Single day, broadcast every single day on Patriot TV.
Speaker 1 (01:29):
That's Patriot dot TV.
Speaker 3 (01:31):
Patriot dot TV every afternoon six pm to eight pm
East Coast time. All right, lots of news. Another busy
news day, every day, every day. This is the news
that I download, and probably, if I'm lucky, I get
to this much and I never even discuss all of this.
So whether we get to most of it, I don't know,
(01:53):
Because there's just so much in the age of Trump,
just so much news. I think I'll open with the
most important. I kind of do it in kind of
my order of importance, kind of the opposite of America's
Top ten countdown, where I do it in order of importance,
and number one is the last story, right, I keep
you waiting, But here I start out with the big
story on a daily basis. On the war zone, Trump
(02:15):
declares war on the drug cartels, US enters a non
international armed conflict in an extraordinary escalation.
Speaker 1 (02:24):
That is the headline at the Daily Mail as we speak.
Speaker 3 (02:28):
President Trump has declared war on the drug cartels and
notified Congress that the United States.
Speaker 1 (02:33):
Is now in a non international armed conflict. And by
the way, what does that mean?
Speaker 3 (02:37):
Non international? It's an international conflict, isn't it. Why is
it a non international? I really have no idea what
that means. It seems like it should be an international
armed conflict. But he's saying a non international armed conflict.
This extraordinary escalation by the president follows a series of
strikes on drug smuggling vessels operated by terrorist organizations in
(02:59):
the Caribbean.
Speaker 1 (03:00):
Trump's declaration is intended to place an.
Speaker 3 (03:02):
Ironclad legal framework around any military action. According to international law,
a country may kill enemy fighters even when they pose
no threat, and detain them indefinitely without trial. Congress was
notified about the declaration of war by Pentagon officials and
a closed door briefing on Wednesday.
Speaker 1 (03:22):
It refers to cartel members.
Speaker 3 (03:24):
As unlawful combatants whose actions constitute an armed attack against
the United States.
Speaker 1 (03:30):
And I would argue that their.
Speaker 3 (03:32):
Drugs constitute war because they're killing one hundred thousand Americans
a year, most of them kids.
Speaker 1 (03:38):
These are our kids.
Speaker 3 (03:39):
They're murdering with their drugs, one hundred thousand plus a year.
As matter of fact, I think my numbers are way off.
I think they murder one hundred thousand a year just
from fentanyl. So it's like one hundred and fifty thousand
year with all drugs combined. So forget about the fact
that these gangs come to America and they kill, they murder,
they rape, they pillage. But they're also trafficking in drugs,
(04:00):
oh in trafficking, and women trafficking, and prostitutes, trafficking, in
child pedophilia. But most of all, they're killing our children
with drugs.
Speaker 1 (04:09):
This is a war. It's always been a war. It's
about time someone declared it.
Speaker 3 (04:12):
Thank you, President Trump, love you, appreciate you. You are
the best. So we are now in a war. We
have declared war. And Trumps reported to the United States
Congress word war with the Mexican drug cartels and the
Venezuela drug cartels in the Latin America, Central American drug cartels,
and that means we're at war indirectly with China because
that's who supplies them all with their fentanyl and I'm
(04:35):
sure other chemicals to make other drugs as well. Another
big news story. Remember it was only forty eight hours ago.
President Trump came up with a peace plan for Israel
and Hamas, and Israel agreed, and I think every at
this point, every Arab nation is agreed, or all the
ones that matter have agreed. Everyone agrees it's time for peace,
and everyone agrees to the terms that we're asking of
(04:57):
Hamas to surrender, and Hamas will not surrender, and I
said this forty eight hours ago. If they don't surrender,
what a brilliant move by Israel and the United States,
because now all deaths are on Hamas, right, I mean,
you've done it.
Speaker 1 (05:08):
It's all deaths on Amas.
Speaker 3 (05:10):
Look what the United States did in Japan after they
bombed us in Pearl Harbor, and this is just like
it compares very exactly to Israel being attacked on October seventh,
two years ago by Hamas.
Speaker 1 (05:24):
They killed the equivalent of sixty.
Speaker 3 (05:25):
Thousand Americans, I believe is the number twelve hundred Jews
in a little tiny nation of Israel is like killing
sixty thousand Americans.
Speaker 1 (05:33):
And Israel has been on the attack ever since. It's
self defense.
Speaker 3 (05:36):
They have every right to defend themselves. They have every
right to wipe out Amas and all the people that
were responsible for that attack, just like we had a
right to wipe out the Japanese, and we dropped two
atomic bombs on them after we fought them in war,
and about a couple one hundred thousand Americans died fighting
them on all those islands heading towards Japan, and then
finally we took Okinawa, the closest islands of Japan, the.
Speaker 1 (05:58):
One that my dad fought at and then they were
going to send my dad to war in Japan.
Speaker 3 (06:02):
We would have invade with a million troops, and they say,
we would have had a million casualties on both sides.
And instead we dropped two atomic bombs and said, here's
our terms of surrender. Now that we've killed two hundred
thousand year civilians, here's our terms of surrender. Take it
or leave it, or will invade and wipe your country out.
And they took the terms of surrender. Smart move, Japan.
Look at what happened in the year since my father's
(06:24):
rolling over in his grave. Wayne Rudy tsushi at Japanese
restaurants twice a week. So the Japanese did very well
accepting our terms of surrender. So Hamas should accept our
terms of surrender.
Speaker 1 (06:34):
Well, guess what happened.
Speaker 3 (06:36):
Hamas's military chief for jecks Trump's ceasefire plan and aims
to keep fighting. So it's all on him now when
they wipe out Hamas. And in turn, because Hamas purposely
uses the civilians as human shields, and we know undoubtedly
Israel will kill many civilians by mistake, not on purpose.
(06:56):
They'll blame Israel for genocide. It'll be all the blood
will be on the hands of Hamas. All right, now
to the other big important story in the world today,
which is the US government shutdown. And I keep saying, kiss,
keep it shut, stupid, keep it shut is the best
thing that ever happened to us. I love the shuttered government,
(07:17):
as I said, and it made headlines of conservative websites
around the country just it was either yesterday or the
day before I said that, you know what, we lose
four hundred million dollars a day when the government shut
You know what, you call that a bargain.
Speaker 1 (07:31):
It's a fantastic bargain.
Speaker 3 (07:33):
And so we should frame this as this is not
a government shutdown. It is the Democrats shut down so
that illegal aliens.
Speaker 1 (07:43):
Can get free healthcare. That's a mouthful, but that's what
we should name it, or you should.
Speaker 3 (07:46):
Call it the free healthcare for illegal aliens by Democrats
government shutdown. Make sure every time you mentioned the shutdown,
you mentioned it's all about illegal immigrants getting free healthcare
and other welfare benefits, and the American people will turn
against it.
Speaker 1 (08:02):
Democrats. Here's a headline.
Speaker 3 (08:04):
Democrats are spending money on healthcare for illegal migrants in
California alone, it's six point four billions. So stop lying
and saying that it's illegal, and we're not spending money
on illegal healthcare. That's not even illegal welfare, food stamps,
and a thousand other programs, housing allowances, aids, depended children.
Just health care for illegal migrants in California. You're spending
(08:29):
six point four billion. I'm sure that number is greatly underplayed.
They always underplay these numbers. Last week, Jadvans tweeted, Democrats
are about to shut down the government because they demand
we fund healthcare for illegal aliens.
Speaker 1 (08:43):
Democrats and the media bristle.
Speaker 3 (08:44):
That wasn't true, said democrat after democrat in the media
and on talk stations. Undocumented immigrants are not eligible to
en role in federally funded healthcare coverage under existing law
or the Democrats funding proposal. Liberal fact checkers are that
Medicaid subsidies for.
Speaker 1 (09:01):
Emergency care were trivial.
Speaker 3 (09:03):
And did not count as health coverage, but their fact
checks are wrong. In fact, last year, nationwide Medicare spending
on emergency care for undocumented aliens tripled because the state
of California used it as a method of laundering federal
money to fund a comprehensive health benefit for its unauthorized residents.
(09:24):
Medicaid is an enormously lucrative program for the states. It
gives them between one and nine dollars for every one
dollar day spend on health care benefits for eligible low
income Americans without any upper limit. Illegal immigrants are supposed
to be prohibited from receiving Medicaid, as they are from
obtaining Medicare and Obamacare, but an exception to this is
(09:45):
that states may claim federal Medicaid funding for hospitals to
provide emergency care for unauthorized immigrants, and this exception has
quickly become a significant loophole. From twenty twenty three to
two twenty twenty four, Medicaid spending on emergency services for
undocumented aliens swored from three point eight billion to nine
(10:08):
point one billion dollars. In California, the state also imposed
at tax on insurers to increase the cost of covering
Medicare beneficiaries. This allowed it to claim five billion in
federal revenues as state funds, which could be used to
extend healthcare benefits to immigrants supposedly excluded from Medicaid.
Speaker 1 (10:27):
Six other states, including.
Speaker 3 (10:29):
New York, provide comprehensive health benefits to illegal alien adults,
although they have not yet been so brazen about claiming
federal funds for the purpose.
Speaker 1 (10:38):
So this Summer's Big.
Speaker 3 (10:39):
Beautiful Bill only trim the matching rates which states can
claim for Medicaid benefits. This will reduce the share of
California's costs borne by you and me federal tax payers
from seventy percent to fifty percent, but a deeper proper remains.
The enormous and open ended discretion Medicaid gives states to
(11:00):
claim federal funding makes it hard for the Feds to
ensure that the program's expenditures are reserved only for citizens.
Speaker 1 (11:07):
Until that changes. The Democratic claim the federal.
Speaker 3 (11:09):
Money isn't being used on illegal immigrants just isn't true.
And I've got about twenty more stories a year to
back it up.
Speaker 1 (11:18):
It just isn't true.
Speaker 3 (11:19):
They're spending the money on illegals, just like they used
to say, illegals will never vote, and illegals are voting
by the millions, by the millions.
Speaker 1 (11:27):

Here's the raw truth.
Speaker 3 (11:54):
Our military dominance, our economic strength, and even our freedom
itself depends on one critical metal most Americans have never
heard of.
Speaker 1 (12:01):
Tungsten. Tungsten is the medal of strength.
Speaker 3 (12:03):
It's what hardens our tanks, powers our jet fighters, drives
our missiles, and put steel behind every round of ammunition.
Speaker 1 (12:09):
Here's the danger.
Speaker 3 (12:10):
China controls eighty percent of the world supply and ninety
percent of production. If China cuts us off, America's military power, economy,
and independence all hangs.
Speaker 1 (12:19):
In the balance. Here's the good news. We have the solution.
Speaker 3 (12:22):
Patriot Critical Minerals home to the most advanced tungsten deposit
in the entire USA of over nineteen million tons. This
is the kind of discovery that can change the game
enough to break china stranglehold on tungsten.
Speaker 1 (12:33):
There has never been a better moment to invest in tungsten.

Speaker 4 (15:07):
All right, way out the root, the root, the root.
Speaker 1 (15:09):
Is on fire. Welcome back to the show.
Speaker 3 (15:12):
I said, I had a lot of stories here about
how Democrats have lied and this really should be framed
as the Democrat government shut down to give free health
care to legal aliens.
Speaker 1 (15:23):
First of all, here we have census data.
Speaker 3 (15:26):
Census data is clear illegal aliens do improperly secure welfare benefits.
As the federal shutdown continues, the establishment media and elected
Democrats are routinely claiming that illegal aliens cannot secure taxpayer
funded welfare. And by the way, we're talking mostly about healthcare,
not welfare. But House Speaker Mike Johnson also claimed Democrats
(15:52):
give free healthcare, extend healthcare to illegal immigrants. This is
not true, as seeing an anchor said, illegal immigrants are
not eligible for federal.
Speaker 1 (15:59):
Health care programs.
Speaker 3 (16:01):
That media talking point echoes House Minority Leader Hakim Jeffries.
He says federal law prohibits the use of Medicare, Medicaid,
the Children's Health insurance program, and the Affordable Care Act
to provide health insurance in any way, shape or form
to undocumented immigrants.
Speaker 1 (16:15):
Period full stop. That's the law. That claim is.
Speaker 3 (16:18):
Being made by Democrats and by the media, and it's
a lie. Analysis of the Census Bureaus survey of income
and program participation by the Center for Immigration.
Speaker 1 (16:29):
Studies That's a mouthful tells.
Speaker 3 (16:31):
A much different story, one which, despite the best efforts
of the trumpdministration, illegal aliens do secure welfare benefits. CIS
researchers reviewed data regarding illegal immigrant EDDIT households that use
welfare programs, but more specifically the exact applicants for such welfare,
finding that illegal aliens sometimes secure cash payments, food stamps, medicaid,
(16:54):
and housing vouchers. Other members of the households, who are
usually legal residents, make up the difference. The head household
distinction is especially noticeable with medicaid, as just one percent
of illegal household heads receive medicaid, typically in emergency situations,
but receipt by other household members pushes the rate all
the way up to thirty nine percent.
Speaker 1 (17:17):
So illegal aliens most often.
Speaker 3 (17:19):
Secure welfare benefits by having their US citizen children or
relatives with whom they resign apply for benefits.
Speaker 1 (17:27):
Hence, that's why we call them anchor babies.
Speaker 3 (17:30):
They know that once you get to America, that's your
anchor to keep you here forever and gets you getting
welfare forever.
Speaker 1 (17:37):
Got it, So we win that debate.
Speaker 3 (17:41):
But the American public, I don't know if they know that,
but if they don't watch the show, they might know it.
But here's another article of Interestinla Sineloa. Cartel leader admits
to CNN that Trump's border crackdown is stifling criminal operations.
Speaker 1 (17:55):
Of the Mexican drug cartel.
Speaker 3 (17:57):
So here it is in black and white, and anybody
could figure that out. I've said for years now that
the Democrat Party is on the payroll of the Mexican
drug cartel. The Democrat Party is getting money, both contributions
and also illegal cash deposited into offshore bank accounts in
the Cayman Islands. That's why the border was kept open
(18:19):
a to give them a voting advantage. Right, the great replacement.
Replace all the white voters that vote Republican with illegal
aliens that come here to vote Democrat. And number two,
you're getting rich because they're giving you bribes in offshore accounts.
You are helping the Sinelo, a drug cartel. You're helping
every drug cartel. You're not doing it out.
Speaker 1 (18:39):
Of the goodness your heart. Okay.
Speaker 3 (18:41):
When Kamala Harris raised one point three billion against Trump's
like three four hundred million, the difference was she's getting
foreign money from China and the Mexican drug cartels in Iran,
because those are the three countries that are most helped
if a Democrat gets elected versus Donald Trump. Lots of
(19:02):
reasons why this shutdown is good. The Trump administration cancels
nearly eight billion in climate funding to blue states. Isn't
that great news? I reported that first yesterday. Great news.
The White House freezes twenty six billion in federal aid
to Democrat run states.
Speaker 1 (19:20):
Isn't that wonderful?
Speaker 3 (19:21):
We're cutting off infrastructure and green energy funding to states
led by Democrat governors.
Speaker 1 (19:26):
That's all wasted money.
Speaker 3 (19:27):
And the government shutdown is likely to cement additional FED
interest rate cuts. If you didn't love all the other stuff, boy,
everyone needs a federal excuse me, a Federal reserve FED
interest rate cut.
Speaker 1 (19:39):
And the way to get a Fed inst rate cut
is u is.
Speaker 3 (19:43):
Because of this government shutdown. The economy will get hit
a little bit. Government employees will get fired by the
thousands by Trump, and the economy will look worse and
will get a FED rate cut which helps the hire,
real estate market.
Speaker 1 (19:54):
Stock market, gold market. All right.
Speaker 3 (19:56):

I really love of course, is that he is posted
in the office. The largest single oil portrait of any
president is a portrait of the great Ronald Reagan, one.
Speaker 4 (25:32):
Of our greatest presidents. Yes, now, the last time I
was there, I've been there twice recently.
Speaker 5 (25:37):
But the second time I was there, I noticed that
there's an oil portrait of Franklin Roosevelt above the door
that wasn't there previously. And I said to a mister president,
I understand you have a bipartisan mix of presidents on
the wall, but before you end of your term, I'd
like to see that picture come down, and I'd like
to see the picture of one of our greatest presidents,
(25:58):
Richard Millhouse. Nixon go because, of course, he got a
strategic arms limitation with the Soviets.
Speaker 4 (26:04):
He opened the door to China.
Speaker 5 (26:06):
China was a dirt poor, agrarian country with no military,
no technology. Nixon had no way of knowing that thirty
years later Bill Clinton would make them a superpower by
giving them most Favored Nation trading status. Knixton who desegregated
the schools, Nixon, who unilaterally saved Israel in the nineteen
(26:26):
seventy three war. So I think those contributions should finally
be recognized. But the other thing I'd say, Wayne, is
You've never seen so much gold.
Speaker 4 (26:35):
In your life. He's got a lot of gold there
in the office.
Speaker 3 (26:37):
Well, on the topic of Nixon, I would argue that
he was the most hated Republican conservative other than Trump.
In other words, the media was out to get him
the same way they're out to get Trump. So Trump
should like him because he was kind of Trump before.
Speaker 1 (26:51):
Trump was Trump. He was so hated. I was a kid, Roger, Okay,
I was a little kid, and I.
Speaker 3 (26:56):
Used to go to school like Michael Keaton from Family Ties,
in a suit and a tie, and my teachers were
all a bunch of comedies, and.
Speaker 1 (27:03):
They all hated Nixon.
Speaker 3 (27:04):
And I would argue with them and debate with them
about Nixon, right, because I love Nixon as like an
eight year old to nine year old and ten year old.
All the teachers hated him the way that they hate
Trump today. They wanted him dead the way they'd like
to see Trump dead today.
Speaker 1 (27:17):
The way they were cheering for Charlie Kirk being dead.
Speaker 3 (27:19):
So Nixon was kind of there before Trump in that
hated category.
Speaker 4 (27:24):
What do you think there are many many analogies.
Speaker 5 (27:27):
Just as Donald Trump now who is fighting Antifa and
Black Lives Matter, Richard Nixon was fighting.
Speaker 4 (27:33):
The weather underground of the Black.
Speaker 5 (27:36):
Panthers, the Student for a Democratic Society, bombing campuses, killing people,
violent protests.
Speaker 4 (27:45):
That's very, very analogous.
Speaker 5 (27:48):
Now we both agree on one thing that Nixon's decision
to take America off the gold.
Speaker 4 (27:53):
Standard was probably, say, his greatest single mistake.
Speaker 1 (27:55):
That's the way I discussed Connelly.
Speaker 5 (27:58):
It was Governor John Connolly, then the treasure Secretary, talked
him into that his biggest and largest era. And the
two books I've written on Nixon, I acknowledge that. But
overall you had peace and prosperity. Andy fought back about
the against the deep state of his time. Now, of course, Wayne,
we know, thanks to the fact that CIA documents have
(28:20):
been classified, that the Central Intelligence Agency knew about the
break in of the Watergate in advance, that they infiltrated
the Burglar team, that four of the eight burglars were
on the active payroll and still insling to handlers and
the CIA, and that Nick Ackerman, one of the Watergate prosecutors,
knew that at the time and suppressed that information.
Speaker 3 (28:43):
It's amazing how many parallels there are. They're out to
get them, and they're out to get Trump today. It's
really quite amazing. Let's talk about indictments now of people
like James Comy, because you know, I get a lot
of fan mail, and I read every letter, Roger. I mean,
I think that's my that's my life. My shtick in
life is that I listen.
Speaker 1 (29:01):
To every single common person.
Speaker 3 (29:04):
I listen to butchers and bakers and candlestick makers, and
they have great wisdom.
Speaker 1 (29:09):
And I get all my best ideas from my fans,
and all of them love Trump. But they're upset that
there aren't more arrests.
Speaker 3 (29:16):
And of course, all these letters I'm talking about came
in in the last few weeks before we heard that
Komi was under arrest. And I hope soon, letician James
will be under indictment, and many others. I hope soon,
you know Clapper, and you name Brennan. The list is long,
and I hope eventually they twist arms and they get
up to Obama and Hillary.
Speaker 1 (29:35):
But people were mad, and I think still are mad.
Speaker 3 (29:38):
They're not seeing more indictments and more arrests, and that's
gonna be a Pambondi issue and is she the right
choice for attorney general? Just like in the first term,
Trump didn't make a great choice for a Churney general
either one of them.
Speaker 1 (29:50):
They were both bad choices.
Speaker 3 (29:52):
I think the Alabama Senator and Barr were both lousy
choices for at Churney general. So is Pambondi the right
one to go after these people? Do you think we'll
be seeing more indictments? Do you think she's tough enough?
Speaker 5 (30:05):
Well, it's an open question, Wayne, to be quite honest,
Let's be clear, thanks to the directions of the President
and the courageous actions of Tulsea Gabbard, we now have absolute, indisputable,
a stone cold proof that there was a seditious conspiracy
to engage in treason and to undo the results the
twenty sixteen election.
Speaker 4 (30:26):
Correct, that's not instigative journalism. It's not conjecture, it's not supposition.
It's now an indisputable fact.
Speaker 5 (30:32):
And we know this conspiracy was born on July seventeenth,
at twenty seventeen in an Oval office meeting with the
entire cabal that included Obama, Biden, Susan Rice, the National
Security Advisor, John Brennan, the Islamic convert communist CIA director
James Comy, the corrupt FBI director, as well as General
(30:56):
James Clapper.
Speaker 3 (30:57):
And did you matters, did you say val If you
heard surname, Valerie Jarro was probably there too.
Speaker 4 (31:02):
Right, Valerie Jarrett was there? Yeah, right, there's a yes. Indeed.
Speaker 5 (31:07):
So the question now is whether the Justice Department is
going to.
Speaker 4 (31:13):
Move on them.
Speaker 5 (31:14):
If you look at what happened in the case of
James Comy, it is only after Donald Trump decided to
fire the corrupt US attorney from the Eastern District of
Virginia who had prepared a fifty one page memo arguing
as to why Jim Comy, the FBI director, should not
be indicted.
Speaker 4 (31:34):
But Wayne, here's the.
Speaker 5 (31:35):
News that Prosecutor Eric Siebert never disclosed that his father
in law, his wife's father, was James Comy's daughter's godfather.
And that is an egregious legal conflict of interest. He
should have recuced himself from the beginning.
Speaker 4 (31:53):
He didn't.
Speaker 5 (31:53):
He was trying to cook this case. Who's trying to
kill this case? It's a very simple case.
Speaker 4 (31:59):
Why do I know?
Speaker 5 (32:00):
Because they charged call me with the same thing they
charged me with. Here's the difference. I did make mistatements
to Congress under oath, but they were immaterial. I had
no motive to lie. Why would you lie. There was
no Russian collusion to cover up. They indicted me to
try to pressure me to testify falsely against President Trump.
We talked about it at the time and I refused
(32:22):
to do that. Call Me on the other hand, specifically
lied on the narrow question of whether he had instructed
or had knowledge of others who had leaked classified information
in order to embarrass President Trump.
Speaker 4 (32:35):
And he did that and at least.
Speaker 5 (32:37):
Two occasions with Andrew McCabe and also a guy by
the name of Richmond who was a crony of his.
Speaker 4 (32:43):
Both of them said so under oath.
Speaker 5 (32:45):
So that is a material crime because it covers up
a portion of this seditious conspiracy, and only because the
President fired the prosecutor and inserted a really valiant, very smart,
very tough lawyer, woman named Lindsay Alligan. Lindsay is working
on the White House staff, very tough, never prosecuted the
(33:07):
case before, but and the media try to use that
against her.
Speaker 4 (33:11):
But I think, under enormous pressure, got.
Speaker 5 (33:14):
A jury of James Combe Spears to vote to indict him,
and now he will face the trial.
Speaker 1 (33:19):
Hey Roger, Roger to give me a five count. We're
going out. Can you stay for another segment? Don't go anywhere,
stay right there, we'll talk more about this.

Speaker 1 (36:53):
It's my hometown. I'm here with Roger Stone.
Speaker 3 (36:56):
Political strategist, best selling author, longtime associated pres Trump, advisor
to many GOP presidents, and GOP presidential candidate's host of
The Stone Zone, Stonecoldtruth dot COM's his website, and most importantly,
one of the best dressed men in the world, may
be the best dress So maybe I'm number two. He's
definitely number one, Roger Stone, How are you welcome back?
Speaker 4 (37:20):
Great to be with you as always, Wayne.
Speaker 3 (37:22):
Hey, I was gonna bring up to you that the
way they treat the way liberals treat us versus the
way we treat them. I noticed that, Yeah, Comy's indicted,
but he was allowed to turn himself in. But they
came to your house in the middle of the night
with a swat team and almost gave you and your
wife a heart attack. What a horrible thing to do
to somebody. You know, we're too nice to these people,
(37:44):
and the way they treat us is horrendous.
Speaker 5 (37:48):
Well, Wayne, I think most Americans saw the outrageousness of
twenty nine heavily armed FBI agents and full swat gear,
wearing night goggles, brandishing fully automatic assault weapons swarming my home.
They arrived in seventeen armored vehicles, a helicopter into two
(38:08):
amphibious units.
Speaker 4 (38:10):
Shows you how dangerous I am.
Speaker 5 (38:12):
When all I had to do, of course, was talked
to my lawyer. In fact, I spoke to my lawyer
the day before. We had just handed them thirty pages
of emails messages that proved definitively that I hadn't lied
to Congress. But they were interested in the spectacle. Now
what people don't know when is I was arrested at
six oh six. At sixty eleven, Sarah Murray with CNN
(38:33):
sent my lawyer by text a copy of the draft
of my criminal indictment, And although it had no court
markets or court stamps on it, it did have the
initials of the man who wrote it, Andrew Weissman, the
epically corrupt prosecutor who obviously leaked it to CNN. So
the idea that CNN was there on a haunch based
(38:55):
on investigative deal.
Speaker 1 (38:56):
That's nonsense.
Speaker 4 (38:57):
That's nonsense.
Speaker 5 (38:59):
But here's the worst. The judge gagged me. I wasn't
able to defend myself. I couldn't come on shows like
yours or go on social media and defend myself because
the judge said that I might taint the jury pool,
and therefore she took away my First Amendment rights. Now,
if the gag was to prevent me from tainting the
(39:20):
jury pool, why did she leave the gag in place
after I was convicted, and before I was sentenced, and
after I was sentenced and was.
Speaker 4 (39:28):
Waiting to be incarcerated.
Speaker 5 (39:30):
This is outrageous, But you don't see any effort to
gag James.
Speaker 4 (39:34):
Call me.
Speaker 5 (39:34):
He's all over social media saying he refuses to bend
the knee. What he refuses to do is obey the law,
and that's why he's being prosecuted.
Speaker 1 (39:43):
Well, the good news is I saw an article just today.
Speaker 3 (39:45):
It's funny you should mention Andrew Weisman, that scumbag, vicious, vicious,
horrible human being. I didn't even realize he was central
to your case. I've seen him involved in so many cases.
I hate that man. And I saw today that my
great friend of twenty years, Ed muh It said today
I think at Gateway Pundit that Ed Martin is going
after Andrew Weisman has requested certain documents from Wiseman's. I
(40:08):
hope that is true, because that is one vicious, horrible
human being.
Speaker 5 (40:13):
He is, of course the de facto head of the
Mother witch hunt. Mother was non compassmentus. He was a
figurehead long around the bend in my opinion, But it
was Andrew Weissman who got his career a lined and
cover up mob murders in Brooklyn. Then he destroyed the
Enron Corporation and Arthur Anderson, their accounting firm. By the way,
(40:36):
his convictions in that case were overturned nine to zero
by the US Supreme Court and his prosecutor misconduct was cited.
And then in the Mother investigation, once John Durham was
appointed a special counsel to investigate how the Russian collusion
OAKS began, it was Andrew Weissman who destroyed the cell
(40:56):
phone memories of all of the Weissman apart all of
the Mother investigators, including himself, which I believe is destruction
of evidence, an obstruction of justice, but of course he
has not yet been held to account for that. I
think justice is coming for Andrew Weissman. He's an epically
corrupt character. Of course, he's the main legal analyst on MSNBC.
Speaker 4 (41:20):
Wayne.
Speaker 5 (41:21):
I don't get my news from MSNBC for the same
reason I don't drink out of the toilet.
Speaker 1 (41:27):
Hey, do you think I mean?
Speaker 3 (41:29):
I love Trump? I really do, and he's as good
as we're ever going to get. But that's still not perfect.
Do you think even Trump and the people he's appointed
at the balls and I use that word because it
really is important here, the cahoneys to twist all these
arms once they indict the lower level people, the Brennan's,
the Clappers, the Komi's, the mccabes, the Weisman's, the Rosensteins,
(41:52):
will they ever twist their arms and go after the
big fish, which is Obama? Does anyone have the cahonees
to in Obama for the crime of treason which you
and I know he's a trader.
Speaker 4 (42:07):
White?
Speaker 5 (42:07):
Unfortunately it just remains to be seen. I think you
have to. I'm not an attorney, as you know, I'm honest,
but I think there may be constitutional issues in terms
of Obama, he may have community, although I would argue
that the Russian collusion HOAK is outside of his official.
Speaker 1 (42:26):
And spy spying on Trump.
Speaker 4 (42:29):
Biggest dirty trick in American political history.
Speaker 3 (42:31):
Right. If Watergate got Nixon in trouble, how could spying
listening to every word of Trump not get him in
the same trouble that Nixon got in for Watergate?
Speaker 1 (42:39):
When you and I both know Nixon didn't even do
anything in Watergate.
Speaker 3 (42:42):
They really did spy on a presidential candidate and give
the information to Hillary.
Speaker 4 (42:46):
Right. Terrible, absolutely true.
Speaker 5 (42:49):
It just remains to be seen if the president and
I think his appointment was generally speaking of it, excellent
Tolsey Gabbert, Bobby Kennedy's.
Speaker 1 (42:57):
Stuff best excellent.
Speaker 5 (42:58):
This is one of the greatest, maybe the greatest cabinet
in American governmental history.
Speaker 1 (43:03):
Hey, hey, Rod, you're giving me a five count again.
I'm sorry. We gotta run, Roger Stone.
