I saw a news alert, and I looked at it,
and I'm not supposed to do that, Okay, just not
supposed to do that first thing in the morning. I
try to avoid that. Yeah, it set the tone for
the day. I saw that Donald Trump is, Yeah, he
is going to shake down in Nvidia and AMD in

in the same manner a mafia don would shake down
a business, exact same thing, no different from what Donald
Trump is doing than what John Gottie or any other
mobster would do.

Pay me, pay me. I often invoke Don Finucci. We

Yeah again, I've never seen this before, never ever seen
this before. Nvidia and AMD have agreed to give the
Trump administration a portion of their sales from their artificial
intelligence chips to China.

Now, it was just not long.

Ago where we were told that they weren't allowed to
sell these chips to China because it was a national
security concern. Now they can sell these chips to China
as long as they give the Trump administration fifteen percent
of their revenues their sales. This is this is billions

and billions of dollars going to the Trump administration, the
Commerce Department. I guess they're they're calling it there. They're
paying for their license. They're paying for their license to
sell chips. Again, it's quite frankly, this is it's illegal.

My reading here, Article one, Section nine, Clause five United
States Constitution, no tax or duty shall be laid on
articles exported from any state. The Supreme Court has interpreted
this export clause to address shipments only to foreign countries,

not shipments to unincorporated territories such as Puerto Rico or
in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.

I ain't care gonna do it anyway. I don't care.

We are we're marching towards state capitalism. People There's there's
no other way around it. Even Greg ip today, you know,
putting his columns in a generation ago, conventional wisdom held
at China, China liberalize its economy would come to resemble America's. Instead,

running things out of Washington, d C. And you know,
Trump's not the first person.

hundred billion dollars in clean energy loans, the Chips Act
thirty nine billion dollars in subsidies, eight point five of
it went to Intel. Intel. Donald Trump told the CEO
of Intel to resign. He's meeting the CEO of Intel

today at the White House. I wonder what he's going
to extract from him. Does does did Lucabra Luca Brazi
was killed?

they're becoming even higher. People, did you really recognizing what's
what's going on right now? I have the President of
the United States basically said, you want to do business
in China, you have to pay me.

I'm bartending in New York City. I'm bartending in New
York City. It's a restaurant in the Upper East Side
and cleaning up for the night. Guy comes into the restaurant.

you know, I'm doing your garbage now. I got your garbage.

And I'm like, what do you mean? And I hadn't
been in New York City that long that long, so
I was a bit naive.

It's just like, I've got your garbage, now, could you
hold one second? And I went downstairs got the manager.
He came upstairs, and I guess these guys have our
garbage now again some turf war, some mafia took it over.

It's not like you get to pick and choose in
some of it, and this is how it works. Okay,
this is the same type of thing that you would see,
like I said on the Sopranos, exactly the same, except
on a bigger level.

just the art of the deal. You're the president of

You're supposed to protect and uphold. You put your hand
