I can’t believe I’m doing a podcast about a Transportation Secretary — but here we are. Because credit where credit is due: Sean P. Duffy is knocking it out of the park. After the disaster era of Mayor Pete, where billions were burned with nothing to show for it, the bar was low… but Duffy isn’t just clearing it — he’s leaping over it.
In this episode, we break down:
 • How Duffy cleaned up the chaos left behind by the Biden–Buttigieg era
 • Why nearly 3,000 CDL training providers were just removed for failing basic standards
 • How 4,500 more providers were put on notice for noncompliance
 • Why cracking down on illegal trucking operations is critical for public safety
And how Duffy is restoring accountability across every link of the transportation chain!

Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Watchdog on Wall Street podcast explaining the news coming
out of the complex worlds of finance, economics, and politics
and the impact that we'll have on everyday Americans. Author,
investment banker, consumer advocate, analyst, and trader Chris Markowski.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
I can't believe I'm doing a podcast on this, quite frankly,
but I have to.

Speaker 1 (00:20):
I have to.

Speaker 3 (00:21):
You know, you're never going to see an argument on TV.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
On Fox and see. Oh that was the that was
the greatest transportation secretary we've ever had. But come on,
man and trust me. I mean Sean Duffy, I mean
he was set up. I mean, you followed Mayor Pete
for crying out loud, Mayor Pete that blew through billions

(00:44):
upon billions of dollars and got nothing done, got nothing done.
So it was an easy act to follow. But for
crying out loud.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
He's this guy's knocking it out of the park.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
He really is. I gotta give her credit where credit
is due. I mean, and I think it, Oh, is
it Sean P.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
Duffy kicking butt during the shutdown, doing everything and anything
out and about making sure getting flights going despite all
the issues that they're having out there.

Speaker 2 (01:13):
This yesterday, removing nearly three thousand CDL training providers from
the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. This is their training
provider registry for failing to meet the Trump administration and
standards of readiness. This is with forty five providers put

(01:37):
on notice on top of that for potential non compliance.
This administration is cracking down on every link in the
illegal trucking chain. Under Joe Biden and Pete boudageg bad
actors were able to game the system and let unqualified
drivers flood our roadways. Their negligence endangered every family on
America's roadways, and it ends today. This is just some

(02:01):
of the things that this guy has been doing. Yeah, yeah,
you're not gonna find it, you know, down the road.
You're not gonna have a roundtable discussion talking about the
greatness of transportation secretaries in the executive branch of government.
But uh, Sean Duffy, you're killing it man. Watchdog on

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
