Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Watchdog on Wall Street podcast explaining the news coming
out of the complex worlds of finance, economics, and politics
and the impact it we'll have on everyday Americans. Author,
investment banker, consumer advocate, analyst, and trader Chris Markowski.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
JD. Vance seals a deal. In my opinion, I recommended
last week you listened to Joe Rogan's podcast with Donald Trump.
I highly recommend you listen to Joe Rogan's podcast with JD.
Vance again. I can't thank Joe Rogan enough of what

(00:41):
he is doing. I mean, this is fantastic. This is
how this is how politics should be, where you sit down,
you have a conversation for over three almost four hours
about various different issues. And let me tell you something again.
I was a member of the Republican Party. I think

(01:04):
I left like some fifteen some odd years ago. But
even when I was a member of the Republican Party,
I couldn't stand a large faction of it. And I
used to call them the Bushwood the Bushwood Republicans. They're
the ones, yeah Bushwood from Caddyshack there, you know, with
Judge Smails and the boys. I couldn't stand that. Again,

(01:28):
I'm a business guy, But I hate it, hate it
just like we all should when corporations try to game
the system and take advantage of others that they're not
held accountable. People are not held accountable for their actions.
And you listen to the entire interview and Jadie Vance
talks about, you know, his belief system and the things

(01:51):
that he's done, the things he tried to do, talked
about the train derailment that took place in Ohio, and
you know how he tried to handle that, every issue
out there, from abortion on through, and you find an
extraordinarily intelligent, likable human being that quite frankly espouses many

(02:17):
many of the things that the old school Democrats used
to espouse. They talking about, you know, stopping all these
nonsensical wars, reining in corporate largest, reining in big pharma.

(02:37):
The only thing, you know, if you listen to the interview,
you're thinking about voting for Harris Wallas. You listened to
the interview, and you're still going to want to vote
for Harris Walls after listening to that interview. You've got them.
I'm sorry, I don't want me to be offensive, but
you've got a bit of a mind virus. You have

(02:58):
a bit of it's a progressive. It's like you belong
to a religion.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
You really do that.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
It's again you, you can't deviate from you. You may
be part of it again that far left trans nonsense.
You you worship at the uh the you know, the
feet of abortion, whatever it may be. But you cannot
you cannot listen to that, and you can't listen to

(03:26):
the Trump interview. And then, like I said, Jake vans
better and say that the better choice is Harris wal
you can't. There's no logical explanation for it. Anyway. I
want to touch quickly as well on a piece today
by Kimberly Strassel in the Wall Street Journal talking about

(03:51):
trash talking the voters. And obviously we did a bit,
you know, the garbage man can yesterday here on the program,
and you know, Kimberly basically talks about the left today
and basically it's it's she calls it toxic democratic arrogance.

(04:12):
This is this is what they've become. We're idiots, yokels, deplorables. Uh.
I get that phrase that the left uses toxic masculinity again,
you write off women as handmaids or religious fanatics. Uh,

(04:35):
you've got a long list of ist and foe words.
If you don't bow down to this mind virus, this
progressive dogma, You're a fascist, you're a sexist, you're a racist,
you're a nationalist, you're an insurrectionist, domestic terrorist, extremist, far rightist,
and homophobe and a nazi. That these are the names

(05:00):
that they're calling people on the right. And again, you
even see it on television in Hollywood today, for the
most part, you know, outside of the stuff that Taylor
Sheridan is doing, white males on TV and movies nowadays
are portrayed as fat, weak, and stupid. That's how it is.

(05:23):
Whether it be on a commercial doesn't make any difference.
That's that's who. That's how you're betrayed, portrayed in Hollywood nowadays.
Michelle Obama lectures the men in our lives that only
vote for Kamala Harris will prove they take women's health seriously.
Women's health seriously, don't be a misogynist, I guess. Barack

(05:48):
Obama tells black men that a failure to vote for
Kamala is evidence that you aren't feeling the idea of
having a woman as president, don't be a sexist, and
foremost Obama would be better off saying that listen, you're
voting for Obama, you're voting for me. I'm running the country.
Should have been honest. And then obviously Mark Cuban saying

(06:09):
that Donald Trump is never in the company of strong,
intelligent women. Don't be a weak, dumb GOP voting broad
and I don't know, supposedly he's trying to walk that
back today. And you got the latest advertisement that's out
there that they recruited Julia Roberts, where a female voter

(06:30):
arrives at the polls with their baseball hat, wearing a husband,
and the voice over explains one place in America where
women still have the right to choose. The wife and
another woman secretly vote for Kamala, grinning conspiratorially at each other.
On the way out, the patronizing husband gives wife you
a hard stare and asks, did you make the right choice?

(06:52):
Sure did, honey, she replies, Remember what happens in the
booth stays in the booth. Vote Harris Walls. Progressive activists
Jess Piper tweeted to white women this month, I don't
care what kind of sign your husband has put in
your yard, or what your pastor preaches on Sunday. You
can vote your conscience. You can vote for your children

(07:12):
and grandchildren. Wow. Yeah, Sure, a lot of females out there,
they got to enchain themselves from the sink, and they're
gonna go vote for more inflation and border chaos and debt. Again,
do you think that the contempt is working? I don't know.
I think it's alienating people. We'll see, We'll see. It's

(07:40):
the other one there, he got a weird weird Republicans
are weird? Tim Walls right again, I'm sorry you've watched
Tim Walls, But anyway, I'll leave that. It could be
me calling me crazy. But taxpayer funded sex change surgeries

(08:00):
for felons, that's weird. You wanna you want to regulate
cal farts, that's weird. Fewer police, less crime yet, that's weird.
I can go on and on and on.

Speaker 1 (08:15):
Weird.

Speaker 2 (08:16):
Okay, Uh, anyway, neither here nor there. There's there's a
hatred that's out there. And again I am plooring people,
you know, on the right. As hard as it may be,
you're gonna have to try to forgive these people in
the end, I was reminded of something I was thinking
about it today and the hate.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
On the left.

Speaker 2 (08:38):
There was a scene in Rocky, the original Rocky, remember
the uh, the mobster guy, I forget his name. I
don't know if they had the mustache there that Rocky
UH worked for when we had to go collect money
for him and uh. He comes over to Rocky and
he's talking to He found out that he was taking
Adrian out to dinner and the mobsters. Mobster's driver didn't

(09:04):
like Rocky and he was he was insulting Adrian and
he goes, I heard that she's retarded, and he says,
take her, take her to the zoo. The retards like
the zoo. Rocky gets all upset, you know, he has
to get in a fight, and you know, he the
mobster guy calms him down and he says, you know,
you know he asked him, He said why why would

(09:26):
you why would you say something like that? And then
the mobster guy says, hey, rock you know some people,
some people just hate for no reason. Watchdog on Wall
