It's coming down. Yeah, the inflation rate accelerated to two
point seven percent. Nobeno. But we'll go even a little
closer to see how no bueno. This is no good,

look at what food costs are again, food costs are
up nearly four percent. If if it wasn't for the
fact of energy prices coming down, this would be a

much much hotter number. Whether it be food out or
whether it be food in the home. Again, the various
different items and things that we all need to spend
money on.

In order to I don't know, survive. They keep going up,
they keep going up. But hey, that's okay. Everything is Also,
we did a great job bringing inflation. No inflation never
went away. The rate of inflation came down. Has anybody's

grossly bill.

Shrunk now, and then you're giving this whole load of bunk.
Oh my god, would be terrible deflation. Oh my god.
If if, if price has started coming down, out that's
a signy economy is doing poorly. Listen, Okay, it's never
a bad thing. If the costs of everyday items for

Americans come down, that's that's that's not a bad thing.
I get it. If you see durable goods deflation, that
would be problematic, but not items that.

We need to live on every single day. So why
is the Federal Reserve set to lower rates again? Banks
balance sheets? There's a whole lot of.

Crap on banks balance sheets when it comes to commercial
real estate. In order to keep the extend and pretend
going a little bit longer, got to get those rates
down to some degree. But as far as these inflation
numbers are concerned, it doesn't justify the Fed lowering rates again.

Just keep printing, Just keep printing, Just keep printing, and
you know what, keep spending Washington, DC, and our prices
for everyday items and the things we continue that need
to live on any given day, continue to go up
