Speaker 1 (00:10):
Warning the Root The Root, The Roots on Fire.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
You're about to experience the most high octane, pedal to
the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
This is Wayne Alan Root, direct from the entertainment capital
of the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?

Speaker 1 (00:31):
It's time War War.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
Here's your host, one hundred percent raw truth, one hundred
percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Roots.

Speaker 1 (00:55):
All right, Wayne Alan Root.

Speaker 3 (00:57):
The Roots on Fire, Welcome to my show is the
War Zone, the official podcast of the Gateway Punted. Today's
our first day at Patriots TV as well. The Root
to Root, The Root really is on fire. I have
been banned, I have been shadow banned, I have been censored,
I have been silenced.

Speaker 1 (01:14):
I've been attacked by the Attorney.

Speaker 3 (01:15):
General of New York letician James who tried to drive
me off the air.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
I have been attacked by everybody in the world.

Speaker 3 (01:22):
I have been fired, and I have been embarrassed. And
it doesn't matter. I just keep growing.

Speaker 1 (01:30):
I wrote the book The Power of Relentless, and I
always said the number one example in the world of
that is Donald J. Trump.

Speaker 3 (01:35):
Number two is Wayne Alan Root War. I have been
so silenced and yet I just keep growing. Today's our
first day at Patriots TV. Welcome aboard Patriots TV. The Root,
the Root, the Root really is on fire. I'm your host,
wayn Alan Rut, the Secretary of War. This is the
mecca of Maga. If you like Trump, You've come to

(01:56):
the right place. Although I criticize when necessary, you know,
for the last five years, I've been critical of really
only one thing big time, and that's the vaccine, the
COVID vaccine. I was the first guy in the country,
out of any host in America, any mainstream host, but
really even out of any podcaster, the first guy to
tell everyone the vaccine is a disaster. It's a catastrophe.

(02:18):
It is a nightmare. Do not do it, do not
take it, do not get near it. And I save
people's lives. And by the way, the second thing I
did more than any other host in America is tell
everybody to buy gold. Buy gold, buy gold.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
Man. If you listen to me, you're alive today and
you're rich. Gold hit a new old time high today.

Speaker 3 (02:36):
It just keeps flying and it doesn't break the record
by a dollar. It goes up like seventy dollars a day.

Speaker 1 (02:42):
I think it went up seventy dollars to day. Let
me look real quick.

Speaker 3 (02:45):
I always look at CNBC, which is not the actual price.
They do the gold futures price. But gold had an
incredible day today. I know that it was up last
I looked. I think it was up seventy dollars. They
don't tell you because the market's closed now. They say
was up big spot. Gold rose one point one percent
to three thousand, seven hundred and twenty three for December delivery.

(03:08):
It's three thousand, seven.

Speaker 1 (03:10):
Hundred and fifty eight.

Speaker 3 (03:11):
It's so close, getting so close to four thousand, and
I remember when it was twelve hundred just a couple
of years ago.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
I remember what it's two thousand and five hundred last year.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
And I kept telling you by gold by goal by goal,
by gold, and I kept telling you, don't take the vaccine,
don't take the vaccine.

Speaker 1 (03:28):
Don't take the vaccine. I'll kill you. I said it
all time record.

Speaker 3 (03:31):
I've had President Trump as my guest sixteen times, and
I would guess in at least fourteen of those interviews
were after twenty twenty. In the COVID disaster. And I
tell President Trump in every interview, or maybe I should
say past ends. I told him in each one of
these interviews that the vaccine is the only thing You
and I disacree. Were always on the same team and

(03:52):
everything else, but the vaccine. It's a disaster. But I
still love you because you're the guy who ever mandated
the vaccines, and nobody had to take it.

Speaker 1 (04:03):
So nobody died because of you.

Speaker 3 (04:07):
You know, I told him you just wanted Operation Uh.
I can't think of the name now. God, there's so
many things in my mind. Whatever his operation was called,
the point was to get America back to work again,
back to business again. Everybody needed to get to work,
and the nation was shut down and locked down, and
so he needed to get us all working again. So

(04:28):
I gave him credit for that. But the vaccines were
part of it. No one wanted to go back to
work in the Blue States.

Speaker 1 (04:34):
Because they thought you had cooties. Ooo, you have cooties.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
I can't work without fifty two masks on my face
and eighty six vaccines. And so Trump pushed, pushed and
pushed until there was a vaccine and people rolled up
their arms and gladly took it, and I told everyone,
don't be a freaking idiot. Don't be a freaking idiot,

(04:59):
because do you want to be a crash test dummy.

Speaker 1 (05:03):
I don't even buy the first year of a new car.

Speaker 3 (05:05):
Why would anyone take a vaccine that's brand new, that's
completely untested, that.

Speaker 1 (05:10):
You have no idea what's going to do to people that.

Speaker 3 (05:12):
In nineteen seventy, I don't know, seventy eight or seventy nine,
we had this swine flu and we had a swine
flu vaccine and sixty million people got it and they
were waiting to roll up their sleeves with another sixty million,
and they canceled it because thirty people died. Too many
people have died for this vaccine, and they won't cancel it.
This vaccine is relettless, speaking of the power reletless.

Speaker 1 (05:32):
It just won't die. The vaccine won't die. It's kill you,
but it won't die.

Speaker 3 (05:37):
This vaccine has killed millions and nobody wants to talk
about it because.

Speaker 1 (05:42):
The media has been bought off by big Farmer. But anyway,
I digress. There's a lot more things to talk about
today than.

Speaker 3 (05:47):
Just the vaccine or the price of goal going up
or the fact that we've got a new show here
at Patriot TV, and of course always at the Gateway Punnit,
where the official podcast of the Gateway Punnitt two point
five million daily readers. Thank you, Gateway Pundit. So here's
the deal.

Speaker 1 (06:07):
The number one story, of course, would be Charlie Kirk.
But I mean, I've.

Speaker 3 (06:11):
Talked about this day and night and night and day
for eight days now. Charlie kirk assassination hit home with
me more than anybody in the world because him and
I are on the same TV network, Real America's Voice TV.
And his death could have been my death. His death
could have been Steve Badden's death.

Speaker 1 (06:30):
His death could have.

Speaker 3 (06:31):
Been anyone on Real America's Voice TV. And he's got
a podcast too, and I've got a podcast too. And
he's got a naturally syndicated radio show, and I've got
naturally syndicated radio show. It could have been any one
of us. I've always had nothing but every person that
comes up to me in the street.

Speaker 1 (06:49):
Oh my god.

Speaker 3 (06:49):
Wait, I love you, every person every speech. Wait, I
love you because I only go to Republican events. I
give speeches at Republican events. I've never gotten in the Lions.
Then Charlie Kirk was so ray went on college campuses
and he went into the lions Den and dared everyone
to debate him, including the worst people in the world, communist, transgender,
armed Marxist queers with pink air coming up with an

(07:12):
AK forty seven. And Charlie debated them all and he
was fearless. And I give him all the kudos in
the world. That guy should be celebrated. And that's why
he died. See, I'm never around people like that. If
you have pink hair and you scream I'm a member
of the Armed Marxist Queers of Salt Lake.

Speaker 1 (07:30):
City, I'm never going to see you in my lifetime.
I don't want to see you in my lifetime.

Speaker 3 (07:34):
So Charlie went into the lions Den and stared them
down like the Lions against the Christians every single day.
You know that he was on a college campus, and
eventually it got him killed. There's a lot of bad
people out there, man. So Charlie's death hit me hard, hard,
like a ton of bricks. And I've spent the last
eight days on air talking about it. In the last

(07:55):
basically two weeks in life, talking about it, and yesterday
was the memorial.

Speaker 1 (08:01):
It was amazing. The effect he's had in the world
is obvious.

Speaker 3 (08:05):
He's an amazing guy. I keep saying God's hand was
in all of this. I don't want anyone to misinterpret
what I'm saying and say Wayne says it's good that
Charlie died, and God wanted Charlie to die.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
It's kind of a really horrible way of saying it.
That's not what I mean.

Speaker 3 (08:17):
What I mean is, you know, there's good in everything,
and God found a way to turn this into a win,
and it was always his plan. I guess that Charlie,
the best among us, should go to heaven and him
and God.

Speaker 1 (08:28):
Are looking down on us and slaying.

Speaker 3 (08:31):
The Democrats, just destroying them, but not physically, because we
don't kill people. That's not our goal on the right,
only on the left that they want to kill people,
murder people, assassinate people.

Speaker 1 (08:41):
But we do want to kill your political careers.

Speaker 3 (08:43):
And I do think we're gonna win the midterms big now,
and I think Charlie Kirk's death is gonna have a
big part in that. People saw Charlie's death brought it
all out of the closet, and they saw what I've
known for all these years, that the Left is insane,
mentally ill, mentally deranged, vile, violet killers, and they want
us dead. And they hate us with red hot heat.

(09:04):
They hate us for being white. They hate us for
being a Republican. They hate us for being successful, late
us for owning a business, hate us for owning a home,
Hate us for having families with wives and husbands and kids,
normal families.

Speaker 1 (09:18):
They hate us for being happy, They hate us for everything.

Speaker 3 (09:22):
It all goes back, you know, to nineteen eighty. What
year was Reagan shot?

Speaker 1 (09:26):
Eighty one?

Speaker 3 (09:27):
I think he was shot in eighty one, eighty one
or eighty two, I can't remember now, but it was
one of my first years at Columbia University and Reagan
was shot and a lot of people cheered his death.

Speaker 1 (09:36):
I'm a witness at Columbia.

Speaker 3 (09:38):
My classroom when a kid ran in and screamed, Reagan's
been shot.

Speaker 1 (09:41):
They've assassinated Reagan. That's what he said. Those are the
words he used. They've assassinated Reagan my class not me.

Speaker 3 (09:47):
Of course, I was ready to, you know, to cry,
because I felt like he was my father.

Speaker 1 (09:51):
I loved Ronald Reagan.

Speaker 3 (09:52):
He was like my father, and I couldn't believe my
class stood up standing ovation and cheered like it was
happy New Year, like it was the greatest night of
their lives.

Speaker 1 (10:03):
When they heard that, they thought Reagan.

Speaker 3 (10:04):
Might be dead, that he was not just dead that
died of natural causes, but you know, dead.

Speaker 1 (10:09):
From a shot from an assassin. And they cheered it.

Speaker 3 (10:12):
And people didn't believe me all these years when I
said the left hates us and wants us dead. For
all these years I've said that, and everybody thought Wayne's exaggerating.
Oh come on, you're being too harsh, Wayne. And now
Charlie's death brought it all out. You now see it
from the strangest places. Judges and police officers and government

(10:35):
employees and teachers and military US Marine recruiters and candidates
running for major office like Attorney General of Ohio. These
people all celebrated the death of a conservative icon, of
a conservative icon.

Speaker 1 (10:54):
Charlie Kirk.

Speaker 3 (10:55):
You've seen it now. You saw what I saw at
Plumb University. I think I'll write that story tomorrow. That's
a good immetery for tomorrow. Now everybody knows what I know.
The left is evil, deranged, mentally ill, hates us with
red hot hate and wants us dead and will celebrate
our death after we're dead. Wait, root was right again.

Speaker 1 (15:09):
All right, way now the route.

Speaker 3 (15:10):
So the big news I didn't get to yet as
Jimmy Kimmel starts again tomorrow night.

Speaker 1 (15:13):
No problem.

Speaker 3 (15:14):
Six days off. You know, you could say, Charlie Kirk, die,
die die, hang him, shoot him, blow his brains out,
and you get a couple of days off.

Speaker 1 (15:22):
You lie in the sun by your pool. He's got
one hundred million of the bank and he's right back
on six days later. Why am I not surprised. It's
a joke.

Speaker 3 (15:29):
Nobody cared when a hit was on me a few
years ago. I don't mean a shooting hit, so I
don't mean to offend anybody much. A hit hit like
the mafia. I'm talking about. Liberal media decided to hit
me and destroy me. And I was the anchorman at
Newsmax TV. I was the host of the eight o'clock
time slot. I also had a column in the Las

(15:50):
Vegas rem You Journal, one of the top twenty newspapers
in America, and that column paid me a substantial sum
of money. And an organization funded by George so decided
to hit me after I'd said some really strong negative
things about George Soros being a trader to America and
being a scumbag and being an evil communist sob and

(16:11):
should be deported out of the United States and band
from ever coming in, or should be arrested for treason.
And George didn't like that, or his family didn't like that,
or his sons didn't like that.

Speaker 1 (16:21):
So an organization that he puts all the money.

Speaker 3 (16:23):
Behind decided to do a hit on me about an
advertiser on my show, and they made believe that that
had something to do with me, and the Attorney General
in New York did a cease and assist against newsmaxs
TV and me and I lost my job at Newsmack.
Isn't that the government influencing people working or not? So
why is it a big deal that the government influenced

(16:45):
maybe whether Jimmy Kimmel's show is on or not.

Speaker 1 (16:49):
My show got knocked off the air.

Speaker 3 (16:51):
That was in twenty twenty five years ago. You know what,
I said, not a thing to anybody, never said a thing.
You know what, it's called life. I didn't get involved
in it, and I didn't make a big deal of it.
I'm not a complainer. I'm not a little sissy like
Jimmy Kimmel, limp wristed snowflake. Jimmy Kimmel makes a big
deal while he's one hundred million dollar man that.

Speaker 1 (17:10):
He said something stupid. His ratings were in the toilet.

Speaker 3 (17:13):
He was gonna be fired or let go anyway, his
contract was never gonna get renewed by ABC TV because
his ratings are down the toilet like a you know what,
like a poop, And so they fired him because it
was their first and easy excuse to get rid of
Jimmy after he said something offensive and terrible. Now they
put him right back on the air. Okay, but Newsmax

(17:34):
didn't put me right back on the air. So Letitia
James put pressure on a TV network to fireway down
the route the exact same circumstance, and nobody cared. And
of course Roseanne Barr off the air on APC, same network.
No one cared a conservative making a remark, and innocent remark.
She didn't even know the Valerie Jarrett was black. She
thought she was Iranian. Well, she is black and Iranian

(17:57):
and was born in Iran, So you know, it's just
it's joke.

Speaker 1 (18:00):
It really is, all right. I hate doing only negative stuff.
Let's do good stuff.

Speaker 3 (18:05):
Sometimes I have to mix in good stuff because otherwise
it's depressing.

Speaker 1 (18:10):
It's great, but it's depressing. Years ago, I came up
with an.

Speaker 3 (18:13):
Idea of a TV show called Good News America, and
I sold it with Bill Asher. Bill Asher was the
producer and director of I Love Lucy and Gidget and
All Kinds of Great American Shows in the nineteen sixties
and the biggest most famous director ever in Hollywood history
of shows like that, positive fun shows and him and
I met struck, you know, hit.

Speaker 1 (18:33):
It off, and struck a partnership.

Speaker 3 (18:35):
We said, let's go sell good news America because there's
too much negative in the news. And because of his
fame and fortune, every door to Hollywood opened to us,
and we went to see like twenty different big shot
executives in Hollywood, and everyone rejected.

Speaker 1 (18:49):
My show never got it on the air. They all
said the same thing. Nobody wants good news. They only
want negativity.

Speaker 3 (18:55):
It's the only thing that sells any show with good news,
We'll have no ratings. Gotta have bad news. People want
to hear bad news and they want to be scared,
and they only tune in when they're scared and the
news is negative in their life's on the line, if
they're gonna die, they'll tune in.

Speaker 1 (19:09):
If you're giving them good news, they won't tune in.
I mix in both.

Speaker 3 (19:12):
I mix in good news and what's really going on
rough truth, which is generally bad news. But the good
news is the Trumpdministration's one hundred thousand dollars one time
fee for a new H one B visa application is
sparking outrage around the world and debate and people are
losing their minds, and corporation are losing their minds, and
billionaires are losing their minds, and India is losing its
mind And I say.

Speaker 1 (19:33):
Good riddens to all. You don't let the.

Of course. They they never a reasonable Democrat. They're never
happy with anything.

Speaker 3 (22:20):
I pointed out that no tax on tips is now
in effect, and the official rules were sent by the
Trump administration and they involve all the tipped employees of America.

Speaker 1 (22:29):
And he's going, well, that doesn't.

Speaker 3 (22:31):
Help because yeah, blah blah blah blah blah, and it's
just nothing ever makes them happy if Trump does it,
they're mentally deranged.

Speaker 1 (22:39):
It can't be good.

Oh my god, it doesn't help because X, Y and Z.

Speaker 1 (22:43):
It's not really a big help. Wayne.

Speaker 3 (22:46):
And I said to him, you know what, you know,
it's like it's your birthday and your daddy gives you
one hundred dollars and you wanted five hundred. You have
no right to complain. He could have given you zero.
Your daddy. Trump just handed you up to twenty five
thousand dollars.

Speaker 1 (23:00):
You know, the first twenty.

Speaker 3 (23:01):
Five thousand tips that you make on the books you
no longer federally coome tax And he goes, oh, but
you still don't fight cause sod security taxes.

Speaker 1 (23:08):
Well, tough crap. You could have noted all of it.

Speaker 3 (23:12):
He just gave you a break, you moron.

Speaker 1 (23:15):
Why are Democrats so dumb? Why are they so dumb?
If Democrats had won, there would have been.

Speaker 3 (23:21):
No big beautiful bill, no no no tax on tips,
no no tax on overtime, and no big new deduction
for so security tax and Democrats would have raised your
taxes by thousands of dollars a year.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
And you're complaining that the gut you got isn't enough.

Speaker 3 (23:39):
It just gets me so angry. How stupid people are?
All right, let me mention the sponsor of this show.

their silver lozenges. I just was sucking on three of
those lozenges right now in the break, Because when a
person talks as loudly as me and does as many
hours on TV and radio as me, you could lose

(24:15):
your voice. Well, I've been on the air ten years

Jbushow dot substack dot com. Josh Bernstein, Welcome to the
Wayne Ala Route Show.

Speaker 1 (25:23):
How are you?

Speaker 4 (25:24):
I'm doing great, Great to be back on the program
with you.

Speaker 1 (25:26):
All right.

Speaker 3 (25:26):
The main reason we had John today other than the
fact we like you and always like to talk to you,
but the main reason is you attended the memorial for
Charliekirk yesterday. You're from Arizona. It was right there in
your backyard. And what were your thoughts at what you saw?
Walk us through the Charlie Kirk memorial? I heard it
was just an amazing, amazing thing.

Speaker 4 (25:46):
It truly was.

Speaker 5 (25:47):
I mean, it was basically Christian revival meets Trump rally
all in one.

Speaker 4 (25:53):
I cried, I celebrated, I cheered.

Speaker 5 (25:57):
It was just an incredible opportunity to be among so
many great Americans and patriots, and it really was a
coming together moment. Just as Erica mentioned, it was indeed
a revival and just celebrating his life, his legacy and
what's going to happen next, you know, and how turning
Point is going to move on from him of course,

(26:20):
keeping his legacy and everything that he put together for
a turning Point to make it successful and making it
bigger and better, as President Trump said. But there were
some amazing, amazing speeches from a lot of great conservatives.
Almost the entire cabinet, it seemed, was there. Stephen Miller
really brought down the house. He was excellent. Of course,

(26:42):
Erica brought tears to everybody's eyes on everything that she said.
And you know, the one thing that she said was
that she forgives the person who took the life of
her husband. She's a better person than me. I will
say that first or foremost exactly. There's no way I
would be able to do what she did. But it
just shows the strength her resolve, her faith, and it

(27:06):
really truly was more of a celebration of life rather.

Speaker 4 (27:09):
Than you know, just worrying about the murderer.

Speaker 3 (27:12):
Yeah, no, no, I agree, Listen, that was her role.
That's fantastic that the wife forgives him. All throughout America
we have people who forgive murderers. That's not for them
to worry about. I think it's better for them to
get on with their life and forgive the murderer. It's
for the state to kill the murderer, and that's you know,
the state and the judge and the prosecutor have to

(27:34):
carry out. I hope the death penalty. That's not her
job to do that. It's her job to forgive. So
I think she did the exact right thing, and it
was a wonderful thing to see, and it's now up
to all of us to make sure this guy gets
the death penalty, because you know what, I don't forgive
one single thing, but it's nice that.

Speaker 1 (27:51):
She did it.

Speaker 3 (27:52):
Over one hundred million people livestream memorial, that number is
just incredible.

Speaker 1 (27:57):
Charlie's effect on the.

Speaker 3 (27:59):
United States, even on the world is so much beyond
even what I realized or knew.

Speaker 1 (28:04):
I work.

Speaker 3 (28:06):
Here's the deal, Josh, I work sixteen hours a day,
seven days a week. I'm a workaholic. I have no
time to watch other people's shows. So I never watched
Charlie show, even it was on the same network as mine,
so I never knew what he did on all these
college campuses that he was walking into basically a death trap.
I didn't know that every campus he went to people screamed,

(28:27):
kill Charlie Kirk, Killed Charlie Kirk. I had no idea
that people chanted that, that he was going into the
lions den each time and taking his life in his hands.
And he told his wife, you know, in a prophetic way,
that you know, maybe I.

Speaker 1 (28:40):
Will be killed one day.

Speaker 3 (28:41):
He seemed to hinto people around him that he wasn't
gonna be here much longer.

Speaker 1 (28:45):
He must have known someone was gonna take a shot
at him.

Speaker 3 (28:48):
He's an amazing guy, and I give him a billion
percent credit.

Speaker 1 (28:52):
What an amazing human being.

Speaker 3 (28:53):
He took it for us. That's what it comes down to,
is he died for us because most of us would
not go into that set or that situation.

Speaker 1 (29:01):
So thank you, Charlie Kirk.

Speaker 3 (29:03):
And one hundred million people must realize it, because that's
an incredible number.

Speaker 4 (29:07):
Well, I think most of us couldn't do that.

Speaker 5 (29:08):
And I'll give you the reasons why anyone can go
on a college campus, myself, you Ben Shapiro, any of
us can go and speak and we can combat leftism
and leftist ideology with obvious facts and truths, but he
did something completely different.

Speaker 1 (29:23):
He knew that by spreading.

Speaker 5 (29:26):
The Gospel and by using the Bible, and by using
his faith to actually solve some of the ideological differences
between his quote, you know, the people that didn't agree
with him, not his enemies, but the people that didn't
agree with him.

Speaker 4 (29:39):
He knew that by doing that.

Speaker 5 (29:41):
And having a christ base based response automatically would bring
them to conservatism.

Speaker 4 (29:49):
And that was the brilliance of Charlie Kirk.

Speaker 5 (29:52):
Because that's why I'm wondering who's going to take over.
Does Erica have the ability? Maybe she does. I hope
she does. She's a scorpio. You don't want to mess
with a scorpio woman, nor a hell hath no fury
than a woman's scorn. But I wonder if there's going
to be someone that has the chops that can actually
articulate and do rapid response, but also do that in

(30:15):
a christ based way, as Charlie obviously was able to do.
And that's what made him so unique, I think than
just anybody else that goes on a college campus and
speaks against you know, the leftist ideology.

Speaker 1 (30:29):
Well, let me let me add something to what you said.

Speaker 3 (30:30):
Josh, because there's pearls of wisdoms in it, but you're
missing only one part of it. You said that because
he did it in such a nice way, polite way,
genially way, Christian way, and he used Christian biblical principles.
He brought people over to our side one hundred percent correct.
I agree with you, one hundred percent brilliant, But you
left out that because he mixed in biblical Christian principles,

(30:51):
he also brought out the hate and people that were
never going to be brought over to our side, right,
He brought out the devil.

Speaker 1 (30:56):
He brought out Satan.

Speaker 3 (30:58):
You find me somebody who's gonnait, and Charlie is not
converting them. Charlie converted the people in the middle or
the people on the edge, but the people on the
extreme left are unconvertible even by a wonderful guy like Charlie,
and they only hate you more of you bring up Christ.

Speaker 1 (31:11):
It angers them because they're all centered on the devil.

Speaker 3 (31:13):
You know, they live with Saalolinski's Rules for Radicals, which
is dedicated on page one to Lucifer the Devil, so
they get angry. It stirs up hatred in them. When
you bring up christ. So that's the same reason he
was a victor, and it's the same reason that he
gave his life to be in a setting like that
and tak Christian politics on a college campus is really

(31:35):
going to rile up the crazy atheists on the left
and the occultist and the demonic people on the left.

Speaker 1 (31:43):
That's what did him in.

Speaker 3 (31:44):
It's really so I don't know who else is going
to be able to do that and do it well
with charisma and passion and the good speaking communication ability.
I would argue no one that can ever match Charlie,
but someone could be good. So we'll see, we'll see.
I saw today they released a speaker schedule at college.
Is they're not using one person. They're using like, you know,
thirty different people to speak at different colleges, including like

(32:06):
viveck Ramswami.

Speaker 1 (32:07):
He's a great speaker. So I get it. So I
get it.

Speaker 3 (32:10):
So they're mixing in different speakers at different colleges.

Speaker 5 (32:14):
Now that you tend to the maturity increases, yeahare bulletproof glass.
I want to see the crowd a little further away
from the speaker, yes, And I want to see drones
flying over above and during every single outside event.

Speaker 3 (32:27):
Well, or if they shouldn't have outside events, that's my
that too. You can't cover it all. Even with a drone,
you can't cover it all. I would have indoor events
only massive security and yes, glass bulletproof and wear a
bulletproof vest as well.

Speaker 1 (32:39):
Now that you've attended memorial, just about quick answer.

Speaker 3 (32:42):
You got a minute left, do you feel any differently
about Charlie Kirk's legacy.

Speaker 4 (32:46):
Oh, without a doubt.

Speaker 5 (32:47):
I mean, look, I thought maybe many years ago he
was more moderate, and he's obviously come closer and closer
to President Trump and the MAGA movement. And I just
didn't know his religious faith, and I think that that
was one of the most profound things that obviously permeated.

Speaker 4 (33:02):
Throughout the entire memorial.

Speaker 5 (33:03):
But it really showed Saint Charlie that's what he should be.
He should be sainted at some point in the future.

Speaker 4 (33:09):
Just an incredible loss he is.

Speaker 1 (33:11):
He's Saint Charlie's martyred.

Speaker 3 (33:12):
He's He's always gonna be remembered as his name will
band lips of people all over the world forevermore. And
he's gonna make such a big difference in the midterms.
I'm telling you.

Speaker 1 (33:20):
He's up there with God right now watching. Hey, Josh,
we gotta run.

Speaker 3 (33:23):
His website is Jbushow dot substack dot com. Josh Bernstein
is book Preserving Liberty. Thank you, Josh, God Black.

Speaker 1 (33:30):
Bless all Right, a special treat for you.

Speaker 3 (33:35):
I want to introduce you to a real hero of
the American energy industry, a legend. Mark Brunner, founder and
CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas in the United States.
Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA basin centered gas accumulation.
This is code for a monster field where gas or

(33:55):
oil is in a basin, which makes the drilling and
production much easier. Ark, you're a legend in the oil industry,
in the gas industry.

Speaker 1 (34:03):
Tell us about your track record.

Speaker 6 (34:05):
Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
father in the early nineteen fifties started a company called
tech Star. It later became Texas Oil and Gas. When
it sold out to US Steel, it was the largest
independent in the world. Dell High Pipelines was the largest
gas distribution system in the United States when it sold
out to a US steal. I worked with him for

(34:26):
four years. I've been in the oil and gas ever since.
You would probably know me better as this chairman of
Ultra Petroleum, and Ultra had a pretty good track record,
which you're very familiar with.

Speaker 3 (34:38):
I think, well, I think ten thousand dollars investor in
Ultra turned it into thirteen million dollars. Is that correct
in the nine year run of your publicly traded company.

Speaker 6 (34:48):
Yeah, at the high that's true.

Speaker 3 (34:50):
Ten thousand dollars turned into thirteen million. That means one
hundred thousand dollars turned into one hundred and thirty million.
That's an incredible track record. Now tell me why this
deal lost. This project is so special. I hear about
projects and deals all the time. What makes this one special?

Speaker 1 (35:07):
Mark?

Speaker 6 (35:07):
What's special about this is all the other basins the
United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty years
what they are. This one could not be drilled because
there was a uranium mine out here. Until it was
reclimated three years ago, no one could drill it. This
is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with billions
of dollars of infrastructure that at this point eighty five

(35:29):
percent empty. So we made this discovery. We are the
only operator in this field, and right now we can
see that we've got enough room for five hundred horizontal
wells out here with what we drilled so far. Very exciting.
It's the new basin in the United States, and as
far as I'm concerned, this is an order of magnitude
bigger than Ultra petroleum, the one that I did.

Speaker 1 (35:52):
All right. The website is Lost Soldier dot com. Pretty
simple stuff. Lost Soldier dot Com.

Speaker 3 (35:58):
The project forty five acres took forty years to piece together.
It's called Lost Soldier Oil and Gas LLC. That's the
company that's the project. But the website Lost Soldier dot Com.
If you're an a credit investor, Mark wants to hear
from you. If you want to hear more information, check
it out. Fill out the form and you get to
Lost Soldier. Mark and as people will get back to

(36:19):
you as CFO and let you know all the details
you need to know Lost Soldier dot Com. Thanks Mark
for being with us today.

Speaker 4 (36:26):
Thank you Wayne. Good to see you again.

Speaker 1 (36:51):
All right, Wayne LaRue, Welcome back, war Zone. You know
that's my initials, war Zone.

Speaker 3 (37:49):
I think they download the show and then leave it

be available at truth Social.

Speaker 1 (37:55):
I don't think there's anything to do with us. I
think they do that for everybody.

Speaker 3 (37:57):
It's not live stream, but it's there at truth Social
for the first time starting I.

Speaker 1 (38:02):
Believe this afternoon or this evening, wherever you may be.

Speaker 3 (38:06):
So I was talking about H one B H one
B Visas when I, you know, when I went to
the break and I came back and I had a guest,
and so I got interrupted. But I want to really
get into this because it reminds me of the liberal
argument from the person I was debating with a little
while ago, who say, wow, the note tax on tips
is not as good as I thought it would be,
and it doesn't help you avoid state income taxes, And

(38:29):
it doesn't help you. First of all, nothing will help
you avoid stadium taxes except moving to Nevada, Texas, or
Florida with the eco tax zero.

Speaker 1 (38:37):
Well, you could also move to Tennessee. You can move
to Wyoming.

Speaker 3 (38:39):
You can move to Alaska, but good luck if you
want to move to Alaska or.

Speaker 1 (38:43):
Wyoming freezing cold.

Speaker 3 (38:44):
Good luck if you want to move to what's the
other one, New Hampshire, freezing cold.

Speaker 1 (38:49):
So really, to me, the only choices are Tennessee.

Speaker 3 (38:51):
Nashville is a nice town, Las Vegas, Nevada is a
great town. Anywhere in Florida is great, and then anywhere
in Texas is great. If you move to any of those.
You have no stay income tax. If you don't, it's
your fault. If you pay state income tax, you're remron.

Speaker 1 (39:06):
That's not my fault.

Speaker 3 (39:07):
Get the hell out of your state. Move from a
blue state to a low tax or zero tax red state.
And the second argument was, well, it doesn't help as
much as I thought it would.

Speaker 1 (39:16):
It doesn't get rid.

Speaker 3 (39:17):
Of fighter taxes, so security taxes. What are you talking about?
No tax on tips? Merely lets you avoid federal income
taxes on the first twenty five thousand dollars in on
the books, tips that you get if you get off
the books tips.

Speaker 1 (39:34):
This argument doesn't even matter. Let's not even talk about it.

Speaker 3 (39:36):
But if you get on the books tips on a
credit card, you can avoid paying any federal income tax
on the first twenty five thousand. Now is that a
bad thing? So you have to pay so security taxes?

Speaker 1 (39:49):
That's not my fault. Aunt, Take that up with the
federal government.

Speaker 3 (39:52):
Take that up with whatever idiot communist installed the SOB
security tax.

Speaker 1 (39:57):
That's why you pay fighter taxes. But Trump did a
great thing. He did a mitzvah.

Speaker 3 (40:03):
As the Jews say, Happy Rush Shanta, by the way,
Happy New York today.

Speaker 1 (40:06):
It's all my Jewish friends. It starts tonight at sundown.

Speaker 3 (40:09):
So you know, go ask the people that put instituted
payroll taxes. You have to pay them. There's nothing anyone
could do about that. Trump or anyone else but this.

Speaker 1 (40:18):
Each one be visa loophol or ending.

Speaker 3 (40:22):
It says tech jobs should be opening up and salaries rising.
Of course, Trump just said basically, if you're American, I
don't care if you're white or black, Latino, gay or straight.
All Americans can now get tech jobs to replace all
the India bros. And all the Pakistan bros. And all

(40:42):
the China bros. You know, now bye bye, we don't
need you for those jobs anymore. Americans are gonna fill
those jobs unless these insane companies think Americans are so
inferior they'd rather spend one hundred thousand per person to
bring someone in from India.

Speaker 1 (41:00):
In Trump, you know what the next step is, You
have to somehow.

Speaker 3 (41:03):
Ban and if you can't ban, make it almost impossible
to hire phone rooms outside the United States because I
don't want to call up a company, an American company,
and check on my credit card bill and I get
some Indian in India who I can't understand three words
out of every twelve.

Speaker 1 (41:21):
They're saying, I don't want it. I don't want it.

Speaker 3 (41:25):
Stop hiring Indians in India to answer in a call center,
or Russians in Russia, or Chinese in China, or Pakistanis
in Pakistan.

Speaker 1 (41:37):
I don't want them.

Speaker 3 (41:38):
I want American call centers, American employees in American call centers.
Let Japanese be in Japanese call centers, Let Chinese be
in Chinese call centers. Let Indians be in India call centers.
Americas should have Americans who speak English.

Speaker 1 (41:55):
And by the way, you should also ban that stupid
press too. If you want this in Spanish. If you
want it in Spanish, you don't belong in my country. Okay.

Speaker 3 (42:05):
My grandparents came here and from Germany, right, and they
spoke German. And my other grandparents came from Russia and
they spoke Yiddish and Russian.

Speaker 1 (42:12):
So guess what they learned how to speak English or
they would not have survived.

Speaker 3 (42:17):
Nobody ever said in those days press one for English,
two for some other language. If you come here from
a Spanish country, a Latino country, learn how to speak English,
or go home.

Speaker 1 (42:27):
It's that simple. All Right.

Speaker 3 (42:29):
Dan Montano, the CEO of Ziecha Genesis Medicine, has been
a guest on My show many times. He's been a
guest on Real America's Voice Show many times as well.

Speaker 1 (42:38):
He's a huge hit. People love him.

Speaker 3 (42:39):
He told us about his company's medical research study and
reversing type two diabetes. Dan believes his drug or reverse
type two diabetes. He's had several trials and people have
reversed their type two diabetes. If you'd like to participate
