They have said they have all the evidence that Obama

the midterms. They're going to impeach Trump. And you know what,
people are going to be cheering when they impeach him,

because they're going to say, he betrayed you, he failed you,
he didn't keep his promise. His executive orders show that
he knew he had a legal responsibility to go after
all these corrupt people and he didn't do it. And
you know what, this time, the impeachment is going to succeed.
And what they will do is go after every single

my door, I mean phone calls that we're your biggest
fan at the IRS, and we drew Straws to fight
for who would.

grand jury in Norfolk, Virginia today refused to indict In
York Attorney General Letitia James after a judge dismissed her
case last month. She was indicted by federal grand jury
in September, charged with two crimes, bank fraud and false

statements to a financial institution, all related to a mortgage
loan and a property she owns in Virginia. It's just
so beyond my belief, right, I know nothing about this
case other than the fact it's a fact that they
ask you is it a single family? And I know
in New York not be the New York case, but
in New York she had some sort of a brownstone.
It was like a five unit, but you couldn't get favorable.

Rates unless it was a four unit.

So she lied said it was a four unit allegedly,
And in this case, I think she couldn't get favorable
rates unless she said it's my principal residence. Well, so
she said it's my principal residence, but it's not. She's

the way police has shown up twenty times. And how
could it be a principal residence when she's the Attorney

General of New York and the properties in Virginia. It's bizarre.
It's bizarre. So you know why a jury would turn
it down.

Trump is facing, between the judges and the deep state
and the federal government, his own government employees, his own

Lara Logan was my guest in the first hour, and
she talked about the inspector general she believes are all
part of the deep state and they're stopping anyone from
going after the criminals. I mean, it's just it's overwhelming.
I do know Trump is ever going to win. He
does great things every day, but there's always a judge
or some government employees standing in the way of making

it happen.

Yeah. I saw some of that with Laura and Can
I comment on that.

Yeah, Look, we had Horowitz before our Judiciary Committee, and
you know, he found all this incredible hatred and bias
against President Trump within the Justice Department.

Peter struck Lisa Page, all this hatred for Trump, and
then he found that basically everything, every finding, every determination
went in Hillary Clinton's favor, whom they showed that they loved,
(26:30):
and every determination went against Trump, whom they hated. And
then he comes out at the end of his report
and says, but there is no evidence that their bias
and prejudice in any way affected their investigations. One of
the terms under the law Latin phrase is the thing
(26:55):
speaks for itself. Race it to locualtor. You know, if
you show all of this bias going against somebody and
every determination goes against that.

Person, and the.

Thing speaks for itself, awkward to her. Yet the bias
did affect the outcoming. But Horowitz, and I said this
to him in our hearing, you just decided you were
going to throw a bone to the Democrats and say, well,
it didn't really affect the outcome. Of course, it affected

the outcoming. Every determination went and went against President Trump.

Well, so you know what, you know what Lara Logan
would say, she would say that Horowitz is part of
the deep state and he was planted there to cover
this stuff up.

Well, the only reason that Lara said that was because
it did, and she's right.

You know, I was telling Larra that I was you know,
I was the guy who went to college with Barack Obama.
According to him, he says he graduated the same day
as me at Columbia and went to Columbia University, but.

I knew every person in the political science department, and
I was very famous because I was the only kid
who was for Reagan in nineteen eighty, right, So they
all knew me and they hated me because I had
a big mouth that I was a big Republican. But
there was no Obama there. So you know, it's like
everything is fake. Everything's fraud, everything's fake news. Everything's protected.
You can find out anything about anyone's college records, not

Obama's records.

and then he gets into Columbia.

time he got in. UH there was an article back
during that summer I think it was a summer where
UH an executive with the with Columbia said, well, we
do have this program where we will accept a certain

number of people where because of their background, perhaps where
they're from, hardships different things, foreign students lower scores because
there is no way a guy that was doing drugs
in a way and skipping class like.

And so okay, I'm going okay. So that's how he
got into Columbia through this program where they and maybe
he said he was from Kenya, who knows.

was definitely raised in Indonesia.

then I'm sure he used those same kind of hardship
stuff to get into Harvard Law School.

get into Harvard Law Review. That's what blew me away,
because he was the president of Harvard Lawview.

Law Review.

Well, but I was talking to one of the guys
from Harvard Law and they said, oh, well, you've got
to understand. To be editor of the Harvard Law Review,
you have to be a member of the Harvard Law Review.
But the faculty at Harvard Law decided, you know what,

we need to have a minority and access for minority.
Let's create this position called president where you don't have
to be a member of it. You don't have to
be in the top there's a bumb And so they
created this position where you could be elected to be

president of Harvard Law Review without being in the top
ten percent, without being Harvard Law And I was told
that's how he got to be presidents. But don't misunderstand,
he was never anywhere near the top of his class
in anything.

Of falls together and go, oh, okay.

I'm telling he was a lazy, pot smoking bum who
had a grandfather that was in the CIA, and a
mother that was married to a guy was a CIA

his career to make him this is something important. The
whole thing is a big scam. I'm telling you it's
really crazy. But listen, we had you on the show

we kept digging and digging. Initially it looked like there
were just a few senators that they got a few
days work with their records, the phone records and whatnot.

you're in there, and they find your members at Congress

is much more extensive than even we've been led to believe.

talk to Tom fit Judicial watch folks and Shohn Donaghan,
and we're going to be digging deeper and going to
court and getting all of the information because there is
so much there they still haven't disclosed, and it's going

to take a federal judge forcing them to disclose everything.
But I got to say, though, I understand that Jack
Frost is Jack Frost. Yeah, Mart, Yeah, he's been subpoena
and supposed to come testify privately before the House Judiciary Committee.

But you know, Wayne, we've seen this, It's played out before.
It's the way it went with Peter strugt least the
page anything right.

They never get in trouble.

Well, they come in and they testify. But I was
talking to a former FBI agent I had tremendous respect
for back in the eighties and nineties. The way they
make the way you make a good solid case is
you don't bring in a top person right off the
bat that testify and the road You start with the

low level people. You get the documents, you get all
of that information. First, you talk to those lower level people,
and then you go up a level, and up another level,
and up another level and twist stars, twist stars hard
you talk to are the top people. And by the
time you talk to them, you're asking them questions you

know the answers to, and you know when they're lying
and when they're not, and you let them. You feed
them rope and you let let them go. But but
we did this before. We've done this over and over.
We bring people in, we're gonna make a show, and
what we get our political soundbites, even when they testify
in private, like Peter Sharkley's a page and now understand

Jack Smith's gonna do and then nothing comes of it.
We get down by that's all that Bayner wanted, it's

They have said they have all the evidence that Obama
and Clapper and all these other people, John Brandan, that

Across the government. And what did all of them do.
They took an oath to.

because they're going to say, he betrayed you, he failed you,
he didn't keep his promise. His executive orders show that
he knew he had a legal responsibility to go after
all these corrupt people and he didn't do it. And
you know what, this time, the impeachment is going to succeed.
And what they will do is go after every single

person they want to get rid of.

We were both political science majors at Columbia. According to him,
he was political science.

I know I was. We both graduated on the same day.

Never and I knew everyone in political science department. Everyone
I was smoking concern wasn't there. Never saw him, never
heard of him, never met him. He's the Manurion candidate.
I think he's deep state. I think he's CIA planted.
I think they planted a story that he went to
Columbia and he graduated Columbia. He never went there, and
he never graduated there. I was there and he wasn't there.

So I went on TV in two thousand and eight
when I was the Libertarian vice presidential candidate. I was
on their presidential ticket, and who was running for president Obama?
And I'm on the presidential ticket against him, Not that
we had any chance to win, but that's besides the point.
I told everyone on Fox News again and again that
I never saw him at Columbia. Now Obama gets elected, Lara,

and what happens immediately IRS attacks I mean knocks on
my door, I mean phone calls that we're your biggest
fan at the IRS, and we drew Straws to fight
for who would.

Get the case because we love you so much, Wayne,
And then they.

Tried to destroy my life and I hired the best
law firms and they all said, Wayne, you're not paranoid.
You are on the president's enemies list. We've never seen
anything like this in our lives. And I went through
four years virus attacks. Judge threw it out and guess
what happened. They ordered me again the next day, which

is illegal.

You can't even do that.

So I've been what is kind of a whistleblower by
saying he was never at Columbia, and they punished excuse me,
they punished me and went after me.

to destroy you, and they don't even care if you
go to jail. All they care about is that they've
hurt you and distracted you and intimidated you.

They've taken your money away from you for four years,
so you don't give money to the Republican Party. Your
donations are down, and you're angry, and you're depressed, and.

I know it. So this is what we're doing.

They try to co opt you, right, So they give
you a big business deal or a nice paying job

co opt you in some way, shape or form. They
try to coerce you to do what they want want,

called the C three strategy. And the cancel part has.

A small sea, which is what they did to you, what.

They did to me, and then it has a big
sea which is more like what they did to Charlie Kirk.

I was on Fox News saying that this is a
communist color revolution and they're trying to take over the
United States by silencing all of our voices and putting
us in prison and destroying our lives and taking our

jobs away and taxing us to death and building up
Cloward Piven that I learned at Columbia. That's what Obama knows.
To Cloward Piven, right, you just overwhelm the system, you
collapse the economy, you put everyone on welfare, and that's

brilliant because they realized, if you can't get everyone in
America on welfare to collapse the system.

social class struggle right, and that's where they switched to
social justice.

court in Texas undertook to resolve the factual dispute at

To Texas accomplished its partisan objectives by means of a

Here's breaking bad news. Jury in Virginia refuses to indict
Letitia James for mortgage fraud. Refuses to indict Letitia James

know if the case was badly argued. I don't know
if they got a horrible grand jury filled with Democrats, Obama.

I know that it's once again no justice, two tier
justice system. You can't put these democrats in prison. Federal
grand jury in Norfolk, Virginia today refused to indict In
York Attorney General Letitia James after a judge dismissed her
case last month. She was indicted by federal grand jury
in September, charged with two crimes, bank fraud and false

statements to a financial institution, all related to a mortgage
loan and a property she owns in Virginia. It's just
so beyond my belief, right, I know nothing about this
case other than the fact it's a fact that they
ask you is it a single family? And I know
in New York not be the New York case, but
in New York she had some sort of a brownstone.
It was like a five unit, but you couldn't get favorable.

Rates unless it was a four unit.

So she lied said it was a four unit allegedly,
And in this case, I think she couldn't get favorable
rates unless she said it's my principal residence. Well, so
she said it's my principal residence, but it's not. She's
got renters in it, relatives who have been arrested. By
the way police has shown up twenty times. And how
could it be a principal residence when she's the Attorney

General of New York and the properties in Virginia. It's bizarre.
It's bizarre. So you know why a jury would turn
it down.

she talked about the inspector general she believes are all

Yeah, Look, we had Horowitz before our Judiciary Committee, and
you know, he found all this incredible hatred and bias

Peter struck Lisa Page, all this hatred for Trump, and
then he found that basically everything, every finding, every determination
went in Hillary Clinton's favor, whom they showed that they loved,

and every determination went against Trump, whom they hated. And
then he comes out at the end of his report
and says, but there is no evidence that their bias
and prejudice in any way affected their investigations. One of
the terms under the law Latin phrase is the thing

speaks for itself. Race it to locualtor. You know, if
you show all of this bias going against somebody and
every determination goes against that.

Thing speaks for itself, awkward to her. Yet the bias
did affect the outcoming. But Horowitz, and I said this
to him in our hearing, you just decided you were
going to throw a bone to the Democrats and say, well,

the outcoming. Every determination went and went against President Trump.

would say, she would say that Horowitz is part of
the deep state and he was planted there to cover

Let's create this position called president where you don't have
to be a member of it. You don't have to

created this position where you could be elected to be

that's how he got to be presidents. But don't misunderstand,
he was never anywhere near the top of his class
in anything.

are being poisoned and we want to end that.

investigation I think was Chuck Rastley's committee investigation, that this
is much more extensive than even we've been led to believe.

talk to Tom fit Judicial watch folks and Shohn Donaghan,
and we're going to be digging deeper and going to
court and getting all of the information because there is
so much there they still haven't disclosed, and it's going

to take a federal judge forcing them to disclose everything.
But I got to say, though, I understand that Jack
Frost is Jack Frost. Yeah, Mart, Yeah, he's been subpoena
and supposed to come testify privately before the House Judiciary Committee.
(39:56):
But you know, Wayne, we've seen this, It's played out before.
It's the way it went with Peter strugt least the
page anything right.

They never get in trouble.

Well, they come in and they testify. But I was
talking to a former FBI agent I had tremendous respect
for back in the eighties and nineties. The way they
make the way you make a good solid case is
you don't bring in a top person right off the
bat that testify and the road You start with the

low level people. You get the documents, you get all
of that information. First, you talk to those lower level people,
and then you go up a level, and up another level,
and up another level and twist stars, twist stars hard
you talk to are the top people. And by the
time you talk to them, you're asking them questions you
(40:53):
know the answers to, and you know when they're lying
and when they're not, and you let them. You feed
them rope and you let let them go. But but
we did this before. We've done this over and over.
We bring people in, we're gonna make a show, and
what we get our political soundbites, even when they testify
in private, like Peter Sharkley's a page and now understand

Jack Smith's gonna do and then nothing comes of it.
We get down by that's all that Bayner wanted, it's
all Paul Ryan wanted. We're not gonna do anything about it.

Because a grand you're a jury refused to indicter today, right,

I don't know you fix any of this stuff when
when the jury's a dirty the judge is a journey,
the deep state is dirty, the government is dirty.

But we're not going to solve it now because my
