my latest commentary because I've seen so many articles in

the media about the fact that Vegas is dying and
it's never gonna come back. It's gone, it's finished, and
it's the most ridiculous thing I've ever read. But it
also points out red state versus blue state. What's going
on in America is going on in Vegas. So here
it is. Here's my latest commentary. The clueless media is
lying again. Las Vegas isn't dying, but, just like the

rest of America, Democrat run Vegas is in decline while
Republican run Vegas is booming. The ignorant, clueless mainstream media
has it wrong again. They're so dumb they couldn't spell
cat if I spotted them. The C and the A
day and night. Lately seeing headlines claiming Las Vegas is
in free fall, Vegas is dying, and Vegas is gone

and will never recover, all of which is gross exaggeration.
First of all, Vegas is booming and busy, just like always,
just a little less busy. Revenues are down single digits
from last year, which was one of the greatest years
in the history of Vegas. In twenty twenty four, Vegas
enjoyed the all time record largest win total in history

fifteen point six billion dollars for the state of Nevada,
not just Vegas, but the state of Nevada fifteen point
six billion dollars. Vegas hit all time record revenues for
the fourth straight year. Almost forty two million tourists visited
Vegas last year close to another all time record. Does
that sound like Vegas is dying or dead? If your

business is off single digits from the best year in
history and the four best years in history in a row,
is that is that free fall? Is that death? Is
that reason to panic? Of course, not as usual. The
media is grossly exaggerating with shocking headlines meant to attract

your attention and sell newspapers and explode TV ratings. What
a surprise. My wife Cindy and I are out to
dinner on the Vegas Strip all the time, sometimes seven
nights a week. The crowds are enormous on the Vegas sidewalks.
The casino floors are wall to wall with gamblers. The
traffic on the Strip is bumper to bumper. So no,
Vegas is not dying. It isn't collapsing, and it certainly

isn't going the way of the Etzel. But compared to
last year, the best year in history, business is down
and resorts are laying off employees. That part is true.
So what exactly is happening? Why is business down? The
mainstream media would never understand this, nor would they tell
you even if they did understand it. But this is

a Republican read versus Democrat blue situation as usual. Dumb,
clueless Democrats have screwed everything up. Democrats fail at everything
they do. They poison everything they touch. They've destroyed every
Democrat run big city in America. They screwed up the
border and illegal immigration. They screwed up inflation, they screwed
up the national debt. They screwed up our public schools.

They even screwed up the military with woke transgender brainwashing
until no one wanted to join the military anymore. Yet,
with Trump in office only a few months, the border
is secure. The National Guard is making cities safe again.
We have peaced in the Middle East. Trump's tariffs have
produced records setting monthly budget surpluses. And get this, the

US Marines just announced they've hit their recruitment goals for
the entire year twenty twenty six in just two weeks.
It's that easy for Trump and Republicans to turn things around.
Las Vegas is no different. Not all of Vegas is down,
only the Vegas Strip is down. The Off Strip and

suburban casinos and hotels in Vegas are booming. Why what's
the difference? The reason why is simple. All the major
resorts on the world famous Vegas Strip are owned and
operated by Democrats, mostly dumb Democrats from New York. MGM's
leadership is Democrats, Caesar's leadership is Democrats. Harrad's leadership is Democrats.

Wins leadership since they ran brilliant Republican billionaire Steve Winn
out of town is Democrats. Even the Venetian sold out
to New York Democrats since brilliant Republican billionaire Sheldon Adelson died.
Not only are the strip casinos run by dumb, clueless Democrats,
but most of them sold the land underneath their casino

resorts to Blackstone, a Democrat run Wall Street firm that
now charges them obscene annual one hundred million to three
hundred million dollar rent charges. But the off strip casinos
and resorts are almost all owned and operated by Republicans.
Station Casinos is booming. The Republican Fertida family owns stations.

The downtown Golden Nugget is booming. It's owned and operated
by Tilman Fertida, a cousin to the Station Casinos Furtita's
and he's or Trump, Republican who's now President Trump's ambassador
to Italy. Boyd Casinos are booming. They're run by the
Boyd family, who gives mostly to Republican candidates and packs.
South Point Casino is booming. It's run by Republican Trump

supporter Michael Gaud. Have you seen the recent red state
versus blue state breakdown? As many as twenty US states
are now either in recession or close to it, but
Texas and Florida are booming. Last I looked, I don't
have the number in front of me, but I believe
Florida has got a five percent GDP annual GDP gross
domestic product. Texas is at nine percent. They're booming. There

you have it, just like Red states versus Blue states,
the downturn and Vegas breaks down along party lines. The
Vegas Strip resorts run by dumb, clueless Democrats from New
York are all charging ripoff rates for rooms, resort fees,
parking meals, alcoholic drinks, and even a bottle of water
in your mini bar. Parking your car is now fifty

dollars a day on the strip, two martinis cost eighty bucks.
A nice meal costs five hundred. Resort fees will run
you up to one hundred dollars extra day on top
of room charges. At MGM, properties of water in your
mini bar might cost you twenty five dollars. And here's
the best one of all, MGM run by a bunch

of dumb Democrats. Now just twenty five dollars extra for
room service if you want knives, forks and napkins. I'm
not sure how else they expect you to eat, but
I guess without the extra twenty five you're supposed to
eat with your hands. This is how dumb, clueless and
arrogant democrats from New York with Ivy League degrees are. Personally,
I prefer the Mafia. They knew how to treat customers.

On the other hand, any of these offstrip and suburban
resorts owned and run by Republicans. At any of them,
the parking is free, the meals are reasonable, the room
rates are inexpensive. It's still like old Vegas. Just like
Trump has turned around American in a matter of months,
Vegas isn't dying or dead. It can recover to new
all time records in a New York minute. If only

Republicans or the mafia would take over the strip casinos
and go back to the old Vegas value formula cheap rooms,
cheap meals, free parking, and then let the tourists gamble
with all the money they saved. The media will never
get it. There are two Americas. Republican, low tax, red

state America's booming, while Democrat, high tax blue state America
is dying. And there are also two Las vegas is.
The problems in Las Vegas all come down to smart
Republicans who provide reasonable prices and value versus there's dumb,
clueless Democrats who want to rip off tourists with ridiculous prices,

and America has figured it out. So that's the Vegas story.
It's not all bad. Number one, it's not that bad
in the first place. It's just off the all time
records of the best year in history, in the best
four years in history. And number two, the fact that
it's off and a few people have been laid off
all comes down to the strip. On the strip, everyone's
a Democrat. And by the way, I don't even mention

because you run out of room in these columns. All
around the strip, nothing but democrats. Vegas is a Democrat
down in the suburbs, like where I lived Summerland, and
where I used to live Henderson, it's all Republicans. So
not only are the casinos run by Republicans, the patrons
are Republicans. And we're doing great this economy. The people
who aren't doing great are the ones who depend on government.
So during a government shutdown, I couldn't care less. Life

is good for waynel route during a government shutdown. And
now the military is gonna get paid by President Trump.
Isn't that great? Not only was he going to set
aside the tariff money to pay the military. But I
just saw a moment ago one of my friends sent
me a note. I assume it's true. He's a smart guy,
he's credible. I don't think he'd lead me wrong, but
I haven't verified it yet, But he said, one billionaire

supporter of President Trump has agreed to pay the entire
salaries of the military. One guy. I assume he a
lot of musk, but I don't know who knows. Trump
knows a lot of billionaires at mar Lago. Can you
imagine being so rich that you could afford to pay
the salaries of the entire military for a couple of
weeks or maybe a month. It's truly unbelievable. All right,

So he's trying to say that when you're seventy nine
years old and you travel outside the United States, I

the flu shot does nothing for you. It's a joke.
It's a scam. It's been that way for a thing years.
I've never taken a flu shot in my life, and
I don't get the flu. I don't ever get sick.
When I do get sick, the few times that I've
been sick in ten years on this show, I can
count on, you know, half of a hand. I've been
sick three times in the last twenty five years, and
I think twice in the last ten years since I've

done this show, and both times I did every single show.
Even with COVID, I did every single show and no
one have a new difference. So I had COVID and
I did radio, TV and podcast every day, including interviewing
President Trump. Not in person. Obviously, if I had COVID,
I'm not going to sit with President Trump and get
him sick. But he was on Zoom and I was
here and I did the interview, and nobody knew I

had COVID. So even when I do get sick, it's
it's minor. I go to work that day, it doesn't
bother me. So why would anyone take a flu shot.
I have no idea, but I know that every time
in the last thirty years. That's the reason I would
take a flu shot. Every time I meet someone who's
got the flu. You know, I'm on the phone. I'm
can't sling my business meeting Wayne. I'm sorry, I'm supposed
to meet you for lunch. I've got the flu and
it's bad, and I go, can I ask you a question? Yeah,

did you get the flu shot? And every time they go, yeah,
I got it three weeks ago. Why cause you got
the flu, you idiot? It gave you the flu. The
flu shot doesn't prevent the flu. It gives you the flu,
So why would you And even if you don't agree
with that, why would you take it? If you get
the flu and you take the flu shot, if you
don't believe the shot gave you the flu, it's certainly

didn't prevent the flu. And I don't get the flu,
and I don't take a flu shot. But at least
it's not gonna kill you. Nobody dies because they get
a flu shot. The COVID booster kills people all the time.
And President Trump just got a COVID booster. So that
scares the Bejesus out of me, you know, it really does.
Why President Trump ever allowed a doctor to talk him

into taking the COVID boosters beyond me. But I didn't

I was like, what, Oh, no, a COVID booster. Ugh,
you know, Trump is a tank bullet a china shop.
I hope he's the one guy that can get the
booster and he can beat the booster back. But we'll see.
I'm not a big fan of anyone getting that booster.
But he did get credit, I think for negotiating the

most amazing deal between Israel and Hamas that has resulted
in a ceasefire and the hostage is being handed over.
You were born in Israel, so by you're an American,
but by birth you are Israeli. And I know the
people of Israel love Trump and you could see it
when he went to Israel how they treated him. Tell
us your thoughts on this whole situation. Yeah.

Look, I'm also Israeli culturally as well. I'm very involved
in Israel. I go to Israel all the time. All
my relatives lived there, So I really feel that their
essence of their love for Trump is so genuine. They
really do love what he has done. But look at
Israel is a very conservative country. People don't realize that
they want security, they want to be able to succeed.

There's a true love of God in this country. It's
very different than America, and only in the good ways.
So I'm very happy about that. And I'm so excited
about this peace deal and the fact that the hostages
have all been returned to the living ones at least now. Interestingly,
and I don't think Amasque gets it that when you

return the dead bodies, it's just as important to the
loved ones of those who have died to receive the corpses,
and that is super important. And they're not doing that.
They're not holding their end of the bargain here, so
that's a big issue. They return only four. I understand
they're going to return another four tonight. The concern I
have is that they'll try to pull a stump like

(26:57):
they did previously, where they return a body but it
turns out that it's not the body they think they
can fools, you simply can't. And that's what's going on here,
and it's very concerning. So if they do not return
the remaining twenty four bodies, that would be considered a
serious breach of the peace cord that they have reached here,

the ceasefire agreement, and Israel would be entitled to prosecute
the war again. In Gaza and really disarm Hamas completely,
not that Amas is supposed to have any arms at
this point anyway. So look, it's only going to endure
to the benefit of Israel. At the end of the day,
Hamas is done. The corpses will come back eventually. But

it's it's so tragic how things have turned out. And
one last comment, Wayne, it's a good thing that my
rabbi had mentioned. What did they ever accomplish? What did
Hamas accomplish in this process? What did the things accomplished
anybody in the west end of Gaza after two years?

What can they really say that they accomplished On October seventh?
They did this Mayhem They I don't think they thought
pasted October seventh. But at the end of the day,
they've lost all of Gaza, They've lost Hamas, They've they've
lost any sort of support from the international world. At
this point, they Iran has collapsed, Syria has collapsed, Hezbollah
has collapsed, and it looks like there's going to be

an international body that will take over what was once Gaza.
So I'm just amazed to think I'd like to get
into their heads and say to see what they think
