and he broke up with his wife and we're getting
was getting a divorce and was distraught and packed away
his life savings, everything he owned, everything he could fit

confused with SVU, which is law and Order SVU. A
special victim petit SUV and he drove it across country
and when he got to New Jersey, a coup pulled
him over, I guess for speeding and found the gun

a gun in a crime, nobody in the world should
ever put you in jail. You have a right to
have a gun in America. If you use it in

New Jersey, Connecticut. They put you in jail for years
with hardened criminals. Insane. This guy, him and his girlfriend

very similar story, were living out of their cars. They
made their way from Arizona to New England to be
with her family. They were in Massave, Chooses, trying to
make a few bucks for food and gas by doing
door dash when they were pulled over by a cop
for failing to yield at an intersection. The officer informed
the couple he's gonna have to have the vehicle towed

you to lack of insurance. Told him to get what
they needed from the car before the tow truck arrived.
As he was conducting an inventory of the items in
the car, he discovered several medium sized casings that appeared
to be an ammunition case. Kulata acknowledged to the officer
that was ammo in the car in a glock handgun
on his person. Being from Arizona, he didn't have a
Massachusetts license to carry. Police also found two other handguns

Kulata can legally possess these items under federal law. But
in the state of Massachusetts, it was enough for a
court to deem the veteran dangerous and order him held

life on the line for our country, and this is
the way he was treated. Terrible, terrible, terrible. So here's

I spent the first twenty six years of my life there,
still the longest I've ever lived anywhere in my life.
I attended college there at Columbia University. I started my
first few businesses there, so I started my entrepreneurial life there.
I learned everything about life there that has made me

love New York. I used to be proud of my

I succeeded in business because I had New York attitude
meaning tough guy, relentless. I used to I don't say
that anymore. Now I'm embarrassed to admit I'm from New York.
Now it's a third World crap hole far We're in
state in the middle of America, a failed liberal welfare state,

a place where good people are desperate to escape from
zo run. Mamdani is going to win the election on Tuesday,
and he will make it much worse. That's a fact.
I read polls for a living. I read tea les
for a living. I'm batting just about one thousand, just
under one thousand with my political predictions for the past
decade on national TV and radio, and I'm telling you

it's over. I'm sad to say it, but Mamdani will win.
Why is this unimaginable tragedy happening in New York City.
The answer is simple. When I grew up, I was
the only jewan atypical working class blue Collar New York neighborhood.
Everyone else was Italian Catholic. In my neighborhood. The only
exception was one Irish Catholic friend of mine, Johnny O'Byrne.

That's it, and our close knit Italian neighborhood was surrounded
by one hundred percent black neighborhoods. I went to a
middle school in high school, both of which were ninety

if Mamdani wins, it's because the New York I knew,
the New York I grew up in, the New York

and most of them are illegal aliens. Gone are the

days of Catholics and Jews who all spoke English, worked
their fingers to the bone, pledged allegiance to the flag,
and celebrated capitalism. Today's New York is a city of
Muslims and communists and illegals and atheists. They not only
don't love America, they hate America. They hate white people,

anyone who is successful, and they chew use socialism and
communism over capitalism. When I read the details of polls
in New York City today, I'm proven right. The general
breakdown of voters is exactly what I predicted. Jews are
voting seventy five percent for someone other than Mandami, mostly Cuomo,
who I can't stand. Catholics are voting seventy percent for

someone other than Mendami, mostly Cuomo, but also a Republican
Curtis Sliwa. But foreigners are voting overwhelmingly for Mandani. That's

elected Republican George Pataki as Governor of New York three times.
That old New York was a combination of Jewish, Italian, Irish,
and Black and it's gone. Today's New York is a
foreign country. I don't even recognize my old hometown. It's
filled with foreigners, most of them illegal aliens. No one

speaks English. Walking on the streets in New York City
is like being at the United Nations. They're from every
country in the world but America, and many of them,
if not most, hate American our capitalist system. I think

latest poll shows New York City voters prefer socialism over
capitalism by sixty one percent to thirty nine percent. You
can bet that one third of that majority who supports
socialism are white liberal nerds from elite colleges brainwashed by

foreigners who come from socialist countries and brought their ignorant
and dangerous views with them to poison our country. It's official.
Mamdami is the next mayor of my hometown, New York,

I'm like a President Trump, smart guy without studying. I

never iudied my life for anything. I just walk in
and take tests and got A pluses. Never had anything
below an A in four years in high school. Basically
never had anything below an A plus. Graduated Lave Victoria
with a A plus record, a plus grade point average,
and then got the top SAT scores you could get,
and then got into Columbia, and I was early admission,
which meant I agreed, I'm only applying to one school

six months early, and if you let me in, I'll
never apply to anybody else ever again. And I didn't.
That's the only college I've ever applied to my life.
And I was one for one Columbia, one for one.

read that story and it listed all the companies his
investment companies investing in and I loved every single one
of them. I said, Wow, this is smart, I mean,

is brilliant. He's investing in everything America needs to be
the most powerful nation in the world. He is the
ultimate MAGA investor. So I loved it. So I see
exactly where he's going. And I'm guessing by giving a
very rousing speech about what he's investing in, he probably
picked up. You know, I wouldn't say millions, I'd say
probably billions of dollars in new investments at this conference.

So certainly hundreds of millions of dollars with new investments
at the conference. Smart guy. I like it. Absolutely. Let's
talk about your latest Democracy Institute polling. I included a
mention about this polling in my latest commentary about me
predicting Mam Dami is going to win a resounding victory
on Tuesday and destroy New York and that commentary will

be out tomorrow morning. But I read it on the
show today and I quoted your Democracy Institute polling, and
you really broke it down in many interesting ways, including
capitalism versus socialism, and including out Jews and Catholics are voting.
The only thing I didn't see in your poll, which
I was kind of surprised you didn't add in there.

I saw another poll that set out Jews and Catholics
are voting, but then it said how foreigners were voting.
That's the difference in this election in my opinion, Jews
and Catholics voting overwhelmingly against Mamdami, but foreigners in York
City are voting overwhelmingly for Mandami. You didn't quote foreigners
at least in the sheet I saw, but you quoted

Jews and Catholics, and socialism versus belief in socialism versus
belief in capitalism. Tell us what you found exactly?

Sure, I mean the foreigner foreigner vers is native born
New Yorker American had got a lot of play. So
we thought it was made more sense to you to
spend our time focused on breaking it down by religion.
And you see there that where Mamdami is strongest is
among Protestants, which surprises a lot of people. They think

of Protestants and stereotypically more conservative minded. But he's getting
fifty percent of Protestant voters in New York City. But
of course Protestants these days is in New York City,
they tend to skew upper class, and these days upper
class voters are Democrats. They're not Republicans.

They're a bunch of ivy leaguers. They're much the elitist
ivy leaguers brainwatched by Marxist professors. That's what you're talking about.

He gets a little under a third of Catholics, but
he gets a quarter of New York Jews. I mean
that's I mean, someone who favors the global into Fada.
It's amazing. I mean, it is, it is amazing, But
that is reality. That's simply where we are. That's where

you're looking at over sixty percent saying socialism.

Really know what they're talking about, obviously, but they think
they do, and they think that he represents that idealistic
world that somehow will magically appear after his election. We
also ask people whether their vote for him was mainly
about socialism or was it mainly about giving a middle
finger to the system, to political and economic elites in

had any chance at all. They will never vote for Republican.

confused with SVU, which is law and Order SVU. A
special victim petit SUV and he drove it across country
and when he got to New Jersey, a coup pulled
him over, I guess for speeding and found the gun

a gun in a crime, nobody in the world should
ever put you in jail. You have a right to
have a gun in America. If you use it in

made their way from Arizona to New England to be

make a few bucks for food and gas by doing
door dash when they were pulled over by a cop
for failing to yield at an intersection. The officer informed
the couple he's gonna have to have the vehicle towed

you to lack of insurance. Told him to get what
they needed from the car before the tow truck arrived.
As he was conducting an inventory of the items in
the car, he discovered several medium sized casings that appeared
to be an ammunition case. Kulata acknowledged to the officer
that was ammo in the car in a glock handgun
on his person. Being from Arizona, he didn't have a
Massachusetts license to carry. Police also found two other handguns

Kulata can legally possess these items under federal law. But
in the state of Massachusetts, it was enough for a
court to deem the veteran dangerous and order him held
without bond for up to one hundred and twenty days.
So we was in prison for four months. He just

life on the line for our country, and this is
the way he was treated. Terrible, terrible, terrible. So here's

a book. I would just walk into a class and

I'm like a President Trump, smart guy without studying. I

never iudied my life for anything. I just walk in
and take tests and got A pluses. Never had anything
below an A in four years in high school. Basically
never had anything below an A plus. Graduated Lave Victoria
with a A plus record, a plus grade point average,
and then got the top SAT scores you could get,
and then got into Columbia, and I was early admission,
which meant I agreed, I'm only applying to one school

six months early, and if you let me in, I'll
never apply to anybody else ever again. And I didn't.
That's the only college I've ever applied to my life.

read that story and it listed all the companies his
investment companies investing in and I loved every single one
of them. I said, Wow, this is smart, I mean,

is brilliant. He's investing in everything America needs to be
the most powerful nation in the world. He is the
ultimate MAGA investor. So I loved it. So I see
exactly where he's going. And I'm guessing by giving a
very rousing speech about what he's investing in, he probably
picked up. You know, I wouldn't say millions, I'd say
probably billions of dollars in new investments at this conference.

So certainly hundreds of millions of dollars with new investments
at the conference. Smart guy. I like it. Absolutely. Let's
talk about your latest Democracy Institute polling. I included a
mention about this polling in my latest commentary about me
predicting Mam Dami is going to win a resounding victory
on Tuesday and destroy New York and that commentary will

be out tomorrow morning. But I read it on the
show today and I quoted your Democracy Institute polling, and
you really broke it down in many interesting ways, including
capitalism versus socialism, and including out Jews and Catholics are voting.
The only thing I didn't see in your poll, which
I was kind of surprised you didn't add in there.
(27:09):
I saw another poll that set out Jews and Catholics
are voting, but then it said how foreigners were voting.
That's the difference in this election in my opinion, Jews
and Catholics voting overwhelmingly against Mamdami, but foreigners in York
City are voting overwhelmingly for Mandami. You didn't quote foreigners
at least in the sheet I saw, but you quoted
(27:31):
Jews and Catholics, and socialism versus belief in socialism versus
belief in capitalism. Tell us what you found exactly?
Speaker 5 (27:41):
Sure, I mean the foreigner foreigner vers is native born
New Yorker American had got a lot of play. So
we thought it was made more sense to you to
spend our time focused on breaking it down by religion.
And you see there that where Mamdami is strongest is
among Protestants, which surprises a lot of people. They think

of Protestants and stereotypically more conservative minded. But he's getting
fifty percent of Protestant voters in New York City. But
of course Protestants these days is in New York City,
they tend to skew upper class, and these days upper
class voters are Democrats. They're not Republicans.
Speaker 1 (28:18):
They're a bunch of ivy leaguers. They're much the elitist
ivy leaguers brainwatched by Marxist professors. That's what you're talking about.
Speaker 5 (28:26):
He gets a little under a third of Catholics, but
he gets a quarter of New York Jews. I mean
that's I mean, someone who favors the global into Fada.
It's amazing. I mean, it is, it is amazing, But
that is reality. That's simply where we are. That's where
we are with New York City.
Speaker 1 (28:44):
Then we are. What we try to focus.
Speaker 5 (28:46):
On where others hadn't, is the question of whether people
are really into socialism or not so looking just just
as those who are voting for Mam Danny obviously, that's
that's you know, that's close to a majority. We're looking
at those voters where we asked them, is socialism, the
socialism or capitalism work better for New Yorkers? Right, And

you're looking at over sixty percent saying socialism.
Speaker 1 (29:09):
I mean, they don't.
Speaker 5 (29:10):
Really know what they're talking about, obviously, but they think
they do, and they think that he represents that idealistic
world that somehow will magically appear after his election. We
also ask people whether their vote for him was mainly
about socialism or was it mainly about giving a middle
finger to the system, to political and economic elites in
(29:32):
New York.
Speaker 1 (29:33):
And although forty four percent said yeah.
Speaker 5 (29:35):
It's about socialism, we're all in on it a majority
fifty six percent of those voting from Mandani soid it's
actually a middle finger to the system. So that doesn't
help us sleep nights, but it's at least a reminder
that this isn't just about you know, turning New York
City Marxist. It's first and foremost about people being really

upset at how badly Rung run this city has been
for some time.

Of course, they're quite happy.
Speaker 5 (29:59):
It seemed to make it even more even worse run
than going in the next four years.

It's kind of interesting, and we're talking to Patrick Bashm
of the Democracy Institute, who I always say is the
best polster in America for the last decade and the
best polster probably in the world, very very accurate, accurately
predicted Trump's numbers in twenty twenty four, and I believe
in twenty sixteen, and was very accurate in twenty twenty
as well, when others were predicting a blowout loss, that
(30:28):
Biden would destroy Trump by fifteen points, he had them
basically dead even, and that's how the election wound up.
It was dead even. As a matter of fact, change
a few electoral votes in six states that stopped counting
on election night, and the election goes the other way,
and it's an elector our landslide for Trump. So Patrick's
on the money all the time. I thought the most
interesting thing was when you look back historically in New York,
(30:51):
and that's what my column was about. When I lived there,
we had a chance to even though it was a
Democrat city and a Democrat state they were nor people,
and you had a chance to win as a Republican
if you made sense. They were open minded. And so
we had a Republican governor, Pataki for three terms. We
had a Republican mayor for three terms Bloomberg, liberal Republican
(31:13):
but Republican, a very conservative Republican mayor for two terms,
Rudy Giuliani, and a very conservative law and order democrat
at Kutch for three terms. So you could win with
a conservative mentality in the old New York. But the
old New York was Americans. Now it's not Americans anymore.

So Curtis Leewa, in my opinion, I said, he never
had any chance at all. They will never vote for Republican.
It's a different New York. Your poll proves that absolutely.
Speaker 5 (31:46):
You even with a really really really strong Republican or
conservative candidate on the independent side, that candidate was never
going to win this election because New York City has
changed so much, as you in your little history lesson
when you're pointing out New York City is simply not
the city that it was. So places like Borrows, like
(32:07):
Brooklyn and Queens, they don't give a decent shot to
a conservative or a Republican who's so gentrified. Now there's
so story boy beta boyish. Now in terms of the composition,
it's just not there're Staten Island, who remains the sort
of the holdout, and there's some good news for conservatives
in the Bronx, But basically things.

Have moved so far to the left.
Speaker 5 (32:30):
That's all about the Democratic Party, but it's all about
the activist and radical left wing activists within that party.

They're the ones who run New York City now. Right, Well,
when I grew up, as I pointed out in my article,
everybody I knew was either Jewish or Italian, Catholic, right
or black. I mean I knew lots of black kids,
and I knew an occasional Irish kid. That was the
whole New York to me, Jewish, Italian, Irish or Black.
Now it's foreign, it's illegal, alien, it's the United Nations,

it's every in the world. They don't even speak English.
That's who's voted for Mendomi. That's the difference.

New York City has imported a new electorate, a liberal electorate,

hundred thousand dollars turned into one hundred and thirty million.
That's an incredible track record. Now tell me why this
deal lost Soldier. This project is so special. I hear
about projects and deals all the time. What makes this
one special? Mark?
Speaker 3 (35:07):
What's special about this is all the other basins of
the United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty
years what they are. This one could not be drilled
because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
was reclimated three years ago, no one could drill it.
This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
billions of dollars of infrastructure that at this point eighty

five percent empty. So we made this discovery. We are
the only operator in this field. And right now we
can see that we've got enough room for five hundred
horizontal wells out here with what we drilled so far.
Very exciting. It's the new basin in the United States,
and as far as I'm concerned, this is an order

I mean, you think these are all sweethearts, aren't they

five illegal alien truck drivers just on Indiana highways. We
were just talking about Oklahoma. They arrested so many illegal
trucks drivers, you know, eighteen wheel semi truck drivers, those

giant runaway vehicles, trucks that you know, if they hit you,
they cause a massive fireball on the highway and everybody
burns to death instantly, And you're letting illegals drive these trucks.

Breaking news, the Justice Department launches an investigation into black
