Trump cuts a deal with Xi Jinping to allow China to buy Nvidia’s H200 chips — the same chips the U.S. government says will determine who controls the future of AI and modern warfare. And somehow we're supposed to pretend this all makes sense? You’d have an easier time decoding a Fellini film.
In this episode, we break down:
 • The deal: China gets access to Nvidia’s H200s as long as the U.S. keeps 25% of the sales
 • The contradiction: DOJ says these chips are the “building blocks of AI superiority”
 • The confusion: Why sell strategic tech to an adversary we’re told to fear?
 • The chaos: DOJ shuts down a China-linked chip-smuggling network the same day
 • The twist: China now says it might restrict access to the very chips we just approved
And the reality: None of this adds up — not strategically, not economically, not politically!

(00:38):

to provide with you the facts because nobody's putting this
together because nobody can doesn't make any sense. Trump says, oh,

(00:59):
here we come to say the day here. We cut
a deal with Xi Jinping in China, and we are
going to allow them to buy in Vidia's H two
hundred chips. Ah, yes, these H two hundred chips. We're
going to allow them as long as the United States

(01:19):
government can keep twenty five percent of the sales. Again,
that's a bit of a shakedown. In of itself whatever.
I won't even get into that in my issues. They
take that and put that aside. Okay, yeah, Oh, Z
is thrilled and Z's happy. On the very same day,

(01:45):
same day that we made this announcement, this came out
from the Department of Justice. These chips are the building
blocks of AI superiority and our integral to modern military applications.
They that controls these chips will control AI technology. The
country that controls AI technology will control the future. That

(02:13):
they said this about these h two hundred chips. Now,
now what is it here? It is China again. This
is again how they confuse and bewildered people. And I
don't blame you because none of it makes any sense.
We're told, oh, we got to spend all of this
military build up and build up because we got to
counter China, and China is a big adversary and they

(02:36):
gotta have They have Gordon Chang on Fox Business all
the time talking about how evil China is and oh,
you know, you got this one saying this, and we
have to be wary of China. And again we're told
that these chips were the big deal, and yet we're
going to sell them to China. Which is it here?

(03:00):
Which is it here? I'm trying to get my arms
around this. At the same time, same time, US authorities
shut down major China linked AI tech smuggling network Operation Gatekeeper,
disrupts trafficking network and seizes more than fifty million in

(03:20):
advanced GPUs destined for China and other restricted locations. At
the same time, wait for it. China to limit now
they don't want the chips to limit in video's H
two hundred chip access after Trump green lights the exports. Yeah, yeah,

(03:45):
that regulators in Beijing are considering plans to limit access
to the H two hundred and a one chips. Right,
I got nothing, I got anohing. I can't explain it again,
confused and bewildered. Here at the Watchdog on Wall Street show,
