was signed by executive order by Kennedy. Let's just use that.

Democratic Republic of got a bill, Syria got nine hundred mil.

making this up. Three hundred and thirty five million dollars
on a diesel fueled power plant that just sat there
because Afghans can afford to import diesel. Five hundred million
on a dam that was deemed too unsafe to use.

Two hundred and fifty million on a partial road that deteriorated.
Millions on healthcare facilities that don't exist. Seventy million on
contractor fees for projects that were canceled before being started,
but they got to keep the money anyway. Five hundred

facility that melted, not making this up, melted when it
rained because it was made out of sand. Five hundred
million for twenty two cargo planes that were unsafe to
fly and were sold for scraps for about thirty thousand dollars.

over a billion dollars. Somalia got over a billion dollars.
Democratic Republic of got a bill, Syria got nine hundred mil.

South Sudan got seven hundred and fifty million for what
you do honestly think do you honestly think that this
is actually going to help people. No, this is going
to politicians, people and power so they can buy their
massive fricking yachts and crews around and their places in

it's graft, baby, that that's all it is helping people.
You are a bunch of cities. Well, this all eight

and we were allowed to actually keep our money. What
people would be able to do, the businesses that we'd
be able to create. This is where the real theft is,

people finding improper payments and letting elon musk know. Oh here,
this is from pro Publica. Pro Publicblica is yeah, a
bit of a left of center site, but they actually
they actually did some really interesting work on USAID and
Department of Defense contracts in Afghanistan. Yeah, USAID, I'm not

making this up. Three hundred and thirty five million dollars
on a diesel fueled power plant that just sat there
because Afghans can afford to import diesel. Five hundred million
on a dam that was deemed too unsafe to use.

Two hundred and fifty million on a partial road that deteriorated.
Millions on healthcare facilities that don't exist. Seventy million on
contractor fees for projects that were canceled before being started,
but they got to keep the money anyway. Five hundred

This is five hundred thousand dollars for a police training
facility that melted, not making this up, melted when it
rained because it was made out of sand. Five hundred
million for twenty two cargo planes that were unsafe to
fly and were sold for scraps for about thirty thousand dollars.

This is sees checks you right, okay? Proposed to show
this to your freaking liberal moronic friends that the money
that comes out of their check is going to this
is that? Okay? Are you? Are you proud? Are you
proud of spending money and people? I know I'm trying

three million dollars into a proof of concept gas station.
This is in Afghanistan. They couldn't get any customers because

the average Afghan would have to shell out more than
entire year's worth of salary to convert their cars to
run on compressed natural gas. This is a green project,
and fricking Afghanistan, they don't let girls go to school there,

are you? I mean, how ridiculous? No, this is again,
you know sometimes again, some people earn it in life. Okay,

work for it, work time and effort. There's a whole
other group out there that a bunch of freaking government grifters.

should have. What those needs to do next is to
highlight all these assholes who did that, who took this money?
