And we're not on that path right now.

We're on the path, but we're not succeeding on that
path right now because of one thing, one obstacle in
the way.

The Federal Reserve and interest rates. That's it.

If the Federal Reserve would stop with their Trump derangement
syndrome and lower interest rates, I believe we would have
a roaring twenties economy, a roaring nineteen eighties Reagan economy,
a roaring Kennedy economy. And the only thing stopping us
from having what I think will be the greatest economy
in history is interest rates. And today the Fed blinked. Powell,

probably in his last act or statement as Fed chief
because he's up in a few months, finally blinked. Even
though he's got Trump arrangement syndrome. He's been bashed and
battered by Trump and the financial media. You got a
lower interest rates, you got a lower intrates, You got
a lower intrates. They're way too high. He never wanted
Trump to succeed. And finally it's looking so obvious and

so ridiculous. Interest rates should not be anywhere near where
they are. They should not be in the seven percent range.
They should be in the four percent range. And that's
a big difference in the real estate market succeeding or collapsing.
It's not collapsing right now, but it could collapse as
less unless people are able to buy, and nobody wants
to sell because they've got interest rates locked in that
are very low, and they can't afford to get the

new house with much higher interest rates. So finally he relents,
and he opens the door to a September rate cut.
Is very obvious by what he said. Of course the
market would crash. I now everyone guessed by his words
that there will be a September rate cut. Nobody knows
that for a fact. They all guessed it. They all assume,
now September cups, there's no rate cut, You're gonna see

a market crash. But I think it's pretty you know,
died in the wool here, it's died in cast. There
is going to be a rate cut in September. It's
about time we need one, and I think the economy
will really fire up. Today was a great dan Wall
Street almost up a thousand points throughout the day, it
was almost up a thousand. It finished up eight forty nine.
I believe gold went up dramatically. Gold's almost thirty five hundred.

Bitcoin went up dramatically. Bitcoin's just under one hundred and
sixteen thousand. I think a lot of people would be
shocked if it was at sixteen thousand, but it's close
to one hundred and sixteen thousand. The naysayers who hate
bitcoin probably never thought I could go to sixteen thousand.
It's at one hundred and sixteen thousand. So you know,
the wain Root investment mantra me personally, I'm not advising you.

I'm not an investment advisor. But I've got my money
in stocks, I've got my money in gold, and I've
got my money in bitcoin. Those are my three that's
my three legged stool. I believe very strongly in gold.
I believe bitcoin is now best described as digital gold.
If you believe in gold and you believe the paper
dollar is a piece of crap that's gonna be worthless soon,
you can't leave your money in cash. Then you got

to buy real estate. You gotta buy stocks, you gotta
buy gold, you gotta buy bitcoin. And that's my stool
right there. So I think we finally have some movement.
That's why the market flu and gold flu and bitcoin
flu and tech stocks flew up up, up up today.
Because interest rates are the key to everything, and they
should be much lower. And if we have a round
of cuts now, I think the American economy will fire

up and we'll be doing great. What did James Carve
will say? It's the economy stupid, That's what matters the economy.

Out that Trump's gonna fire a fed governor, Lisa Cook
if she does not step down after allegation is a
mortgage fraud. I never heard of her, I never saw her.
I'm looking at a picture. She's a black woman. I'm
guessing that everyone will say it's racist. Anytime you fire
a black person, it's racist. And if you fire a
black woman, it's absolutely racism. And you know I'm saying
that tongue in cheek. That's the excuse for everyone that's incompetent.

You fired me because of my race, you fired me
because of my sex, and you score double points if
you're both black and a woman. So there's no question
she'll charge racism. Democrats will charge racism. It isn't the
mortgage fraud.

It's the race sism. But the good news is, what
would be the odds if I had given you odds
and I had said let's make a bet a year ago,
So a year ago would have been August of twenty four,
or even August of twenty twenty three, two years ago.
What would be the odds that Trump would be free
and not you know, face any criminal penalties, not face jail,

and be president of the United States, and Letitia James,
the Attorney General of New York that was persecuting and
would be headed to prison. And I think she will
be headed to prison. I do believe that. I don't
know how they can let her off at this point.
She committed mortgage fraud. I'll say allegedly because I wasn't
there and I don't know it, but everything I've read
indicates she absolutely committed mortgage fraud.

What have I read?

I've read that you only got the loan because she
needed a co signer, and she called her father a husband.
That's fraud, and that she has five rooms and she said.

It was four. That's fraud.

And she said it was her principal residence and it
was in Virginia.

And she's the Attorney General of New York.

It can't be your principal residence unless, like me, you
do all your work online. I don't think the Attorney
General of New York can live in Virginia and do
all their work online. I don't think that works out
too well. So I think she's triple fraud, triple fraud,
and I think she's going to prison, and I think
that'll be great. I just hope there's enough cloth in
Hong Kong and China to make the prison outfit for

Grand Central Station, and then he was right down the
street building Trump Tower. And I said, this guy's going places.
This guy's amazing, and I want to be like him.
I want him to be my mentor, and I want
to model Trump you know, model Trump and be like Trump,
just like people want to be like Michael Jordan.

I wanted to be like Trump.

Probably every black kid who plays basketball wants to be
like Michael Jordan. You know, I want to be like Trump.
That was my dream at the age of eighteen. I
wanted to be a rich businessman like Trump. So I
studied the guy, and I spent the next forty years
studying everything he did and everything he played, how he
played it, his attitude, the way he dresses everything. And

then I wrote the book Trump Rules, with all the
rules of Donald Try Trump success. I understand this guy
like nobody in the world. And I'm telling you I've
predicted his every move. I've never gotten one move wrong ever.
And I predicted his election upset victory in sixteen as
election upset victory in twenty four that no one thought
he'd win in twenty sixteen, and I was the one

who did it in the media.

And at twenty twenty four, there were some who thought
he'd win.

It was probably split down the middle, but no one
in all of America predicted that he would win an
electoral electoral landslide and a seven swing state sweep and.

A popular vote victory. And I predicted all three of those.
How did I know? Excuse me, how did I know
that's the hiccups here?

I knew because I've been studying my whole life, and
I know every movie's going to make okay. At this point,
I think exactly like Trump, and I know his moves.
And I told people that in his first term, he said,
I don't want to be too vicious.

I don't want to put Hillary in prison.
Speaker 3 (09:52):
I don't want to put Brandon and Clapper and all
these guys in prison, because you know they'll come after me.
Speaker 2 (09:58):
When I'm through. I want my life.

And so I can carry up my agenda without putting
these people in prison. Let him just go away, get
out of political life.

And I said, after he was.

Done and they stole the election from him, which he
never predicted, but even once he was done one way
or the other, he never imagined they'd come after him
and try to put him in jail for life and
bankrupt him. And I said, this guy is angry, and
when he gets in again, he is going to destroy
them all and he's not going to hold back at all.
It's going to be a new Trump. Trump two point zero,

and he is going to destroy every one of them.
And it's happening. It's happening. Ask uh, He asked Bolton,
John Bolton. Today his house and office were raided by
the FBI. This guy faces years in prison. He's in
a lot of trouble. He probably thought, you know, when
they beat Trump in twenty twenty, he got away with it.
I'm sure Hillary thought that, I'm sure Obama thought that.

Everybody thought it. They didn't get away with anything now
that Trump won. And then they thought, when Trump won,
he'll leave us alone like he did the first time.
And I knew Trump two point zero is going to
be nothing like Trump one point zero. And I predicted
that Trump is going to get everyone, not for revenge,
for justice and a little bit of revenge too. If
they tried to put me in jail for life and
tried to bankrupt me and hit me with a five

hundred and fifteen million dollar penalty, I'll guess what. I
go after all of them and destroy them all. And
that's what Trump's doing. Good Luck John Bolton, good luck

sort of lowlife. I know nothing about it, he said
of his own former National security advisor, who he's long
described suffering major Trump arrangement syndrome. Trump repeated he tries
to stay out of that stuff and that he purposely
didn't want to get involved. When clementning on the morning
raid at Bolton's home, I know nothing about it.

John Bolton celebrated the FBI raid on Trump's mar Lago estate,
and now his words are coming back to haunt him.

So the New York Post reports FBI agents busted through
his home. Who through his home door in Bethesda, Maryland
in a raid? Normally, how do they get in the house?
Would they ring the doorbell? And Bolton comes to the door,
and I guess the expert that they had on said correct,
that's normally the.

Well, I don't know if it's done that way. But
it's Roger Stone, or it's Steve Bannon, or it's any
conservative Jay Sixer. But Bolton's own words are now coming
back to Hornum. Three years ago, a pompus John Bolton
went on all the lefty networks to celebrate the FBI's
raid at mar a Lago.

Don't forget, by the way, that they had shoot to
Kilo ortners that day. A lot of people forget that
shoot to kill.

They thought Trump might be home and Trump would get
hysterical and Trump would get in their way, and Trump
would say, I'm the former president of the United States,
get out of my house, and they'd shoot and kill him.
They wanted him dead, and they got very unlucky because
he just didn't happen to be home. So you know,
these were machine gun toting agents descending on mar A
Lago in August of twenty twenty two, and then a

special council appointed to investigate the document stored at the
Florida residence.

Court documents reveal Biden's FBI authorized the use of deadly
force during the mar A Lago raid, and then corrupt
FBI agents released staged photos of the classified documents laid
out on the floor of mar A Lago. John Bolton

we've known for fifty years where all the basis are,
and every single one of them have been drilled except
this one.

And because there was uranium mind out.

Here, and whenever three Mile Island melted down, the Burial
of Land Management decided not to let anyone drill it
until it was reclamated.

So three years ago. I got a call.

Because I did ultra they wanted me to drill this,
and because they got the permit, the reclamation and the.
Speaker 5 (25:18):
Mine was finished, and we drilled it, and as.

They say, the rest is history. It's certainly by far
the biggest thing I've ever found. And you know I'm
not saying it'll be you know, ten thousand will go
to thirteen million. I can't tell you with great confidence
that it's an order of magnitude bigger than the Pine
Atlantic client and Jonah Field an Ultra patrolling I can
tell you that.

So let me ask a simple question that maybe the
average person home would ask right now, my average fan
might ask right now.

Which is, how do you know this mark?
Speaker 3 (25:51):
Perhaps it's the last base that hasn't been drilled because
there's no oil and gas there.

How do you know it's going to be this big well?
Speaker 6 (25:59):
We've already drilled basically a third way down in the
sedimentary section.
Speaker 5 (26:05):
And that's how we know, because we.
Speaker 6 (26:07):
Have logs and tests on the wells that we drill
so far, so we already know that there's over pressured
gas zones very much like a layer cake. And because
we have hundreds of miles of seismic and a way
to interpret that seismic that's called a synthetic. We can
see we've got enough room for up to five hundred
(26:28):
wells that we can drill horizontally on what we've already found.

So it's very exciting.

We know the gas is there and it's just a
matter of drilling up this field and as they say,
the rest will be history.
Speaker 3 (26:43):
What are your plans for drilling this year right now?
Speaker 6 (26:47):
Well, the key is we're going to be drilling this
year a deep well to test the deeper zones, and
some of those zones are we think are going to
be very similar to Lost Soldier Field, which I named
my company after, that's already produced over four hundred million
barrels of oil. So we expect to be able to

test as many as another eight or nine zones below
what we've already found. If what we just already found
was five hundred locations, we've got a giant field already,
but we actually think there's more potential even below us.
Speaker 3 (27:22):
So natural gas is what powers data centers, and if
you watch any financial media, you know that data centers
are the big rage in America. Everybody wants to build
data centers all over.
Speaker 2 (27:34):
This country and all over the world.
Speaker 3 (27:36):
You're planning a data center to be built right there
on your lost soldier property.

Tell us about it, Well, I think I just might
mention you besides me, the gentleman by the name of
Harold Ham that is one of the most famous guys
in the oil and gas business, certainly the most famous
in the Rocky Mountains, just had a meeting in Tulsa,
according to the economists, and.

Got together with CEOs of large independence and they all
agreed that gas and data centers is the future. And
it's my belief that this test case that we're doing
right now, being able to show economically, with all of
the new science that has been developed.

That we will be able to open up.

A new business, the deep over pressured gas business that
will be the source of the supply for all of
these data centers. No gas, big gas production, no data centers.

You and I had a chance to have dinner in

you're a nice guy, you're a gentleman, You're a class act.
I want to make sure everybody knows that. I was
so impressed you talked about the fact that all the
pipelines are already in because so much drilling's gone on

around this area, and they're all headed for the place
where the most natural gas in America's used used California.
So you could spend decades piping natural gas to California.

Do I have that right?

Yeah?
Speaker 6 (29:12):
Absolutely do. The incredible thing is that the trunk lines
that go east and west to the East Coast and
the West coast to California are about fifty miles away
at want Cetter. All we're doing right now is building
a pipeline, a five mile pipeline, and we're going to
be drilling for the.

Next thirty six months.
Speaker 6 (29:30):
We expect to fill that pipeline up with fifteen to
twenty wells, not five hundred, and then within five years
we expect to put a forty two to a forty
six inch line that would handle two and a half
to five bcfday, And my crystal ball says we'll be
the biggest producer of natural gas in the California.
Speaker 3 (29:51):
All right, and you expect to go public as well,
that's in your plans and fairly quickly, right next couple
of years, you expect to be a public company like
Ultra Petroleum.
Speaker 5 (30:00):
Well, that's exactly right.
Speaker 6 (30:02):
I think the key critical thing is as soon as
we fill that pipeline up and we start building the
forty two to the forty six inch line and we
know we're going to have that gas production, we're going
to get a wonderful valuation in terms of the stock market.
And so Nedlin Sewell, who's the number one energy company
in the world that does valuations, is going to do
(30:23):
the work for us. Actually, my father was their first
client in their early nineteen fifties for Texas Oil and Gas.
So Fred Sewell's ninety seven, he's still alive. They're going
to do the under they're going to do the valuation,
and we're going to get credit for Welles. We haven't
even drilled whenever we do that engineer report, so we
expect it to be a very big IPO.

This is kind of the grand finale. This were a
fireworks show, you know, give me the grand Finale.

How big can Lost Soldier actually become Mark Brunner.

can guarantee results. But just to hear about Ultra, a

The Federal Reserve and interest rates. That's it.

If the Federal Reserve would stop with their Trump derangement
syndrome and lower interest rates, I believe we would have
a roaring twenties economy, a roaring nineteen eighties Reagan economy,
a roaring Kennedy economy. And the only thing stopping us
from having what I think will be the greatest economy
in history is interest rates. And today the Fed blinked. Powell,
(02:58):
probably in his last act or statement as Fed chief
because he's up in a few months, finally blinked. Even
though he's got Trump arrangement syndrome. He's been bashed and
battered by Trump and the financial media. You got a
lower interest rates, you got a lower intrates, You got
a lower intrates. They're way too high. He never wanted
Trump to succeed. And finally it's looking so obvious and
(03:21):
so ridiculous. Interest rates should not be anywhere near where
they are. They should not be in the seven percent range.
They should be in the four percent range. And that's
a big difference in the real estate market succeeding or collapsing.
It's not collapsing right now, but it could collapse as
less unless people are able to buy, and nobody wants
to sell because they've got interest rates locked in that
are very low, and they can't afford to get the
(03:42):
new house with much higher interest rates. So finally he relents,
and he opens the door to a September rate cut.
Is very obvious by what he said. Of course the
market would crash. I now everyone guessed by his words
that there will be a September rate cut. Nobody knows
that for a fact. They all guessed it. They all assume,
now September cups, there's no rate cut, You're gonna see
(04:03):
a market crash. But I think it's pretty you know,
died in the wool here, it's died in cast. There
is going to be a rate cut in September. It's
about time we need one, and I think the economy
will really fire up. Today was a great dan Wall
Street almost up a thousand points throughout the day, it
was almost up a thousand. It finished up eight forty nine.
I believe gold went up dramatically. Gold's almost thirty five hundred.
(04:27):
Bitcoin went up dramatically. Bitcoin's just under one hundred and
sixteen thousand. I think a lot of people would be
shocked if it was at sixteen thousand, but it's close
to one hundred and sixteen thousand. The naysayers who hate
bitcoin probably never thought I could go to sixteen thousand.
It's at one hundred and sixteen thousand. So you know,
the wain Root investment mantra me personally, I'm not advising you.

I'm not an investment advisor. But I've got my money
in stocks, I've got my money in gold, and I've
got my money in bitcoin. Those are my three that's
my three legged stool. I believe very strongly in gold.
I believe bitcoin is now best described as digital gold.
If you believe in gold and you believe the paper
dollar is a piece of crap that's gonna be worthless soon,
you can't leave your money in cash. Then you got

to buy real estate. You gotta buy stocks, you gotta
buy gold, you gotta buy bitcoin. And that's my stool
right there. So I think we finally have some movement.
That's why the market flu and gold flu and bitcoin
flu and tech stocks flew up up, up up today.
Because interest rates are the key to everything, and they
should be much lower. And if we have a round
of cuts now, I think the American economy will fire

up and we'll be doing great. What did James Carve
will say? It's the economy stupid, That's what matters the economy.

You fired me because of my race, you fired me
because of my sex, and you score double points if
you're both black and a woman. So there's no question
she'll charge racism. Democrats will charge racism. It isn't the
mortgage fraud.

would be the odds if I had given you odds
and I had said let's make a bet a year ago,
So a year ago would have been August of twenty four,
or even August of twenty twenty three, two years ago.
What would be the odds that Trump would be free
and not you know, face any criminal penalties, not face jail,

and be president of the United States, and Letitia James,
the Attorney General of New York that was persecuting and
would be headed to prison. And I think she will
be headed to prison. I do believe that. I don't
know how they can let her off at this point.
She committed mortgage fraud. I'll say allegedly because I wasn't
there and I don't know it, but everything I've read
indicates she absolutely committed mortgage fraud.

What have I read?

I've read that you only got the loan because she
needed a co signer, and she called her father a husband.
That's fraud, and that she has five rooms and she said.

It was four. That's fraud.

And she said it was her principal residence and it
was in Virginia.

And she's the Attorney General of New York.

It can't be your principal residence unless, like me, you
do all your work online. I don't think the Attorney
General of New York can live in Virginia and do
all their work online. I don't think that works out
too well. So I think she's triple fraud, triple fraud,
and I think she's going to prison, and I think
that'll be great. I just hope there's enough cloth in
Hong Kong and China to make the prison outfit for

I wanted to be like Trump.

Probably every black kid who plays basketball wants to be
like Michael Jordan. You know, I want to be like Trump.
That was my dream at the age of eighteen. I
wanted to be a rich businessman like Trump. So I
studied the guy, and I spent the next forty years
studying everything he did and everything he played, how he
played it, his attitude, the way he dresses everything. And
(08:57):
then I wrote the book Trump Rules, with all the
rules of Donald Try Trump success. I understand this guy
like nobody in the world. And I'm telling you I've
predicted his every move. I've never gotten one move wrong ever.
And I predicted his election upset victory in sixteen as
election upset victory in twenty four that no one thought
he'd win in twenty sixteen, and I was the one

who did it in the media.

And at twenty twenty four, there were some who thought
he'd win.

It was probably split down the middle, but no one
in all of America predicted that he would win an
electoral electoral landslide and a seven swing state sweep and.

A popular vote victory. And I predicted all three of those.
How did I know? Excuse me, how did I know
that's the hiccups here?

I knew because I've been studying my whole life, and
I know every movie's going to make okay. At this point,
I think exactly like Trump, and I know his moves.
And I told people that in his first term, he said,
I don't want to be too vicious.
Speaker 2 (09:50):
I don't want to put Hillary in prison.
Speaker 3 (09:52):
I don't want to put Brandon and Clapper and all
these guys in prison, because you know they'll come after me.
Speaker 2 (09:58):
When I'm through. I want my life.

And so I can carry up my agenda without putting
these people in prison. Let him just go away, get
out of political life.
Speaker 2 (10:07):
And I said, after he was.
Speaker 3 (10:08):
Done and they stole the election from him, which he
never predicted, but even once he was done one way
or the other, he never imagined they'd come after him
and try to put him in jail for life and
bankrupt him. And I said, this guy is angry, and
when he gets in again, he is going to destroy
them all and he's not going to hold back at all.
It's going to be a new Trump. Trump two point zero,
(10:29):
and he is going to destroy every one of them.
And it's happening. It's happening. Ask uh, He asked Bolton,
John Bolton. Today his house and office were raided by
the FBI. This guy faces years in prison. He's in
a lot of trouble. He probably thought, you know, when
they beat Trump in twenty twenty, he got away with it.
I'm sure Hillary thought that, I'm sure Obama thought that.
(10:49):
Everybody thought it. They didn't get away with anything now
that Trump won. And then they thought, when Trump won,
he'll leave us alone like he did the first time.
And I knew Trump two point zero is going to
be nothing like Trump one point zero. And I predicted
that Trump is going to get everyone, not for revenge,
for justice and a little bit of revenge too. If
they tried to put me in jail for life and
tried to bankrupt me and hit me with a five

hundred and fifteen million dollar penalty, I'll guess what. I
go after all of them and destroy them all. And

raid at Bolton's home, I know nothing about it.

and now his words are coming back to haunt him.

So the New York Post reports FBI agents busted through
his home. Who through his home door in Bethesda, Maryland
in a raid? Normally, how do they get in the house?
Would they ring the doorbell? And Bolton comes to the door,
and I guess the expert that they had on said correct,
that's normally the.

Well, I don't know if it's done that way. But
it's Roger Stone, or it's Steve Bannon, or it's any
conservative Jay Sixer. But Bolton's own words are now coming
back to Hornum. Three years ago, a pompus John Bolton
went on all the lefty networks to celebrate the FBI's
raid at mar a Lago.

Don't forget, by the way, that they had shoot to
Kilo ortners that day. A lot of people forget that
shoot to kill.

They thought Trump might be home and Trump would get
hysterical and Trump would get in their way, and Trump

get out of my house, and they'd shoot and kill him.

Lago in August of twenty twenty two, and then a

It's wonderful to say you Wayne, So you've found, you've.
Speaker 3 (24:17):
Very together, not found, but put together, piece together forty
thousand acres. It took you forty years to do it,
and now you believe that this could be even bigger
and better than Ultra Petroleum. How do you beat something
where a ten thousand dollars investment eventually grew to thirteen
million each ten thirteen million? How could this be bigger
(24:40):
and better and more special than that?
Speaker 6 (24:42):
Mark Well, I think the answer to that is that
this is a basion that has never been drilled. I mean,
we've known for fifty years where all the basis are,
and every single one of them have been drilled except
this one.
Speaker 5 (24:58):
And because there was uranium mind out.
Speaker 6 (25:00):
Here, and whenever three Mile Island melted down, the Burial
of Land Management decided not to let anyone drill it
until it was reclamated.
Speaker 5 (25:10):
So three years ago. I got a call.
Speaker 6 (25:12):
Because I did ultra they wanted me to drill this,
and because they got the permit, the reclamation and the.
Speaker 5 (25:18):
Mine was finished, and we drilled it, and as.
Speaker 6 (25:21):
They say, the rest is history. It's certainly by far
the biggest thing I've ever found. And you know I'm
not saying it'll be you know, ten thousand will go
to thirteen million. I can't tell you with great confidence
that it's an order of magnitude bigger than the Pine
Atlantic client and Jonah Field an Ultra patrolling I can
tell you that.
Speaker 3 (25:41):
So let me ask a simple question that maybe the
average person home would ask right now, my average fan
might ask right now.
Speaker 2 (25:48):
Which is, how do you know this mark?
Speaker 3 (25:51):
Perhaps it's the last base that hasn't been drilled because
there's no oil and gas there.
Speaker 2 (25:56):
How do you know it's going to be this big well?
Speaker 6 (25:59):
We've already drilled basically a third way down in the
sedimentary section.
Speaker 5 (26:05):
And that's how we know, because we.
Speaker 6 (26:07):
Have logs and tests on the wells that we drill
so far, so we already know that there's over pressured
gas zones very much like a layer cake. And because
we have hundreds of miles of seismic and a way
to interpret that seismic that's called a synthetic. We can
see we've got enough room for up to five hundred
(26:28):
wells that we can drill horizontally on what we've already found.
Speaker 5 (26:32):
So it's very exciting.
Speaker 6 (26:35):
We know the gas is there and it's just a
matter of drilling up this field and as they say,
the rest will be history.
Speaker 3 (26:43):
What are your plans for drilling this year right now?
Speaker 6 (26:47):
Well, the key is we're going to be drilling this
year a deep well to test the deeper zones, and
some of those zones are we think are going to
be very similar to Lost Soldier Field, which I named
my company after, that's already produced over four hundred million
barrels of oil. So we expect to be able to
(27:07):
test as many as another eight or nine zones below
what we've already found. If what we just already found
was five hundred locations, we've got a giant field already,
but we actually think there's more potential even below us.
Speaker 3 (27:22):
So natural gas is what powers data centers, and if
you watch any financial media, you know that data centers
are the big rage in America. Everybody wants to build
data centers all over.
Speaker 2 (27:34):
This country and all over the world.
Speaker 3 (27:36):
You're planning a data center to be built right there
on your lost soldier property.
Speaker 7 (27:41):
Tell us about it, Well, I think I just might
mention you besides me, the gentleman by the name of
Harold Ham that is one of the most famous guys
in the oil and gas business, certainly the most famous
in the Rocky Mountains, just had a meeting in Tulsa,
according to the economists, and.
Speaker 6 (27:59):
Got together with CEOs of large independence and they all
agreed that gas and data centers is the future. And
it's my belief that this test case that we're doing
right now, being able to show economically, with all of
the new science that has been developed.
Speaker 5 (28:16):
That we will be able to open up.
Speaker 6 (28:17):
A new business, the deep over pressured gas business that
will be the source of the supply for all of
these data centers. No gas, big gas production, no data centers.
Speaker 5 (28:30):
It's that simple.
Speaker 3 (28:31):
Now.
Speaker 6 (28:31):
Cole might provide a little, but mostly it's going to
be a natural gas.
Speaker 3 (28:36):
You and I had a chance to have dinner in
Las Vegas, live and in person. You and I had
a chance to really get to know each other last week,
and I had a fantastic time. You're a brilliant guy,
you're a nice guy, you're a gentleman, You're a class act.
I want to make sure everybody knows that. I was
so impressed you talked about the fact that all the
pipelines are already in because so much drilling's gone on
(28:58):
around this area, and they're all headed for the place
where the most natural gas in America's used used California.
So you could spend decades piping natural gas to California.
Speaker 2 (29:10):
Do I have that right?
Speaker 5 (29:12):
Yeah?
Speaker 6 (29:12):
Absolutely do. The incredible thing is that the trunk lines
that go east and west to the East Coast and
the West coast to California are about fifty miles away
at want Cetter. All we're doing right now is building
a pipeline, a five mile pipeline, and we're going to
be drilling for the.
Speaker 5 (29:29):
Next thirty six months.
Speaker 6 (29:30):
We expect to fill that pipeline up with fifteen to
twenty wells, not five hundred, and then within five years
we expect to put a forty two to a forty
six inch line that would handle two and a half
to five bcfday, And my crystal ball says we'll be
the biggest producer of natural gas in the California.
Speaker 3 (29:51):
All right, and you expect to go public as well,
that's in your plans and fairly quickly, right next couple
of years, you expect to be a public company like
Ultra Petroleum.
Speaker 5 (30:00):
Well, that's exactly right.
Speaker 6 (30:02):
I think the key critical thing is as soon as
we fill that pipeline up and we start building the
forty two to the forty six inch line and we
know we're going to have that gas production, we're going
to get a wonderful valuation in terms of the stock market.
And so Nedlin Sewell, who's the number one energy company
in the world that does valuations, is going to do
(30:23):
the work for us. Actually, my father was their first
client in their early nineteen fifties for Texas Oil and Gas.
So Fred Sewell's ninety seven, he's still alive. They're going
to do the under they're going to do the valuation,
and we're going to get credit for Welles. We haven't
even drilled whenever we do that engineer report, so we
expect it to be a very big IPO.
