Speaker 1 (00:10):
Warning, The Root, The Root, The Roots on Fire.
Speaker 2 (00:14):
You're about to experience the most high octane, pedal to
the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
This is Wayne Allen Root, direct from the entertainment capital
of the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?
Speaker 1 (00:31):
It's time war war. Here's your host.
Speaker 2 (00:35):
One hundred percent raw truth, one hundred percent American made
the warrior, Wayne Alan Root.
Speaker 3 (00:55):
All right, Wayne Owl Root, The Root, The Root, The
Root is on fire. Hold on a second. I know
this show is starting, and I'm just not ready yet.
I got so many articles in front of me. I
can't keep up with them. All I got light.
Speaker 1 (01:06):
Blasted me in the face.
Speaker 3 (01:07):
Hold on one second, all right, so much going on today,
My gosh. You know. I wrote the column on Friday
and was based on the speech I gave when I
was the speaker at the Charlie kirk kinlight prayer vigil
in Las Vegas on Thursday night. And I wrote the
column that we should not and cannot ask for unity.
That's the biggest lie ever told. The second biggest lies
(01:30):
that we're all the same, We're all guilty we all
want to murder each other. Lies, lies, lies, lies. Everything's
a lie. Everything I hear about Charlie Kirk's lie, everything
I hear about what happens a lie. The actual assassination's
a lie. You and I both know that kid didn't
do it by himself. This is another cover up. This
reminds me of exactly what happened in Butler, Pennsylvania. Massive
(01:53):
cover up. This is a massive cover up. Something is
very wrong. But the reality is when liberals say we're
all the same and that the two the state senator
was killed in Minnesota along with her husband, and we
didn't say anything. There wasn't one conservative in America who
went online and cheered the death of a Democrat state senator.
Speaker 1 (02:16):
So that's a lie.
Speaker 3 (02:17):
And also they say, oh, and the guy who did
it was a conservative. That's a lie. We've debuggd that
he was not a conservative. He was some sort of
crazy nutjob. I don't know what he was. Maybe he
was anti FAU, maybe he was I don't know what.
Maybe he's another transgender killer. But I know one thing,
he was not a conservative. But they lie and say
(02:39):
things like that, They make it up as they go along.
Speaker 1 (02:42):
But let's just say he was a conservative.
Speaker 3 (02:44):
There wasn't one conservative of the United States of America
who celebrated online and danced on the grave and said, yes, the.
Speaker 1 (02:51):
State senator Democrat is dead.
Speaker 3 (02:54):
Nobody did that because we don't do that, We don't
believe in that. It's not the We don't do it publicly.
We don't do it privately either. If Barack Obama got
his brains blown out tomorrow, I'd be as shocked as
any Democrat and sickened as any Democrat. And I hate
the man, and I despise everything he believes in. But
I don't believe in political violence, and I don't believe
(03:15):
in anyone's brains being blown out political or otherwise. And
I don't celebrate people's debts, let alone publicly. It's crazy, crazy,
what's been going on over the weekend. I swear to you.
Speaker 1 (03:27):
The country is falling apart.
Speaker 3 (03:29):
We're headed for civil war, or as I say, or
as I said on Australian TV on Friday night when
they asked me about this situation, they sit as America
breaking up and headed for civil war, and I said, well,
democrats want civil war. They'd like there to be civil war.
I do not want civil war. But if there is
civil war, you can bet we're gonna win. You can
(03:52):
bet I'm gonna be on the winning side. You can
bet the people that have all the guns are gonna
be the ones to win. But we don't want civil war,
and we don't want to kill a single person, and
we would never celebrate the death of a single person.
Speaker 1 (04:03):
But I do believe. This is what I told Australian TV.
Speaker 3 (04:06):
I do believe.
Speaker 1 (04:07):
I pray we can avoid civil war.
Speaker 3 (04:09):
But I do believe we're as divided as the Civil war,
and I don't believe there is any way to have unity.
And I don't believe this anyway to sing Kumbaya and
compromise with someone who hates you and wants you dead.
There's no compromise anymore. What there could be is a
divided States of America. There could be a red Republican
States of America, a blue Republican States of America. In
(04:30):
the next five years, this country may very well break up.
I was the first one to talk about this two
years ago. I talked about the Great American divorce that
so many people I know, including me, have been divorced,
and it's terrible, but it's not that terrible. When it's over,
you move on and everything's good. My life's fantastic now.
(04:50):
My ex wife is a nice lady where friends still
but she's in the rearview mirror and it doesn't bother
me at all anymore. I got a new wife and life.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
Has moved on.
Speaker 3 (04:58):
And so divorce is bad, but it's at the time,
but you get over it, and so it's not that
big a deal.
Speaker 1 (05:05):
And the same thing is true with America.
Speaker 3 (05:07):
America is going to get divorced, and we don't need
a civil war. It's not that big a deal. We
could be a loosely connected series of states that don't
agree with each other on many things but maybe share
other things, kind of like Europe. The EU is like that.
You know, the people of Hungary have nothing in common
with the liberals in UK and France and Germany. My gosh,
(05:29):
they're such liberal countries and Hungary is a right wing country.
But they're all in the EU and they're all part
of Europe and the European Union. But they have their
own armies and they have their own governments and their
own tax systems. I think we could have a you know,
a zero percent or a flat a low flat tax
in the red Republican States of America, and let Democrats
(05:51):
have all the transgenders. Let the Blue states have all
the illegal immigrants, all the transgenders, all the weirdos of
the world, all the people that don't want guns go
to the Blue states. All the people that want guns
will come to my states and will have a divided
but very good divorced states of America. Red states and
blue states. We can't live together anymore. That much is
(06:12):
becoming very clear. And anyone who says otherwise and preaches
otherwise is silly. Not when you've got pastors talking about
the fact that, you know, Charlie Kirk at least he
didn't say I'm glad they killed him.
Speaker 1 (06:23):
He deserved to die. But there was a pastor who.
Speaker 3 (06:26):
Happens to be get this, Jasmine Crockett's pastor in Texas,
who basically mocked Charlie Kirk's assassination and his Christian faith
and said, you know, it's not good that he got
shot and wanted to get shot, but you know, he
deserved it. Basically, he's so divisive and so terribly deserved it.
That was basically what he said, he takes a temporary
(06:50):
medical leave of absence.
Speaker 1 (06:51):
Just now bye bye.
Speaker 3 (06:54):
Everyone's going bye bye. They've all out of themselves as insane.
There was a nurse, beautiful nurse, by the way, she
was stunningly beautiful. She's one of the most beautiful.
Speaker 1 (07:06):
Nurses I've ever seen.
Speaker 3 (07:08):
And this nurse reported, I think in New Jersey, reported
her doctor celebrating Charlie Kirk's death, and the hospital suspended
the nurse, and it made national headlines. And she was
on Fox News over the weekend, and guess what just happened.
She was reinstated and the doctor has been dismissed from
the hospital. All the people who've been going crazy are
(07:32):
all getting fired. Thousands of people are getting fired. This
is all backfired so badly on liberals. I'm gonna give
a stand. I stand my whole show anyway, standing ovation.
When I ovate, it's standing automatically. There she is. There's
the gal standing ovation. Because uh, here's what I believe
(07:53):
really happened. Okay, Charlie Kirk was a man of God
and a Christian man of faith, and they assassinated in
the same way that you know people kill Jesus Christ
I'm not saying Charlie Jesus Christ, but I'm saying it
was an assassination, and it was based on his not
just his political beliefs, but his religious faith. And it's
all backfired. See, God has plans.
Speaker 1 (08:14):
You could ask.
Speaker 3 (08:15):
Why did God let Charlie be killed? But Charlie's in
heaven now and him and God are working on America together.
And they had what I think three five hundred chapters
of Turning Point, and I heard something like thirty five
thousand people called to ask if they could open a
chapter this past weekend. There's gonna be Turning Point's gonna
be so much bigger than it ever was. And all
(08:37):
these people have been outed something the devil made them
come out, and maybe Jesus is the one who made
them come out and out themselves and look like the
terrible communist enemies of America they are.
Speaker 1 (08:50):
And they're all getting fired. It's amazing.
Speaker 3 (08:53):
Teachers are getting fired and Secret Service agents are getting fired,
and FEMA employees are getting fired, and NFL employees are
getting fired. It's great, it's great. We didn't realize how
many terrible people it were. And I heard that thousands
and thousands of people every hour of every day now
are leaving the Democrat Party because they're so disgusted by
(09:15):
this celebrating of the death of a nice man with
two young kids. So this is backfiring so big time,
and it's gonna lead to a much bigger midterm win
for the GOP and much more support for President Trump.
These people are so crazy, I guess because they're all vaccinated.
They all took the vacs. They've lost their minds. Their
(09:38):
brains are rotting with some sort of vaccine dementia, vaccine Alzheimer's,
and their heads have hollowed out, just like Joe Biden.
They've all lost their minds. Remember Joe Biden. I mean,
I know you remember him because you don't have dementia
like Joe Biden. But do you remember how Joe Biden,
despite having dementia or Alzheimer's, despite being mindless and brainless,
he still was able to get up and give multiple
(10:00):
speeches where the background was bright red like the devil,
and he had things shining in the background that looked
like the devil. And he gave speeches that conservatives and
MAGA are domestic terrorists.
Speaker 1 (10:12):
See this is evil, man. These people are pure evil, and.
Speaker 3 (10:16):
The devil has got a hold of him. This is Satan.
Nobody says and does things like this. Nobody out loud
at least says, oh my God, somebody I don't like
got killed.
Speaker 1 (10:27):
I'm glad. Nobody does that.
Speaker 3 (10:31):
Unless you're the devil man, unless the Devil's got your
mind and your body. All right, So good things are happening.
I feel like this is all gonna turn out to
be great, even though it started with something horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible,
the worst thing I've ever seen maybe in my life.
I look. I watch movies all the time, Mafia movies,
(10:51):
war movies. People get their brains blown out. I've never
seen someone I know assassinated in front of me and
the blood pouring out of his neck and Charlie all
dead to the ground.
Speaker 1 (11:00):
I know Charlie Kirk.
Speaker 3 (11:02):
He's a friend and a guest on this show and
my co host on the network right on Real America's
Voice TV. Weach At shows. It's the most horrible thing
I've ever seen. I was in shock for two days,
but I've started to come out of it and really
believe that good things are gonna come of it, because
God was involved in all of it, and Charlie is
of God, and I'm telling you good things are happening.
(11:25):
By the way, my stock Port fobio was going up

talking about. No, not here, here you go.
Speaker 1 (15:12):
We're back, We're back. I'm still in my director of Petar.
Speaker 3 (15:15):
We got lots of things, Oh man, doing this show.
You have no idea how many thousands of things need
to be done by a you know, by a very
small crew. I've got me.
Speaker 1 (15:22):
I've got my director of Patar.
Speaker 3 (15:23):
I've got Andrew Paul, my executive producer and booker and
VP of my company. I've got Daniel and Jason, who
are my audio guys. I've got guys in Denver who
handle all the cameras. And we're talking about one guy there.
One guy, either either Daniel or Jason, the handles my
radio each day. So it's like a small crew of
(15:45):
like four or five people at handle a very busy show,
very busy podcast lot going on.
Speaker 1 (15:53):
All the different parts of the country.
Speaker 3 (15:54):
All right, So before we went to the break, I
mentioned VRA, which is sponsored of this whole show, Keep Perriage,
and I met that.
Speaker 1 (16:00):
You know, I try a portfolio.
Speaker 3 (16:02):
I put it together, like I don't know, eight months ago,
and it's up like forty five percent.
Speaker 1 (16:06):
It's all kept stocks. It's up forty five percent, but it's.
Speaker 3 (16:09):
Mostly gold and gold mining and bitcoin and a gold
sword to a new all time record high today. And
here's another article, strong chance that the United States will
form a strategic bitcoin reserve this year. President Trump's going
to form a strategic bitcoin reserve. For people who know
what that means. In other words, the United States will
(16:31):
go out and buy let's say, one hundred billion dollars
worth of bitcoin and then just keep it like we
keep gold in Fort Knox, although there's a big debate
how much is really still there in Fort Knox. But
the idea is, no matter what happens in the world,
the United States has a reserve in case the dollar
goes to zero and the world collapses. We've got a
gold gold reserve. Now we're going to establish a bitcoin reserve. Well,
(16:53):
if the United States goes out and buys billions dollars
worth of bitcoin. What do you think that's gonna do
to the price of bitcoin? The day that we announced
we're actually starting the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve, Bitcoin's gonna go
to two hundred thousand from where it is now, which
is one hundred and fifteen thousand, It's gonna go to
two hundred thousand. So you gotta have bitcoin, You gotta
have gold, you gotta have gold mining stocks. Gold is
(17:16):
gonna keep pitting all time eyes. Kip used to say
gold his projection was ten thousand an ounce. He just
changed it over the weekend to fifteen to twenty thousand announce.
That's where gold is going. It's only at three thousand,
six hundred and it's gonna go to fifteen to twenty thousand.
So for the next twenty years, you need to own
gold and bitcoin in addition to key stocks, and Kid
(17:39):
Perroge will walk you through it every step of the way.
Go to vra insider dot com. Vra insider dot com.
You automatically get two weeks free and after that.
Speaker 1 (17:47):
He'll stay for life.
Speaker 3 (17:49):
I was talking about all the people have ruined their
lives and been fired from their jobs. The numbers are incredible.
And I mentioned this New Jersey doctor which cheered Charlie
Kirk's murder and the nerds got suspended for telling the
world about it.
Speaker 1 (18:02):
She's reinstated, he's fired. It's a big news story.
Speaker 3 (18:05):
Now. I mentioned this pastor who is the pastor in
Texas for Jasmine Crockett. He's on a medical leave of
absence after basically celebrating Charlie Kurt's death. Left wing streamer
Stephen Bonnell aka Destiny calls for conservatives to be murdered
more often so they will be afraid to attend events
(18:27):
or speak out. This guy needs to be arrested tomorrow,
well not tomorrow, tonight, right now. An FBI rate should
hit his house and they should throw him on the ground,
and they should drag him in for interrogation, and they
should put him in prison for a long time forever,
saying you should murder anybody you notice on this show.
I hate liberals. I can't stand liberals. I want liberals arrested.
(18:50):
I want liberal organizations put out of business. I want
bad people deported out of the United States.
Speaker 1 (18:55):
Have you ever heard me say I want to murder someone?
Speaker 3 (18:57):
Have you ever heard me say someone should be murdered
by you, by someone who's listening to me, of course not.
I don't want anyone murdered. How about the MSNBC MS
thirteen scumbag?
Speaker 1 (19:08):
How about that.
Speaker 3 (19:09):
Guy a Brego whatever the hell his name is, Obrego Garcia. Yeah,
he is basically an MSNBC employee. He's not MS thirteen,
he's MSNBC.
Speaker 1 (19:18):
Do I want him murdered, No, No.
Speaker 3 (19:20):
I want him set to El Salvador, to the super
max Epcot prison for the rest of his life.
Speaker 1 (19:24):
And if he happens to get murdered in his.
Speaker 3 (19:26):
Cell, well I have nothing to do with that. But
I'm not rooting for it.
Speaker 1 (19:28):
I wouldn't celebrate it after it happens. I wouldn't lose
any sleep.
Speaker 3 (19:32):
If a horrible bad guy who's a trafficker of people
and women and drugs and maybe even sex trafficker, drug
trafficker that kills people, if he goes to jail for life,
I wouldn't lose any sleep. I wouldn't cry. I'd be
very happy he went to jail for life. But I
don't want to murder it.
Speaker 1 (19:48):
I don't want anybody murdered. These people are all crazy
and they're all losing their jobs.
Speaker 3 (19:53):
Employees fired, suspended for celebrating Charlie Kirk's death, airline pilots, educators,
retail worker, they're all out on social media and they're
rooting their lives. We've outed them. Thank you God for
out of these people. I think God is using Charlie
Kirk to save American, make America great again, and clean
all the evil people out.
Speaker 1 (20:14):
VRA is the sponsor of this show VR. I thought
you said energy.
Speaker 3 (20:19):

Speaker 3 (20:24):
We're out of time. I'll get it when we get back.
Speaker 1 (20:25):
I'm not worried about it.
Speaker 3 (20:26):

Speaker 3 (24:35):
All right? Great? To have you, Kim, you support the
Supreme Court's recent emergency rulings that support the Trump administration
because the Supreme Court's obligation is to the Constitution and
not to have the back of lower court judges. And
this has become kind of a controversy. The lower court
judges are complaining that the Supreme Court keeps overruling them,
and they're acting like this, something wrong with that? Isn't
(24:55):
that exactly what the Supreme Court's job is not to overrule.
But if it's supposed to be overruled, you overrule, and
if it's not, then you support the ruling. There's nothing
wrong with Supreme Court overruling fifty lower court judges in
a row.
Speaker 5 (25:09):
Right, right, I mean, the only thing wrong with it
is that it's showing how wrong our district court judges.
Speaker 4 (25:17):
Are in these days, right, and now we're.
Speaker 5 (25:19):
Seeing just a lack of faithfulness to the Constitution overall,
you know, quite frankly, to get some policy outcomes.
Speaker 4 (25:27):
Is what we're really seeing. And it's very disturbing. You know. Recently,
Amy Cony Barrett, one of our.
Speaker 5 (25:33):
Supreme Court justices, made it very clear, she said, we
don't wear red or blue we wear black for a reason.
Our Supreme Court is faithful to the Constitution, and these
lower court judges need to recognize their place in the judiciary.
Speaker 3 (25:48):
The only thing I'd argue with is I don't really
like amy Cony Barrett's statement because it's total bs. Because
we all know that every single liberal judge is not
wearing a black robe. They're wearing a blue robe, and
every single rules pro Democrat. And why can't my side
just openly say I'm a conservative and I'm going to
rule for the Constitution like all conservatives would.
Speaker 1 (26:08):
I don't see anything wrong with that.
Speaker 3 (26:09):
When I appoint you, if I'm president, I'm a Republican,
I expect you to be a conservative judge. Nothing wrong
with that, which which by the way, doesn't mean conservative,
means just follow the United States Constitution. But when a
Democrat appoints a judge, they expect them to be all liberal,
and they all are. It seems like they always are.
Our side, Kim is not always conservative. As a matter
(26:30):
of fact, it's kind of sixty forty. Thank god it's
sixty on our way, but it's still only about sixty
forty with like a judge Roberts Justice Roberts as an example,
he's certainly not a rubber stamp for Trump. He's clearly
doesn't like Trump. So we're like sixty forty and they're
one hundred to zero.
Speaker 1 (26:46):
Do I have that about right?
Speaker 3 (26:50):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (26:50):
I mean one of the things that I think we
need to look back to is really something that Edney said,
and you know this was before he was Ronald Reagan's
Attorney general, but you know, he made a really clear
that we need to be looking at the original intent
of our Constitution, and we need to be looking for jurists.
Speaker 4 (27:06):
We should be only putting judges on our.
Speaker 5 (27:08):
Federal bench who are going to look at the original
meaning of the Constitution.
Speaker 4 (27:13):
Whether that's conservative or liberal.
Speaker 5 (27:15):
You know, you can put it in either camp if
you will.
Speaker 4 (27:18):
But when you look at.
Speaker 5 (27:19):
The justices who typically side with a more conservative viewpoint,
it is because they are being true to the Constitution.
That is what all of these juris should be doing.
Speaker 3 (27:30):
Right.
Speaker 5 (27:30):
The days of the nineteen seventies Supreme Court are long
gone and they should stay in the past.
Speaker 3 (27:36):
But what do you think, what do you, personally, Kim
Herman think about Amy Cony, Barrett and all the do
justices that Trump put on three of them. You put
three justices on, and I'm wondering what you think of them?
Are they Are they conservative? Or they are not conservative
and they're constitutional, or they're not even constitutional sometimes because
I thought their rulings have been very strange on certain issues.
(27:58):
I really do. They've been with us mostly lately, but
I've not been happy with some of their immigration and
wall rulings and title was it? Title forty two rulings.
Some of them bothered me and it didn't seem conservative
or constitutional at all. And I was kind of shocked
that these are people at Trump appointment appointed. But you're
the expert and you understand the constitution and the judges responsibility.
(28:21):
What do you think of those three Trump justices and
what do you think overall of Supreme Court?
Speaker 5 (28:29):
Yeah, I mean, I think we need to look at
it that in the very beginning of the Trump administration,
the Supreme Court was seeinggency, an emergency docket like it
really had never seen before.
Speaker 4 (28:38):
And I don't know if it.
Speaker 5 (28:38):
Necessarily knew what to do with it. I don't know
what was going through their minds. I can't attribute any
characteristics to them or what they were thinking, But what
we saw in the movement and as lawyers, is an
emergency docket like we had never seen, because we saw
district court judges that were quite frankly out of hand.
You know, when you look at some of these rulings
that came out of the lower courts, especially are more
(29:00):
liberal lower courts, they were getting cases in front of them,
like the Harvard case. Right, we look at when the
Trump administration pulled funding from Harvard because they're not following
the law, they're violating civil rights. Emotion went before that
judge in just a mere few hours she ruled against
the administration. I don't know how anyone could have read
(29:23):
the you know, dozens of exhibits, this seventy Gpole documents
nearly that quickly.
Speaker 4 (29:29):
I mean, I can't read that quickly. I wish I could.
Speaker 3 (29:31):
I don't know anyone that can.
Speaker 5 (29:33):
And so we're seeing this going up to the supremee
Court and they're having to grapple with all of this
and figure out and so what I think we've seen
recently towards the end of the term on the merits right,
these cases where they're reaching final rulings.
Speaker 4 (29:45):
I feel confident in that I.
Speaker 5 (29:47):
Feel that the Court is taking good cases and that
those justices are ruling with the Constitution in mind.
Speaker 4 (29:53):
I hope it stays that way.
Speaker 5 (29:56):
You know, we've seen justices go from one type of
you know, one way of life at the Constitution to
another throughout their long tenures. But with Justice Thomas, there,
Justice Gorsic, you know, I feel confident Justice Alito that
at the end of the day, the Constitution will win
in these cases.
Speaker 3 (30:14):
Hey, Kim, I'm certainly not an anti education guy because
my daughter went to Harvard and I went to Columbia,
So I'm a pro education guy at least I was
raised away by my family. But I don't feel that
way anymore. I don't want any of my kids to
ever again go to Harvard or Columbia or Princeton or Stanford.
All of them are like brainwashing faculties or factories to
make kids come out to be ultra left Marxist. What
(30:36):
is it about Most judges seem to be left leaning.
Most lawyers seem to be left leaning. There's no law
that says you can't be a conservative lawyer or a
conservative judge. Why does it seem like these I'm telling you,
it seems like they're all against us. Why is every
judge against him?
Speaker 5 (30:53):
You know, I mean when you look at the number
of judges that Trump put on it during his first term, right,
we would have hoped that we would have seen a
change in that.
Speaker 4 (31:02):
But I mean, at the end of the day, it
all comes down to education.
Speaker 5 (31:05):
Like you said, this has been baked into our educational system,
whether it's K through twelve or college. These kids are
being brainwashed. They're really brainwashed to hate. As we have
seen it in real life this past week with the
tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk.
Speaker 1 (31:18):
Right, you know, they celebrate it, bring and they celebrated.
Speaker 4 (31:22):
Back to our campuses. Oh, educated people celebrate absolutely appall.
Speaker 3 (31:27):
Oh it's disgusting. I mean you look what are they
being educated with. Right. I'm a lifelong conservative and I
hate Obama's guts, right, but I would never be happy
and shear his death never, And I would never say, oh, yeah,
someone I hate is dead.
Speaker 1 (31:40):
Who does that? These people are crazy.
Speaker 3 (31:43):
There's a mental illness on the left. It's beyond belief.
I had so many of them all it's they all
read the same script to Kim. Every liberal in my
life said to me this weekend oh, okay, so Charlie
Kirk got killed. So what the Minnesota state senator got killed,
so we're even now. Well, first of all, there's no
even Charlie Kirk got killed. You should be saying what
(32:04):
a terrible thing, and say you're appalled, But no, they
don't say that. And the Minnesota state senator got killed,
and they were a Democrat I think was a she
if I'm not mistake, was a Democrat. No conservative I
know cheered. I don't know anybody who cheered because a
Democrat got killed. So it's not the same.
Speaker 1 (32:20):
They're cheering.
Speaker 3 (32:22):
Why are they cheering? They're crazy, they're making things up, Kim,
Charlie Kirk was a nice man, a good Christian, a
family meant two beautiful kids. He didn't say anything divisive,
He was polite in hiss debates. I don't get it.
It's just so weird. We're up against such an evil,
bad enemy. You know, it's amazing, we really are.
Speaker 5 (32:42):
It's a spiritual war, and it's a constitutional war, right right.
I mean, at the end of the day, it's a
lot of people who hate our constitution, they hate America,
they hate the great experiment that is our country.
Speaker 4 (32:54):
They hate, free speech right.
Speaker 5 (32:55):
What makes us different than all of the countries institution
and it's free speed.
Speaker 1 (33:02):
Right and by the way, and the ability to own
to go exactly that makes us.
Speaker 3 (33:05):
Different in every country in the world. The ability that
you can fight back against your own government, against bad
guys without being defenseless. Hey, Kim, I really enjoyed this.
Can you stay for another segment?
Speaker 4 (33:16):
Absolutely?
Speaker 3 (33:17):
For four minute break and.
Speaker 1 (33:18):
Then we'll keep you for one more eight minute segment,
So do go anywhere.
Speaker 3 (33:21):
We'll be right back with Kim Herman from the She's
president of the Southeastern Legal Foundation SLF Liberty dot org.
Gom way on the route, be right back, all right.
Speaker 1 (33:33):
A special treat for you.
Speaker 3 (33:35):
I want to introduce you to a real hero of
the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Brunner, Founder and
CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas in the United States.
Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA basin centered gas accumulation.
This is code for a monster field where gas or
(33:55):
oil is in a basin, which makes the drilling and
production much easier.
Speaker 1 (33:59):
Mark, a legend in.
Speaker 3 (34:00):
The oil industry, in the gas industry, tell us about
your track record.
Speaker 6 (34:05):
Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
father in the early nineteen fifties started a company called
tech Star. It later became Texas Oil and Gas. When
it sold out to US Steel, it was the largest
independent in the world. Dell High Pipelines was the largest
gas distribution system in the United States when it sold
out to a US Steel. I worked with him for
(34:26):
four years. I've been in the oil and gas vez
ever since. You would probably know me better as this
chairman of Ultra Petroleum, and Ultra had a pretty good
track record, which you're very familiar with.
Speaker 3 (34:38):
I think, well, I think ten thousand dollars investor in
Ultra turned it into thirteen million dollars. Is that correct
in the nine year run of your publicly traded company.
Speaker 6 (34:48):
Yeah, at the high that's true.
Speaker 3 (34:50):
Ten thousand dollars turned into thirteen million. That means one
hundred thousand dollars turned into one hundred and thirty million.
That's an incredible track record. Now tell me why this
deal lost, Soldier. This project is so special. I hear
about projects and deals all the time. What makes this
one special? Mark?
Speaker 6 (35:07):
What's special about this is all the other basins of
the United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty
years what they are. This one could not be drilled
because there was a uranium mine out here until it
was reclimated three years ago. No one could drill it.
This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point of
(35:28):
eighty five percent empty. So we made this discovery. We
are the only operator in this field, and right now
we can see that we've got enough room for five
hundred horizontal wells out here with what we drilled so far.
Very exciting. It's the new basin in the United States,
and as far as I'm concerned, this is an order
of magnitude bigger than ultra petroleum, the one that I did.
Speaker 1 (35:51):
All right.
Speaker 3 (35:52):
The website is Lost Soldier dot com. Pretty simple stuff,
Lost Soldier dot com. The project forty thousand acres. It
took forty years to piece together. It's called Lost Soldier
Oil and Gas LLC. That's the company that's the project.

Kim Herman, president of Southeastern Legal Foundation, the website s
(39:00):
lfliberty dot org. Slfliberty dot org. Put her up on
the screen. Kim Herman is back with us. Hey, Kim,
welcome back. So let's talk about some lower courts please.
So what do you think about the lower courts trying
to block ice raids or the deployment of troops on
the streets of Los Angeles in response to anarchy? What
(39:22):
are your thoughts on that?
Speaker 5 (39:26):
I mean, I think it's crazy that anyone's fighting this
in the first place, right, I mean, when we have
the crime that we have in so many of these cities,
why is anyone rejecting the help of the President of
the United States who wants to come in and make
our streets safer, Especially after we see what we've seen
in Raleigh recently. We're seeing this all over down in Texas.
I mean, it doesn't matter where it is. We need
(39:47):
to stop the crime in this country. And quite frankly,
what we're seeing from many of our district court judges
is they made clear is that they're going to rule
the way that they want to rule, whether or not
the Constitution supports that ruling or not. Now we have
to look at our reopinion separately. You got to look at,
you know, each particular situation.
Speaker 4 (40:03):
I get that.
Speaker 5 (40:04):
But at the end of the day, the attack that
we have seen on this administration's policies from the judiciary
in the first place and the lower courts refusing to
follow the Constitution has been absolutely troubling, and then their
rejection of the Supreme Court overturning them when they're wrong
has been even more concerning to attorneys like myself who
fight and argue and bring cases to the Supreme Court
(40:27):
on a regular basis.
Speaker 3 (40:28):
By the way, you obviously went to law school, How
did you keep from getting brainwashed?
Speaker 5 (40:35):
I had amazing parents who instilled in the amazing Christian
values from a very young age.
Speaker 3 (40:40):
There you go, I thought the same thing. You could
ask me, how did I go to columb University and
not get brainwashed. I represented Reagan in the campus wide
debates in nineteen eighty and everybody hated me. And you
know what happened after the debate, they voted for me
seventy percent. I won the debate with seventy percent of
the vote. Even though they hated Reagan and hated me,
they had to admit I just destroyed the other guy
in the debate.
Speaker 1 (40:59):
But it was tough.
Speaker 3 (41:00):
Four years of nothing but communists. It was just incredible.
Columbia was the worst of all of them. Oh my god,
that's why to go to law school. I was pre
law and.
Speaker 4 (41:09):
I didn't go I didn't imagine.
Speaker 3 (41:11):
I didn't want to be around these people. I went straight.
I can't imagine I went straight into business and I
never went in business at least everyone, for the most part,
is a conservative side. Decided to go into business, and
they were all friendly with me, and I never looked back.
Speaker 1 (41:26):
But I was planning to be a lawyer. So let's
talk about the big one.
Speaker 3 (41:31):
How could a court decide on the economic policy of
the United States with tariffs? The president's decision as the
CEO of the country is he wants to fight they're
tariffs by hitting them with tariffs and say, look, if
you can hit us with tariffs, we can hit you
with tariffs. Let's save them middle class in the working class.
And judges think unelected judges think they knew more about
(41:53):
the economy even though they've never run a business. At
Trump's a billionaire than our president. It doesn't make any
sense to be they can't decide economic policy.
Speaker 4 (42:05):
No, they can't decide economic policy.
Speaker 5 (42:07):
And one of you know, one of the key issues
here is where where does each brand? How much power
does the executive have versus how much power should the
legislature have, and where does that kind of fall? You know,
But at the end of the day, that's what the
Supreme Court is really going to ultimately rule on.
Speaker 3 (42:22):
Can you imagine that if they rule against Trump, we'd
owe back about a trillion dollars?
Speaker 1 (42:27):
I mean, this is crazy. We're winning the trade war.
Trump announce station right.
Speaker 5 (42:32):
Yeah, yeah, I mean in a lot of times, it's
really when is the court ruling right?
Speaker 4 (42:38):
The court is the lower courts are.
Speaker 5 (42:40):
So quick these days to issue these preliminary injunctions, to
issue these temporary restraining orders when the issues haven't really
been fully fleshed out, and so That's another really concerning
aspect of.
Speaker 3 (42:51):
All of this. They're sticking their nose where the.
Speaker 5 (42:53):
Court ultimately says they don't have the power to do
it right.
Speaker 4 (42:57):
Let the cases fully flesh themselves out.
Speaker 3 (43:00):
I'm with you, I'm with you. We got to run.
Kim Herman, president of the Southeastern Legal Foundation SLF Liberty
dot org.
Speaker 1 (43:06):
