Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Watchdog on Wall Street podcast explaining the news coming
out of the complex worlds of finance, economics, and politics
and the impact it we'll have on everyday Americans. Author,
investment banker, consumer advocate, analyst, and trader Chris Markowski.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Trump's Collection of Great Dance Songs. The time of me
doing the podcast, has he been twelve hours since he's
been in And Trump's got a bit of a greatest
Hits album, Collection of Great Dance Songs. It was my
first Pink Floyd album. It was kind of a compilation

(00:42):
had wish We're here one of these days, shine on you,
Crazy Diamond? What else am on it? Another brick in
the wall money And I'm not a big fan of
the song money. But anyway, neither here nor there, I
want to go over some just some some of the
greatest hits in less than twenty four hours. Let's start

(01:03):
off with Yeah, going after the Alphabet People. Yeah, I
wish I thought of that. That's Dave Chappelle's Dave Chappelle's
Yeah the Alphabet People. Lgbtq's Our restv I whatever the
hell the length of it is now defending women from
gender ideology, extremism and restoring biological truth to the federal government. Yeah,

(01:31):
in essence, and I highly suggest and again put such
a smile on my face. Oh makes me happy. Yeah,
two genders male female, Will kindergarten cop that shit, Boys
have a penis, girls have a vagina? Is back. You

(01:51):
can't make up your own gender. There's not going to
be one hundred and seventy two genders all of this
other nonsense, and it's gone. It's gone. Listen. I don't care.
I've said this before. I've said it before. Listen. It
was five I liked. I thought the movie The Bird

(02:14):
Cage was funny. You guys want to pretend to be
a girl and then open up a club somewhere.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
Have that?

Speaker 2 (02:22):
I don't care. Just stop pushing your bullshit on the
entire country. And what is it with you drag queens
and your need to go into elementary schools and read books?
Are you serious anyway? Yeah, that's on its way out,

(02:45):
thank God, thank god. Put that on the twenty four
hour Greatest Hits album Make Appliances Great Again. Applied. This
is hilarious, and I think there's going to be more
to come. And again I have to laugh at this

(03:05):
also because talked about it for some time. If someone
were able to open up I talked about that. I mean,
did a show on this open up a retro a
retro appliance store, like I don't know where did all
of the unsold appliances from the nineteen sixties, seventies and

(03:28):
early eighties. Where did they go? Where did they go?
You remember those things? Those things were indestructible, the old
school appliances. You couldn't rate those things for crying out loud.
My three brothers and I the loads of laundry that
my mother would do, and our washer and dryer, and

(03:51):
she would just throw everything in there, all of our
equipment and sneakers ba boom ba boom ba boom boo boom.
Man nows things took the wickage. Couldn't kill it. You
couldn't kill those appliances from back then until the government
had to get involved and started tinkering with them. But

(04:12):
this was this was funny. Trump issued in executive order
that eliminates government requirements for low pressure shower heads and
low flow toilets. I just dealt with that in my
new house here. Yeah, I had to have the the
plumber come back in and take out all that low
flow crap that was in the shower heads and all

(04:34):
of this this stuff that drives to preserve and again
talking about life imitating Simpsons or South Park. Also Seinfeld.
Do you remember the episode of Seinfeld where Kramer their
hair was all flat, they put the low flow shower
heads in and the apartment building on Seinfeld and Kramer

(04:55):
went to find a black market shower heads. Got it
for some stern European freaking hilarious but true, true, yeah, yeah, yeah,
let the water flow once again. Some other ones as well,
And again this is the greatest tip here. You have

(05:18):
a guy that I sight in the same circle we
are when it comes to managing money. I got a
great deal of respect for this guy because he admits
he's a when he's wrong, and that's something to be said.
Stanley Druck and Miller managing money for fifty years. He said,

(05:41):
I've been doing this for forty nine years, and we're
probably going from the most anti business administration to the opposite.
We do a lot of talking to CEOs and companies
around on the ground, and I'd say CEOs are somewhere
between relieved and giddy. That didn't take long, Uh, we are.

(06:06):
We had our first we had our first ev bankruptcy
under the Trump administration. Yep, yep. How can you celebrate
a company going bankrupt because it's a zombie Okay, in
the same way I would celebrate a zombie building being

(06:29):
killed off on The Walking Dead. Zombie companies are no
good for America, they're no good for the economy, they're
no good for you. But the company went out of business.
The companies shouldn't exist in the first place, you get it.
I've compared this before to again, this might be a

(06:50):
sub reference that many Okay, the island doctor Moreau. Yeah,
with the genetic genetic freak animals that were put together
by doctor Moreau that didn't belong, shouldn't have been created
in the first place. Well, I give you Canoe Canoe,

(07:12):
and we told you it would be bankrupt this year,
and we were right. We're right. The only reason why
Canoe is going bankrupt right now is that well Rivian
took up all the government cash. Yeah, yeah, I told you.
It was like a week or suit two ago. Buy
An administration decided to, oh, we we're gonna give Rivian

(07:35):
a loan, right like like we the taxpayers are going
to get paid back on that loan. Yeah, they got
like what almost seven billion dollars. Well, Canue didn't get anything,
and Canoe is no longer. And yes, you should celebrate
it's bankruptcy. You should because the company shouldn't exist. This
is people, you know, I'm gonna gecko this thing. Either

(07:57):
you get it right or you get eliminated. Companies that
are subsidized by the federal government bye bye again. Why
don't you make it like all we the people have
to do without our government subsidies. I could come up
with a better product, a better service, whatever it may be,

(08:21):
rather than kiss ass to some liberal in DC to
give you cash to keep your ridiculous business afloat. Sorry,
sorry being honest. Here, Oh good one here, this is good.
Oh yeah, or Stead Yeah, we made fun of this
company before or Sted.

Speaker 3 (08:38):
This is out of Denmark. Yes, Danish offshore wind developer.
Oh yeah, stocks down twenty percent. I'm sorry, I gotta laugh. Yeah.

Speaker 2 (08:54):
Trump signed an executive order to halt US offshore win leases. Yeah,
offshore wind they sales and federal waters. Shut that cute down.
Save the whales, Save the whales. Don't allow the isores
to go up. Oh, industry wide gloom in windmills. Well

(09:18):
again they're stupid, They're dumb. Knock them all down again.
I like gain, let's let the let the Navy go
out there and use those bloody things as target practice
as far as I'm concerned. Ah and again this is
kind of a side note. Trump didn't didn't order this,
but it's an interesting announcement at this point in time. Uh,

(09:41):
stillanis stillanis which owns some well X American brands Jeep, Dodge, Chrysler. Yeah,
all of a sudden, they're they're not going to be
releasing evs anymore, and they're gonna start bringing back their
old school, their old school internal combustion engine cars. Yeah,

(10:09):
how about that, bringing back the Cherokee size s u V.
They're bringing back the musclecar. The charger is back again again.
I could go on with some of these great but again,
you know, the Pink Floyd's album was short and sweet.
We're gonna save some for later, you know, God willing people,

(10:31):
and I'm not you know, I don't like to make
the sound of spikeing of football or anything like that.
That's not who we are. Need to follow through on
all of these things Donald Trump, and to make sure
that he's got an army of attorneys to fight all
of the left wing idiots that are out there. They're
going to fight all of this stuff. But again steps
in the right direction. Watchdog on Wall Street dot com
