I think we should get a fifty, but we'll most
probably get a twenty five because our fed is horrendous
and they don't want to help President Trump, but the
economy would just explode with a point fifty and another

next meeting, which would be I guess December, right, December
would be the next meeting, so then you'd have a
full point cut it interest rates this year. And that

jumped aboard a little heavier than but I've gone super

Absolutely incredible. And the market is doing well and up

But frankly, if Wall Street's saying go left, you're gonna

think that exists, has really destroyed the ability for people

climbing up the ladder, that kind of thing. So look,

would say, let's get your response, and they're not anything
negative towards you, but negative towards life. So number one

is they would say, well, I don't have a lot
of money, I'm working class, I'm middle class, how am
I going to do this if I don't have a
lot of money? So answer that, Kip Prriage.

and eight, next bank, the housing crash is going to happen,

Could be further from the truth.

There's twenty two trillion dollars sitting in in to money supply,
there's thirty four trillion dollars sitting in home equity, and
there's seven and a half trillion dollars sitting in money
market accounts. Rates are plumbting. That's been one of our
calls ten years back to four percent. Today the thirty
year mortgage fell to a three year low of a
six point one percent. And so once these rates keep

(30:28):
going lower, that home equity, that thirty four trade home
equity is going to start freeing up. It's got animal
spirits are coming to this country.

Speaker 3 (30:34):
A GDP growth is.

Speaker 4 (30:35):
Going to five percent within the next six to nine months.
This is a bull market of bull market. It's as generational.
Everybody has to be in this bull market. If you
want to retire, put your kids through college, or just
have some fun, make some.

Speaker 1 (30:47):
Money, let me give you. Let me give you a
little different answer about your investment strategy than you even gave.
Let's say a person out of million dollars and they
could make they could take it and they could double it,
so they could make a million on a million. That'd
be great. And the average person watching right now says,
I don't have a million. I don't even have one
hundred thousand. I have a measly five thousand or ten thousand.
My answer is, what if you opened up a five

(31:09):
thousand dollars count and Kip doubles it at the end
of the year and you make five thousand. What if
you have ten thousand and Kip doubles at the end
of the year you make ten thousand. What if you
keep it in there next year ten thousand becomes twenty thousand?
Is that bad? In other words, people all think they
have to You know, why can't I be rich? Why
can't I have as much money as the richest man
in the world. How about you just want to make
an extra five thousand. What would be wrong with that?

(31:30):
That would pay for a new diamond ring for your wife,
that would pay for Christmas presents? What's wrong with having
a five thousand dollars count and turning into seventy five
hundred or ten thousand? Nothing? So my point is you
gott it? Is it old Chinese saying a journey of
a million miles starts at one step. You gotta get in,
even if it's only five thousand dollars or ten thousand.

(31:50):
Get in with Kip Perridge because I'm a witness for
twenty two years. He makes you money every single year,
So what does it matter? Everyone makes what they're gonna
be You might make ten thousand, the next guy might
make twenty and the next guy may make eighty million.
Too bad, you can't make eighty million. That's not our fault.
But at least you could make ten thousand. That's better
than zero. That's my answer.

Yeah, you know, it's interesting you say put it that way,
because you know, I think most people think that, you know,
they're skeptical of the economy and the markets, and you know,
these manipulators of Wall Street, and they should be.

But most people keep their money in the bank.

Speaker 4 (32:26):
And that's the biggest that's the cardinal's sin of investing
inflation every year is screwing your money.

Speaker 3 (32:32):
You've got to get out of bank accounts. As you know, Wy,

Let's talk about your run, Kip Perridge. You're up thirty
two point Let's say you're up what you say, thirty
eight percent twenty five. But you have been talking about

these five mega trends that will power the next you know,
at least three and a half years under Trump and
hopefully another eight with JD Vance beyond that, you know,
in a pro business environment and a lower tax environment,
a lower regulation environment. You called your book The Big Bribe,
and you forecasted that the US stock market was entering
a generational bull market powered by your five mega trends.

What were those mega trends and is it actually playing
out just as you predicted.

It's hard to say this without standing lack of bragging.

to understand what's about to happen here.

generational bull market. You know, nineteen ninety five to two thousands,
dot Com melt up. I took three companies public. During
