Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Watchdog on Wall Street podcast explaining the news coming
out of the complex worlds of finance, economics, and politics
and the impact it we'll have on everyday Americans. Author,
investment banker, consumer advocate, analyst, and trader Chris Markowski.

Speaker 2 (00:16):
You know my mom watches that she's gonna be upset
with me. Well, my brother Michael loves again. He pulls
some ridiculous tricks and whatnot on my mom all the time,
and she bites. She bites on anything my brother says,
no matter how ridiculous it might be. Sorry, Ma, but

(00:39):
you do. It's kind of like the media and Trump.
We'll talk a little about the Trump Trump doctrine. He
gives this speech a couple days ago, and I mean,
anybody with a few brain cells see can see exactly
what he's doing. How he's looking to get the media going,
get them all riled up, get them all up, so

(01:03):
attack Canada. Who said, so the military force is gonna
invade Greenland? Really? I mean you people, honestly, I mean again,
it's just the level, the overall level of intelligence to

(01:23):
these people, to me, it's not high, not high. Again,
I don't know how they got to these visies maybe
because they're not smart, Maybe because they'll they'll just you know,
they'll they'll listen to all of this nonsense. But anyway,
the Trump doctrine I got, you know, people on the
right and the MAGA types stirring the pot on social

(01:45):
media showing maps of North America, which is all red. Now,
all right, now, Canada is part of America, Mexico is
part of America. Greenland's part of America.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
Marker.

Speaker 2 (02:00):
All right, let's let's be real here. Canada, okay again,
think about this first, you think, do you think Trump
is stupid? Again? Do you do you understand that Canada's
got socialized the medicine they had justin Trudeau has been

(02:23):
in charge of place. I mean, it's it's pretty far
to the left. They've got an entire province, Quebec that
doesn't really want to be a part of Canada. Do
you remember that from from die Hard Hans Gruber? You know,
I remember Hans Gruber from die Hard, one of the uh

(02:44):
one of the terrorists that he wanted to have released perventificant.
It was Liberty Quebec. But anyway, again, I don't know
how that popped in my head, but you know, neither
here nor there. What about Mexico. They've got to Mexico
becomes this, How do you think they're gonna vote down there?
Do you do? You do you think that's gonna it's
gonna work well. Trying to absorb Mexico into the United States.

(03:10):
Greenland another story. You could pay every resident of Greenland
a million bucks. A million bucks have become part of
the United States. And that's nowhere near even close the
amount of money we've spent on Ukraine over the past year. Like, sure,
we'll take a million dollars become I mean, anyway, let's

(03:32):
talk about the Trump doctrine, and one of the things
that he talked about. Some reporter, actually, are you thinking
about using the military? The military? Don't you to go
into Canada type of pressure? Oh and he actually said
no economic pressure and economic pressure being brought to bear

(04:00):
on Canada, Mexico and Europe would be the best thing
for them. Trump also said a speech no more ev mandates,
basically getting rid of everything that Joe Biden has been

(04:20):
putting forward, that that is what Europe needs right now,
that's what Cannon needs. Mexico. It's a whole different ball
of wax. We need to save Europe again again again.

(04:42):
I'd like to see a strong Europe. I like to
see a much better I like to go there, I do.
I hate to see what's happened to the place. A
few countries that are doing pretty well and improving, but
for the most part it's an absolute disaster the UK.
I went off on a ramp on that one a

(05:03):
week or so ago. I won't step foot in that country.
I won't step foot in this. Listen to this quickly, Okay,
say case there a and again. This is got kids
in the car ear muss Okay, this is twelve year

(05:24):
old Samantha abducted by two Asian men. Again Pakistani in
this case drove her around for hours, raped her, threw
her out of a moving car. She ran, asked another
man for help. Again, he took her in and had

(05:49):
five Asian men went on to rape her for over
twenty four I go on on, I really can't talk
about this. The person in charge of this ring got
three years in jail. There are people serving time in
the UK right now for mean social media posts that
got seven years. Now. The country's a disaster. But it's

(06:14):
not just there. It's the entire continent. You know what's
funny is it's funny as you get all of these
European leaders now that are their underwear is in a
bunch because of Elon Musk's tweets? Do you understand how

(06:35):
big of a yep, I'm not gonna use a word,
I'll sen how big of a kitty cat? What type
of a loser country you have to be that you're
going to be bothered by someone's tweets criticizing the way
you're doing things there first and foremost, any leader of

(06:57):
any sort of was going to welcome any sort of
criticism and try to take it. Take it in Macron
all over Europe. They're all flipping out in the UK
to fall these these are MPs are oh this is
terrible man. Well, you know Americans tweeting stuff out. We're

(07:18):
gonna have to go after them, and we're gonna have
to We're gonna have to call the American ambassador. Oh
while we're shaking in our boots over here. What exactly
you guys even doing? The UK? I don't even know
do you just do you even do you even own
Rolls Royce anymore? And the acid martiners you give that
up to. I don't even know what exactly I mean. Wow,

(07:44):
special relationship, what special relationship? You do what we tell
you to do? Okay, I get great musicians. I gotta
give you that. Yeah again, I don't you want to
really tick off tick off the Europe Give do a
lip a citizenship immediately. Okay, that's what I would do.

(08:06):
But anyway, all Europeans are freaking out, freaking out because
of Elon must tweets, because you've got nothing. And this
is where you know, sorry, economic pressure is going to
have to be brought to bear. I don't care you sanctions,
it's teriffs, okay, all your climate crap, sorry sor right not,

(08:32):
we're not doing it anymore. And guess what, you know
what you guys aren't going to do it either, And
we're doing this for your own benefit just as much
as again, Trump was criticized and credit Trump was criticized,
but even Obama. Obama criticized Europeans because they didn't pay
up when it came to national defense. He didn't follow
through on anything, but Trump did it was right and

(08:58):
talking about hey wait a second here, you're building these
pipelines from Russia in into Europe and you're gonna have
You're gonna rely on Russia for your energy, but you
want the United States and NATO to defend you from Russia,
who's supplying you your energy. What's wrong with this picture?
How stupid is this makes no sense, makes zero sense.

(09:25):
And our opportunity now to turn the content around. Yeah,
economic pressure brought to bear. Little Trump doctrine. Gonna understand,
what's a little different than the Monroe doctrine, but similar
in some ways. But the Trump doctrine and what you're

(09:46):
doing is helping these countries and helping their people to
get out from under all the socialists bullshit they've been
under for so long. Watchdog on Wall Street dot Com
