you can gainso much wisdom from from your elders.
(13:28):
And even if you can, youcan really you can really learn any something
from anybody. Okay, you justgotta pay attention. It could be something
younger than you. But me,I just so happen to be blessed with
a lot of older people in mylife that has really been coaching me and
helping me and mentoring me and thethings that I'm trying to do specifically like
(13:52):
in business and everything of that nature. I've been having some real good relationships
with people that older than me that'sbeen really good guidance to me. And
I'm really thankful for that because whenI do make a mistake or when I
do it because I'm human and Ido have those moments when I'm like,
oh my gosh, and then youknow, it's just good to hear someone
(14:13):
that has been through it before tellyou like, look, I got through
it, so you can too.Yeah, And That's what it is all
about. It. I just loveit because it's constantly growing. You be
constantly involving, you constantly want toget better. You know, you get
affirmations all the time. You knowwords, this thing we sell ourselves.
(14:35):
You know we already at times,Angel, we already judge ourselves. I
say stuff, and oh, I'mnot good enough, I'm not worthy of
enough, I'm not smart enough,I'm not beautiful enough, I'm not handsel
enough. What they gonna say, what they gonna think. And we be
in the prisons of our minds. And even though I still are working a
(14:56):
long force in the field, andyou have a lopy that will incarcerated,
Oh man, you got it goodbecause you're out there quote unquote free will
by telling this all the time. The worst lockup is in your mind.
There's a lot of people who isnot incarcerated physically are incarcerated in their mind.
Yes, on a regular basis, cause you never know what the individual's
(15:18):
dealing with, what they're going through. You know, you got somebody right
now who may be constimplating suicide.Somebody who may just lost their job,
lost a family member, lost amarriage, lost a home, lost a
child, stuff is always going onin this world that we're in, But
it's how we handle the matter,it's how we handle the situation. So
(15:41):
we talkt where people now don't eventalk and people afraid to talk, people
are afraid to confine in others. And we see all the time it's like,
okay, if I can find inyou or we have a falling out,
well or something, gonna blast everythingon what you told me on social
media so they could see yes, yes, yes, and if that's why
(16:03):
people don't And I understand why peopledon't talk to people because not saying everybody's
not bad, you know what I'msaying. It goes on on a regular
basis. Well, Okay, I'mgonna hurt you, so I'm gonna hurt
you too. And it's crazy,it is, It absolutely is. And
that's why it's very important to havea group of people or team of people
(16:26):
that you can really relying on,you know, that really can lift you
up in times when you need them. Of course, also having a strong
spiritual foundation, right oh, ifyou have a strong spiritual foundation, that's
gonna help you mentally for sure, first and foremost, but also just you
(16:47):
know, building really good relationships withpeople that you can trust that you you
know, when you have those momentsand you need to vent and things like
that, you know you will havethat and you're absolut right. A lot
of that is going on on socialmedia where you you know, you'll it's
just it's a lot of myths goingon, but you know, you gotta
stay above it. You gotta stayabove it. You gotta look above it,
(17:11):
and you gotta stay ten toes downon what you're doing. Those are
distractions. A lot of things thathappen like that are distractions to kind of
keep you not focused on the thingsthat you're trying to do. So you
gotta take those moments and you justgotta keep you know, you gotta keep
pushing. You gotta find a goodand even when every when everything even seems
like it's just not good, yougotta find you gotta find a good out
(17:34):
of it, and you gotta keepon moving. You gotta keep on pushing.
And that's those are the things, like you know, you just it's
hard, you know sometimes always tryto be this strong person because you're human,
so you're gonna have moments where you'renot. It's okay, it's okay
to do that. It's okay tohave that. But as long as you
(17:55):
have those as spiritual foundation you, things are all ways all in place for
you. You always find at thattime and you and yourself to pull it
through any type of situation. Facts. So we're gonna take our quick commercial
break and then after that we're gonnajump right back into our Q and a
conversation. The name of the tonight'sepisode is called The Spotlight on the Anger
(18:18):
l So if you're watching it,what you mean watching it at put hashtag
the Spotlight on the Anger els. Also let us know where you're watching us
from, and we'd love to giveyou a big shot. If you have
questions on what we're talking about tonight, you feel free to put me in
a coming session as well. Don'tbe afraid, don't be scared. We
love to ask your questions. Also, it's all I browthing about improvement.
So we'll be right back after thiscommercial break. As a professional quarterback,
(18:45):
I get a lot of shit overratedquarterback breaks out and I get it when
you're not a fan of something shiningon it can make you feel good.
But what if I told you thatnow it can do some good too.
Let me show you how. First, if you're forty five or older,
(19:07):
talk to your doctor about getting screenedfor colon cancer. Then, if you're
prescribed a home screening kit like this, grab the sample collection container and place
a sticker of something you want toshow on right on the undersat. Not
a fan of marine life, slapit on, have issues with old timy
prospectors. Boom it works with anythingfrom colors to large American predatory birds.
(19:33):
Then follow the instructions on collecting andshipping your sample. We go, and
in about two weeks you'll have theresults. It's that easy to get screened
for colon cancer and make your feelingsabundantly clear. So talk to your doctor
today. Home screening gits like ColonGarter for people forty five or old er
of average risk, not for highUS People like dak Yak actually wouldn't use
a home test kit, but he'sso committed to preventing people from getting colon
(19:56):
cancer that he agreed to start onthis video we wrote for him without Eddikin's
erned for his safety. I definitelydeserve that there's a lead from behind dot
org to get more information and somestickers we med Hey, it was up.
Everybody went back here on the walkin this way. Impact Boy was
podcast. I'm your host Fremdan JessonJunior broadcasting out the DFW dat is for
(20:18):
a testaments fout area along with mygreat friend Angel ELPs out of Atlanta.
Jorda's Well, thank you for takingtime of productive schedule. Like I said,
I always mind you for a longtime. Just your mindset, how
you condt care of yourself, howyou conducted yourself as a young woman.
And it's like at your age,you always knew what you want to do.
We had a lot of people therein their twenties early twenties. They
(20:41):
try to figure out what I'm gonnado, w i'm'na go? But you
was always that type of individual whowalked to the beat of my own jone.
You wasn't trying to be a partof the end crowd, but you
always had that standing out. Wheredid it all come from to where you
are today? Even though I knowyou still have work to do, But
what that is from from that pointnow then till we're at today. So
(21:07):
let me tell you something anytime, even as a as a child, I
always been like that. I alwaysbeen a kind of just my own individual
person. But even you know, when I was in high school, I
got in high school and I tryto be in the end crowd. God
always had a way of could beright making my friend. I learned really
(21:29):
quickly, like really early on,how to like, you know, really
appreciate my essence and who I am. And so as I got older,
of course, you know, youknow, you're you're humans. You're human,
so you're gonna make mistakes. You'regonna make lots of mistakes. But
in those mistakes, it's what helpedme to really learn who I truly am
(21:52):
and really continue to just be atmy own draw because that's what make us
like I was. We were sayingearlier, that's what makes all of us
unique, because everyone got something specialabout them. And so it's just all
about remembering. It's all about, you know, just remembering who you are
and just continue to go on thepelf that's designed for you. And so
(22:15):
those are the things that I feltthat I value, my values and also
just like my upbringing, my upbringing, the way I was raised, those
are the things that really just voteme to keep going the way that I
say. It's always came from thatsituation where all things are possible. That
was always installing you. They willlimit yourself because you may be because your
(22:41):
background, the color of your schemes. You was always taught, hey,
you can be anything that you want. Right, there's the land of opportunities,
possibilities, and that would keep doinga lot of time. Individuals they
had that limitation when it comes tofamily members. You know, you can't
choose your family. We can chooseyour friends. But that limitation of well,
(23:04):
I can do it, you wantto do it, but breaking the
boundaries, cause I think every generationshould always top a generation, right,
you know, you know, Okay, thank god for parents they in starting
you. Okay, yeah we did, but we want you to take it
to a whole another level. Right, Yeah, absolutely, I totally agree
with that. I feel like eachgeneration brings something. So it takes the
(23:27):
next generation to open up doors tothings. It's stuff that I'm teaching I'm
now teaching my mother and my fatherthey're like, you know what, I
didn't even look at it from thatperspective, thank you, you know,
So it is up to the nextgeneration to open doors to show you.
(23:47):
It's think that the generation under methat showing me that I didn't even know
when I was. I'm like, god, I even know how to work
these with technology at what they knowand so it's like, you know,
it's amazing. So it's just it'sall about you being open to those things,
open to learning. That's the key. That's it, and that's with
(24:11):
a big shot. I also wantto thank Miss Cross has watching on the
YouTube side. You said values arevery important. Thank you for tuning in
and watching Miss Cross on the YouTubeside of the Night's podcast. Yeah,
he just made me think about howthings are. You know, we was
in a generation you know, I'llbe forty two in April, but we
(24:33):
came to that time where it wastaught to go to school, go to
work, remain on the job forso long, you get your retirement,
get your think, think you're givinga good life. Right. That's that's
all had changed now right where there'speople are learning about financial literacy, they're
learning about investment, they're learning aboutthoughts and buns, they're learning about life
(24:55):
insurance policy. Because I tell anybodyand I've been do that. I he
was telling me a long time ago, in my generation, there won't be
no more social security because if youlook at it now, it's fading away
slowly but surely. Right now youhave to think about Okay, now,
I can't work forever. I'm gonnaget at a certain age. But I
(25:18):
want to be financially statemle right,I want to be financially comfortble. That
makes sense. Start thinking long term, you know, having policies in place,
investments in place. You know Ihave I have an I have an
account in place right now, andI have it taken out every other habitained
out monthly or whatever, and Idon't see it because it don't be in
(25:41):
my mind. I look up tomine and I look at my accounts.
Oh man, it's growing. Butit's just that you want to be comforble,
not to the point where I gotto Rob Peter to pay pillf That
makes sense when I'm saying it,right, I agree. I totally agree,
because yeah, I know a lotof people are getting to financial literacy.
(26:03):
So are you into the financial literacy? That's one of your pet pee
when it comes to finances, becausewe know that people will get money as
a too. Absolutely, that's somethinglike for example, when I first got
into entrepreneurship, credit was something thatI one of the first things that I
had learned early on, and Iknow growing up that wasn't something that I
(26:27):
was taught. Is something that Ihad to learn. So my position to
tell my parents and other family membersimportant to having good credit and not being
afraid because, like you said,a lot of the generations are taught to
go to school, go to work, and like you said, a lot
(26:48):
of those old traditions and ways aredisappearing. So not for being that being
bold enough to take different risks. It is something that I've been teaching my
family members as well, like yeah, it's okay, like I went to
school. I went to school too, But I also have several businesses that
(27:10):
I have invested in, and financialliteracy is one I Also I'm an insthetician,
so I'm teaching people about the valueof skin care, of taking care
of their body, taking care oftheir health. That's something that I have
a mentorship in Cynthia Bunner. Shehelps me a lot with learning when she's
(27:32):
an urbalist, so she helps mea lot when it comes to natural health.
So that's a lot of things. You know, a lot of times
we depend and it's and I'm nota medical advisor. Or anything. But
a lot of times, you know, our generation, they depend on doctors
telling them, you know, youhave to take this medication. You have
to take this medication. So it'slack of education on natural remedies, you
(27:53):
know that, you know so.And we have a lot of times we
have lost some of the traditions thatwe have that we is embedding in it.
So I'm all about you know, bringing some of those transitions back,
but also any you know, bringingin the new information and knowledge that I
have learned to bring to the generationsbehind me and in front of me about
(28:17):
ways of taking care of their healthand things like that. So you just
have to not be afraid to thinkoutside of the box. And that's the
thing about it and being successful andjust you know, carrying more your generation.
All right. You don't want tobe closed minded, you know,
never want to be closed minded. You want to be open minded to ideas,
(28:37):
be our open minded to other peopleideas as well. And as you
was talking about help, we knowthat Biblically, the Bible says that no
God wants to prosper in our health. So you know it's God's we are
for us to be healthy. Weknow a lot of people are tapping into
when it comes to the remedies, the right foods that we should eat,
(29:00):
the problem nursement that we should betaking. You know, all this stuff
does play a role in our lives. You know, like you said,
the doctors will put you on thisdifferent medicaid with high blood pressure to you
name it. We know that thepharmaceutical company is a tree and all the
industry, so we know they don'twant you to be healthy. If they
did or put them out of business. So they have to keep this stuff
(29:25):
going. But learning this stuff, learn how to be healthy. Uh so
she on their health I only sayhealth journey. But being healthy is part
of ofreneurs got to be healthy, right, you have to you have to
eat right, you have to makesure you stay hydrated, exercise. So
as you on that on part ofyou being healthy, what foods do you
(29:48):
eat on the regular? What thingsthat you took out of yo? When
it comes to your inhabits, sowhat are the things that you implement to
being stay healthy? So a lotof times you you hear people like you
have to be on a streak dietand things like that. And I'm a
(30:11):
type of person like if I feellike if you have like a dislike for
food, it kind of makes youdislike yourself, which kind of discourage you
from the health journey. So,you know, you basically want to just
eat fine foods that you like andjust do what you feel will be best
(30:32):
in your journey. You gotta dowhat's best for you because everybody is different.
That's one thing about you. I'mnot gonna ever tell someone you have
to eat this, you have toeat that. But what I can say,
you want to find more of anakaline type diet. So a lot
of greenery, a lot of vegetables, of course, fruits, you know,
things like that. You want toinclude that in your diet. You
(30:55):
don't want to eat a lot ofscarches, you know. You know I
love chicken wove, so you don'twant to eat that every day. You
know, you want to be inthe things that you eat. So you
just gotta find the best thing that'sfor you. But you want to you
know, you want to include moreof an ak line when you're eating,
(31:17):
and you definitely water is your bestfriend. Water is your best friend,
hands down. A lot of things, a lot of issues come with a
lot of people. They just needto have a good vowel movement, right,
Yes, so you work on yourcoalon. That's the key to a
lot of getting rid of a lotof things that's going on within you,
(31:41):
is just having a constant vowel becauseonce you clean that clean your coalon is
directly linked to every major organ inyour body. So if you're constantly cleaning
that, you'll notice a change insomething like your eyesight, your smell,
you're hearing everything. You will noticea difference. So that's a very key
(32:02):
thing that I tell people is makingsure that you have you constantly keep your
your hold and clean, making surethe regular vowel movement right, because that
is important. And Miss Cross said, I agreed more fruits and vision,
your bodies, your temple. Thatship you got. Your body is your
tempt. You gotta take care ofyour body. Because what I do.
(32:27):
I ate a lot of greens.I ate a lot of salad. It's
a place here and doubts. I'llbe going to call salad and go.
They have a salad all day. They have get your saladite six o'clock in
the morning. Really yeah. AndI because when I get off at six
thirty sometimes I go and I giveme see the salad. I don't do
nothing of the group tons. Iget that. I add my protein to
(32:49):
it, like the steak, thechicken and stuff for my protein. So
I do that on a regular basis. Whenever I do cook in a home,
I do like broccoli, and Ido like chicken bread. I bake
it, of course, so Ibake it and stuff. I eat stuff
like that. I made sure Itake my vitamins a lot, of course.
Gotta keep that immune. I tellthem, abody, keep your immune.
I have some guys at work. They stay sick all the time.
(33:13):
I told me I need to starttaking some vitamins because you gotta keep your
immune system strong because if you don't, you're gonna remain seek there all the
time. So I impermit that alot. So I'm always learning different thing
when it comes to the battle, and I said help as well. You
know everybody said they want to chasethe bag, chase the bag. But
you keep chasing that bag, You'regonna be paying them hospital deals. You're
(33:36):
not being healthy. But make sureyou take care of yourself. Go to
the gym regular course, drink cleanwater, green tea. I love green
tea, so I drink that alot two hours, So go ahead and
come to the spaw We're opening ourown spa here in Georgia. And so
take time to have self care daysfor yourself. Take time to because we
(34:00):
don't only just clean a lot ofpeople. It's like, oh, you
just wash your face. No I'mnot just washing your face. I'm cleansing
your skin. I'm cleansing your body. I'm helping beautify your body from the
inside. Also, take time togo to these balls. Take time for
yourself, and like Alisha, MissAlisha was saying, your body is your
(34:22):
temple. You're a temple, sotake time. There's no price tag on
making sure that your health is toptier because like you mentioned earlier, you're
saving yourself a lot of hospital visits. So just taking moments in time to
take care of yourself, that's that'sone way to keep yourself going. Keeping
(34:43):
your mens focused too. Yeah,I also have growth. You know a
lot a lot of people used tolose their hair and you have people tell
them, oh, just go aheadand go ball. A lot of that
stuff come from what when people youbeat your necks. But I'm saying it
could be the follicles has closed upand keeps the hair from not growing and
(35:04):
circulating that way the hair falls out. You know, they have stuff now
which helps you to grow your hairback. You know what I'm saying.
What you want time in on that, Yes, and that's something that's a
service too as well that we offerand our spa where we actually have scalp
treatments and we make sure we dothings where and you'll be surprised that a
(35:29):
lot of young people our age andyounger that's having issues with their hair hair
losses. And I think a lotof it it has to do with a
lot of the communities and things thatyeah, we're putting in our bodies.
So we offer a treatment where wedo scalp treatments where we moisturize your hair
with this machine called a your Facialmachine, and we we stimulate the hair
(35:52):
growth and we help throw your hairback. And it has done really well
with a lot of our clients. So that is something else that you know,
you can take time for yourself ifthat's something that you haven't issues with.
You know, if you're here inAtlanta, make sure you come by
our respont to get that skelptulement orjust look more into doing that for yourself
(36:13):
because like you said, that isan issue. That's the major issues that
we're having today with the end ofover. Yeah, right, that the
first thing they tell you we're justgo and cut it off. But it
comes from the half follicles being closed. Like you mentioned, the problems lot
is to come from the commercial shampoosif they sell in the store, and
(36:36):
what it does it causes the halffollicles where it causes the hair to fall
out. Right, So like yousaid, you do this the treatment for
the scale to get that circle thatthey doesn't do like a like a burning
sensation where you know, okay thatthat it is life still there, right,
you know burn or itch like anitchy you know, like okay,
(37:00):
it's circulating. I still got Becausea lot of people that's the thing.
They don't feel nothing at all.So that's when you know, like,
okay, it's still some growths happening. It's just gotta you know, when
you just want to keep it stimulated, right, you know this stuff is
spoiled. And also for the fellas, it's nothing wrong with take care of
(37:21):
yourself, but that's been stereotyped forso long too. I ain't do when
it comes to guys taking care oftheirself, they think, okay, you're
gay or that. No, butit's healthy to take care of your feet.
Because I remember I moved five movedhere to Mobile. I mean,
I said, if I moved hereto mobile, when I moved from Mobile
to hear and I went to getmy feet done. And it's label breaking
(37:44):
it down to me how it's importantto take care of our feet. Because
she was saying, y'all, guys, y'all so quick. You want to
get your hair cut, jacket, but y'all never think about taking care of
the feet. And when she brokeit down to me, it makes a
lot of sin. But not Ido go get my feet, which I
call it my treaty King day, treaty king days when I go get my
(38:05):
feet done and stuff like that, because Sais, we do a lot.
I do a lot of walking,so I gotta take care of my feet.
Keep the nose, I guess theykeep the nose, keep the toes
tram. Then also here with thecirculation to the blood circulation, I did
not not that eat it when itcomes to getting our feet done. Here
with blood circulation, also, Iagree, and you'll be surprised. We
(38:27):
also offer a treatment to what ourspots called a foot betalks and what and
it's for yes, for males andfemales because is open to the all and
a foot be toks. What itdoes is it literally you soak your feet
in and it'll basically take all thetoxins out of your body, right and
(38:50):
you gotta you also get an opportunityto kind of see what's going on with
you within your body. So,like you said, it's good to you
know, take time to you.And then we also besides your feet as
well, so it's good to getthat little circulating, get those toxins out
your feet, and just take timefor yourself. Those those little things like
(39:10):
that are very critical and long termhealth. That's what's gonna really get you
through a lot of It's gonna getyour immune system you were saying earlier.
Yeah, and also helps like thebuild immune system, build a metabolism.
That's another thing. I know, our tabulism slows down that it would be
all bloated AND's a lot of timewe just need to get cleansing right for
(39:35):
the med session. When we beso bloated, it's because of all that
talks in the way could matter offact, I learned this a long time
to go quit me if I'm wrong. Even when we pass gas, it's
not if it ain't supposed to feela certain way, because risk donkey,
that means is something wrong on theinside, it is not right? Right
(40:00):
right, the smell I'll let differentsmells that's coming from your body, it
lets you know that okay, something'snot right because we're not supposed to smell
certain type of ways. So thoseare like signs to let you know,
like, Okay, what's going onwith my body? What I need to
(40:21):
do next is something I need tomaybe eliminate from eating. I need to
maybe have a good bowel movement,I need to change something up. So
those smells are signs that let youknow, like, okay, to much
today, I need to right becauseit's right. They're not supposed to smell
when you basically when you when youpass gas, it's not supposed to him
(40:44):
be my wrong that I don't think. It's not supposed to smell because if
it's smelling bad, that means somethinggoing with you on the inside. You
need to get checked out. Justlike being body older, you know what
we're not supposed to be smelling no, So that means that's the start polling
out too, And that's signs tolet you know that you that something is
(41:06):
going on within your body. Whenyou start having different body odors and things
of that nature, those are thingsthat you that's just your body telling you,
Okay, something's not right. Whatdo you need to do with this?
So a lot of times your bodyis going to tell you first before
something major happened down the line, that something's going on within you. You
just got to pay attention to it. Yeah. I remember I had punkeed
(41:28):
this stuff in the bottom of shop, and it's some type of detail.
I stay. I stay going tothe vitamin shop. That's one of my
favoritelites to go. I don't carenobody say. People say, man going
to the vinment shop and spends oftrucks and that stuff works and it's here.
It hits me a whole lot.But buying this stuff with some type
of anyway, some type of detailsadd bolt and it had me go to
(41:50):
the bathroom constantly. But when Iwas using it, I see that a
lot of stuff that I had waseating was coming out of it because of
the detoxing, because that stuff sitsin our mid session. What we are
supposed to be. You know whatI'm thinking about will be going and that's
the head. We're going for acouple of days. But we get off
(42:13):
here on Timmy some more in thatstuff we got the show. I'm all
about cleansing myself too, but thatstuff is important. It's you people don't
realize because I started recently, nottoo long ago, started getting something called
colonics and that's something that you knowhelps clean out your colons, and you
(42:35):
don't realize a lot of times youdon't realize how backed up as from a
child, from a baby, youcan still be backed up. That's years
of backed up. So it's allabout health and clearing that out. Sheah,
that's it. That's more thing becausewe're gonna because we know we're gonna
talk about this a little further too, because on this show we are uncensored
though all of good stuff. Wegot a coming too from Miss Cross.
(43:01):
She said, Yep, my husband'sbrother, my husband, Yep, my
husband brothers, uncles and all pastorsI know are medo sensuals and they are
kings to yes me and take careof your bodies checkups to your queen's kneezers.
That's coming from Miss Cross. Andthen we got another one too,
she said, But the tuz areamazing. I love them. If detached
(43:22):
your lever kidney blood increases blood circulationand everything else. So that's another statement
from Miss Cross. Thank you fromMiss Cross. Also, you have any
questions, go ahead, Lightness ifyou have any questions for Angel. She
does a lot of great things. You also can see you're also spiritual as
well. You always tap into thespiritual side of things as well. How
(43:44):
as that going along too on thespiritual journey. You there for a long
time, too long time, right, you know, And I think that's
something that I'm I'm gonna be oninto i leave this physical plane. You
know, we're gonna always be ona journey. And I actually right now,
I have a group called Interest ActivationAcademy, and it is for men
(44:07):
and women. And we don't justtalk about spiritual things, you know.
We talk about a lot of spiritualthings like meditation, affirmations, just things
to keep you a positive mindset,to keep you going, stretching, you
know, things of that nature tokeep you just on point. We talk
about other things as well, likebusiness things we talk about like a diverse
(44:30):
things. But if that's something thatpeople all are interesting and to learning,
like different aspects and those spirituality tokeep focus in balance as of finding on
my Facebook page. But yes,I still I'm still on my journey and
I'm still you know, I'm learningso many different ways. And I learned
(44:52):
also in my spiritual journey, youknow, not to keep myself in a
box with that either like a lotof times you hear, like a lot
of everybody use different terminologies and right, you got different ways that they connect
to spirit. So I always tryto just be aware of those things and
(45:14):
I take what's that's good that Iresonate and that's good for me and I
keep you know, keep things moving. But I always my foundation, you
know, is always God. Youknow, I always rely on God.
I always praise to God. Andthat's what's been keeping me movement with everything.
And that's what it's been keeping meon that spiritual journey and keeping me
(45:36):
focused on everything that I needed todo in life. And that's what I
was saying earlier. As long asyou have that foundation, on that spiritual
foundation, you know, and keepingthat in your heart and in your spirit
you'll be able to get through anythingthat any obstacles that come your way.
Yeah, most definitely. So we'regonna take another correct commercial break and break
(46:00):
it. So I accumate conversation, but try to smack your fine do do
(46:21):
that all your ready here. Lastly, I feel the tough the acnemy you
made somebody love me, but Iam all through the print to turn up
for my love and drill you didupon a barn on me. You are
(46:45):
the bother did on me to trythe poor con against me. I pakful
for the time around me for noreason for pasty. You did a thirty
ParvE moment you didn't fit the pavemoment. You've paid it the light and

(50:35):
on the walk in This Ways Impactwas podcast. So we got another comment
from this cross. Zippo is anatural capsule to help detox cold if fruits
and veggie intake is a low okay, So how so you have a lot
of fruit and vegion intakes, it'slow whatever that has a lot because a
lot of people fruit and vegi intakeis a low. People don't get a
(50:58):
lot of fruit. You know.I love watermelon. I want to build
all day long. I love. It's almost that season for it. It's
almost that season, you know whatyou know, ie waterman all year around.
You know they said all year around, and I can eat it.
And I know everybody look at watermenin summertime, but I get it all
(51:19):
the time. And I go tothe store by the watermelon trunks taking to
work with me for for a snack, and I'm good, and I'm good.
So I love watermelon. So thespiritual journey, military spot, you
know, doing you do a lotof major things. So what's next?
(51:39):
What's next on your plate that youwant to come to now? Because individual
that loved one and try new thingsI do? What next? So what's
next I do? I'm thinking aboutmaybe writing some books and some books books,
doing some more mentorships, you know, helping others that's like diverse like
(52:02):
myself and that's open minded minded andhelping others on their paths. So you
know, and just you know, spreading the words, you know, keep
on motivating people that want to dodo a similar pealth like minds or just
getting into entrepreneurship. I'm here.I want to be that motivational person for
(52:25):
you know, the voice of thepeople. So people you know like,
hey, like you've seen earlier, you can do it. I can too.
So you know, I'm a realbig person on like helping the underdogs
and stuff like people that's afraid totalk like, hey, I got you.
I'm gonna I'm gonna be that personthat's gonna be your hypen right.
(52:45):
No way you thought about bringing outin them was already being embedded in them.
So it's a breaking their truth selfbecause really we're a spiritual being when
even when it's human body, butwe're really spiritual beings. It's all about
brain and out the spiritual side ofyou and not just thinking okay, this
is this is me. No,this is not you. The grid you
(53:07):
is on the inside. It justhave to bring it out. Pull back
those layers. The thing we've beentaught wrong, the mindset, our beliefs,
you know, all this stuff playedthe road. We have to start
pulling back those layers and it takestime to add. Everybody think that this
is an overnight They know, badbehaviors we built up beliefs over time.
(53:30):
It's like when you gain weight. You didn't just gain weight overnight. It
took years and months to gain allthat weight, so now you have to
reverse it. So it's gonna takethe time to really just pull back that
stuff from the learn A lot ofyou think, oh, I just get
it one time, that's it.No, you have to constantly keep going
(53:52):
to the learning tree. Yes,yes, it's level. It's level too.
You know, once you reach onelevel, it's a whole another level
that you gotta get through to.So you like, you just can't give
up. You gotta keep going, you gotta keep moving, You got to
you gotta keep you gotta keep grinding. And I know we printed for time.
(54:13):
So how can the listening audience followyou and support the work that you're
doing. So you can find meon Facebook under the Angel Elks. You
can also find me on Instagram Undertouchedby the Angel and also have another Instagram
that's called Interesting Angel for either oneof those, and you can very positive
(54:45):
with an individual. She do alot of great things. She's all about
putting that work. She's all aboutthat Briand also I got an own question
for your swell Angel to come insession. What brands did you sir?
Yeah, I know we said military, so that's the first question in the
(55:06):
common session. So what Brent?Yeah, so it was the app force.
So I would like to say amilitary we need't really don't talk about
what you were service, so it'sall about that. So how was that?
So that was part of your entrepreneurship. So we know military help brainforth,
discipline, help branfall, structure andstuff like that. So given me
to those traits into your entrepreneurship aswell. Absolutely, I used me being
(55:30):
able to just talk to different typesof all walks of life, talk talk
to people. I took that andput into of my entrepreneur for sure.
Leadership, time management, all thosethings that I learned in the military is
is and what is also what Icarry in everyday life too as well.
So yeah, so I took thosethings and that definitely has helped me be
(55:52):
successful in our business. Man.That's what's up, cause we know that
a lot of time that have ata whole lot when being in the military,
you go to school for free, you get a chance to travel,
everything, get paid and all theother good stuff. So that's what it's
all about. But but by mind, I should you always excelling in different
(56:16):
things and require a few people notdoing the thing that you know. I
know we got people are doing it, but it's only a select few.
Or actually making things happen, notprocrastinating, not being lazy, not being
sloughful, not being double minded. But once you got your mind set on
(56:37):
something, you go for it.And I appau you for that and keep
it the pray word. I havea saying, I want to be the
best in everything that I do.So that's not just in work and entrepreneurship.
I want to be your best friend. If I'm a lover of yours,
I want to be the best lover. I want to be the best
door. I want to be yourbest fluster. I want to be in
(56:58):
the best in everything that I doas long as I'm on this hurt And
that's what. So in other words, you all about want to be successful
in every area of life. Ibelieve in that. So it's all about
that's aposed to be the successful areaof life. You know, society tells
people you can't, right, Butwhen you are the creator of your own
(57:21):
world and the creator of your ownuniverse, you can have all that some
people don't realize that at the daythey can have all that. You know
what I'm saying. I don't likedamn what people say on the outside on
the outside world. Well no,if that's your world and my world is
different. You know we talk likethat. They can't you crazy? Nah?
(57:45):
You know that, Like i'mll behonest with you, Like the stripper
tells us, we're in the world, but we're not of the world.
Just because that's their behavior, don'tmean I have to go along with their
behavior. I don't think. Igotta make sure I do. I don't
break the lawn. I don't killnobody, that's it. But other than
that, I don't go along withthey saystem my lives. Because were talking
(58:08):
about this holding the broad again, you have to bring back on again,
gut us a whole of the podcast. But go ahead one more time.
You have any sounds of advice, any sound, any sounds of vice in
the words of wisdom. They're gonnaleave here with the listening audience that's watched
us right now and we'll listen tothe replay in their future. Stick to
(58:30):
your values, you know, stickto your values, your morals. Don't
stay stay open minded to everything, and most importantly, don't don't give up.
Don't give up on your dreams andyour aspiration. Don't let anyone tell
you what you can't do, andand and and most and most and most
and most importantly keep going first, most definitely Okay, miss Cross said,
(58:54):
she said, thank you for yourservice. She said she was in a
native Okay, my dad, myfather who's on watching right now, he
was in the navy to oh bity'all to your dad for washing us well,

course, and man, y'all havea great great night. Be back with
