Speaker 3 (04:39):
Greetings, Dana, how are you doing tonight?
Speaker 5 (04:43):
Well?
Speaker 6 (04:43):
I'm doing good. How are you doing good?
Speaker 3 (04:45):
You hear those loud motorcycles going by?
Speaker 4 (04:48):
Wow?
Speaker 7 (04:50):
Yeah, they went by earlier tonight, about twenty of them.
Speaker 6 (04:54):
Wasn't it no group?
Speaker 3 (05:00):
I wasn't paying attention. I guess yeah, Well they were noisy.
Speaker 6 (05:06):
They were.
Speaker 7 (05:09):
And we're here on another Wednesday night advocacy for the
persecuted church. So here we are.
Speaker 4 (05:27):
Well, I'm glad, thank you Lord.
Speaker 7 (05:31):
So up front, we're going to be in one of
our special and we do this. We pick out a
post that is publishing on our websites, and then we
tell you about it and it gives you an idea
(05:51):
of what we have. And tonight, enduring hope, no continuing
city Hebrews thirteen fourteen. For here we have no continuing city,
but seek one to come. And this is a good
little post. And you know, I think about no continuing city.
Speaker 6 (06:30):
You know.
Speaker 7 (06:30):
Sometimes we get caught up, you know, and you don't
realize then you've gotta city somewhere else.
Speaker 4 (06:54):
We have a lot to look forward to.
Speaker 6 (06:57):
Well, we do.
Speaker 7 (07:01):
So this is found on the Watchman Institute, which is
Dana Glynnsmith dot com. Our enduring Christian hope, Our enduring
Christian hope resides within the sphere of the provisions of God.
I like that, within the sphere of the provisions of God.
(07:28):
And plus the fact God doesn't lie for sure. We
have no continuing city here. Well, you know, we do
have cities that continue. But one day it's all going
to be over. Amen, I'm reminded of Abraham. We are
(07:52):
to seek one to come. It is the city of
God where righteousness dwells, you know. And after all the
stuff's been going on, it's hard to imagine a city
where righteousness dwells.
Speaker 8 (08:07):
Well.
Speaker 4 (08:07):
I know, I'm looking forward to that.
Speaker 7 (08:10):
Yet, living in America, it is true that many who
live here have hope in this nation. The Apostle Paul
was ready to check out of Hotel earth and go
to his.
Speaker 6 (08:21):
Mansion in heaven.
Speaker 7 (08:23):
And he said in Philippians that I am in a
strait in the Greek here is the English transliteration sn
echo or strait. He was hard pressed by his desire
to depart this world and be with Christ, which to him.
Speaker 6 (08:40):
Was far better.
Speaker 7 (08:42):
But nevertheless, to abide in the flesh is more needful
for those who he was ministering to. The Apostle was
surely aware of our enduring Christian hope to be present
with the Lord. The Apostle reminded the heat saying, for
here we have no continuing city, but seek one to come.
(09:06):
It was a frequent subject to which he remembered the
early Church living in the Roman Nation was not easy.
Before Paul was a convert to Christianity, lived as a
popular and well known scholar. He said of himself he
kept the law blameless. He stood at the death of
(09:29):
Stephen and never did a thing to stop it. After
his conversion, many of the prominent Jews, who thought it
horrible he now preached the faith he once persecuted, and
they took up plots to destroy him. During his ministry,
it was Jews many times who stirred up the local
(09:50):
population of Gentiles to stop the apostle. So it's no
wonder here why Paul looked forward to being with Christ.
Paul's list of things he endured is given in Second Corinthians,
chapter eleven. For today's minister's prophets and apostles and christ
(10:14):
that live in the United States, that kind of persecution
is practically unheard of. But overseas such leaders are persecuted
and even martyred. In America, and I dare say the
comfortable Christianized Western Church has never even come close to
(10:34):
the kind of persecution, especially what we're seeing right now overseas.
It's not saying that we want it, but I know,
in dealing with the native Church overseas, one told me
we are praying for the church in America to face persecution.
(10:56):
This was many, many years ago, and they were doing
this to see the American Church waken out of its slumber.
In Hebrews thirteen twelve through sixteen, it says, wherefore Jesus
also that he might sanctify the people with his own
(11:18):
blood suffered without the gait, let us go forth therefore
unto him without the camp bearing his reproach, reproach for
here we have no continuing city, but seek one to
come by him. Therefore, let us offer the sacrifice of
praise to God continually. That is the fruit of our lips,
(11:42):
giving thanks to His name. But to do good and
to communicate forget not for with such sacrifice as God
is well, please from our enduring Christian hope. That was
Hebrews thirteen twelve through sixteen. So this article that we've
been telling you about is our during Christian hope, written
(12:05):
by me the Watchman, Dana Glenn Smith. The Worn radio
shows are hosted by the Watchman DANEA. Gy Smith and Tower,
whose co host we are the w I b or
Worn Radio websites and ministries, an in depth biblical teaching
preaching warning agency in these last days. The work in
(12:29):
ministry the w I b our Worn Radio is about
the testimony of Jesus Christ, through the faith of Jesus Christ,
by the mercy of God our Father, through his grace
extended flowing from the love of God to all people everywhere,
commanding every one to repent. And we are warning nations
(12:53):
and preparing generations. Now we're in another little uh. We're
going to be in Ukraine.
Speaker 6 (13:09):
But this is.
Speaker 7 (13:12):
Not about uh Zelenski. Yeah, whenever you see Ukraine, you're
thinking of Zelenski. But the hope for Ukrainian youth because
I can tell you where there's trouble, you'll find the Lord.
He's always there Psalm one seventy three. He heals the
(13:34):
broken hearted and binds up their wounds. I really like
that verse. You know how many broken hearted have we had?
Speaker 4 (13:43):
Oh, there's more and more.
Speaker 3 (13:45):
I think it's growing exponentially.
Speaker 6 (13:49):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (13:49):
And then you think of the people, like even in
America that lose a loved one. You know, they're families,
stuff like that. Broken hearted. It's easy for humans to
be brokenhearted. This is clip from the stories of Ukrainian
Youth that show the healing power of the Gospel. This
is from Mission Network News and it's Mission Network News
(14:15):
Online dot org. And you go to Mission networknewsonline dot
org and in the news section look for the story
for the link the stories of Ukrainian new Youth that
show the healing power of the Gospel. Summer Camps for
(14:38):
Ukrainian Youth bring healing to children broken by war and
family hardship through the Gospel, divorce, abuse, war and abandonment.
Now remember this is Ukraine. So they've been going through war,
so divorce, abuse, war, an abandonment of shape. How these
(15:00):
teenagers in Ukraine perceive life. Yet when invited to church
summer camps, they could finally breathe and hope. Now see
that would be like a fresh breath of air.
Speaker 4 (15:12):
That's wonderful, Thank God.
Speaker 6 (15:14):
You know so.
Speaker 7 (15:15):
Eric Mark from the mak Mock is from the Slavic
Gospel Association, and this article talks about the Slavic Gospel
Association and he says, of course he was there ministering
to him. They were angry, confused, and now they walk
(15:36):
away with hope because they were judging God by their
circumstances and not by his word, not by his promises.
And then secondly, in their circumstances they had seen no love.
You know, I love that. I think the kids, there's
so many that need help. Yes, this project brought together
(16:00):
one hundred and sixty young people for worship, rest, healing
and spiritual growth.
Speaker 6 (16:05):
And you know, once.
Speaker 7 (16:06):
Those kids get to singing and you know they're they're
following this, you know they're just going to be all joyful.
I mean, you get kids singing like that, you know,
they'll just feel great. So a team of speakers, pastors, missionaries,
and coaches and counselors poured into the youth every day,
(16:27):
helping shape their worldview spiritually and walking them through the
hard realities of life. Annelia came to Camp after her
father went to the front lines and her mother abandoned
the family. She prayed to receive Jesus and left with
renewed hope. Katerina, from a violent home, called Camp her
(16:51):
new birth and found people she could trust. Makism, who
had never opened a Bible, repented on his own and
began eagerly following God. Violetta, rescued from abuse, prayed publicly
for the first time, and left deeply grateful. Olena, abandoned
(17:12):
by her parents, arrived unwillingly, but left with new friends
and hope. That's just great, Yes, Grace. Lord Samuel, whose
early trauma turned his gray hair gray, repented and found
friends he had long missed through the faithful believers ministering
(17:32):
to them. They saw love, says Mock, and believed in Jesus.
The realities of life can cloud and confuse a one
week Camp memory, Mock says. The work continues throughout the
year through local churches. That's why God has raised up
the church to minister to these kids. Some are orphans
(17:55):
whom the churches are ministering to and supporting to the
s G a Orphan's reborn program, and some come from
impoverished families through the Though the camps are ending, the
team is already planning what's next, including a Christmas outreach.
(18:15):
To understand the need behind these outreaches, you can go
to the Slavvy Gospel Association and you can it's www
dot s GA dot org. Www dot SGA dot org
(18:44):
and you find out more about all of this and
how also you can help the brethren in Christ.
Speaker 4 (18:51):
Oh, that's great.
Speaker 3 (18:52):
For these kids, that's heartbreaking, you know what these children
are going through, these young people.
Speaker 7 (19:00):
One final note from Mock. One of the greatest prayer
requests that we wish that every child that here's the gospel,
the seeds of the Gospel, would take roots in their
heart and they would grow up to be those adults
that desire to follow the Lord.
Speaker 4 (19:17):
Amen.
Speaker 7 (19:18):
Amen, and I heartily agree. Okay, Tower, Okay.
Speaker 3 (19:30):
Christians are being hunted. Isis terrorists are slaughtering Christians. We're
filing at the UNN to stop this genocide. This comes
to us from ACLJ American Center for Law and Justice
and it's ACLJ dot org. We've submitted what may be
(19:55):
the most important filings ever to the UN on the
persecution of Christians. Christians in Syria, Nigeria, and the Democratic
Republic of the Congo are facing unthinkable genocide. Pastors and
their families are executed. Children are murdered just for having
(20:16):
a Christian name. Other Christians are hunted down to be
beheaded and even burned alive. Isis reign of horror must end.
We've just filed a written submission to the UN demanding
accountability for the perpetrators of the evil and protection for
(20:37):
the persecuted. Dying Christians must be defended, but a global
fight of this breadth and scope requires immense resources. Just
days ago, the Congo was rocked by yet another atrocity.
Forty nine Christians massacred in cold blood by ISIS affiliated terrorists.
Speaker 6 (21:00):
That's horrible, oh it is.
Speaker 3 (21:02):
Families were attending an early morning prayer vigil at church
when the Islamic radicals entered the church wielding machetes and
guns and murdering dozens of victims, including many children. Church
leaders in the Congo. Church leadership in the Congo is
pleading please, brothers and sisters, we still need your prayers.
(21:28):
Peace was shattered as two hundred Christians were brutally massacred
by forty armed militants who stormed a quiet refugee village
in Nigeria shouting Allah Akbar. People on the ground describe
it as the bloodiest massacre on record, a night of
an unimaginable horror. They targeted Christian families like mister Lormbe's.
(21:57):
Eight of his family members, including three children, were killed.
Most were burned alive while hiding. What's happening in the Congo,
Syria and Nigeria is nothing short of horrific. But ACLJ
is on the front lines, relentlessly fighting for the voiceless
(22:19):
and taking their cries to.
Speaker 4 (22:20):
Those with the power to act.
Speaker 3 (22:23):
Your support makes this urgent, life saving work possible. And
that's a letter from j Seculo ALJS chief counsel.
Speaker 7 (22:36):
And we appreciate their work, Yes we do.
Speaker 3 (22:41):
The ACLJ is an organization dedicated to the defense of
constitutional liberties secured by law. American Center for Law and
Justice is a DBA for Christian Advocates Serving Evangelism Incorporated
attacks exempt not for profit religious Corporation is to find
(23:03):
intersection five oh three or five oh one C three
of the Internal Revenue Code specifically dedicated to the ideal
that religious freedom and freedom of speech are inalienable God
given rights. And you can go to ACLJ dot org
(23:25):
to check them out and support them and help them
with this work for the persecuted brothers and sisters.
Speaker 4 (23:32):
That's just gut wrenching data.
Speaker 6 (23:35):
I know, horrifying.
Speaker 7 (23:37):
Well, you know, the thing good about the ACLJ, they're
also working to get the governments involved in This week
we got some good news because the AACLJ is making
headway with the international movement to do something good about
these gihattists who are just slaughtering people right and left.
Speaker 3 (24:01):
I just can't imagine how they're just driven by the
devil and a lie.
Speaker 7 (24:08):
Well, you know, the Lord said that there will be
a day that those who kill you will think that
they're doing God a service. And that's exactly what these
people believe. They believe they're doing God a service and
they're not. And he says they do not know Me
(24:32):
or the Father. So there is some issues here and
their life threatening now leaving California. This is a little
excerpt from CB and News, and I had heard this.
(24:53):
A well known preacher in California, Jack Hibbs, told his
thousands of congreg to pack up and get out of
the state if lawmakers pass a bill that would allow
nearly any adult to take charge of a child without
alerting parents.
Speaker 6 (25:14):
That is scary, yeah, you know.
Speaker 7 (25:18):
And then the thing of it is is that you know,
we need to be protecting these kids. You pick up one,
you know, a kid on some of these you know
you're going to get shot.
Speaker 6 (25:30):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (25:31):
But this, of course is in liberal California. If this
bill passes, I'm going to ask you to leave the
state of California. Hip said over the weekend, you're going
to need to pack up and get out. You gotta
get out. You gotta run with your kids. You gotta go.
Speaker 4 (25:52):
Amen.
Speaker 7 (25:54):
Supporters of the controversial bill see it necessary as a
necessary response to President Donald Trump's crackdown on legal immigration immigration.
In a fact sheet about the proposal, assembly Woman's Less
Rodriguez argued the bill protects children an immigrant and mixed
(26:15):
status families by ensuring emergency contact information and plans for
family safety are up to date in the event immigration
enforcement impacts children at school and licensed daycare child care facilities.
The goal, proponents claimed is to ward off disruption in
(26:37):
a child's education or care if a parent suddenly becomes
unavailable due to deportation or detention. But that is not
at all how opponents view the proposed law, which would
allow non related adults who either have an extended familial
connection or a mentoring relationship with the child to gain
(27:02):
legal authority over the child with a single affidavit that
does not require parental consent.
Speaker 4 (27:09):
That is scary.
Speaker 6 (27:11):
Isn't that a bunch of nonsense?
Speaker 4 (27:13):
That's horrible.
Speaker 7 (27:14):
The affidavit requires would be caregivers to indicate they have
either advised the parents or other persons having legal custody
of the minor of my intent to authorize medical care
and have received no objection, or were unable to contact
the parents or other persons having legal custody of the
(27:37):
miner at this time to notify them of my intended
authorization and so you can go to.
Speaker 6 (27:48):
Well.
Speaker 7 (27:48):
Hymns also warned that AB four ninety five would empower
the caregiver to make critical medical decisions for the child,
including authorizing vaccinations of his examinations.
Speaker 6 (28:02):
He sided.
Speaker 7 (28:03):
The text of the Vilwich states any caregiver who signs
the appidavit shall have the same rights to authorize medical
care and dental care for the minor that are given
to guardians. You can go to CBCBN dot com and
you look for the article in the news section California
(28:25):
Pastor Warren's church goers to pack and get out if
controversial parental bill becomes.
Speaker 6 (28:34):
It becomes lost.
Speaker 7 (28:35):
So you get the idea. You can go to CBN
and look through the story as you will find it.
You know, this just a partial story.
Speaker 3 (28:43):
But you know what's even more scary is that these people,
when they take control of the kids, they could even
allow them to have be transgendered.
Speaker 7 (28:56):
Yeah, they could, absolutely, So it's definitely not good.
Speaker 4 (29:02):
No, it isn't. I hope it doesn't pass. I pray
to God it doesn't.
Speaker 7 (29:08):
And this is in California, So okay, up next, getting
God's word to persecuted believers.
Speaker 6 (29:29):
This is.
Speaker 7 (29:31):
Talking about the underground church smuggling hope, bringing Bibles to
the underground Hope.
Speaker 4 (29:39):
Now underground church.
Speaker 7 (29:42):
Yeah, they're they're smuggling bibles. What's the guy's name that
had the smuggling Bible.
Speaker 4 (29:50):
I can't remember.
Speaker 6 (29:52):
Yeah, it's an old mint ministry.
Speaker 4 (29:54):
Here Andrew something.
Speaker 7 (30:00):
Yeah, it could be. I haven't seen him around for years.
Or is any materials smuggler?
Speaker 4 (30:13):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (30:13):
I believe.
Speaker 7 (30:15):
How many Bibles do you have at home? Maybe you
also have an app on your phone with the scriptures
on it. So many of us in the West take
for granted the privilege we have to read and study
the Bible openly.
Speaker 6 (30:30):
What we do, there's no doubt about it.
Speaker 4 (30:34):
His name was brother Andrew.
Speaker 7 (30:36):
Yeah, there you go, brother Andrew. The reality is that
multitudes of Christians, particularly those who face persecution in hostile
regions and nations, desperately desire a copy of the Scriptures
for themselves and their families. Across Southeast Asia. National Christian
(31:01):
Concern i SEC responds to this spiritual need by distributing
audio Bibles, digital Bibles on USB drives, and of course
physical Bibles in local language. Despite our best efforts, the
scale of need remains mass.
Speaker 4 (31:19):
Even I'm sure that you yeah.
Speaker 8 (31:22):
You know.
Speaker 7 (31:22):
And the thing of it is, they were given some
of the ministries. They all try to do this. They
have little audio Bibles that they give the people, and
I've seen some pictures of them doing it. You'll have
one person with an audio Bible and you know, everybody
else around and trying to hear, you know, and so
(31:44):
it's you know, you can tell the hunger in America,
there's there's not that hunger. I mean, yeah, we have
Bibles all the time, there's you know, but yet these
people are hungry. They really want the scriptures.
Speaker 4 (32:12):
And we have so.
Speaker 3 (32:13):
Many Bibles and scriptures, it's all around us, and we
don't hunger like they do.
Speaker 7 (32:19):
Still in Asian countries where oppressed he regimes pressure and
persecute Christians and new converts, Bibles must be distributed covertly.
Well you'd better believe that. Yeah, And one Muslim nason
on the local missionary would call Alex shared his burden
to distribute Bibles in high risk areas to former Muslims
(32:42):
who were now following Christ. In these areas, Alex's life
would be in danger if the wrong person caught him
distributing bibles. Knowing this, he had already courageously distributed Bibles
in these areas under careful creative methods. Yet he still
needed more bibles because so many Muslims were coming to
(33:03):
faith in Christ, so that's good. Through the support of
our generalist donors, ICC helped Alex lead two Bible distributions.
For one of these trips, Alex and his team for
more than twelve hours along difficult roads to bring Bibles
(33:24):
to a cluster of new christ followers. During the two trips,
Alex and his team distributed hundreds of Bibles to former
Muslims eager to have their own copy of God's Word.
This month, they said, this is Jeff King, president of
International Christian Concern. They're raising funds to support courageous Christian
(33:49):
leaders like Alex. So you can go to persecution dot org.
That is the website per International Christian Concern and you
can donate and they have all the ways you can
donate on there and just look for distributing Bibles and
(34:13):
they will use your donation to get Bibles to the
persecuted church Okay Tower.
Speaker 4 (34:23):
This week's prayer force.
Speaker 3 (34:26):
Is Jesus bless the work of freed hands. Acid and
Rabia are hustling to build a new life using a brickloader,
working catering jobs and reclaiming their dignity. Pray that God
would prosper their work and multiply their efforts. Commit your
(34:46):
actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed Proverb
sixteen to three. These are stories of people that have
been freed from the brick kiln. And I pray that
that more and more can become free. And be sure
(35:07):
to get your copy of The Rising, a Christian fiction
thriller by The Watchman Dana G.
Speaker 4 (35:12):

Speaker 3 (35:13):
A story of personal survival, the struggle of a nation,
and the love of two people, set amidst the prophetic
landscape of perilous times. The Rising is a story of deliverance, faith, power,
and the inner struggle and the inner struggles within as

Speaker 4 (36:06):
Okay? I saw the nail piers.
Speaker 3 (36:09):
Hands of Jesus. Supernatural dreams fuel quiet Christian revival in Youbekistan.
And this comes to us from CBN News. And to

supernatural dreams fuel quiet Christian revival. Bakara is an amazing city,
said Tamar Hakamav of Full Gospel Church Ubekistan.
Speaker 4 (36:46):
Beautiful people.
Speaker 3 (36:48):
It's a very historic place, over two thousand years old
and is very important to our people today. You Bekistan
is an overwhelmingly Muslim country where Islam deeply with Islam
deeply woven into its national identity and culture. Historically, Bukhara
(37:11):
served as a major center for the spread of Islam
across Central Asia through its various religious schools known as
madrasses and its majestic mosques, drawing students from all around
the world. Although Christians make up less than zero point
(37:33):
three percent of the population, there are signs of openness
and spiritual hunger emerging from the Ubex. Last year, Mission
Eurasia hosted a forum in Yubekistan, bringing together hundreds of
passionate young Christian professionals committed to making a difference in
(37:54):
their communities. I looked out at the room from the
place and was amazed to see that there were over
five hundred young Christian professionals gathered there and probably ninety
percent of them were representatives of the indigenous people of
Central Asia, Rakuba, said Igar Popbah Popop with the Bible
(38:20):
Society of Ubekistan says it's all part of a larger shift.
We are experiencing amazing changes today in Ubekistan, and it
all started several years ago with a new government. The
change began in twenty sixteen when President Shavkat i can't
(38:43):
say his last name took office and ushered in a
wave of modernization and reform, including increased religious freedom. Christians
credit the president for allowing more churches to receive legal
permits than ever before.
Speaker 4 (39:00):
Doctor Roman Troy.
Speaker 3 (39:04):
A local doctor and pastor, confirms the shift Today. Many
you becks are open to hearing about Jesus, he said.
They want to read the Word of God. They ask
us to pray for them and invite us into their homes.
Pastors tell us the shift is underway, one house, church
(39:25):
at a time for the believers here it marks the
start of a new chapter, one unfolding among the ancient
path of the historied Silk Road. And you can go
to CBN dot com to look for this article. News
World I saw nail pierced hands.
Speaker 6 (39:49):
Well, you know that's cool.
Speaker 3 (39:51):
Yeah, and I'm surprised they didn't even talk about that dream. Yeah,
so I guess you have to go to CB dot com.
Speaker 7 (40:03):
Yeah, this is that's a big article, and so we
don't we just take excerpts pro these to tell you
about the basis and basics of the story, to let
you know, and then you can go there and read.
Speaker 6 (40:19):
The rest of it up next.
Speaker 7 (40:23):
Nairobi, Kenya. This comes from Morningstar News dot org. And
by the way, Morningstar news dot org is a good organization.
You can go there and read a lot of articles
and Christian articles, churches, ministries.
Speaker 6 (40:43):
Things like that.
Speaker 7 (40:44):
There's a lot of different different organizations on there. Nairobi, Kenya.
A Muslim who put his faith in Christ after receiving
a vision in a mosque in Uganda was hospitalized after
relatives beat him, demolished his home and took in his
(41:04):
wife and six children. According to sources, Wambuzi Maka Uthman,
a thirty nine year old former kh Or Islamic teacher,
went to Friday prayers in Mayug Town Council, Mayug District
in eastern Uganda. That's if I pronounced that right m
(41:29):
a yuge Eastern Uganda. On August first, as usual, then
went to sleep in a corner of the mosque. There
I saw a man dressed in white long clothing, surrounded
by four angels. The man called me by my name, Uthman, Uthman,
(41:50):
Uthman three times, he told Morning Star News. I was
so frightened. I drew near to him and knelt down
and worshiped him. Thereafter, he told me to go to
my people to tell them to repent and turn to
the living God. He returned home about five pm and
he met a pastor from LM Church. He said, I
(42:14):
shared with him the strange message that I received of repentance.
Uthman said. He took me to his church and shared
deeply about the vision that I had, and I then
understood that it was Isa or Jesus who had sent
me to my fellow Muslims to repent. On August fourth,
(42:36):
he began telling his wife and six children, as well
as his neighbors about Christ. I was so happy beyond
expectations as I developed a deeper love for Jesus. My
wife could not believe the good news which I was
sharing with her. According to Uthman, she thought I was
(42:57):
out of my mind.
Speaker 1 (42:58):
I'll bet she she went and told my brothers about
the strange teaching about Jesus which I had shared with her,
thinking he had taken leave.
Speaker 7 (43:10):
Of his senses. That's exactly what you would expect. Yeah,
his brothers and wife. It rains for a band to
take him to a medical center. You know, if he's nuts,
let's get him to a doctor.
Speaker 4 (43:25):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (43:25):
When we were about to leave, I told them I'm
not mad and started sharing with him of the dramatic
vision of Issa appearing to me. Immediately after realizing that
I was not mad, my elder brother hit me with
kicks and blows on my mouth, those and eyes, and
I started bleeding. All of them started beating me with sticks.
(43:48):
I developed an extra energy and managed to escape mysteriously
through a thick bush. Then arrived at a house of
a nearby neighbor who happened to be a Christian.
Speaker 6 (44:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (44:02):
Whatever, you know, it just didn't happen right. The neighbor
rushed Uthman to the hospital. He was treated for one week.
He had swollen eyes and lips, and he was pretty bloody.
While he received treatment on the hospital, his wife took
(44:23):
their six children with her to live with the relatives.
Family members demolished his house. We cannot, we cannot continue
staying with us, infidel who is telling us things about
Jesus as the son of God. Yet to us we
know him as a messenger of Allah alone. Uthman left
(44:47):
the hospital and he has an undeclosed location where he's staying.
And of course this attack, there's a lot of them, folks,
is the latest in many instances of persecution of Christians
in Uganda that Morning Star News has documented.
Speaker 3 (45:10):
You know what's crazy. Muslims make up no more than
twelve percent of Uganda's population.
Speaker 6 (45:17):
Well, you know, we find that in a lot of areas.
Speaker 4 (45:22):
Yeah, I've read that before.
Speaker 7 (45:26):
And so Uganda's constitution and other laws provide for religious freedom, yeah,
including the right to propagate one's faith and convert from
one faith to the other. And so he converts and
they want to kill him.
Speaker 4 (45:47):
Crazy.
Speaker 7 (45:47):
So you can go to Morning Star News and read
this again or look more morning Starnews dot org, and I'll.
Speaker 6 (46:05):
Tell you.
Speaker 7 (46:08):
There are a lot of Muslims coming to faith in
Christ though.
Speaker 3 (46:14):
Yes, thank the Lord, thank God that the truth's been
revealed to them.
Speaker 8 (46:22):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (46:24):
Well, the next one enabling farms and missions. And I
think this is so so important. And they use micro
loans and in closed Southeast Asian countries. This comes from
Mission Network News that's im in online dot org. M
(46:48):
in in online dot org and look for the article
micro Loans offer hope in closed Southeast Asian countries in
places where economic instability, property and persecution govern day to
day activities. Farms International offers gospel hope through micro loans
(47:13):
and business training. These opportunities are changing families and whole
communities in Southeast Asia. Now, Farms International is a ministry
and Caleb with Farms Overseas he looks after seven to
(47:35):
eight of these programs throughout Southeast Asia and they do
micro loans and they allow people to take small loans
so it's manageable, not overwhelming. I think that's a good idea. Yeah,
it's better than going to a brick killn Yes, And
we try to empower them so that they can build
(47:58):
their own business and grow at themsels. This allows them
to do their ministry work too and help their churches
out and communities around them. These loans are interests free
and allow families to work their way out of poverty
with dignity.
Speaker 4 (48:14):
That's amazing.
Speaker 7 (48:16):
Yeah, Farms has implemented this, implemented this system and places
all over the world, including some hard to reach areas.
This year we've had flooding, so some of the programs
their fields were flooded out, so they lost all their
rice for the year. And these situations are hard. We
(48:36):
try to walk along with the leaders and pray with
them and help find solutions with them, but these are
real challenges that we face on a day to day basis.
Speaker 4 (48:49):
Yeah, that's tough.
Speaker 7 (48:50):
In addition to natural challenges, many families, of the many
families that Farms work with, there's persecution because they have
and Christ and these countries where they work are close countries,
so that's why you have a lot of persecution. And
(49:14):
just this past year a friend of Farms was martyred.
And right now also there's countries that are at war
inside themselves.
Speaker 6 (49:31):
I mean, it's.
Speaker 7 (49:32):
Hard to really help people when there's bullets flying around
and everything like that. And so pray for Farms and
its partners. Pray for the mentality that they can have
a mentality of Christ and that there's an abundance in
God that they don't have to live in that poverty.
Speaker 4 (49:55):
That poverty mentality.
Speaker 7 (49:57):
Yes, So you go to Mission Network News at Mission
networknewsonline dot org and look for the article micro loans
offer Hope and close Southeast Asian Countries. Now I've got
(50:20):
a little thing here to tell you. Farms International is
a Christian ministry that serves the church around the world
by equipping families and poverty with the means for self support.
Working through the local church, Farms provides loans, technical support
for income generating projects, and spiritual training for families. Loans
(50:46):
are repaid to a revolving fund and recipients agree to
tie to their local church. The result families find a
biblical path out of poverty in their churches our strength.
Speaker 4 (51:00):
Oh, praise the Lord. That's amazing. That's a great program.
Speaker 7 (51:04):
Yeah, Farms International. If nothing else, you can go to
Mission networknewsonline dot org and look for Mission Groups, and
under mission Groups you'll find Farms International. Because that's one
thing that Mission Network News online does and so does
(51:28):
the others. They have a place for regular ministries and
these especially the ones that are working overseas for you
to see what you know, it's an organization that's helping them.
Speaker 6 (51:43):
So at any rate. Check it out.
Speaker 4 (51:48):
You ready, I don't think we have enough time.
Speaker 6 (51:52):
Oh we're at fifty two.
Speaker 4 (51:58):
I want Well that's your.
Speaker 7 (52:00):
Well, that's pretty big. I got a short one. You
owe me to do that one?
Speaker 6 (52:07):
Yes?
Speaker 7 (52:10):
Well, this is Jihad Africa. This is the Islamic state
demand that African Christians convert or submit to Islamic rule.
This is from barnabasa dot org. And you can go
to barnabas a dot org and look for the article
Islamic State demand that African Christians convert or.
Speaker 6 (52:32):
Submit to Islam.
Speaker 7 (52:35):
And so we got to understand the West is absolutely
blind to this nonsense. Islamic state demanded that Christians convert
to Islam or accept demi status as a subjugated people
under Islamic rule. That ain't going to happen. The demand
came in a statement claiming responsibility for the killing of
(52:58):
thirty four worshipers at a church in northeastern Democratic Republic
of the Congo. That was on July twenty eighth, and
then it was reiterated on August seventh in one of
Islamic publications, and at least thirty four worshipers were killed
(53:21):
by Islamic state fighters in Northeastern Democratic Republic of the
Congo in July. The initial statement declared, let the Christians
of Africa and their crusader armies know that there's no
security for you except by Islam or jizza. In classical Islam,
(53:43):
jis is a tax paid by non Muslim people of
the book that is, Jews and Christians as a sign
of their subjugation to their Muslim rulers. Those who accept
such a status are known as DEMI read it as
a conquered and subjugated people who must abide by various
(54:05):
restrictions that enforced their status as non citizen. And you
wouldn't like being that.
Speaker 3 (54:11):
Nope.
Speaker 7 (54:14):
According to Caleb Weiss, a senior analyst and expert on
Islamic terrorism, the killing a Christian had become a main
feature of propaganda and internal messages messaging of ISIS.
Speaker 4 (54:30):
That's horrible.
Speaker 7 (54:33):
So now ice CAP, what they're known as now was
formerly known as the Allied Democratic Forces and they became
ISIS between twenty seventeen and twenty nineteen. So again, go
to barnabas a dot Oregon look for this article Islamic
(54:55):
state demand that African Christians convert or submit to Islam
most absolutely unconscionable. Well we're coming up to the end.
Speaker 3 (55:08):
Go ahead, okay, Well, thank you everybody for joining us.
Speaker 4 (55:12):
Whenever you do.
Speaker 3 (55:13):
We appreciate you and are always happy to have you
here with us, and we pray for you and we
always hope the best for you. In Christ Jesus, please
pray for these stories that we talked about tonight. Pray
for your brothers and sisters around the world, and please
pray for us as we pray for you, and thank

you for all you do for the King.
Speaker 4 (55:37):
May God richly bless you. Good night, everybody, We love you.

(56:28):
in America we do have the threat of Islam taking
over America, and pray that America and its government and
the people, especially the people like the Democrats and Republicans,
stop fighting among themselves. And they need to be prepared
(56:51):
because if Islam is doing this around the world, one
day these will begin to take over America.
Speaker 6 (57:00):
That's not an if it will happen now.
Speaker 7 (57:05):
If we do something early to avoid it, maybe that'll work.
But you need to pray now, folks, we thank you
for listening to this show. Pray for the persecuted brothers
and sisters overseas above all, Pray for them. Pray for
(57:26):

give to various and we give you the names of
the various ministries and you can go to them and

help the persecuted Christians. So we urge you to do that.
