Speaker 1 (00:10):
Warning the Root the Root, the Roots on fire.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
You're about to experience the most high octane pedal to
the metal controversial show of your life. Please buckle up
and hold on tightly. This station is not responsible for injuries.
This is Wayne Alan Root direct from the entertainment capital
of the world, Las Vegas. What time is it?

Speaker 1 (00:30):
It's time war war.

Speaker 2 (00:34):
Here's your host, one hundred percent raw truth, one hundred
percent American made the Warrior, Wayne Alan Root.

Speaker 3 (00:54):
All right waynel route the Root to Root Root is
on fire. What have I been doing for?

Speaker 4 (00:59):
Ten year?

Speaker 3 (01:00):
Radio TV is my tenth year with my own radio,
TV and podcast shows, and twenty years that I've been
talking politics on other people's TV and radio shows, conservative
talk shows. So twenty years on the air, ten years
my own host, and all twenty of those years. Buy gold,
Buy gold, Buy gold, buy gold. I keep telling you
to buy gold, and buy more gold, and buy even

(01:21):
more gold. And gold hit a new all time high today.
Let's see if I can find it. By the way, Umm,
I was gonna have it ready and then I forgot
So Here we Go Live TV, Here we Go Gold
is a four.

Speaker 4 (01:34):
Two hundred and twelve. Do you realize it was.

Speaker 3 (01:37):
It just broke three thousand, like months ago, and people
were like, oh, well, you can't buy it now, and
I'm like.

Speaker 4 (01:43):
No, buy all you get your hands on.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
I just called a buddy of mine who I mean,
he owns millions and millions dollars worth of gold and
knows how to get it whenever and wherever. And I said,
I'm buying even more, and I want to see what
he'd say.

Speaker 4 (01:55):
And he said, buy.

Speaker 3 (01:56):
Everything, you get your hands on, buy it all, got it?

Speaker 4 (02:00):
Buy gold.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
So Jamie Diamond, who's the CEO of Chase, the biggest
bank in the world. JP Morgan is really officially the name,
but JP Morgan Chase. He says gold can easily go
to five thousand or ten thousand, easily go to five
thousand or ten thousand.

Speaker 4 (02:16):
It traded below two thousand just two years.

Speaker 3 (02:19):
Ago, and now it's an all time record four thousand,
two hundred and nine dollars and fifty cents. I think
it went up since I just told you the number.
I think it was forty two oh two. Now it's
forty two oh nine.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
Amazing, amazing.

Speaker 3 (02:34):
Let me see what the long term price is because
I go to CNBC and they tell me the price
of gold in December contracts is forty two twenty six
seventy forty two twenty six seventy just amazing. Gold is
on the run of a lifetime. And I don't you know.

(02:54):
I'm someone who always believes tomorrow could be the day
collapses everything, not gold, but I mean anything you buy gold,
real estate, when it's at its peak, you gotta worry, right,
I'm not worried gold is going to ten thousand, maybe
fifteen thousand. Jamie Diamond says five or ten. That's the
most negative guy in the world, and he says five
or ten. Kip Perridge says, fifteen thousand. My economic guru,

(03:15):
my expert, the guy who knows says it's going to
fifteen thousand.

Speaker 4 (03:18):
How do I know he's so good? He's the guy
that's been recommending to me.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
He taught me to be a goldbug in early two
thousands when it was at three hundred and fifty dollars
an ounce three fifty. Now it's at four thousand, two
hundred and change. And every step of the way he
kept urging me by gold, by gold, by gold, Thank you,
Kip Perriage, brilliant. He says it's going to fifteen thousand,
and he thinks that may be low, it may go
to twenty, but he's gonna only say I'm guaranteeing fifteen

(03:42):
fifteen thousand. So if it's at four thousand, two hundred
it's low, that means it will more than triple from here.
And so now you go, Okay, what's the reason Gold
is like a crystal ball? Okay, now I'm getting a politics. Okay,
you know it's not a gold show. It's not a
financial show. It's not a financial advice show. But now

(04:03):
I'm getting to the reason why Gold.

Speaker 4 (04:04):
It's because it's a political show. Now it fits in.

Speaker 3 (04:08):
Gold is telling you that the world has got problems.
I've said before, I think there's a decent chance that
we're going to be involved in World War three at
the same time as a civil war inside the United States.

Speaker 4 (04:21):
I've said this for three years now. Whoever imagined World
War three, no one, who wants it?

Speaker 3 (04:26):
No one? And whoever imagined civil war again, no one,
and no one wants it. But yet we may have
both at the same time. I'm not sure how you
fight a civil war and World War three at the
same time, But it's very clear to me that we're
entering a civil war, and it's very clear to me
that we're entering World War three with Russia. Sadly, I
didn't think Russia would even be our enemy. I thought
once Trump became president, Russia would be our friend. China

(04:49):
was the enemy. But I think China's joining with Russia
and North Korea and Iran and they're going to be
our enemies, and that's going to be World War three.
But Europe desperately needs world War three.

Speaker 4 (04:58):
They're broke.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
Every country in Europe's completely broke, and the only chance
for them to survive is to get the war machine going.
So they desperately want world War three. So they're poking
the bear, literally, the bear being Russia. They're poking Putin
and like poking in the eye and smashing him in
the face. It's like I would never fight somebody. I'm

(05:20):
not a fighter unless you hit me in the face.
Once you hit me in the face, I'm gonna come
back at you and stab you twenty two times in.

Speaker 4 (05:26):
A fork at the restaurant. But you have to hit
me first. Right. They're hitting him again and again and again.

Speaker 3 (05:34):
They're poking the bear they want World War three, so
we're not gonna avoid it. I'm telling you we're just
about in World War three and Europe is going to
become a battleground. Europe will be a battleground. And the
question is will the United States be a battleground with
a civil war? And I think it's coming. I think
it's very clear it's coming. Just some examples from our

(05:55):
number one, LA County declares state of emergency over ice raids,
and they're gonna pay rent and provide legal aid with
your tax money to illegal aliens. It's insanity. This isn't insurrection,
this is a revolution. This is a civil war.

Speaker 4 (06:10):
This is a coup.

Speaker 3 (06:12):
Mexican cartels are placing bounties on the heads of the
United States federal agents, Cook County, Cook County as in Chicago,
Chief Judge bans Ice and Border Patrol for making arrests
of illegal aliens at Chicago courthouses. NRA and the Gun
Owners of America voudasue California for passing a ban on

(06:34):
block guns. So you've got these liberal states that say
illegals are great, We'll do anything to protect you.

Speaker 4 (06:41):
We'll give you all the taxpayers money.

Speaker 3 (06:42):
And We're gonna ban the good people from owning guns
to defend themselves against the illegal scumbags, the MS thirteen,
piece of human garbage that torture and murder people. They're
just like a moss. And by the way, we got
a moas in our country too, too. Illegals ram border
patrol during violent clash withs in Chicago.

Speaker 4 (07:01):
I mean, we've got insurrection all over the country.

Speaker 3 (07:05):
Supreme Court Justice Katanji Brown Jackson compares black.

Speaker 4 (07:08):
People to disabled people.

Speaker 3 (07:10):
Now keep in mind, this is not like a white
racist saying that black people are disabled or mentally disabled.
This is a black woman who said you could tell
dis a man and a woman. She's now saying black
people need to be protected because they're disabled. I've always
said that liberals hate black people, and I, as a Republican,
like black people.

Speaker 4 (07:30):
I went offer them a hand. Right to see my hand.
I'm going to offer them a hand to lift you up. Okay.

Speaker 3 (07:35):
What Democrats want to do is keep you down on
the plantation, so you are enslave to the Democrat party.
So you always vote Democrat because you need the money,
because you're always going to be broken on welfare and
food stamps. And I don't want you on any of that.
I want you to live on your own two feet
and succeed. And I believe black people can succeed no
different than white people. At brains are exactly the same,

(07:57):
but no one's giving them the chance becauseocrats keep pushing
him down. NUBACP lawyer at the Supreme Court, race based
districts needed because white Democrats that not vote for blacks.

Speaker 4 (08:09):
So what they're.

Speaker 3 (08:10):
Saying is you got to be racist and have a
district carved out just for black people, whether you like
it or not, because we don't trust that white people
will vote for blacks. It's racism everything she said Kazanji
bro Jackson racism. Everything that NAACP lawyer said, racism. Two
youths who brutally assaulted x DOJE employee Edward big Balls

(08:30):
courtestein Courstein.

Speaker 4 (08:32):
Can slap on the wrist and avoid jail time. They
beat this poor kid to within an inch of.

Speaker 3 (08:37):
His life, and the black judge let the two black
criminals out.

Speaker 4 (08:41):
I tell you we have a civil war in our country.

Speaker 3 (08:44):
Liberals against conservatives, Blacks against whites, transgender queers against straight people.

Speaker 4 (08:50):
Our nation is devolving into civil war, so.

Speaker 3 (08:54):
Jamie Dimit says goal can easily go to five or
ten thousand, and Golds hit at all time high today.
You know why gold is a crystal ball. We also
are headed for war with Venezuela. Cig of Venezuela escalates
with strategic bombers, our United States strategic bombers over the Caribbean,
as the Trump administration reportedly unleasha's CIA covert operations on Venezuela,

(09:17):
including lethal action.

Speaker 4 (09:18):
I assume we're out to kill cartel leaders.

Speaker 3 (09:21):
Letitia James, fugitive grand niece at the center of the
New York Attorney General's bank fraud rapp goes on a
fib filled Facebook grant is the lead story at the
New York Post. Her fugitive grand niece. This Letitia James,
who I think is a criminal, and her criminal grand
niece at the center of a federal indictment against New
York Attorney General posted a Facebook post filled with lies

(09:44):
after her extensive criminal record became national news for all
inquiring minds. No, I'm not in trouble, having been in
years at all, wrote Nakiat.

Speaker 4 (09:53):
Thompson thirty six.

Speaker 3 (09:55):
She claimed her extensive rap she dating back in early
twenty years, including two charges assaulting cops.

Speaker 4 (10:00):
Isn't that perfect? Letitia James niece assaulted cops, was old
as hell and fabricated.

Speaker 3 (10:10):
Very much, an active mother to my children every day,
work every day, very much in college, about to graduate
with my BA in sociology with a minor in criminal justice.
She wrote, omitting that she was arrested for felony larceny
with her kids with her as recently as twenty nineteen.
She chided gospeers for always focusing on the negativity regarding

(10:32):
her past, which includes four citations racked up in a
single day in July, including speeding eighty and a fifty
five zone. I don't worry too much about that, but
four in one day, that's, you know, mental illness.

Speaker 4 (10:45):
I'm doing my thing. I walk with my head held high.

Speaker 3 (10:48):
She's been living in Leticia James house. That's the center
of the fraud. This is the family that Ltitia has.
Democrat lawmakers seen on video storming the Speaker's office, perating
capital officer and messing with signs.

Speaker 4 (11:02):
Tore down a sign, this will happen Tuesday night. Last night.

Speaker 3 (11:05):
They're all crazy, they're all rioters. They are all insurrectionists.
This is a coup, this is a revolution, This is
a civil war. Get ready for Civil war and World
War three.

Speaker 4 (11:17):
At the same time. I don't want it, but I
do want.

Speaker 3 (11:19):
A national divorce. Red states, Blue states can't live together anymore.
I will not even compromise with these people, their animals,
their enemies, their communists, They're traders.

Speaker 4 (11:30):
All right, We'll be back in a second. Right here
on War Zone with Wayne Allenroot. It is the official
podcast The Gayweight Punnit.

Speaker 3 (11:38):

You can email me anytime Wayne Root at gmail dot com.

Speaker 4 (11:44):
We shall return, all right, a special treat for you.

Speaker 3 (11:52):
I want to introduce you to a real hero of
the American energy industry, a legend, Mark Brunner, founder and
CEO of Lost Soldier Oil and Gas in the United States.
Lost Soldier is the last major BCGA basin centered gas accumulation.
This is code for a monster field where gas or

(12:13):
oil is in a basin, which makes the drilling and
production much easier. Mark, you're a llegend in the oil industry,
in the gas industry.

Speaker 4 (12:21):
Tell us about your track record.

Speaker 5 (12:23):
Well, I'm a second generation oil and gas guy. My
father in the early nineteen fifties started a company called
tech Star. It later became Texas Oil and Gas. When
it sold out to US Steel, it was the largest
independent in the world. Dell High Pipelines was the largest
gas distribution system in the United States when it sold
out to a US Steel. I worked with him for

(12:43):
four years. I've been in the oil and gas ever since.
You would probably know me better as this chairman of
Ultra Petroleum, and Ultra had a pretty good track record,
which you're very familiar with.

Speaker 3 (12:56):
I think, well, I think ten thousand dollars investor in
Ultra turned it into thirteen million dollars. Is that correct
in the nine year run of your publicly traded company.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
Yeah, at the high that's true.

Speaker 4 (13:07):
Ten thousand dollars turned into thirteen million.

Speaker 3 (13:09):
That means one hundred thousand dollars turn into one hundred
and thirty million.

Speaker 4 (13:12):
That's an incredible track record.

Speaker 3 (13:14):
Now tell me why this deal lost, Soldier. This project
is so special. I hear about projects and deals all
the time. What makes this one special?

Speaker 4 (13:24):
Mark?

Speaker 5 (13:25):
What's special about this is all the other basines of
the United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty years.
What they are. This one could not be drilled because
there was a uranium mine out here. Until it was
reclimated three years ago, no one could drill it. This
is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with billions
of dollars of infrastructure that at this point eighty five

(13:46):
percent empty.

Speaker 1 (13:47):
So we made this discovery.

Speaker 5 (13:49):
We are the only operator in this field, and right
now we can see that we've got enough room for
five hundred horizontal wells out here with what we drilled
so far. Very it's the new basin in the United States,
and as far as I'm concerned, this is an order
of magnitude bigger than Ultra Petroleum, the one that I did.

Speaker 4 (14:09):
All right.

Speaker 3 (14:10):
The website is Lost Soldier dot com. Pretty simple stuff,
Lost Soldier dot com. The project forty thousand acres took
forty years to piece together. It's called Lost Soldier Oil
and Gas LLC. That's the company that's the project. But
the website Lost Soldier dot com. If you're an a
credit investor, Mark wants to hear from you. If you

Speaker 1 (14:44):
Thank you Wayne. Good to see you again.

Speaker 3 (15:09):
All right, swad al Ruth the root, the rout, The
Root's on fire. I got so much more to tell you.
Let me make sure I thank VRA. I neglect to
do that in segment number one because we ran out
of time. When I get in one of my root rants,
I don't like to cut it short, so I kept
going with my thoughts. But I want to mention VRA
Vertical Research Advisory, the best global investment in economic newsletter

(15:29):
on the planet Earth. My buddy, Kip Perriage, my buddy
of twenty five years or so.

Speaker 4 (15:34):
This newsletter has been out there for.

Speaker 3 (15:36):
Twenty two years, and I've been following, getting it every
morning in my email inbox for twenty two years, and
making money with this guy for twenty two years, and
really now making a fortune.

Speaker 4 (15:46):
He's on the hot streak of a lifetime.

Speaker 3 (15:48):
VRRA portfolio up forty one point eight percent just this
year in the nine months that ended in September. Shout
Me ended in August so year in February March April, May, June, July, August.
The eight months that ended in August, he was up
eighty one point eight percent. Or no, well, I am

(16:09):
doing my math wrong. I was right the first time
because the third quarter ended in September, Right, you have October, November,
December is the fourth quarter.

Speaker 4 (16:16):
Yeah, so actually it.

Speaker 3 (16:17):
Was the first nine months of the year. He was
up forty one point eight percent. I was right the
first time. And this is the guy that made me

Democrat candidate for California governor, has asserted that biological males
who have undergone physical transitions should compete in women's sports,
and even suggested that the twenty twenty eight LA Olympics

(16:59):
should be made gender neutral. This is what you're dealing
with and I cannot be in the same country with
these people. I cannot compromise with these people. They're crazy,
They're mentally ill. Betty Yee, you're a nut job.

Speaker 4 (17:15):
You know. I can't curse, I will not lower myself
to curse.

Speaker 3 (17:18):
But you are an effing nut job, crazy, nutty woman,
and I want nothing to do with you.

Speaker 4 (17:24):
I don't want to be in your country anymore. You're
so crazy. These people are nuts.

Speaker 3 (17:29):
Clinton, Judge, Batard, do we have.

Speaker 4 (17:33):
Some more articles sitting in there? I think there are.

Speaker 3 (17:36):
I think I printed out some new ones, didn't I know?
Oh well, maybe you already game to me. Clinton Judge
blocks the Trump administration from firing federal workers during the
Schumer shutdown. So this is how our country has been
taken over. The government is owned by Democrats one hundred percent,
all the government employees, all the guvernment bureaucrats, and the
media is owned by Democrats, and social media is mostly

(17:57):
owned by Democrats, and Hollywood's owned almost a hundred percent
by Democrats, and the universities run by Democrats in the
public school system are run by Democrats.

Speaker 4 (18:06):
So all the people.

Speaker 3 (18:06):
Teaching you Madison Avenue is all Democrats, all the people
that are teaching you and brainwashing you are Democrats, and
all the judges are Democrats. This is what we're fighting.
We're like a salmon swimming upstream. This is what we're fighting.
Every time you hear about a judge stopping Trump, ninety

(18:27):
eight percent of the time, it's a Democrat.

Speaker 4 (18:29):
It's a Clinton judge, it's a Biden judge.

Speaker 3 (18:31):
It's an Obama judge ninety eight percent of the time,
and then like two percent of the time, and I'm
probably being generous's probably ninety nine versus one, But two
percent of the time it's a Republican rhino who is
also a pro government, big government Republican who you know,
they're all part of the government employees unions. They all

(18:52):
want more government. So even though they have an R
after their name, it doesn't matter. They're not at our team.
Not at our team, thank god, CN and Tarry Enton
is warning Democrats chances of taking the House in twenty
twenty six has plummeted. Your chances of taking the House
in twenty twenty six Democrats has plummeted. And the reason

(19:13):
why is because all of these reasons they're crazy. Anybody
can see they're crazy right. They want transgenders in the Olympics.
Here's the story I was trying to reach for when
I was with Alan Jerschwitz. Here it is US student
group calls for death to Zionist collaborators as Hamas carries
out brutal executions across Gaza. Students for Justice in Palestine,

(19:38):
the Anti Israel Student Organization in the United States is
calling for death to all collaborators. If you're disloyal to Hamas,
kill you, stone them, murder them, throw them off a building.

Speaker 4 (19:54):
This is in the United States. We got to deport
them all straight to Gaza.

Speaker 3 (19:57):
They all deserve to spend the rest of their life
living gods, and they would deserve to be breathing American
air or walking on American soil.

Speaker 4 (20:04):

Speaker 4 (21:59):
All right, the Vegas. You know it's funny. I wrote
a commentary yesterday. I got to read it. I've made
some changes to it.

Speaker 3 (22:05):
I wrote it, I read it to you raw on
this show, But the general gist was a they're all lying.
Vegas is not dying. It's jammed. Any casino you go
to as jammed. It just maybe a little bit less
than a year ago. Because a year ago we had
all time record profits in the history of Las Vegas,
and it was the fourth straight year that set records.

Speaker 4 (22:25):
So it's a little bit down.

Speaker 3 (22:26):
But the area that's down is the Strip, which is
all run by Democrats. Every Strip hotel is controlled by Democrats.

Speaker 4 (22:32):
And the areas that.

Speaker 3 (22:33):
Are booming are all the suburbs, and all the non
strip hotels are basically run by Republicans, and they're all
booming because they give you cheap booze and cheap meals
and cheap rooms and free parking and all the ones
on the strip were dying, you know, down from last year.
They're not dying, but they're down from last year because

(22:53):
they're too damn expensive and the parking costs too much,
and the drinks cost too much.

Speaker 4 (22:57):
And the food cost too much.

Speaker 3 (23:00):
And everybody agreed with me. I got like seventy responses today.

Speaker 4 (23:03):
That's a lot. Seventy.

Speaker 3 (23:04):
Yeah, I'm seventy and oh all seventy said on the
money Poll's eye. You're exactly right, you got it down.
That's how Vegas is doing badly. But we're certainly not dying.
We're still busy. We're still crowded, lots of crowds of
people on the street and the casinos everywhere, bumper to
bumper traffic.

Speaker 4 (23:22):
Good Night on the Strip.

Speaker 3 (23:23):
Lost Soulder Oil and Gas is the sponsor of this
guest segment. My good buddy James Breslow is hanging on
civil rights attorney and he will be talking about what's
going on in California with Pacific Palisades and the fires.
We'll get to him in just a second. Let me
mention Lost Solder Oil and Gas our sponsor. It's the
golden age of Trump, prosperity and it's all about making

(23:45):
America the energy capital of the world. Enter lost soldier
oil and gas. This one project could fulfill that goal.

Speaker 4 (23:52):
It took forty years to piece together.

Speaker 3 (23:54):
It's forty thousand acre giant gas discovery could be the
largest oil and gas discovery that it's the Premium Basin
with a forecast projecting the first twenty five wells to
produce four hundred million cubic feet per day of natural gas.
You heard me, four million cubic feet per day of
natural gas and by twenty thirty five, targeted production of

(24:15):
over a billion cubic feet per day. And this is
all about the surge and AI data centers which are
using up so much energy. This is is how we
power the AI future of America with clean natural gas.
Headed by oil and gas legend Mark Bruner, whose previous
public companies delivered spectacular returns for investors at their peaks.

(24:35):
Pennaco Energy grew about one hundred to one for investors.
That was his company, So if you put in a dollar,
you got back one hundred, and Ultra Petroleum grew about
one thousand to one. If you put in a dollar,
you got back a thousand. As a matter of fact
that it's peak. If you put in ten thousand, you
got back thirteen million, one of the greatest hits in
Wall Street history in the nineties. To learn more about

All right, James Breslow's with US civil rights attorney in La,
host of the Hidden Truth Show podcast, founder of real Cast,
the new media company, and James, I think you're headed
to Washington, DC as well, Right, is that not correct?

Speaker 7 (25:25):
Well, the government's cut down right now is slowing that
down a bit.

Speaker 1 (25:28):
But knock on wood.

Speaker 7 (25:30):
When the Democrats stop worrying about healthcare for illegals and.

Speaker 1 (25:37):
I decided to reopen the government.

Speaker 7 (25:38):
Yes, I'm expecting a post to be waiting for me
there at the DOJ.

Speaker 4 (25:42):
Very good. All right, well, good luck to you.

Speaker 3 (25:45):
My good buddy is Deputy Assistant DA Deputy Assistant DA
Deputy Assistant Attorney General of the United States, Ed Martin,
who's also the chief part of the Attorney of the
United States, and also the special prosecutor against Letitia James
and Adam Schiff and Ed Martin's a great friend of mine.
I don't know if you will be doing any work
with him or under him, but Ed is my good
buddy and I just was in Washington with him on

(26:07):
last Monday. I was at the Oval Office for a
presidential visit with mister Trump and then I ran over
to the DOJ to see my buddy Ed Martin.

Speaker 1 (26:16):
Awesome. Yeah, no, there's great things happening at the DOJ.

Speaker 7 (26:19):
All the crap that's been happening in prior years is
getting reversed, hopefully. I'm going to be in the Civil
Rights Division, which is going, which is in the process
of turning around the direction of this country and being
very concerned about what DEI obviously has done in our
military and in the private sector and in our universities.
I mean, just destroying meritocracy, and the prior Civil Rights

(26:42):
Division wasn't focused on that, and this one is right.

Speaker 3 (26:45):
I mean the government, companies, colleges, they were all focused.
Oh wow, James is a bright guy. Wayne Root is
a bright guy. We don't want them. We want to
make sure that we let in people that do not.

Speaker 4 (26:56):
Have good records.

Speaker 3 (26:57):
But they're black, they're Latino, they're gay, their transgender.

Speaker 4 (27:01):
It's madness.

Speaker 3 (27:02):
How anybody could think that's the way you run a company,
a country, a military, or a college. Is beyond a
college admission or just the college. How about the deans
and all the professors. They're all de too, so it's
both running the college and running admissions.

Speaker 4 (27:16):
Who gets into the college.

Speaker 3 (27:18):
How anyone could think that would be good for the country,
good for the world. I have no idea, but we
were doing it for years. How about TV commercials For
a while there, James, all my fans were commenting to me, Wayne,
there's no white people left in TV commercials.

Speaker 4 (27:32):
Everyone's black or gay. Everyone. It's bizarre. I have nothing
against black.

Speaker 1 (27:38):
Everyone is in an interracial marriage all of a.

Speaker 3 (27:39):
Sudden, right right, everyone. The only way you saw a
white man is he's married to a black woman. That's
the only reason the white person made it in a commercial.
All right, let's talk about more important things. All of
that is ending, I hope, and I think. But your
house almost burned down, and you wrote a column at
foxnews dot com. My house almost burned down in Pacific
Palisades fire, and the alleged arsonist is not who I blame,

(28:04):
So tell my fans who do you blame.

Speaker 7 (28:08):
Well, unfortunately, we're not changing the subject because we're going
to be talking about DEI because that is essentially what
I blame for the fire. But yeah, this arsonist, it's
a really interesting story.

Speaker 1 (28:21):
I don't know how much people, how close the people.

Speaker 7 (28:23):
Followed it, but it's another crazy whack job in the
US doing something crazy.

Speaker 1 (28:28):
You know, that's a whole nother subject.

Speaker 7 (28:30):
But this guy is just a goold fashioned arsonist that
thought it would be fun to light the brush on
fire in the surrounding mountains here and then called nine
one one and have a good time. He actually even
offered to help the firefighters. He's the one that called
nine one one, So he's a looney bin. However, that

(28:50):
was on January first. The fire that burned down six
thousand homes happened on January seventh, and it turns out
the FEDS have determined that was a reign ignition of
the January first fire. And it turns out that it's
very common when you have brush fires that it's very
hard to put them out entirely because we're so overgrown

(29:11):
with brush. Because Newsom won't do anything about job that
it's hard to put it out. So what do you do?
You go back every day and you keep an eye
on it. What did the La Fire Department do? They
went back the next day pick all their hoses home
and that's the last time that they inspected that property
until January seventh, when it had reignited, this time in

(29:34):
conditions of very strong winds, which then they weren't able
to contain this one like they would They were able
to win six days earlier and James.

Speaker 3 (29:44):
James and at the moment it reignited in bad conditions,
I mean, one of the worst win.

Speaker 4 (29:48):
Conditions in the history of La.

Speaker 3 (29:50):
Where was the mayor in Africa? Just exactly, you just
can't believe this stuff, right Africa? What's the mayor of
Vla got to do with Africa? Why she there in
the first place?

Speaker 7 (30:02):
Well, and this is after she promised during the campaign
that she would not make a single international trip that
was a campaign.

Speaker 1 (30:09):
Pledge and instead weighing this was.

Speaker 7 (30:12):
Her fifth international trip that she had been on, this
one for the inauguration of the President of Ghana.

Speaker 1 (30:21):
What the hell does that.

Speaker 7 (30:21):
Have to do with La, and we know that inaugurations
are just a big party. She was at a cocktail
party at the time that she learned about the fire.
She's running the second largest city in America. You would
think that would be enough for her, the sheer responsibility
that comes with that, that she would spend every waking
hour thinking about this city and all the issues that
it has, and she has no problem jetting off halfway

(30:45):
around the world to Ghana, also being aware that the
Weather Service had already issued a fire alert for that time.

Speaker 3 (30:51):
So, by the way, even I knew I live in
Las Vegas, and even I knew that LA was facing
what they claim was maybe the worst win conditions in
the modern history of Los Angeles since they've been keeping records.
They said it was going to be like one hundred
hundred and twenty mile pair of winds.

Speaker 4 (31:06):
They'd never seen anything like that. So I knew that
was coming.

Speaker 3 (31:10):
So she knew that was coming, and yet she got
on the plane and left for Ghana. It's amazing. This
brings a few questions to mind. So let me ask
a couple of things. So first of all, are you
back in your house again?

Speaker 4 (31:21):
You live there again?

Speaker 7 (31:23):
Yeah, So my house survived primarily because my neighborhood was
one of the first to be hit, you might remember,
and there was actually water at the time to put
out the fires. We're learning now through this federal investigation
and also the civil lawsuit that's going on against the
state and the city, that they ran out of water
sometime in the afternoon. There was already reports. This is

(31:46):
only like four hours into firefighting. They're already have hygrants
that have run dry. So but my neighborhood was hit early.
We had firefighters and they put it out, and the
majority of my neighborhood survived. So when you have water,
neighborhoods survive. When you run out of water, they burn
to the ground and the right.

Speaker 3 (32:04):
But I'm surprised you're able to get back in your house.
I'm surprised you can live in that house because I
heard most people who you know, there'd be a hundred
houses gone and one survived somehow the fire jumped over
theres But none of them can go back in those
houses because the toxins from the fire is so bamed
the neighborhood.

Speaker 4 (32:21):
That you can't breathe your house, your neighborhood isn't like that?
Is that the deal?

Speaker 1 (32:27):
Essentially?

Speaker 4 (32:28):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (32:28):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (32:29):
If I was the only home standing on my street,
I don't think I'd be back in my home.

Speaker 1 (32:33):
But my street only one home burned street behind me four,
So yeah, mine did very well well.

Speaker 7 (32:40):
But but nonetheless, even in my neighborhood where over half
of the homes are standing, for the standing homes, I
would say, only about twenty five percent of the people
come back and something it is out of being very
concerned about the toxins. I'm just somebody who's less concerned
about toxins than other people, and we decided to move back.

Speaker 4 (32:58):
I can't believe you're talking to me without a man.
Oh my god, I'm surprised you're not under arrest in California.

Speaker 3 (33:03):
Hey, James, can you stay for another segment. We're going
to a break real quick. Keep you on there for more. Okay, good.
I want to hear more about this story.

Speaker 4 (33:09):
It's fascinating to me.

Speaker 3 (33:10):
I used to live in Malibu, California, thirteen years, so
it's totally.

Speaker 4 (33:14):
Fascinating to me.

Speaker 3 (33:14):
And by the way, I've been gone twenty three years,
and both homes I lived in Malibu I burned to
the ground in the time I've been gone, So if
I'd stayed there, I would be in a very bad situation.
James Breslow will be right back with our favorite civil
rights attorney.

Speaker 4 (33:28):
I'm way now, be right back.

Speaker 7 (33:33):

In the break, I want to mention you real quick
before you get back to James Breslow. U. No sitting
president in the history of America has ever attended a
Supreme Court argument ever in history. And Donald Trump is
announced he's going to be sitting in the audience watching
the Supreme Court when they debate tariffs. Expect me there,
he said. I love this guy, He's the greatest. This

segment sponsored by Great Patriot Store. If you're sick and
tired of supporting world companies, have great news for you.
You don't have to anymore. This is not only a
non woke company, this is the anti wo company.

Speaker 4 (37:24):
But it's also the answer to inflation.

Speaker 3 (37:27):
They make hundreds of household and personal products you're already
buying at your local supermarket or Amazon or Costco or Walmart.
But they make their own version that costs much less,
so you beat inflation. And they make it higher quality,
no toxic chemicals, healthy for you and your kids, all
made in the USA, delivered.

Speaker 4 (37:44):
Rights your door at incredible prices.

Speaker 3 (37:46):
Twenty thousand American families joining every month, Over two million

(38:07):
no antibotics, no COVID vaccines, no mRNA ever. But like
Costco Sam's Club, you got to become a member. And
right now it's one dollar to be a member.

Speaker 4 (38:15):
How about that?

Speaker 3 (38:16):
One dollar unlocks all the savings and all these great products.
One dollar plus you get one hundred dollars in free
store credit to start. Quote a great Patriots Store dot com.
Great Patriotstore dot com. My wife and I do so
much shopping there, all right. James Breslow with us a
civil rights attorney, last segment of hour two, and then
our day is up for today. Tomorrow, by the way,

(38:37):
I'll be interviewing Eric Trump, civil rights attorney in La.
James Breslow, host of The Hidden Truth podcast, founder of
real Cast, a new media company. We've had a great
day today. We had Alan Jerschwitz before you, and tomorrow
we got Eric Trump. And in between James Breslow with
a fascinating story. I love you know, I mean, I
hate the fact that your house almost burns the ground,

(39:00):
But I love this story because it just shows how
incompetent and hard it is to live among liberals liberal leadership.

Speaker 4 (39:07):
It just doesn't work. So who do you blame?

Speaker 3 (39:09):
Let's get to the core of it. Do you blame
the mayor? Do you blame the governor? Do you blame
the Coastal Commission? Who takes the real blamers?

Speaker 4 (39:18):
It's shared by all of them. For the Pacific Palace
Ads fire.

Speaker 7 (39:21):
Well, in my piece, I point out Newsom primarily for
not properly caring for.

Speaker 1 (39:26):
California's for us. You know, he enjoys these fires.

Speaker 7 (39:29):
Because he likes to point to them as a proof.

Speaker 1 (39:32):
That climate climate sha exists.

Speaker 7 (39:34):
Yeah, because the earth is two degrees warmer, suddenly forced
just bursting into flames, even though in Arizona they don't
have this problem. And it's a hell of a lot
hotter in Arizona than it is in California.

Speaker 1 (39:47):
So that's Newsom's role in this. And then Bass we already.

Speaker 7 (39:51):
Touched on the fact that she's a totally negligent mayor
jetting off to Ghana and other places around the globe
rather than caring for her city. And then we talked
about DEI because that plays a big role in this,
because if you look at the people that she had
in place, it's hard not to come to the conclusion
that these were DEI hires, for.

Speaker 1 (40:13):
Instance, the lesbian fire chief fire.

Speaker 7 (40:16):
Chief, right, so we're supposed to believe that she was
the most qualified, and she's the one that her fire
department is the one that failed to keep an eye
on this where that fire, where the brush fire had been,
failed to deploy any trucks whatsoever to prepare for this fire. Now,

(40:37):
she rightly complained afterwards that her budget had been cut
by seventeen million dollars, and that's true. The mass administration
cut the fire department's budget while increasing homeless spending to
one point three billion dollars and.

Speaker 1 (40:55):
Taking seventeen million from the fire department.

Speaker 7 (40:57):
So we have the same number of fire stations that
we had in the nineteen sixties. We got all kinds
of fire trucks that are out of commission because they
don't have the money to fix it.

Speaker 4 (41:08):
I actually saw story and you've.

Speaker 7 (41:10):
Got a city that doesn't focus on the basic needs
of its residents.

Speaker 3 (41:13):
I saw stories about fire departments falling apart, that their
toxic mold inside them, and that the entire building was
falling apart. In La, they don't have money to even
fix them when they're broken, the few that they've got.

Speaker 4 (41:26):
And the one thing you didn't.

Speaker 3 (41:28):
Mention is, I know they increased homeless spending dramatically well,
cutting seventeen million from fire budget, but they to my
knowledge I seem to remember at the time, I also
read that they dramatically increased DEI spending. So it's just
you know, inside the government of city hall and all.
And of course there's no water in the reservoirs, and
of course my understanding living in Malibu for thirteen years,

(41:50):
they always the fire department always prepositions fire trucks when
the wind is blowing, even though there.

Speaker 4 (41:57):
Is no fire.

Speaker 3 (41:58):
They have them standing by red in the areas that
could burn. And they didn't do that this time, probably
because the lesbian fire chief is not qualified for the job.

Speaker 7 (42:08):
Yeah, or the Hispanic female who was head of the
LA Department.

Speaker 1 (42:12):
Of Water and Power, huge.

Speaker 7 (42:15):
Organization, she had zero experience on lily water before this job.
And they're the ones that, as you point out, allowed
the reservoir that was built to fight fires, to be empty.

Speaker 1 (42:27):
For a year, leaving us with very little.

Speaker 7 (42:31):
About five percent of the water that we should have
had is all we had, and that's why it ran
out by that afternoon.

Speaker 3 (42:37):
Right, and therefore no water pressure for the fireman. James Breslow,
civil rights attorney, host of The Hidden Truth Show podcast,
founder of real Cast, the new media company. And hopefully
soon when the government shut down, and when the Schumer
government shutdown for illegal alien healthcare, free healthcare, it's finally over,
we'll be joining the DOJ and fighting on our behalf.

Speaker 4 (42:59):
At the Civil Rights Division. Thank you, James, Thank you, buddy.

Speaker 1 (43:04):
Appreciate Wayne, not a good one.

Speaker 3 (43:06):
