Something I talked about earlier in the week because I
think it's important that we focus in on safety. And
America is to beacon of freedom, and that light of
freedom has been dimming in too many corners, and violence
has been festering in America's big cities, and we must

clean up the most violent cities. And Trump has essentially
put the hammer down these urban war zones. They're not
just statistics. There are battle grounds where criminals terrorize innocent
citizens and where weak leadership has allowed chaos to reign.

And the goal is simple, non negotiable, stop crime, restore safety,
reclaim our streets. And to do this, yes, we need
bold action, we need support from the FEDS. A rejection
of all of this is basically a rejection of solid policies.

It's embracing failed policies that have been weighing down this
of these big cities for the last decade plus. And
I really I'd mentioned this before. I hate being partisan.
I know it seems like I'm partisan, but I really
am not. I hate being partisan in particular on the

onset of this. But the epicenter of this crisis lies
in cities run by Dems.

They're soft on crime.

Their thought processes prioritize the rights of purpose over victims
that they prey upon.

We've seen that time and time and time and time again.

And these leaders well, they push back against any quest
for true law and order because I think they fear
that success would expose their incompetence and it would put
a feather in the cap of Trump, and it would
put a feather in the cap of conservative principles. So
why else would you coddle hardcore criminals. Why would you

even think about defunding the police? Why would you risk
resist the federal help when you can't clearly you can't
do it on your own. Deep down, democrats seem more
willing to appease violent offenders who keep Americans in fear
every day, rather than empowering brave men and women in
blue to go out and do their jobs, do it right,

and not have to worry about the guy they just
arrested being back out on the street fifteen minutes later.
That's a deliberate choice to protect a guilty instead of
safeguarding the innocent. It's pretty simple, and the left has
chosen or the progressives have chosen wrong. Time and time,

I'm again and to illustrate this, I'm happy to run
down some of the most crime ridden cities in the
entire country so we can go one after another.

The depth of this rot is deep, very deep.

And by the way, consider the ten most violent cities
in the US, gauging it by murder, raid and aggravated
assaults and rapes and robberies. And I got these numbers
from the latest FBI data sources.

So these are the These are.

The ten worst cities as far as crime goes in
the United States, you'd be surprised at some of these
that are on the list because you don't think about
Saint Louis. Saint Louis is number one with sixty murders
per one hundred thousand assaults and rapes through the roof
Baltimore two homicide rates exceeding fifty per one hundred thousand.

Thousands of assaults, thousands of sexual assaults. Believe it or not,
Detroit is third on the list.
Speaker 4 (05:56):
Not only are they high in murders, robberies, aggravated assaults.

No zones are happening now in Detroit, believe it or not.
Speaker 4 (06:02):
Memphis is on the list, which is surprising since Tennessee
is a Republican state, but Memphis is a Democrat city.
High up murder rate plus rampant carjackings, rapes Cleveland, Ohio,
Kansas City, Missouri, Philadelphia, New Orleans, Chicago, Milwaukee all on
the list of top ten. All on the list of

top ten as far as murder.

But each of.

Those cities have their own little special niche when it
comes to crime, gun crimes, sex crimes, tons of sex crimes.
We've allowed this idea of sexual assaults to become mainstream,
and we don't seem to even do anything about it.

Shame on us for that.
Speaker 4 (06:45):
And the cities that I mentioned, Saint Louis, Baltimore, Detroit, Memphis, Cleveland,
Kansas City, Philly, New Orleans, Chicago, Milwaukee, these aren't random.
They're Democrat strongholds. We're progressives. Prosecute and release repeat offenders,
and it just keeps getting worse and worse. These cities, again,

don't just numbers. There were families, right. They live in
fear every day. Children can't play outside, they can't go
to the corner store. Otherwise they gamble with their lives.
The goal is not to listen. The goal is not
to militarize streets. We don't want that, nobody wants that.
But the idea is to get the streets safe again.

To ensure that kids can ride their bikes, parents can
go on a picnic, and grandparents can maybe sit on
their porch without having to dodge bullets. But again, Democrat
leaders in these cities, they want to resist at every turn.
Maybe they're just fearful that Trump is going to succeed.
They don't want to see the Orange Man have any

success in any area. So they push back no matter what,
They'd rather let cities burn, and they have let cities burn,
then admit that their repeat progressive experiment is a failure.
So the murder rate alone are staggering, thousands of dead annually.

But when you add the assaults and the rapes and
the robberies.

It's just a bunch of people living in absolute fear
all the time. How do we allow this to happen?
How do we think that this is okay? It's not okay.
And Trump decides to put the National Guard in Washington,
d C. It's a master class in decisive action. And

since he's done this, there hasn't been one murder, unless
there was one today, But there hasn't been one murder
as of this morning since he's decided to do this,
not one. So you can shrug your shoulders, you can
roll your eyes, you can thumb your nose at it.
But it's working. It's working. Do we want to see

our cities crumble? Is that what we want?

The idea? I mean some claim that President Trump he
pushes for law and order.

It's a willingness to deplay federal resources like the National guard.
They're trying to make it out like it's a brown
shirt situation, like it's Hitler ResQue.

It's not. That's not what this is about.

You're so afraid of that, you're so fearful that, and
he's really not shown a sign of that. You thought
he was a warmonger. He's not a warmonger. They think
he's all about, you know, be annoying himself a king.
It's not the case. Let it play out. But in
the end, don't you want safe streets. Don't you want

to ensure that no monsters lurk behind every garbage bind,
no predators threatening your kids in the park, no family
fears to walk in their own neighborhood. You're diving in
your bathtub because bullets flying. That's what's happening in these
cities that I just named, and a whole lot more.

I'm not advocating military presence in every single city across
the country, but I am advocating some law and order,
a flip of what we have now. And you know what,
if in DC you have to show that there's you
need to show force to stop the criminals and the
animals from going out and wrecking and ruining lives and
do it.

Can basically point to the fact that there's been a
huge decline in violent crime in Washington, d C. Why
wouldn't you if you are another if you were the
mayor of any of the cities that I mentioned, why
wouldn't you want to embrace this philosophy it's working. Why
wouldn't you want to go out and hire more police officers.
Why didn't you want to divert some of the funds

maybe that you have into more law.

Enforcement instead of more social program the idea of save streets.
That's what I think. That's where I would want to live.

law and order in our cities. Trump says the US
will seek the death penalty for murderers committed in DC.
This is awesome. Right, I'm sorry. I am somebody who's
for capital punishment. If you premeditated, you're premeditated and kill

somebody and we know you did it, right, we know it.

your favor. You can manipulate statistics. And what's interesting about
d C which has at this time the fourth highest
murder rate in the entire country. But from twenty from
twenty two thousand and four till now, right, so the
murder rate has escalated eighty seven percent. Right, so they

say crime is down, maybe from twenty twenty three to
twenty twenty four.

Some of the areas of crime.

May be down, but the bottom line is violent crime, murders,
the horrifying things, it's up. It's up substantially in the
last ten years in DC. You know, in this instance,

Leaders who would put their foot down when it comes
to law and order in.

local offices. But one hundred Senators, four hundred and thirty
five congressmen, one president, nine Supreme Court justices five hundred
and forty five human beings out of three hundred million
are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for domestic problems,
not playing this country right. And finally we've got a

leader at the top who actually does stuff. And again,
I know there are people out there listening don't like Trump.
I get that, but the guy. You can't say that.
The guy doesn't get up every day and try to
do something something positive every day, you might not like it.

issues going on here in the state of Connecticut. I
know it's going on across the country, but we've got
some ice agents who are doing what they're supposed to do,
law enforcement, rounding up.

A legal aliens.

And you know, a lot of people have got a
heavy problem with this.

They're very upset about this.

Give me, you know, your thirty thousand foot view of
the job our ICE officials.

Are doing, okay, well, ICE is doing a great job.
And I can't believe that any human being in the
United States of America would be against getting rid of
the criminal element that is plaguing our country. We have
human traffickers, we have rapists, we have murderers, We have

international terrorist groups now cooborating with cartels. Cartels have now
set up shop and sleeper sales all over our country.
International tarists are doing the same. And we have people,
especially Democrats, that say they want to keep them here.
And we want to continue this and stay out of

our stay out of our cities, and stay out of
our states, President Trump, because we love the crime and
we love everything going on, and you're mean and you're awful,
and you're a dictator, and leave us alone. We can
take care of our own place. Obviously they can't, and
they haven't been. And so I have just a little

brief paragraph to read everybody from the United States Constitution,
Article four, section four that states, the United States shall
guarantee to every state in this Union a republican form
of government and not a democracy, a republican form, and

shall protect each of them from invasion. So they're supposed
to the federal government supposed to protect our borders and
on application of the legislature or the executive that's the
President of the United States when the legislature cannot convene
against domestic violence. So President Trump is doing his job. Look,
(28:03):
it shouldn't be up to the president to take care
of this. The governors and the mayors and the chiefs
of police should have already been taken care of this.
Next come in should be the sheriff, the county sheriff,
the LA county sheriff should be handling this. Because the
chief of police and the mayor and the governor are not,
then we have the sheriff missing in action. So now
(28:28):
the president is taking care of it. Because what comes
first in America liberty, peace and security and safety. That's
what we provide here, That's what we're supposed to provide.
So if the others locally aren't going to do their job,
President Trump, according to Article four, section four and Article one,
(28:48):
Section eight, Clause seventeen, says that the federal government has
exclusive jurisdiction in the ten mile square of Washington, DC.
So he's certainly there and if he has to, he
can start taking the bull by the horn in the
cities and states.

You know, you mentioned Washington, d C.
Speaker 4 (29:10):
So I think so far, what fourteen days, not one
murder in Washington, d C. I opened the show talking
about this. How you know this is a crime riddled city.
I mean you walk out a block from you know,
the monuments, and you're literally taking your life in your hands.
And like you had said, sheriff, it's madness that anyone
would not want to be for law and order. So
(29:31):
you're saying, though, that the Trump administration not only can
use this tactic in d C, but you think they
can use it in other cities across the country.
Speaker 5 (29:44):
As a last resort. Yes, he has the authority and
he should look. In nineteen sixty two, John F. Kennedy
sent troops to Alabama, and it really wasn't to stop
too much violence. There wasn't any violence. There was some
protest going on, but he forced Governor Wallace with those
troops to allow students black students to enter the University
(30:08):
of Alabama. JFK was all for what life, liberty, and
the pursuit of happiness, and these black students had a
right to go to those schools, and JFK made sure
it happened. Look as a last resort, the president of
the United States can do that and provide that the
(30:29):
ultimate goal here is liberty, protecting life, liberty and property.
And that's exactly what JFK did. I don't hear anybody
nobody complained about JFK doing that. The Democrats certainly aren't
bringing that up and said JFK shouldn't have done that.
Of course he should have. And President Trump is taking
(30:49):
care of business, taking care of the American people, and
tried to stop the ineptness and incompetence of the Democrat
leadership in a lot of these states cities because they're
so sick with Trump arrangement syndrome, they can't simply say
thank you, mister President. We're going to do a better
(31:09):
job on this.

We're all with Sheriff Mac founder and president of the
Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, and we'll let him
tell everybody what those people are all about, because it's
a great group of people. But I want to ask you,
so is it illegal to, let's say, docs law enforcement
officials or to warn illegal immigrants that possibly ICE is

in an area, because we've had that in Connecticut, and
I mean, you can't get in the way of a
law enforcement operation, can you.

That is actually absolutely correct. They don't have to cooperate.
I've told this about the sheriffs. I've told every sheriff
that's on our list and within our reach electronically that
they should all of them should be helping with deportation.
And most sheriffs want to do that because they do

not want this criminal element brought in by the Democrats
and the Biden administration for the for the previous four
years until Trump took took charge. They not only allowed
this to occur, but they helped make it happen. They
flew people in, they busted people in, and this was
all treason and it was all criminal. And that's still
(32:29):
something that tam Bondi and the Justice Department should be
going after these cruks. Ali had of majorcas and everybody
in the Biden administration, including Biden, except he's not competent
to stand trial, but everybody else is and they should.
If we do not take action against this type of treason,
then we are going to embolden this continuing and the
(32:51):
greatest crime in America right now is that of complete
and utter public corruption, and it starts in Washington, d C.
And so yeah, yeah, absolutely, yeah, Tariff, I gotta jump in.

Well? The CSPOA is Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.
It was actually formed for the people of America so
that we would make sure that law enforcement, sheriffs, deputies,
everyone in law enforcement would actually be focusing on what
I was saying earlier, protecting life, liberty, and civil rights
of all the people of this country. And the best
(37:56):
place to do that is county by county, and the
best way to restore liberty as county by county. And
all of this was born out of the lawsuit that
I filed against the Clinton administration back when I was
sheriff in the mid nineteen nineties, and I know I'm
given my age away, but that's fine. This is very historic,
(38:18):
is very powerful, and I want to quote one thing
from this decision. Justice Scalia wrote this decision for the majority,
and we won. This is the only time in US
history where a handful of sheriffs sued the federal government
took it all the way to the Supreme Court and won.
We beat the Clintons and lived to tell about it.
(38:38):
And this amazing principle. Scalia actually quoted the Constitution, the
Decoration of Independence, and the Federalist papers, and in this
particular sentence he quotes Federalists fifty one. And this is
what this reinforces what I was telling you before the break. Oh,
by the way, the sheriffs of no one else can
(38:59):
in with what the federal government is doing. Ice and
Tom Homan and President Trump. They cannot interfere. They don't
have to cooperate, but they can't interfere because that is
against the law. And so they got to be very careful.
I'm telling you right now. They don't have to cooperate.
They say, hey, I'm not getting involved with that. They
(39:20):
can do that, but listen to what Justice Scalia said
again in Federal is fifty one. Hence, a double security
arises to the rights of the people. Let me pause
there for a minute. How does that happen that a
double security arises to the rights of the people? Quote
quoting again, the different governments will control each other. Did
(39:47):
everybody hear that the different governments will control each other?
Not to say whoever's above you or who's ever in
charge or whatever else. It says different governments will control
each other. So once you're out of control, it is
up to the other governments to make sure you get
back in your proper lane of authority and stay there.
(40:08):
Because and that includes the federal government, because that's exactly
what we did when we sued the Clinton administration. They're
not in charge of your sheriff. They're not in charge
of telling us what to do and where to go. However,
when we failed to do our jobs, they can move
in and vice versa as well.

I know folks out there, general, folks can can join

be there for their people. Okay, So every citizen can
become a member of the CSPOA, and we have a

is the best, most effective, peaceful and effective solution. Okay,
that's really what we're at here. And if the American
people are involved. Jefferson warned us the price of liberty

vigilant with us. It's not violence. We've never advocated violence,
never will. If we're involved and we're part of this
solution and the holy cause of liberty, we will win
this and we will keep it peaceful and effective.

think it's important that we focus in on safety. And
America is to beacon of freedom, and that light of
freedom has been dimming in too many corners, and violence
has been festering in America's big cities, and we must

clean up the most violent cities. And Trump has essentially
put the hammer down these urban war zones. They're not
just statistics. There are battle grounds where criminals terrorize innocent
citizens and where weak leadership has allowed chaos to reign.
(02:51):
And the goal is simple, non negotiable, stop crime, restore safety,
reclaim our streets. And to do this, yes, we need
bold action, we need support from the FEDS. A rejection
of all of this is basically a rejection of solid policies.
(03:12):
It's embracing failed policies that have been weighing down this
of these big cities for the last decade plus. And
I really I'd mentioned this before. I hate being partisan.
I know it seems like I'm partisan, but I really
am not. I hate being partisan in particular on the
(03:33):
onset of this. But the epicenter of this crisis lies
in cities run by Dems.
Speaker 1 (03:41):
They're soft on crime.
Speaker 4 (03:43):
Their thought processes prioritize the rights of purpose over victims
that they prey upon.
Speaker 1 (03:50):
We've seen that time and time and time and time again.
Speaker 4 (03:53):
And these leaders well, they push back against any quest
for true law and order because I think they fear
that success would expose their incompetence and it would put
a feather in the cap of Trump, and it would
put a feather in the cap of conservative principles. So
why else would you coddle hardcore criminals. Why would you
(04:17):
even think about defunding the police? Why would you risk
resist the federal help when you can't clearly you can't
do it on your own. Deep down, democrats seem more
willing to appease violent offenders who keep Americans in fear
every day, rather than empowering brave men and women in
blue to go out and do their jobs, do it right,
(04:39):
and not have to worry about the guy they just
arrested being back out on the street fifteen minutes later.
That's a deliberate choice to protect a guilty instead of
safeguarding the innocent. It's pretty simple, and the left has
chosen or the progressives have chosen wrong. Time and time,
(05:00):
I'm again and to illustrate this, I'm happy to run
down some of the most crime ridden cities in the
entire country so we can go one after another.
Speaker 1 (05:10):
The depth of this rot is deep, very deep.
Speaker 4 (05:14):
And by the way, consider the ten most violent cities
in the US, gauging it by murder, raid and aggravated
assaults and rapes and robberies. And I got these numbers
from the latest FBI data sources.
Speaker 1 (05:28):
So these are the These are.
Speaker 4 (05:29):
The ten worst cities as far as crime goes in
the United States, you'd be surprised at some of these
that are on the list because you don't think about
Saint Louis. Saint Louis is number one with sixty murders
per one hundred thousand assaults and rapes through the roof
Baltimore two homicide rates exceeding fifty per one hundred thousand.
Speaker 1 (05:49):
Thousands of assaults, thousands of sexual assaults. Believe it or not,
Detroit is third on the list.
Speaker 4 (05:56):
Not only are they high in murders, robberies, aggravated assaults.
Speaker 1 (05:59):
No zones are happening now in Detroit, believe it or not.
Speaker 4 (06:02):
Memphis is on the list, which is surprising since Tennessee
is a Republican state, but Memphis is a Democrat city.
High up murder rate plus rampant carjackings, rapes Cleveland, Ohio,
Kansas City, Missouri, Philadelphia, New Orleans, Chicago, Milwaukee all on
the list of top ten. All on the list of
(06:24):
top ten as far as murder.
Speaker 1 (06:26):
But each of.
Speaker 4 (06:28):
Those cities have their own little special niche when it
comes to crime, gun crimes, sex crimes, tons of sex crimes.
We've allowed this idea of sexual assaults to become mainstream,
and we don't seem to even do anything about it.
Speaker 1 (06:43):
Shame on us for that.
Speaker 4 (06:45):
And the cities that I mentioned, Saint Louis, Baltimore, Detroit, Memphis, Cleveland,
Kansas City, Philly, New Orleans, Chicago, Milwaukee, these aren't random.
They're Democrat strongholds. We're progressives. Prosecute and release repeat offenders,
and it just keeps getting worse and worse. These cities, again,
(07:06):
don't just numbers. There were families, right. They live in
fear every day. Children can't play outside, they can't go
to the corner store. Otherwise they gamble with their lives.
The goal is not to listen. The goal is not
to militarize streets. We don't want that, nobody wants that.
But the idea is to get the streets safe again.

That's it.
Speaker 4 (07:27):
To ensure that kids can ride their bikes, parents can
go on a picnic, and grandparents can maybe sit on
their porch without having to dodge bullets. But again, Democrat
leaders in these cities, they want to resist at every turn.
Maybe they're just fearful that Trump is going to succeed.
They don't want to see the Orange Man have any
(07:52):
success in any area. So they push back no matter what,
They'd rather let cities burn, and they have let cities burn,
then admit that their repeat progressive experiment is a failure.
So the murder rate alone are staggering, thousands of dead annually.

But when you add the assaults and the rapes and
the robberies.
Speaker 4 (08:18):
It's just a bunch of people living in absolute fear
all the time. How do we allow this to happen?
How do we think that this is okay? It's not okay.
And Trump decides to put the National Guard in Washington,
d C. It's a master class in decisive action. And
(08:40):
since he's done this, there hasn't been one murder, unless
there was one today, But there hasn't been one murder
as of this morning since he's decided to do this,
not one. So you can shrug your shoulders, you can
roll your eyes, you can thumb your nose at it.
But it's working. It's working. Do we want to see
(09:04):
our cities crumble? Is that what we want?

Is that?

The idea? I mean some claim that President Trump he
pushes for law and order.
Speaker 4 (09:13):
It's a willingness to deplay federal resources like the National guard.
They're trying to make it out like it's a brown
shirt situation, like it's Hitler ResQue.

It's not. That's not what this is about.
Speaker 4 (09:25):
You're so afraid of that, you're so fearful that, and
he's really not shown a sign of that. You thought
he was a warmonger. He's not a warmonger. They think
he's all about, you know, be annoying himself a king.
It's not the case. Let it play out. But in
the end, don't you want safe streets. Don't you want

to ensure that no monsters lurk behind every garbage bind,
no predators threatening your kids in the park, no family
fears to walk in their own neighborhood. You're diving in
your bathtub because bullets flying. That's what's happening in these
cities that I just named, and a whole lot more.

I'm not advocating military presence in every single city across
the country, but I am advocating some law and order,
a flip of what we have now. And you know what,
if in DC you have to show that there's you
need to show force to stop the criminals and the
animals from going out and wrecking and ruining lives and
do it.

I mean, when you.

Can basically point to the fact that there's been a
huge decline in violent crime in Washington, d C. Why
wouldn't you if you are another if you were the
mayor of any of the cities that I mentioned, why
wouldn't you want to embrace this philosophy it's working. Why
wouldn't you want to go out and hire more police officers.
Why didn't you want to divert some of the funds

maybe that you have into more law.

Enforcement instead of more social program the idea of save streets.
That's what I think. That's where I would want to live.

law and order in our cities. Trump says the US
will seek the death penalty for murderers committed in DC.

for capital punishment. If you premeditated, you're premeditated and kill

somebody and we know you did it, right, we know it.

It's a no shadow of a doubt. Bang bang bang,

side of the aisle are saying, well, there really not
there's not a lot of crime in Washington. Well, that's
just totally false and totally fabricated. See statistics, and you know,
the statistics can be used in any way that you
see fit anything that you think works in your in

your favor. You can manipulate statistics. And what's interesting about
d C which has at this time the fourth highest
murder rate in the entire country. But from twenty from
twenty two thousand and four till now, right, so the
murder rate has escalated eighty seven percent. Right, so they

say crime is down, maybe from twenty twenty three to
twenty twenty four.

Some of the areas of crime.

May be down, but the bottom line is violent crime, murders,
the horrifying things, it's up. It's up substantially in the
last ten years in DC. You know, in this instance,
for sure, God blessed Donald Trump for doing that.

Leaders who would put their foot down when it comes
to law and order in.

These big cities, because we've just.

five congressmen, one president, nine Supreme Court justices five hundred
and forty five human beings out of three hundred million
are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for domestic problems,
not playing this country right. And finally we've got a

leader at the top who actually does stuff. And again,
I know there are people out there listening don't like Trump.
I get that, but the guy. You can't say that.
The guy doesn't get up every day and try to
do something something positive every day, you might not like it.

President was a ghost, ghost from beginning to end.

Well, let me ask you this, because we've got some
issues going on here in the state of Connecticut. I
know it's going on across the country, but we've got
some ice agents who are doing what they're supposed to do,
law enforcement, rounding up.
Speaker 3 (25:48):
A legal aliens.
Speaker 4 (25:50):
And you know, a lot of people have got a
heavy problem with this.
Speaker 1 (25:54):
They're very upset about this.
Speaker 4 (25:55):
Give me, you know, your thirty thousand foot view of
the job our ICE officials.
Speaker 5 (25:59):
Are doing, okay, well, ICE is doing a great job.
And I can't believe that any human being in the
United States of America would be against getting rid of
the criminal element that is plaguing our country. We have
human traffickers, we have rapists, we have murderers, We have
(26:23):
international terrorist groups now cooborating with cartels. Cartels have now
set up shop and sleeper sales all over our country.
International tarists are doing the same. And we have people,
especially Democrats, that say they want to keep them here.
And we want to continue this and stay out of
(26:46):
our stay out of our cities, and stay out of
our states, President Trump, because we love the crime and
we love everything going on, and you're mean and you're awful,
and you're a dictator, and leave us alone. We can
take care of our own place. Obviously they can't, and
they haven't been. And so I have just a little
(27:08):
brief paragraph to read everybody from the United States Constitution,
Article four, section four that states, the United States shall
guarantee to every state in this Union a republican form
of government and not a democracy, a republican form, and
(27:35):
shall protect each of them from invasion. So they're supposed
to the federal government supposed to protect our borders and
on application of the legislature or the executive that's the
President of the United States when the legislature cannot convene
against domestic violence. So President Trump is doing his job. Look,
(28:03):
it shouldn't be up to the president to take care
of this. The governors and the mayors and the chiefs
of police should have already been taken care of this.
Next come in should be the sheriff, the county sheriff,
the LA county sheriff should be handling this. Because the
chief of police and the mayor and the governor are not,
then we have the sheriff missing in action. So now
(28:28):
the president is taking care of it. Because what comes
first in America liberty, peace and security and safety. That's
what we provide here, That's what we're supposed to provide.
So if the others locally aren't going to do their job,
President Trump, according to Article four, section four and Article one,
(28:48):
Section eight, Clause seventeen, says that the federal government has
exclusive jurisdiction in the ten mile square of Washington, DC.
So he's certainly there and if he has to, he
can start taking the bull by the horn in the
cities and states.
Speaker 1 (29:08):
You know, you mentioned Washington, d C.
Speaker 4 (29:10):
So I think so far, what fourteen days, not one
murder in Washington, d C. I opened the show talking
about this. How you know this is a crime riddled city.
I mean you walk out a block from you know,
the monuments, and you're literally taking your life in your hands.
And like you had said, sheriff, it's madness that anyone
would not want to be for law and order. So
(29:31):
you're saying, though, that the Trump administration not only can
use this tactic in d C, but you think they
can use it in other cities across the country.
Speaker 5 (29:44):
As a last resort. Yes, he has the authority and
he should look. In nineteen sixty two, John F. Kennedy
sent troops to Alabama, and it really wasn't to stop
too much violence. There wasn't any violence. There was some
protest going on, but he forced Governor Wallace with those
troops to allow students black students to enter the University
(30:08):
of Alabama. JFK was all for what life, liberty, and
the pursuit of happiness, and these black students had a
right to go to those schools, and JFK made sure
it happened. Look as a last resort, the president of
the United States can do that and provide that the
(30:29):
ultimate goal here is liberty, protecting life, liberty and property.
And that's exactly what JFK did. I don't hear anybody
nobody complained about JFK doing that. The Democrats certainly aren't
bringing that up and said JFK shouldn't have done that.
Of course he should have. And President Trump is taking
(30:49):
care of business, taking care of the American people, and
tried to stop the ineptness and incompetence of the Democrat
leadership in a lot of these states cities because they're
so sick with Trump arrangement syndrome, they can't simply say
thank you, mister President. We're going to do a better
(31:09):
job on this.

We're all with Sheriff Mac founder and president of the
Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, and we'll let him
tell everybody what those people are all about, because it's
a great group of people. But I want to ask you,
so is it illegal to, let's say, docs law enforcement
officials or to warn illegal immigrants that possibly ICE is

in an area, because we've had that in Connecticut, and
I mean, you can't get in the way of a
law enforcement operation, can you.

That is actually absolutely correct. They don't have to cooperate.
I've told this about the sheriffs. I've told every sheriff
that's on our list and within our reach electronically that
they should all of them should be helping with deportation.
And most sheriffs want to do that because they do
(32:05):
not want this criminal element brought in by the Democrats
and the Biden administration for the for the previous four
years until Trump took took charge. They not only allowed
this to occur, but they helped make it happen. They
flew people in, they busted people in, and this was
all treason and it was all criminal. And that's still
(32:29):
something that tam Bondi and the Justice Department should be
going after these cruks. Ali had of majorcas and everybody
in the Biden administration, including Biden, except he's not competent
to stand trial, but everybody else is and they should.
If we do not take action against this type of treason,
then we are going to embolden this continuing and the
(32:51):
greatest crime in America right now is that of complete
and utter public corruption, and it starts in Washington, d C.
And so yeah, yeah, absolutely, yeah, Tariff, I gotta jump in.

So what are you guys all about? What do you do.

Well? The CSPOA is Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association.
It was actually formed for the people of America so
that we would make sure that law enforcement, sheriffs, deputies,
everyone in law enforcement would actually be focusing on what
I was saying earlier, protecting life, liberty, and civil rights
of all the people of this country. And the best
(37:56):
place to do that is county by county, and the
best way to restore liberty as county by county. And
all of this was born out of the lawsuit that
I filed against the Clinton administration back when I was
sheriff in the mid nineteen nineties, and I know I'm
given my age away, but that's fine. This is very historic,
(38:18):
is very powerful, and I want to quote one thing
from this decision. Justice Scalia wrote this decision for the majority,
and we won. This is the only time in US
history where a handful of sheriffs sued the federal government
took it all the way to the Supreme Court and won.
We beat the Clintons and lived to tell about it.
(38:38):
And this amazing principle. Scalia actually quoted the Constitution, the
Decoration of Independence, and the Federalist papers, and in this
particular sentence he quotes Federalists fifty one. And this is
what this reinforces what I was telling you before the break. Oh,
by the way, the sheriffs of no one else can
(38:59):
in with what the federal government is doing. Ice and
Tom Homan and President Trump. They cannot interfere. They don't
have to cooperate, but they can't interfere because that is
against the law. And so they got to be very careful.
I'm telling you right now. They don't have to cooperate.
They say, hey, I'm not getting involved with that. They
(39:20):
can do that, but listen to what Justice Scalia said
again in Federal is fifty one. Hence, a double security
arises to the rights of the people. Let me pause
there for a minute. How does that happen that a
double security arises to the rights of the people? Quote
quoting again, the different governments will control each other. Did
(39:47):
everybody hear that the different governments will control each other?
Not to say whoever's above you or who's ever in
charge or whatever else. It says different governments will control
each other. So once you're out of control, it is
up to the other governments to make sure you get
back in your proper lane of authority and stay there.
(40:08):
Because and that includes the federal government, because that's exactly
what we did when we sued the Clinton administration. They're
not in charge of your sheriff. They're not in charge
