they're poor, they can't afford it, so therefore you have

have believed this is even possible. Democrats will do anything
to protect and defend criminals, especially if they're black, brown,

kicked back, laundered, and kicked back to the United States
so that Democrats can beat us in the midterms and

And then thirteen House Republicans joined Democrats to repeal Trump's

But in the House, Democrat Representative Jared Golden introduced the

with it, but they're voting. Thirteen Republicans in the House

the governor of Colorado will probably announce. I refuse to
accept the part because it doesn't affect the state. A
crime is a president can only pardon someone for a
federal crime, not for a state crime.

So how will this play out? Now?

You as the attorney, what do you think? Well, look,
from a legal point of view, you're right. The federal
issue is what he can handle. He can pardon on
any federal crime, but when it comes to state crime,
he cannot. That doesn't mean that he doesn't have a
lot of sway when it comes to Colorado. He can
put a lot of pressure on the state representatives, especially
the Republican ones, but I can also put some financial

pressure on Colorado and make it clear to her to
the governor that were they not to release Tina Peters,
then perhaps she will be able to sue them false
imprisonment for wrongful handling of the whole matter.

So there's a lot of things that can be done.

Do they really want to make sure to pay to
keep her in prison?

prison to demand her be released into their custody, to

bring her to a federal prison and talk to the
whistleblower about what she found. I believe that's probably the
only way to get out of this thing, and I'm
surprised to need announce something like that.

that they can send swat teams in to hauler out
of there. They can still, you know, interview her as
a witness in state court prison. They don't have to
just not talk to her because she's in prison. They
can go to her wherever she might be, and they

definitely interrogate her there as well.

That would definitely bring attention to the issue and perhaps

That's an incredible track record. Now tell me why this deal,

What's special about this is all the other basins of
the United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty

You as the attorney, what do you think? Well, look,
from a legal point of view, you're right. The federal
issue is what he can handle. He can pardon on
any federal crime, but when it comes to state crime,

lot of sway when it comes to Colorado. He can
put a lot of pressure on the state representatives, especially
the Republican ones, but I can also put some financial

pressure on Colorado and make it clear to her to
the governor that were they not to release Tina Peters,
then perhaps she will be able to sue them false
imprisonment for wrongful handling of the whole matter.

four years. I've been in the oil and gas ever since.
You would probably know me better as the chairman of
Ultra Petroleum, and Ultra had a pretty good track record,
which you're very familiar with.

I think, well, I think ten thousand dollars investor in
Ultra turned it into thirteen million dollars. Is that correct
in the nine year run of your publicly traded company.
Speaker 5 (34:48):
Yeah, at the high that's true.
Speaker 3 (34:49):
Ten thousand dollars turned into thirteen million. That means one
hundred thousand dollars turned into one hundred and thirty million.
That's an incredible track record. Now tell me why this deal,
Lost Soldier. This this project is so special. I hear
about projects and deals all the time. What makes this
one special?

What's special about this is all the other basins of
the United States have been drilled. We've known for fifty
years what they are. This one could not be drilled
because there was a uranium mine out here. Until it
was reclimated three years ago. No one could drill it.
This is surrounded by large oil and gas fields with
billions of dollars of infrastructure, then at this point of
(35:28):
eighty five percent empty. So we made this discovery. We
are the only operator in this field, and right now
we can see that we've got enough room for five
hundred horizontal wells out here with what we drilled so far.
Very exciting. It's the new basin in the United States,
and as far as I'm concerned, this is an order
of magnitude bigger than ultra petroleum the one that I did.

a big battle. Can a president pardon someone for a
state crime? Does the constitution allow it? Can they somehow
make this into a federal situation? And he was able
to partner? I don't know based on the lawyers. Does
he have good lawyers who can make that case at

the DOJ.

has a platform and you now receive millions of dollars

it even though if you don't necessarily believe in it
generally speaking, and apparently a lot of people would do that.

Sell out this country for much less, right, sell it
for a couple hundred thousand dollars.

So why would it be so difficult.

the others that you mentioned would jump at the chance
of getting millions of dollars on that, you know, to
go attack Israel, which is not treason us, which is
