Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Watchdog on Wall Street podcast explaining the news coming
out of the complex worlds of finance, economics, and politics
and the impact that we'll have on everyday Americans. Author,
investment banker, consumer advocate, analyst, and trader Chris Markowski.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
Shut down the FAHA, the Federal Housing Authority once and
for all. I know everybody's all excited about Trump and
his big IPO for Fanny and Freddie. Get rid of it.
You want to help the country stop subsidizing crap. Hey,
we need to help people get into homes. No, okay,

(00:40):
people will get into homes without government help. They want
to show you how fraudulent this whole thing is. FHA loanlocks.
I just got a hold of this. Just canna blow
your mind. FHA loanlocks. Two immigrants, okay, not legal immigrants.

(01:03):
I've got no problem with legal immigration to immigrants without
permanent residency. This is including h one B visa holders. Wow,
over six percent under Biden, all time records, all time records. Well,

(01:26):
Donald Trump banned that in June of twenty twenty five,
and it's fallen off a cliff and rightfully so. I
have no problem with legal immigration into this car. I
really don't. I have no problem with it at all.
But when you are using taxpayer dollars to subsidize people's

(01:52):
homes that are not even it's bad enough. And I'm
telling you right now, it's bad enough to be subsidizing
this to citizens. I don't agree with that. Okay, it
causes a disconnect in the marketplace. We've gone over subsidies before.
All it does is make the price go up. But
you're actually using taxpayer dollars to subsidize, subsidize the homes

(02:14):
of people that are not even legal, not even I
mean legal residence, permanent residence here in the United States.
Do you think that they do this anywhere else in
the world. No, no, they don't. Something you pay, you
pay what the going rate. You don't get any sort

(02:34):
of subsidized nonsense. This has to stop on all levels.
One of the big problems out there, Okay, it's one.
Is not the only reason why housing is so unaffordable,
but this, my friends, is a big part of it.
