with my Las Vegas commentary, which is the same one
i opened my Real America's Voice show with, by the way,
and I've made some changes to the one that I
came out with a few days ago. It's title Las
Vegas Isn't Dying, but just like the rest of America,
Democrat run, Vegas is in decline.

While Republican run. Vegas is booming.

And here's why we've all seen the NonStop headlines claiming
Vegas is in free fall, the Vegas economy is collapsing,
Vegas is dying, Vegas is finished and will never recover.

All of which is a gross, gross, gross exaggeration.

As usual, the ignorant, clueless mainstream media has it all wrong.
They're so dumb they couldn't spell cat if I spotted
them the sea in the A. First of all, Vegas
is plenty busy, just like always, just a little less busy.

Than last year.

Revenues are down single digits from last year, which is
one of the greatest years in the history of Vegas.

Way I hear it is profits are actually up this
year and it'll be the number one profit year in
the history of Las Vegas. But in twenty twenty four,
Nevada Casinos enjoyed the all time record largest win total
in history fifteen point six billion, and the Las Vegas
Strip hit all time record revenues for the fourth straight year.
Almost forty two million tourists visited Vegas, close to another

all time record. Does that sound like Vegas is dying?
Or dead or finished. If your business is off single
digits form the best year in history and the four
consecutive best.

The truth is although Vegas is down this year, this
will finish up is one of the best years in

as usual. The media is grossly exaggerating with shocking headlines
meant to sell newspapers and explode TV ratings. What a surprise,
It's like a scripted reality TV show. But compared to

last year, the best year in history, business is down
and Vegas casinos are in fact laying off employees. That's
all true, So what exactly is going on? Why is
business down this year? The mainstream media would never understand this,
but this is another classic case of Republican success versus

Democrat failure. The Vegas brand is perhaps the most famous
and valuable in the world. No one could screw that up,
right wrong. Democrats poison everything they touch. Democrats have destroyed
every big city in America. They screwed up the border
and illegal immigration. They screwed up inflation, They screwed up
the national debt. They screwed up our public schools. They

even screwed up the military with wooke transgender brainwashing.

just announced they've hit their recruiting goals for the year
twenty twenty six in the first two weeks of their
recruiting year. It's that easy for Trump and Republicans to
turn things around. Las Vegas is no different. Not all
of Vegas is down this year. Only the Vegas Strip
is down. The off Strip and suburban casinos that I
go to in Vegas are booming, bustling, jammed.

Why what's the difference? The reason why is simple.

All the major resorts on the world famous Vegas Strip
are owned and operated by either Democrats or New Yorkers.
I know, I repeat myself. They are run by mostly
ivyly educated Democrats or right or Republicans from Wall Street
who know nothing about gambling or the hospitality industry. MGM
is run by Democrats, Caesar's run by Democrats, Horra's is

run by Democrats. Win is run by Democrats since they
ran brilliant Republican billionaire Steve Winn out of town. Even
Venetians sold out to Apollo Global Management, based in New
York since the death of brilliant Republican billionaire Sheldon Adelson.
Not only are the strip casinos run by dumb, clueless,
Ivy League Democrats, but most of them sold the land

under their casino resorts to Blackstone, a Wall Street firm
that now charges them obscene annual one hundred million to
three hundred million.

That's right, since they sold the land under their casinos. Now,
these billion dollar strip casinos pay rent to New York landlords,
but the offstrip casinos and resorts are almost all owned and.

The Downtown Golden Nugget is booming. It's owned and operated

Casinos are booming. They're run by the Boyd family, who
gives pretty evenly to both sides, but slightly more to

Republican candidates and packs. South Point Casino's booming. It's run
by Republican Trump' supporter Michael Gaughn. Circa Casino's booming gets
run by Derek Stevens, who gives evenly but.

Ever rally right after he won the presidential election in

but Texas and Florida are booming. Most Southern states are

party lines. The Vegas Strip resorts run by dumb, clueless
Democrats and or New Yorkers who know nothing about gambling
or the hospitality industry. All they know is cold hard
dollars and cents, and so they're all charging ripoff rates
and people are sick of it. Parking your car is
now fifty dollars at any strip hotel, two martiniz costs

eighty dollars. Can you believe that a nice meal costs
four or five hundred? Resort fees will run you up
to one hundred dollars extra a day on top of
room charges and MGM property is A bottle of water
in your mini bar might cost you twenty five dollars.
And here's the craziest ripoff of all. MGM, run by
a bunch of dumb democrats, now charges twenty five dollars

extra for room service.

I guess this is how dumb, clueless, arrogant democrats from
New York with ivy League degrees treat customers personally.

to run a casino. On the other hand, at any

The parking is free, the meals are reasonable, the drinks

movie theaters, bowling alleys, food courts, and babysitting the things
that average people want. Anyone could afford a fun night

out on the town at these suburban Vegas casinos.

of months, Vegas isn't dying or dead or finished. It

to the old Vegas winning formula and that's not Formula
one race cars talking about cheap rooms sheep meals, cheap drinks,

free parking, and then encourage the tourists to gamble with
all the money that they've saved. The media will never
get it. There are two Americas. Low tax, low cost
of living, Red state America is booming, while high tax,
high cost of living blue state America is dying.

reported those losses yesterday and the stock market today went
up three hundred points. So I'm just laughing because like,

And now you believe that this could be even bigger
and better than Ultra Petroleum. How do you beat something
where a ten thousand dollars investment eventually grew to thirteen
million each ten thirteen million? How could this be bigger
and better and more special than that?

Well, I think the answer to that is that this
is a basiin that has never been drilled. I mean,
we've known for fifty years where all the basis are,
and every single one of them have been drilled except
this one. And because there was a uranium mine out here,
and whenever three Mile Island melted down, the burial of

land Management I did not to let anyone drill it
until it was reclamated. So three years ago I got
a call. Because I did Ultra, they wanted me to
drill this, and because they got the permit, the reclamation
in the mind was finished, and we drilled it. And
as they say, the rest is history. It's certainly by
far the biggest thing I've ever found. And you know

I'm not saying it'll be you know, ten thousand will
go to thirteen million. I can't tell you with great
confidence that it's an order of magnitude bigger than the
Pine Atlantic Client and Jonah Field and Ultra patrolling.

Which is, how do you know this mark?

Perhaps it's the last base that hasn't been drilled because
there's no oil and gas there, how do you know
it's going to be this big well?
Speaker 7 (25:52):
We've already drilled basically a third way down in the
sedimentary section, and that's how we know, because we have
logs and tests on the wells that we drill so far,
So we already know that there's over pressured gas zones
very much like a layer cake. And because we have
hundreds of miles of seismic and a way to interpret
(26:14):
that seismic that's called a synthetic, we can see we've
got enough room for up to five hundred wells that
we can drill horizontally on what we've already found.

So it's very exciting.
Speaker 7 (26:27):
We know the gas is there and it's just a
matter of drilling up this field and as they say,
the rest will be history.
Speaker 1 (26:36):
What are your plans for drilling this year right now?
Speaker 7 (26:40):
Well, the key is we're going to be drilling this
year a deep well to test the deeper zones. And
some of those zones are we think are going to
be very similar to a Lost Soldier field which I
named my company after, that's already produced over four hundred
million barrels of oil. So we expect to be able

to test as many as another eight or nine zones.

Below what we've already found.
Speaker 7 (27:05):
If what we just already found was five hundred locations,
we've got a giant field already. But we actually think
there's more potential even below us.
Speaker 3 (27:15):
So natural gas is what powers data centers. And if
you watch any financial media, you know that data centers
are the big rage in America. Everybody wants to build
data centers all over this country and all over the world.
You're planning a data center to be built right there
on your Lost Soldier property.

Tell us about it?
Speaker 7 (27:35):
Well, I think I just might mention you know, besides me,
the gentleman by the name of Harold Ham, that is
one of the most famous guys in the oil and
gas business, certainly the most famous in the Rocky Mountains.
Just had a meeting in Tulsa, according to the economists,
and got together with CEOs of large independence and they
all agreed that gas and data centers is the future.

And it's my belief that this test case that we're
doing right now being able to show economically, with all
of the new science that has been developed.

That we will be able to open.
Speaker 7 (28:10):
Up a new business, the deep over pressured gas business
that will be the source of the supply for all
of these data centers. No gas, big gas production, no
data centers. It's that simple now. Cole might provide a little,
but mostly it's going to be a natural gas.

You and I had a chance to have dinner in
Las Vegas, live and in person. You and I had
a chance to really get to know each other last week,
and I had a fantastic time. You're a brilliant guy.
You're a nice guy, You're a gentleman, You're.

that I was so impressed.

You talked about the fact that all the pipelines are
already in because so much drilling's gone on around this area,
and they're all headed for the place where the most
natural gas in America is used used California. So you
could spend dead kids piping natural gas to California.
Speaker 1 (29:03):
Do I have that right?
Speaker 6 (29:05):
Yeah? Absolutely do.
Speaker 7 (29:06):
The incredible thing is that the trunk lines that go
east and west to the East Coast and the west
coast to California are about fifty miles away at wan Setter.
All we're doing right now is building a pipeline, a
five mile pipeline, and we're going to be drilling for
the next thirty six months. We expect to fill that
pipeline up with fifteen to twenty wells, not five hundred,
(29:28):
and then within five years we expect to put a
forty two to a forty six inch line that would
handle two and a half to five bcf day, And
my crystal ball says, we'll be the biggest producer of
natural gas in the California.

All right, and you expect to go public as well,
that's in your plans, and fairly quickly right next.
Speaker 1 (29:49):
Couple of years. You expect to be a public company
like Ultra petroleum.
Speaker 6 (29:53):
Well, that's exactly right.

I think the key critical thing is as soon as
we fill that pipeline up and we start building the
forty two the forty six inch line, and we know
we're going to have that gas production, we're going to
get a wonderful valuation in terms of the stock market.
And so Netherland Sewell, who's the number one energy company
in the world that does valuations, is going to do

the work for us. Actually, my father was their first
client in the early nineteen fifties for Texas Oil and Gas.
So Fred Sewell's ninety seven, he's still alive. They're gonna
do the under They're gonna do the valuation, and we're
going to get credit for Welles. We haven't even drilled
whenever we do that engineer report, so we expect it
to be a very big IPO.

Almost forty two million tourists visited Vegas, close to another

all time record. Does that sound like Vegas is dying?
Or dead or finished. If your business is off single
digits form the best year in history and the four
consecutive best.

and Vegas casinos are in fact laying off employees. That's
all true, So what exactly is going on? Why is
business down this year? The mainstream media would never understand this,

and valuable in the world. No one could screw that up,
right wrong. Democrats poison everything they touch. Democrats have destroyed

a bunch of dumb democrats, now charges twenty five dollars

a share in nine years, and a ten thousand dollars
investment grew to thirteen million. Anyone invested ten thousand made

came together. It took him forty years to put this
forty acre site together Virgin Territory surrounded by massive gas production,
and it looks to be at this point the largest

It's wonderful to say you Wayne, So you've God.

You've very together, not found, but put together, piece together
forty thousand acres.
Speaker 1 (24:15):
It took you forty years to do it.
Speaker 3 (24:17):
And now you believe that this could be even bigger
and better than Ultra Petroleum. How do you beat something
where a ten thousand dollars investment eventually grew to thirteen
million each ten thirteen million? How could this be bigger
and better and more special than that?
Speaker 1 (24:35):
Mark?
Speaker 7 (24:36):
Well, I think the answer to that is that this
is a basiin that has never been drilled. I mean,
we've known for fifty years where all the basis are,
and every single one of them have been drilled except
this one. And because there was a uranium mine out here,
and whenever three Mile Island melted down, the burial of
(24:58):
land Management I did not to let anyone drill it
until it was reclamated. So three years ago I got
a call. Because I did Ultra, they wanted me to
drill this, and because they got the permit, the reclamation
in the mind was finished, and we drilled it. And
as they say, the rest is history. It's certainly by
far the biggest thing I've ever found. And you know
(25:20):
I'm not saying it'll be you know, ten thousand will
go to thirteen million. I can't tell you with great
confidence that it's an order of magnitude bigger than the
Pine Atlantic Client and Jonah Field and Ultra patrolling.
Speaker 6 (25:32):
I can tell you that.
Speaker 3 (25:33):
So let me ask a simple question that maybe the
average person home would ask right now, my average fan
might ask right now.
Speaker 1 (25:41):
Which is, how do you know this mark?
Speaker 3 (25:44):
Perhaps it's the last base that hasn't been drilled because
there's no oil and gas there, how do you know
it's going to be this big well?
Speaker 7 (25:52):
We've already drilled basically a third way down in the
sedimentary section, and that's how we know, because we have
logs and tests on the wells that we drill so far,
So we already know that there's over pressured gas zones
very much like a layer cake. And because we have
hundreds of miles of seismic and a way to interpret
(26:14):
that seismic that's called a synthetic, we can see we've
got enough room for up to five hundred wells that
we can drill horizontally on what we've already found.
Speaker 6 (26:25):
So it's very exciting.
Speaker 7 (26:27):
We know the gas is there and it's just a
matter of drilling up this field and as they say,
the rest will be history.
Speaker 1 (26:36):
What are your plans for drilling this year right now?
Speaker 7 (26:40):
Well, the key is we're going to be drilling this
year a deep well to test the deeper zones. And
some of those zones are we think are going to
be very similar to a Lost Soldier field which I
named my company after, that's already produced over four hundred
million barrels of oil. So we expect to be able
(27:00):
to test as many as another eight or nine zones.
Speaker 6 (27:03):
Below what we've already found.
Speaker 7 (27:05):
If what we just already found was five hundred locations,
we've got a giant field already. But we actually think
there's more potential even below us.
Speaker 3 (27:15):
So natural gas is what powers data centers. And if
you watch any financial media, you know that data centers
are the big rage in America. Everybody wants to build
data centers all over this country and all over the world.
You're planning a data center to be built right there
on your Lost Soldier property.
Speaker 1 (27:34):
Tell us about it?
Speaker 7 (27:35):
Well, I think I just might mention you know, besides me,
the gentleman by the name of Harold Ham, that is
one of the most famous guys in the oil and
gas business, certainly the most famous in the Rocky Mountains.
Just had a meeting in Tulsa, according to the economists,
and got together with CEOs of large independence and they
all agreed that gas and data centers is the future.
(27:59):
And it's my belief that this test case that we're
doing right now being able to show economically, with all
of the new science that has been developed.
Speaker 6 (28:08):
That we will be able to open.
Speaker 7 (28:10):
Up a new business, the deep over pressured gas business
that will be the source of the supply for all
of these data centers. No gas, big gas production, no
data centers. It's that simple now. Cole might provide a little,
but mostly it's going to be a natural gas.
Speaker 3 (28:29):
You and I had a chance to have dinner in
Las Vegas, live and in person. You and I had
a chance to really get to know each other last week,
and I had a fantastic time. You're a brilliant guy.
You're a nice guy, You're a gentleman, You're.
Speaker 1 (28:40):
A class act. I want to make sure everybody knows
that I was so impressed.
Speaker 3 (28:44):
You talked about the fact that all the pipelines are
already in because so much drilling's gone on around this area,
and they're all headed for the place where the most
natural gas in America is used used California. So you
could spend dead kids piping natural gas to California.
Speaker 1 (29:03):
Do I have that right?
Speaker 6 (29:05):
Yeah? Absolutely do.
Speaker 7 (29:06):
The incredible thing is that the trunk lines that go
east and west to the East Coast and the west
coast to California are about fifty miles away at wan Setter.
All we're doing right now is building a pipeline, a
five mile pipeline, and we're going to be drilling for
the next thirty six months. We expect to fill that
pipeline up with fifteen to twenty wells, not five hundred,
(29:28):
and then within five years we expect to put a
forty two to a forty six inch line that would
handle two and a half to five bcf day, And
my crystal ball says, we'll be the biggest producer of
natural gas in the California.
Speaker 3 (29:43):
All right, and you expect to go public as well,
that's in your plans, and fairly quickly right next.
Speaker 1 (29:49):
Couple of years. You expect to be a public company
like Ultra petroleum.
Speaker 6 (29:53):
Well, that's exactly right.
Speaker 7 (29:54):
I think the key critical thing is as soon as
we fill that pipeline up and we start building the
forty two the forty six inch line, and we know
we're going to have that gas production, we're going to
get a wonderful valuation in terms of the stock market.
And so Netherland Sewell, who's the number one energy company
in the world that does valuations, is going to do
(30:16):
the work for us. Actually, my father was their first
client in the early nineteen fifties for Texas Oil and Gas.
So Fred Sewell's ninety seven, he's still alive. They're gonna
do the under They're gonna do the valuation, and we're
going to get credit for Welles. We haven't even drilled
whenever we do that engineer report, so we expect it
to be a very big IPO.

This is kind of the Grand Finale. This were a
fireworks show, you know, give me the Grand Finale.
Speaker 1 (30:42):

How big can Lost Soldier actually become Mark Brunner?

a fifty tcf gas field. Okay, a giant feel a
three tcf that's what I think, Okay, Alter was like
twenty twenty five.

This is much bigger than Ultra in my opinion.

That's amazing.

Ultra is the company that went public eventually, and nobody
can guarantee results. But just to hear about Ultra, a
ten thousand dollars investment turned into thirteen million. Each ten
thousand you invested turned into thirteen million at the peak
of Ultra.

Just amazing. If you can come even.

Close to it, mark, forget about equality or beating it,
You've got yourself one gigantic winner. Just like that was
the big winner for a decade on Wall Street. This
could be a big winner for a decade on Wall
