Hard to believe we're down to.

The end of the month.
Speaker 1 (04:50):
Well, you know it is. We go through the days
really fast, and it's hard to believe just the way
it is. Nothing slow around here. Nope, it sure seems
to pass by real quick.
Speaker 2 (05:12):
Too fast.
Speaker 1 (05:14):
Yeah, yep. Well, at any rate, here we are up front.
We're going to be talking about the cross and the cost.
This is a special segment we begin with and we
tell you about some of the stuff that is on out.
(05:35):
We pick a post and go through it, and these
posts you'll find right on the front of our websites.
WARNEDASUSA dot com and we'll tell you where it is,
and then there's Dana Glennsmith dot com. So this is
(06:01):
the Cross in the Cost. This is a global advocacy
for the persecuted Church, Global gospel, global world believing God,
miraculous gospel at WARN Radio and you'll find this over
at WARNDASHUSA dot com. The Cross in the Cost proves
(06:26):
that believing God indeed has a cost for Christians. Yet
despite this, we see a miraculous gospel of the Almighty
Lord Jesus Christ. Here, as the world reels in troubles, conflict, confusion,
and global wars, we bring you the latest commentary of
(06:48):
news on the persecuted Church. It is as the scripture
reveals the words of Jesus Christ in the context of
Mark chapter eight, Versus thirty to thirty eight, saying, whosoever
will come after me, let him deny himself and take
up his cross and follow me. For whosoever shall save
(07:12):
his life shall lose it. But whosoever shall lose his
life for my sake in the Gospels, the same shall
save it. The cross and the cost is upfront in
today's show. It is hard to believe how governments can
make war on some things that do not matter yet
(07:34):
to save a people from extermination, as in the case
of the persecuted Church, we find condemnation by governments on
these matters, yet their policies never go far enough to
stop it. We have major Islamic war against Christians simply
(07:56):
because of who they are. We also see as Islamic
war against their own people, even the same faith. If
these Islamic fighters think the people are backslidden. The Cross
and the Cost on today's show clearly finds the Cross
and its cost, while at the same time finding the
(08:18):
global Gospel going forth into the global world. Mark eight
thirty four through thirty eight. We wrote a little we
read a little bit. And when he had called the
people up to him with his disciples also, he said
into them, whosoever will come after me, let him deny himself,
(08:40):
take up his cross, and follow me. For whosoever will
save his life shall lose it. But whosoever shall lose
his life for my sake and the Gospels the same
shall save it. For what shall it profit a man
if he shall gain the whole world and lose his
own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange
(09:03):
for his soul? Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me
and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation
of him, mooso shall the son of Man be ashamed
when he cometh in the glory of his Father, with
the Holy Angels, the Cross and the cost. Global Gospel
(09:27):
Global World Believing God, Miraculous Gospel at Warren Radio by
the Watchman. Dana Glenn Smith and Tower is also our
co host and this is one of our regular shows
we do, and we have a lot of these. We
have just in our Isaiah series. We have well over
(09:53):
five hundred shows on that an independent that's who we are,
an independent and biblical teaching, preaching and warning agency. In
these last days, they overcame by the blood of the Lamb,
the word of their testimony, and they love not their
lives unto the death Revelation twenty two eleven. And now
(10:19):
we move on the next one. Enforcing Malaysia parent parental rights.
And sometimes it's really hard to you know, these people,
this isn't like America at all, and this comes to
(10:42):
us from international Christian concern. You can go to persecution
dot org. The Malaysian High Court rules Muslims preachers secret
conversion video unlawful. In a significant ruling, Malaysia's High Court
(11:04):
has delared a TikTok video by preacher Ferdos Wang High Hung.
You got to excuse me some of these names Ferdos
Wong Way Hung that encourages non Muslim miners to convert
(11:29):
to Islam as unconstitutional and unlawful. The decision reinforces parental
rights under Malaysia's federal constitution and has sparked renewed discussions
on religious freedom, parental authority, and the role of faith
(11:50):
in public places. Justice arm Jeet Singh, presiding at the
Koala Empor High Court, ordered Ferdos to remove the controversial
video from all social media platforms and issued a permanent
injunction prohibiting several similar content in the future. He was
(12:15):
also ordered to pay out about twenty three hundred and
fifty dollars in legal costs to eight non Muslim parents
who filed the LASSA lawsuit. The case originated from a
June twenty twenty four TikTok video in which Ferdos advised
(12:38):
a social media influencer on how to handle non Muslim
miners in converting them to Islam. So Ferdos is dealing
with anybody that's non Muslim, and that's what his whole
idea was. Sure reportedly suggested keeping such conversations secret and unregistered,
(13:08):
prompting widespread outrage. The videos content raised alarm over the
breach of parenal trust and constitutional protections. Now the video,
it is ruled it undermined parental rights instead a dangerous
(13:31):
precedented president he invoked the High Court's authority and that's
the Courts of Judicial Act nineteen sixty four to uphold
constitutional liberties. The Court agreed, ruling that Ferudos actions were
(13:52):
unconstitutional and harmful. The landmark case is one of the
first to address digital prostialization and underage conversion and Malaysia's
constitutional framework. You know, and there is a problem. You know,
(14:13):
if you're Christians, you should be raised and your children
up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. But
if you're overseas, you know, there are these Muslims that
will try to win the kids without the parents being around,
and many of the kids are ill prepared. So at
(14:37):
any rate, this ruling sends a clear message that Malaysia's
constitutions safeguard's parental rights. Yeah, regarding a child's faith and
digital platforms cannot be used to circumvent these protections. Yeah,
especially for Malaysia.
Speaker 2 (14:58):
Yeah, let's just all. They do the same thing in
the United States with the gender stuff.
Speaker 1 (15:07):
In the schools. Okay, are you ready?
Speaker 2 (15:12):
Yes, spiritual outpouring and this story comes to us from
CBN News. Excuse me. A genuine spiritual outpouring is happening
among gen z this summer as thousands are hearing the
Gospel message, making professions of faith in Jesus Christ and
(15:34):
answering the call to ministry. Clayton King, pastor and founder
of cro Crossroads Camp in Anderson, South Carolina, told CBN
News he has personally seen more than two thousand students
give their lives to Jesus this summer. King saw the
(15:54):
isles flooded once again with spiritually hungry young people at
India A Wesleyan University. On Wednesday night, he shared a
video of their response to the gospel message, saying, I
watched hundreds and hundreds of students repent and respond to
the gospel. The tide is shifting and awakening is happening. Well,
(16:19):
that's exciting, isn't it?
Speaker 1 (16:21):
Yeah? It is.
Speaker 2 (16:22):
Earlier this month, he saw more than one thousand students
worshiping and praising the name of Jesus, and he says
this generation amazes me. They engage the scripture, they crave
the truth, they respond to the Holy Spirit, and they
celebrate the Gospel. King began the Crossroads Crossroads summer camps
(16:47):
in nineteen ninety six, and this year the ministry celebrates
thirty years of preaching the gospel and discipling believers.
Speaker 1 (16:57):
We as a.
Speaker 2 (16:58):
Ministry are superfuocused on presenting the Gospel in a clear
way and are actually telling kids how to get saved,
he said in a twenty twenty three interview. We not
only preach the Gospel in clear and fun ways because
it's camp and kids are supposed to have fun, but
(17:19):
we are also focused on giving clear gospel invitations, just
like Billy Graham. When asked Thursday if he feels like
they're have been more young people giving their lives to
Christ now than more than in years past, he responded yes, absolutely.
(17:41):
The pastor previously told ZBN News the demographic of students
coming to their six week camps is entirely different, and
this is why students are responding more readily to the gospel. Invitation.
This is a new generation of students, he explained, a
lot of these kids that are coming to camp have
(18:03):
either never heard the gospel, or they've only heard it
once or twice, or they've never been told how they
can be saved. And so I think that we are
dealing with students now that are very different. Ten years ago,
most of the students that came to our camps came
from a church background. Most of them came out of
(18:24):
Christian families. He added, we have a generation of students
coming to camp now that have not been exposed to
the gospel or church. And if you'd like to read
more on this story, go to CBN dot com and
look for the article Tied Turning. More than two thousand
youth chose to follow Christ multiple summer events. So yeah,
(18:53):
that's exciting. I'm glad to hear that we're hearing of
these kind of things all over the world.
Speaker 1 (18:57):
We are, we sure are, thank the Lord, Praise God.
And they're also on social media, and so make no
mistake about it. The Lord is h I've got a
new article coming out this next week at the first
of the week, and it'll be dealing with some of
(19:19):
these subjects. Among other things, so be sure to look
and look for that over on WARRENDETHUSA dot com and
Dana Glennsmith dot com. Now this next one and you
know this, uh. The story is about a Muslim who
(19:40):
raped a Christian girl and around the world Muslims usually
get away with it, but in this particular thing, the
Muslim got a life sentence, which is really shocking. But
(20:02):
I'm glad, Yeah, i am too. And this is from
morning Star News dot org Morning Star Mornings, morning Star
News dot Org. But there is another portion of this.
(20:31):
The judge ignores force conversion and marriage accusations.
Speaker 2 (20:38):
Yeah good.
Speaker 1 (20:39):
So on July ninth, a judge handed a life sentence
to a Muslim found guilty of abducting and raping a
Christian girl, but ignored accusations of forcible conversion and produlent marriage.
The victims attorney said, And the judge sentenced Ahmed Raza
(21:03):
to life imprisonment and a fine of one hundred thousand
Pakistani rubies rupees. Now that sounded like a lot of money,
but it's only three hundred and fifty one dollars. You know,
it sounds like a gob you know, like a million dollars.
But it's not. Yeah, I mean their money is a
(21:26):
lot different than ours. And so under the Pakistan penal Code,
he faced up to ten years a rigorous imprisonment and
a fifty thousand dollars fine, which is one hundred and
seventy six dollars. And he abducted and raped a girl
(21:47):
who was twelve years and four months at the time
in September of twenty twenty three. And see it just
now went to court. So has he been in jail
all that time? I don't know. Yeah. And so there's
apparently two sentences and they're going to run concurrently according
(22:10):
to the court order. And and he has to pay
one hundred and seventy six dollars to her for mental
anguish and physiological damage. Yeah, that's hard to leave one
hundred and seventy six dollars or nothing. But that's in America. Yeah,
but you get over in Pakistani. They're dirt poor over there.
(22:35):
And I don't know how many times I've counted these
dip wits getting away with raping these innocent girls. But see,
like this thing said earlier, we read that he does
the judge wouldn't cover all this other stuff, you know,
(22:56):
And they're they're not going to worry about pors conversion
fradulent marriage, because then they sleep with them some cases,
get them pregnant, then they try to get them to
convert to Islam. So him and three accomplices kidnapped the
girl and they were returned from her uncle's house. They
(23:23):
took the child to an unknown location where the convict
and three undreds three others tortured and gang raped her
multiple times during her month long captivity.
Speaker 2 (23:35):
Poor thing, that's horrifying.
Speaker 1 (23:38):
You know, one hundred and seventy six dollars my butt.
You need to shoot these turkeys. And they forcibly converted
the miner and fabricated a fake Islamic marriage certificate. Police
recovered her in a raid on October twenty nine, of
(24:00):
twenty three and arrested Rosa, though the other suspects escaped
and have abated arrest to date. Well isn't that yeah.
After recovery, the attorney initiated criminal proceedings and filed a
suit in family court against Rosa to annul the fake marriage. God,
(24:24):
can you believe that?
Speaker 2 (24:26):
That's terrible what they have to do to get to
protect the girl, I mean to get.
Speaker 1 (24:32):
Justice and the trial court delivered a stiff sentenced to Rosa.
No record of the alleged marriage was found in the
Union Council and the marriage register also told the court
that his signature and thumbprints were concocted on the certificate.
(24:54):
You know, they faked everything. In her statement, the child
categorically said that she was gang rape by four persons
and even nominated their names, after which, good for hers,
he remembered them. Yeah, And after which the investigating officer
(25:16):
invoked section three seventy five whatever that is relating to
gang rape. God, and the lawyer was kind of dismayed
that the judge ignored the forced conversion part of this.
(25:38):
And the lawyer submitted the evidence, but the judge wouldn't
do anything. And of course the father remained steadfast in
his pursuit for justice, and that helps. Yes, many Christian
(25:59):
family tend to avoid criminal proceedings. And I think these
Muslims know that it deserves that Pakistan must raise a
minimum age of marriage for both boys and girls to eighteen.
So they just walk off and go steal anybody. I've
seen this, I don't know how many times.
Speaker 2 (26:21):
Well, thank god she got rescued, I know, and I
hope that they do bring charges against those other three yep.
Speaker 1 (26:30):
Population of Pakistan is more than ninety six percent Muslim.
It's ranked eighth on the Open Doors twenty twenty five
World Watch lists of the most difficult places to be
a Christian God. Now, the next one comes from Global
(26:57):
Christian Relief dot org. And of course here we talk
about bricks or soccer, pre or slave, talking about two
different kinds. And the story goes that an individual says,
(27:18):
I met Farhand at a Pakistani brick kill and his dad,
Khalid knew the guy that was writing about this and
was trying to uncover it. And so the guy, you know,
(27:46):
the kid that is in the brick kiln, and it's
a comparison of the two lives. My son goes to
school and plays soccer. That's the guy that wrote the story.
Farhand wakes up before sunrise to make bricks with his father,
the only life he's known. He's never attended school and
(28:08):
he doesn't get to play. Now, how would you like that?
Speaker 2 (28:12):
Yeah, that's sad.
Speaker 1 (28:14):
We were at the kiln that day to pay his
family's debt eight hundred and seventy five dollars that bound them.
God look at that for fifteen years. Yeah, and would
have passed to Farnham without intervention. His father, Khalid hadn't
slept the night before, overwhelmed by the prospect of freedom,
(28:35):
not only for himself but for the future of his children.
And the eight hundred and seventy five stood between an
entire family and their lifelong dreams. Now there's not going
to be anything in it. And this is really something.
Speaker 2 (28:51):
Nothing in the way now to stop them.
Speaker 1 (28:54):
Yeah, thank God. And we have covered this particular kind
of story many times times. And I'll tell you there
are a list of ministries that we support that work
(29:14):
on this, and we have made sure that these specific
ministries for these kids. And it's suddenly goes on all
the time. Families in debt, I mean, and if you
(29:42):
know you're in America, we don't even know what it's like.
You know, Americans have debt, but they pay it off.
Talk about a mess.
Speaker 3 (29:53):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (29:56):
Tony Johnson's a field team Global Christian relief person that
was out there talking and he asked what they what
he asked Pharahn wanted what he wanted to be when
he grows up, and he answered with a smirk, I
want to be the boss. His younger brother hopes to
go into business and help the poor.
Speaker 1 (30:19):
Yeah, that's good.
Speaker 2 (30:20):
Yeah, And now as their father pursues his dream to
get them schooling, those dreams are more possible than ever.
Speaker 1 (30:27):
Yep.
Speaker 2 (30:28):
And you know, like he says here, eight hundred and
seventy five dollars seems small to many Americans, especially when
we come together for this family, it means a hope
future and a chance to write a news story outside
of the kilns. That's amazing, just less than nine hundred dollars.
Speaker 1 (30:48):
And that is the guy that wrote this is Tony
Johnson Field team for Global Christian Relief. That's Global Christian
Relief dot org. And that that's another one that we
we know very well, Global Christian Relief dot org.
Speaker 2 (31:08):
Yeah, that's that's good. I love that when these people
can get free of that debt. Oh yeah, for eight
hundred and seventy five dollars, and it would have passed
down to the children.
Speaker 1 (31:20):
Yeah, and children's children. Yeah, that's nonsense. Yeah, you know,
you almost can't believe what they're doing all the time. No,
but these snakes get away with it. Well, so for
so long you're up next.
Speaker 2 (31:40):
Okay, this is our prayer force for July twenty eighth
through August third, Jesus multiply freedom for the family still waiting.
Like Khalid, thousands remain trapped in debt. They cannot escape.
Pray that more families will be released and that those
(32:02):
who are freed will boldly intercede for others still in bondage.
Speaker 1 (32:06):
That just what we were talking about. Yep.
Speaker 2 (32:09):
He brought them out of darkness and gloom and brought
and broke their chains apart that Psalm one O seven fourteen. Yeah,
pray for these people in the brick kilns in India
and Pakistan.
Speaker 1 (32:25):
Yep.
Speaker 2 (32:29):
And now be sure to get your copy of The Rising,
a Christian fiction thriller by The Watchman DANEA. G. Smith.
A story of personal survival, the struggle of a nation,
and the love of two people, set amidst the prophetic
landscape of perilous times. The Rising is a story of deliverance, faith, power,
(32:51):
and the inner struggles within as an evil engulfs all
those who face it. You can get your copy of
The Rising on Amazon, Barnes and Noble Books, A Million
Ingram walmart Angus and Robertson and The Rising Ebook can
be found on Google Play and this story comes to
(33:17):
us via Persecution dot org International Christian Concern. This is
just gut wrenching Dana, Nigerian farmers murdered.
Speaker 1 (33:31):
I know, you know, what can you say? I don't
mean the people that kill them are animals, you know,
and nobody does anything about it. The government won't do
anything about it.
Speaker 2 (33:48):
Well, there's things going on in the United States government
where they're speaking out and they're going to the UN.
So I hope and pray that something will be done
to stop all this slaughter.
Speaker 1 (34:00):
There needs to be.
Speaker 2 (34:01):
Yes, so pray for that. But whenever we travel and
passed through Josh to wherever we're going, we get excited
to stop at Ryeom and buy vegetables and root crops. Now,
the smile you get as you eat that salad, fried rice,
the chips, the strawberries and all of those goodies actually
(34:25):
come from these farmers who are murdered almost daily. Whenever
we go to the Northeast and bring back onions, dried fish,
rice and beans, you get happy and smile that you
got them cheaper than you would have bought them in
your state of residence. The same goes for the dates
(34:45):
and wheats from the north west. How about the yams
and fruit you see and buy from Binou. Some of
us love beef and dairy products, especially when they come
fresh from the farm. We get proud by saying things
like I slaughtered two cows for my grandmother's very old birthday.
(35:07):
Just remember that as we enjoy all these vegetables, grains,
and meat, the people responsible for bringing them out for
us to buy have gradually become endangered citizens in their
own country. So you can see that everybody has their
importance in this country, regardless of class. Their lives are
(35:27):
terminated almost on a daily basis. Remember how fifty two
or so farmers got their throats slit by bocoharam insurgents.
They were farming rice. A fraction of them were fruit fishermen.
If this keeps going on, we will have nothing to
buy on the roads. The prices of food will skyrocket
(35:49):
again and again because nobody will want to farm. The
meat you love to eat will be no more. Maybe
we'll just maybe we will just settle for tofu as
a substitute. It's called awara. But even the aurora will
(36:10):
be farmed by another person whose life is also in danger.
Speaker 1 (36:14):
Yeah, it's sad, terrible.
Speaker 2 (36:18):
In less than forty eight hours, Ryam has been attacked twice,
and I didn't see any outrage except for a few people.
These people don't need our prayers. They have prayed, fastened
and are still praying. They have cried blood, they have
squealed for the government's support and intervention. Instead, their churches
(36:42):
and mosques have been turned into slaughterhouses. So they don't
need your So they don't need prayers, they need our voices,
they need relief materials, they do. They are not lazy people.
They just want a lasting solution to this nonsense.
Speaker 1 (37:00):
Well we want a lasting Yes, we want somebody to
stand up. We want America nations to stop this nonsense,
you know, as if nobody cares that Muslims are killing
innocent people. Yeah, and especially in America. We have got
(37:22):
a ton of Muslims here now thanks to the Democrats. Yeah,
and you know, these people have openly stated what they're
going to do. The guy that's running over New York, Mamdani.
You know, he has a whole thing that he was
saying one day and I was listening to him where
(37:42):
he was telling him what he would do he's scared
of when Islam took over America, you would either convert
or you'd be killed. And we allowing these people pre reign.
Speaker 2 (37:59):
Yeah, it shouldn't be coming into America.
Speaker 1 (38:01):
And the nations don't do anything at least go ahead, Towers.
Speaker 2 (38:05):
It's left for us who enjoy the chips, salad, milk,
et cetera, to use use our voices until peace is
restored in their lands. And if you would like to
help Christian family farmers in Nigeria who are under attack,
you can give to International Christian Concerns Relief Fund to
(38:25):
help the brethren in Christ Jesus overseas facing trouble and danger.
Go to Persecution dot org today. Yes, and please pray
for these brothers and that are in danger.
Speaker 1 (38:46):
Okay, now, the next one comes from the ACLJ. We
have a lot of correspondence with the ACLJ American Center
for Law and US as J. Seculo and his and
his son. They have a lot of other people on
(39:08):
board with them, and they take care of the law.
You know, they deal with helping Christians through the law
and through going to courts and things like that. And
so at the beginning of this sent to Tower and I.
(39:29):
It says Islamic radicals shot patients in their bed. These
vulnerable victims were among the one hundred and eighty civilians
pri simularily executed during a way of wave of violence
in Syria. When will the world wake up? Now that's
(39:52):
the ACLJJ secular and their masking, and that's what you
got to wonder, will the world wake up? The acl
J has uncovered a horrifying reality from our sources on
the ground in Syria, there is a systematic genocide taken
place of Christians and other religious minorities. One of the victims,
(40:16):
Pastor Maser, was murdered along with twenty members of his family,
including his children, parents, and siblings. In total, more than
thirteen hundred innocent civilians have been killed. Church leaders are
begging the world to act. Pray that this cry reaches
(40:38):
the whole world. This is not the time for diplomatic niceties.
It's time to wake up to the reality of the
violence taking place against Christians and other religious minorities in Syria.
The leadership in Syria must be held accountable. Now. See
(41:01):
that's what Tower and I have been saying. We need
to wake up, We need to hold these people accountable
and we need to stop allowing this genocide of Christians,
and the ACLJ has taken urgent action. They are engaging
(41:24):
international human rights advocates, preparing submissions for the UN Human
Rights Council and drafting memoranda to present to key congressional
offices urging them to reassess US policy. The mascer of
Syrian Christians must be confronted. So you can go to
(41:47):
the ACLJ dot org to donate and also to read
about how you can help your brethren in christ And
so the ACLJ American Center for Law Justice ACLJ dot org.
(42:09):
Go visit them. They have a lot of material you'll
be able to find out.
Speaker 2 (42:25):
Now.
Speaker 1 (42:25):
The next one is from Colombia. And this is another
one and this came in this week. Bodies of Evangelical
Christians found in mass grave in Colombia. Oh, you know,
Columbia used to be a bad area anyway. Seven bodies
(42:50):
of Evangelical Christians and a relative to one of the
victims were found on July first in a mass grave
in a mass shallow grave in Colombia. In April, FARC,
an illegal armed group that has been known to restrict
(43:14):
freedom of religion or belief some of the eight victims
to interrogate them about a rival armed group. The eight
people were reported missing shortly after the interrogation. Well, they
just wanted to shoot him. Yeah, the victims, they identified
(43:36):
all the victims, and they were members of the Evangelical
Alliance of Columbia denomination and also members of the Four
Square Gospel Church and were providing humanitarian aid in the area.
You know, these stupid people at kill these That's sad,
(44:01):
you know, they're they're doing good.
Speaker 2 (44:05):
Yeah, let them continue in the Lord's work.
Speaker 1 (44:08):
Oh God, this is you know, it just it's.
Speaker 2 (44:13):
Gut wrenching to think that about this stuff going on
around the world.
Speaker 1 (44:20):
You know, these people are dumbest Pence posts. You know.
It just no way, no way to try to explain it,
no way that you could morally cover it up. And
(44:41):
they have all the various people involved in this, uh
from the churches, and one was the former pastor of
the Four Square Gospel Church and they were U and
two of them were longtime members of the they call
(45:06):
it the ICCG And now the victims had previously fled
to escape religious persecution. Now the president said that he
(45:26):
was in solidarity with the victim's families and that there
would be justice. Investigations are still ongoing. Well I would
not hold my breath. So you can go to persecution
dot org to donate and find out more about how
you can help the persecuted believers in Jesus Christ. You
(45:49):
know all of these people are so willing to kill first.
Speaker 2 (45:55):
Yeah, it's I hated. Don't understand that mentality of killing
and killing and killing and raping and pillaging and you know,
trying to destroy people that just because they don't believe
like you do.
Speaker 1 (46:14):
And nobody does anything, you know. And we've had some
of our own injustices in America, yes we have, and
you know Trump and his team are working on alleviating
some of those. But this is you know, all this
(46:37):
stuff tonight where we read about how easy it is
to get murdered overseas. This stuff needs to stop, but
you know it won't, but it does need to.
Speaker 2 (46:52):
You hope and pray it will.
Speaker 1 (46:54):
Yeah, are you ready? Yes.
Speaker 2 (46:58):
Pakistan's devastating floods. You don't know them, but they need you.
Many houses have been destroyed or rendered uninhabitable. You don't
know them, but they need your help. The twenty twenty
five monsoon season has brought devastating floods to Pakistan. More
(47:21):
than two hundred and fifty people have died in the
past week and with many others injured. Hundreds of houses
have been damaged or destroyed, leaving many people homeless. Among
those in desperate need are thirty Christian families from a
village near the Punjabi city of Phlauzabad. Their homes of
(47:46):
brick and mud were washed away by the raging floodwaters.
They have sought shelter in a church building that without
the elements, that without the elements, but this cannot serve
as a longtime solution Pakistan. Pakistani Christians urgently need your help.
(48:13):
Your brothers and sisters are without food, clean drinking water,
or medical supplies. They have no other shelter than the
dangerously over crowded church building. They have no earthly source
of help, but.
Speaker 1 (48:32):
You can.
Speaker 2 (48:35):
You can't be their help. Barnabas Aid Project partners are
working urgently to meet these pressing needs. If you are able,
please give now, and please also pray for the Lord's
provision at this time of disaster. Lord God and Heavenly Father,
(48:55):
We pray for the success of the humanitarian response to
this latest natural disaster. Please meet the needs of those
left homeless and destitute. We lift up to you, especially
these thirty families, our brothers and sisters, and ask that
you will supply them with both the aid they require
(49:15):
and the spiritual comfort that will guide them through these
difficult days. We ask this in the holy and precious
name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Speaker 1 (49:28):
Amen.
Speaker 2 (49:28):
And you can go to Barnabasad dot org and donate
to help Pakistani Christians that need your help urgently. If
you would like to make a gift, please direct your
donation to zero zero Dash six three four Disaster Relief
Fund and thank you.
Speaker 1 (49:54):
Now we did the story of girl who was raped
by these Muslims. One of them they had they hadn't
got the others. But I have another story. This is fair.
(50:17):
Justice is not fair in Pakistan.
Speaker 2 (50:20):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (50:22):
And the problem you get time and time and time
again is if they do find the culprit, the issue
is do you press charges or do you testify because
most of the time there are people waiting to kill
(50:43):
you or make sure you don't ever talk. Because justice
is not fair in Pakistan. And so the accused raped
her at gunpoint, and before leaving, threatened her that he
(51:05):
would kill her if she told anyone. Fearing for my life,
my innocent daughter kept silent about what she had suffered.
He and his wife learned of the assault two weeks later.
(51:28):
She was not acting like her usual self, and she's
ninth grade student, normally had a lively personality, and she
was avoiding her parents and siblings, And when her mother
finally convinced her to share what was troubling her, she
(51:50):
started crying and tell her and told her how this
other young man had raped her and threatened her to
keep her mouth shut. And see this family, you know,
there's a local brother in church there. So so the
(52:15):
family was devastated, and of course they're impoverished, and they
kept silent for the sake of their children's safety. And
they said that their minds went done with shock. And
(52:36):
the other family. Of course, this is extremely influential. You know,
none of this is new, No, this is sickening. We
(53:00):
were working in the fields when someone told us they
had seen this young man entering their.
Speaker 2 (53:08):
House because he became emboldened because of their silence.
Speaker 1 (53:12):
Yeah, and so they rushed home to hear her screaming
in pain, and she forced open the They forced open
the room's door and saw this guy attempting to rape
his daughter, and he threatened to kill us if we
(53:34):
tried to stop him from escaping. Ali's family offered him, but.
Speaker 2 (53:44):
They got ahold of him and immediately called the police.
Speaker 1 (53:48):
Yeah, offering, Now this is a different story. Yeah, they
offered him one million Pakistani rupees. It's only thirty five
hundred dollars, but that's still a lot of money. Undred. Yeah.
(54:11):
When I rejected their offer, they started threatening me with
consequences because they doesn't want him to press for charges.
That's the father and the family, and so a Christian
legal group called True Spirit and we're going to help him.
(54:33):
And the accused is now in prison on judicial reprimand
his family has stepped up to their threats and stepped
up their threats. What a mess. Yeah, but we see
this all the time, all the time. It's nothing new.
(54:54):
For years, this has been going on. Is it any
wonder that they go ahead and do it because they
can intimidate these people, especially when they don't have any money.
And some of the other Pakistan you know, their kids
are the ones that are doing it. Well, they're rich
compared to these other guys. They don't have any money.
Speaker 2 (55:13):
Yeah, they're quite influential in the community, this family is.
Speaker 1 (55:18):
And so these boys go out and they think that
they can rape anybody they want to without consequences. And
that's exactly what has happened.
Speaker 2 (55:29):
And the parents should rain their children in and discipline
them and not let them get away with that.
Speaker 1 (55:35):
But that's not.
Speaker 2 (55:37):
The kind of country they are.
Speaker 1 (55:41):
Yeah, see this of pain, it's horrible. This is terrible.
Speaker 2 (55:50):
So pray for this family that justice will be served
and that they will leave this family alone.
Speaker 1 (56:01):
Well, we're coming down to the end tower. You wanna
we are, Yeah, it's fifty seven. We're going to be
at fifty eight. Got us begin closing her out.
Speaker 2 (56:13):
Okay, Well, thank you everybody for joining us. Whenever you do.
It's always a pleasure to have you here. We're thankful
for each and every one of you, and we pray
for you and always hope the best for you. In
Christ Jesus, and please pray for your brethren around the world,
(56:34):
and pray for these stories that we've told you about tonight.
Pray for the people that they get justice and help
and please pray for us, and we thank you for
all you do for Christ the King. Good night everybody.
Speaker 1 (56:54):
You know Tower, all we'd need is a good push
to get the his governments to stop this. Yeah, but
we don't even have a minimum push now. The ACLJ
is doing stuff, and there's a number of others. But
(57:15):
I mean, like we need to get serious. Yes we do.
And if you think I want to have America turn
into a Muslim state, you got another think coming. So
at any rate, thank you for listening. Be sure, as
Tower talked about, pray for all of these people, Please
(57:40):
remember them and pray for them, and pray for all
of the non you know, the Christian ministries that are
working to alleviate all the various issues, starvation, you know, persecution.
There are lots of needs, lots of things that are
(58:00):
going on. So pray for them because you know if
it was your kid going through that, you wouldn't like it.
But we see this a persecution against Christians all over
the world. There's been genocide going on of Christians. It
(58:24):
is time. You need to pray for these believers and
we need to see somebody stand up to help stop this. Father,
we thank you for those who hear this. Whenever they do,
bless them, Lord, and I pray that you would meet
(58:49):
their needs. Watch over them and folks till next time.
May the Lord bless you and keep you. May His
face shine upon you you and give you peace. Until
next time, look to the Lord Shalam.
Speaker 3 (59:32):
Thank you for listening to this episode of One Radio
