mused about hypothetically shooting then Republican Speaker of the House
of Delegates Todd Gilbert. In a text message exchange with

Republican Delegate Carrie Coiner, Jones use of violent and inflammatory language,
writing that he if he were presented with a hypothetical
situation in which he had only two bullets and was
faced with the choice of shooting Gilbert, former Nazi leader
Adolf Hitler or Cambodia dictator Polepot, he'd shoot Gilbert every

time Gilbert gets two bullets to the head. Put Gilbert
in the crew with the two worst people you know,
and he receives both bullets every time again other messages
as well. In a statement he put out he takes

full responsibility for his actions issues as deep as apology.
Reading back those words made him sick to his stomach.
I'm embarrassed, ashamed, and sorry, he says. I cannot take
back what I said. I can only take full accountability
and offer my sincere apology. I people, you need to

understand who who these people are? Why? Why is this
surprise anyone? Don't don't surprise me in the slightest at all. Again,
you have true believers, zelots on the left. This has

been this way. I mean, you take a look at
the twentieth century and you take a look at the
death hole coming from the left, the communists, the bullshit.
I mean, you go right on down the list, the
pole pots of the world. It's one thing after another,
eight off the whole thing. I mean, why does this

left are like this, but many, many, most certainly go
off the deep end. This is how they think. I mean,
just look at violence here in this country. Look at
the riots that have taken place, whether the black lives matter, crap,

stuff that's happening now. The violent nature they believe that
they are in the right, they get driven to these
extremes where they can justify violence in their minds. And

I don't know why anybody is surprised at this. I'm
curious to see. I'm curious to see. I don't I'm
not familiar with the inter workings of Virginia politics. I
do know, I do know. There's quite a few Beltway
creatures living there and a lot of power, a lot

of money there in that state. And that's why the
state has, you know, turned I want to call it purple.
I don't know if you want to call it purple.
It's basically blue state. You're you're sitting right next to Washington, DC.
I don't know. People are gonna vote for this guy

be like, yeah, Okay, he's probably right. That's how what
they're thinking is, Oh, yeah, that makes sense. I gotta
go after fascists, right, fascist people on the right, all
fascist Nazis, all these things, these terms that they banter
about and to justify this, and you take social media

and you push this on people, and you get people
thinking a certain way, and you keep bombarding them with
all this. This is what we're doing to ourselves. These
are these are the people that, yeah, I mean, I
don't I don't get it. I can't really get my

arms around this. And I'm someone that deals and it
is exposed to all this negative crap all the time
and idea to deal with the politics and the liars
and all this stuff. But to go to this level,
and I'm telling you, if that many of them believe this,

this guy Jade, it looks like he's not dropping out
of the race. You know, you had you know, various
