Governor Andy Beshear went on TV to defend Biden’s inflation record and claimed the White House is “building the economy of tomorrow” with EVs, chips, and subsidies.
 What a joke.
Politicians don’t build economies — they only distort them, inflate them, or screw them up.
In this episode, we break down:
 • Why no president — Republican, Democrat, or Marxist — “builds” an economy
 • How subsidies, public-private partnerships, and government meddling always raise prices
 • Why the free market works best when politicians keep their hands off
 • How billions of daily decisions — not DC bureaucrats — create real economic growth
 • Why government interference turns markets into a “Dr. Moreau experiment” of distortions
And what the rule of law actually requires from Washington: neutrality, not intervention!

Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Watchdog on Wall Street podcast explaining the news coming
out of the complex worlds of finance, economics, and politics
and the impact that we'll have on everyday Americans. Author,
investment banker, consumer advocate, analyst, and trader Chris Markowski.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Building the economy of tomorrow? What a bunch of bs?
Equal opportunity.

Speaker 3 (00:22):
Bacheler here on the program is I haven't noticed I
go after both sides and the nonsense that they spew.
I had the unfortunate well, I had to watch Andy Bischar.

Speaker 2 (00:33):
Yeah, he is the governor of Kentucky. Yep.

Speaker 3 (00:37):
Andy Bishar is out there and he's being asked. It's
being asked about you know, well, you know inflation under Biden,
they responsible for some of these higher prices.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
And here goes Governor Bashar. Oh, yeah, but Biden was
building the economy of tomorrow with evs.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
And chips and bs. Presidents do not build economies. Politicians
do not build economies. They only, for lack of a

(01:15):
better word, f it up. That's it doesn't matter. If
it's a Republican, doesn't matter. If it's a Democrat, doesn't matter.
If it's a Marxist. Does it matter who politicians do
not build economies.

Speaker 2 (01:37):
They don't.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
It's just that simple. What politicians need to do. What
has made this country great is the free market. I'm
gonna explain this to everybody. Oh, it's great, and government
gets involved in it's public private partnership, and we got
to subsidize this. Name me one thing that the government

(02:01):
has subsidized that has been.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
Beneficial. Oh well, what about houses and what?

Speaker 3 (02:08):
No, No, you don't know, okay, nothing nothing. All it's
done is raise the prices of things, causing a disconnect
in the free market. The free market is a wonderful thing.
It's like nature. That's a funny thing. Libs are into

(02:31):
all of this nonsense with the government getting involved in everything,
and they also claim to be environmentals. What a bunch
of nonsense. You like nature so much, why don't you
go out and watch it for a little while. Watch
what takes place without any interference whatsoever.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
It's amazing. I mean, I love doing it.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
Quite frankly, maybe you should do it, because, quite frankly,
that's in essence what the free market does.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
That's what an economy is.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
Millions, billions, trillions of interactions between various different people doing
business with one another. The government gets involved, it's again,
it's island of Doctor Moreau. They start creating all sorts
of genetic defects and problems, and it makes matters worse.

(03:27):
The government doesn't build anything, it destroys. It's not up
to the government to build an economy. It's up to
the government to get out of the way and allow
for the conditions to present themselves to business owners, to
people that want to go out there and build and create,
so they can go ahead and do so.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
We don't need your input. That's not what you're there for.
Kick your mouth shut.

Speaker 3 (03:56):
I always go back to uh Enricoo. Remember Leslie Nielsen
and the Naked Gun when Enrico Plazzo becomes the umpire
and he's doing all sorts of crazy dances and gett
himself involved in the ballgame. Okay, No, okay. You make
sure the rule of law is applicable to everyone the

(04:18):
same way, all equal under the law, and that's what
Jefferson wanted. Okay, and you stay out of it. Government's
not in the business of building an economy.

Speaker 2 (04:28):
And again, I don't care if it's Trump, I don't
care if it's by I don't care who it is.

Speaker 3 (04:33):
