Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Watchdog on Wall Street podcast explaining the news coming
out of the complex worlds of finance, economics, and politics
and the impact it we'll have on everyday Americans. Author,
investment banker, consumer advocate, analyst, and trader Chris Markowski.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
China's four red lines, and they don't want us to
cross these red lines. First, Joe Biden is he's in
South America. I was in Brazil where he decided to
give fifty million dollars for the rainforest. Again, I don't

(00:38):
know if you're paying attention what's going on in this country,
because the media certainly isn't. We've got Americans that are
living in tents in North Carolina, bad situation, do the hurricanes,
and they're getting no help. Joe Biden promised, I can't
tell you how much more money billions of dollars more
for the World Bank. Paying attention to this podcast, we

(01:01):
reported that the World Bank has misplaced some forty some
odd billion dollars, could be as much as four hundred
billion dollars just misplaced it. And they're a bank, yet
we're giving them more money. He didn't even show up
for the photo op with the other countries that were
at the summit. I don't know it's a disaster, it is,

(01:26):
but Xi Jinping they're at the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Summit,
which was in Lima, Peru, and Biden's there, and z
told Joe Biden. The United States has recently concluded its elections.
China's goal of a stable, healthy, and sustainable China US
relationships remains unchanged. But the optics suggests that again Biden

(01:53):
has taken a bit of a back seat. Again, when
they were doing doing one of the pictures, they put
him in the the back corner, the back right corner.
This is a United States president, never in the back
right corner.

Speaker 3 (02:05):
Nobody puts Biden in the corner.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
My little dirty dancing reference right there.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
Here are the four red lines.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
We've got supporting Taiwan independence. They don't want that. They
don't want that at all. And again most people have
not done any homework, haven't studied at all. You know
how Taiwan came about, the history of that region is

(02:44):
the history of China. Posts now how all of this
thing came to pass. And I strongly suggest you do
Number two, interfering in China's democracy and human rights. I
don't think we should interfere in their country at all

(03:04):
in what they want to do. You want to how
you go about deciding, you know, and influencing Chinas by
about who you're doing business with. We could say we
don't like what you're doing. But you know, you talk
about human rights? What about our special relationship with the UK.

(03:27):
They're rounding people up right now in the UK and
putting them in jail for posts on social media. How
about their human rights and write to free speech? Do
you see anybody here in the United States outside of
Elon Musk or some people on the right criticizing what's

(03:49):
taking place there.

Speaker 3 (03:50):
I won't set foot in that damn country.

Speaker 2 (03:54):
Well, I'd rather go to China, all due respect than
go to the UK.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
Now, I don't care. I won't even do I won't
even do it. Holdover in Heathrow, I ain't gonna do it.
I'm flying a Frankfurt. If flying aim, I'm.

Speaker 2 (04:10):
Not going there.

Speaker 3 (04:11):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
Shift stifling China's development path by sanctions and trade restrictions, now,
again that's a tit for tat situation. And again they're
gonna accept anything that Donald Trump does, and they're gonna
have to. They don't have a choice restricting China's rights

(04:34):
to advancement and development. And again I've.

Speaker 3 (04:38):
Said this.

Speaker 2 (04:40):
Before. I have no problem with the development of China.
I don't I don't know why everybody does. It boggles
the mind. I mean, their economy is a mess right now.
It's their own doing. Zijion Ping did it. But I'd
rather see a prosperous nation than a poor one. And again,

(05:05):
you take a look at how far that country has
come in such a short period of time. It's amazing,
quite frankly, and we should encourage that, and we should
encourage business, and we should encourage trade. All of these
things can be accomplished. Watchdog on Wall Street dot Com
