as usual. I wrote a commentary yesterday that President Trump.
It was basically a plea to President Trump that you've
got to get Tina Peters out of prison. You got
to free TENA Peters under any and all possibilities, whatever
you got to do. You got to get Tina Peters
out of prison in a Colorado prison. And a few

hours later President Trump gave a full parton to Tina Peters,
which is wonderful and I'd love to brag, you know,
I brought him over the finish line. I made it happen.
A lot of people made it happen. I maybe played
a small part in it, but I certainly think I
probably pushed him over the finish line. But it doesn't matter.
I didn't ever said in the article that I wanted
him to give give her a pardon, because a pardon

wouldn't work. She's convicted of a state crime, not of
a federal crime. And a president can't pardon you for
a state crime, which is why he pardoned Steve Bannon,
and then Steve Bannen went to prison. Why because you're
state put Steve Mann in prison. The president can't do
anything about a state crime. So that pardon is not
gonna work for the moment. But it does. I'll tell

you what it does do. It focuses a lot of
attention on Tina Peters, and it's got to have Colorado
officials really scared, really nervous. This is not what they
thought would happen. They thought she'd just die in prison
and go away and that'd be the end of it.
They don't understand the whole world is now watching, and
they got to be aware of that. The entire world
is watching. If she dies in prison, you have no idea.

What's gonna happen to you? You have no idea. How
about of a million people march on that prison and
a million people are outside screaming murderers, murderers, murderers. How
about I have a million people march outside the Colorado
Governor's office screaming murderer, murderer, million people outside the Attorney

a new Jesus Christ if she dies while you are
torturing her every day in a freezing cold prison in Colorado.
A seventy year old gold star mom whose son died
as a Navy seal, who beat lung cancer and might
have a reoccurrence of lung cancer right now. She's very sick,

and three attempts have been made on her life. According
to our attorney, Peter Tickton, three times they've tried to
murder her in prison. Now they've got her in solitary
confinement twenty two hours a day. The woman's being tortured
because she found proof that Democrats stole the twenty twenty election.
So if all I did was get President Trump to

focus on Tina Peters and Therefore, President Trump made the
world focus on Tena Peters. Then I did a good job,
and I'm proud, and we got to figure out a
way to get her out. And it won't be the pardon.
They've already announced the governor of the deter in general,
they will not honor the pardon, will not that the
pardon does not apply to a state crime. Why are
they so intent on keeping Tina Peters and killing Tina Peters?

Why because she knows where the bodies are buried. She
can destroy their entire narrative of the twenty twenty election.
You know what that means. That means she's a witness,
She's a whistleblower. They've got to go and remove her
from prison. Federal troops, a swat teams, you know, an
army of US marshalls has got to go to that
prison and remove her at gunpoint because she is a

she is a federal witness of a federal crime, the
stealing of the twenty twenty election. You got to figure
out some way to get her out. If that's the way, witsec,
or if you just tell the Governor of Colorado billions

tax on overtime. Those three probably won him the election.

reason when I write a commentary, it's important I say it.

a soapbox. I've been on the highest mountain. I've been

screaming the code vaccine will kill you for five years now,
you know, twenty twenty one, twenty two, twenty three, twenty four,
and all of twenty five five years I've screamed that
the COVID vaccine will kill you, and the COVID vaccine
will cripple you, and the co vaccine is it's either
the biggest failure, the biggest mistake, or the biggest intentional
mass murder in the history of medicine and healthcare. Probably

a mix of all the above. Probably a mix of greed,
and a mix of ignorance and incompetence, and a mix
of an intentional mass murder event. Probably all the above,
little bit of the above. Different people have different reasons.
But this vaccine is so deadly, and I'm the one

of the few who ever screamed about it from day one,
with a mainstream show. Right, I had a real, nationally
syndicated radio show, a newsbacks TV show. I've been a

And I was right. And today the FDA announced they're

putting their most serious warning on COVID vaccines, which is
called the black box warning. Black box warning. The black
box warning means this drug could either kill you, seriously
kill you, or seriously injure you, and you should think
twice before taking it, whether the benefits are outweighed by

the risks. This is what should have been on it
for the first day. Even if you agree that we
needed it, it should have been on it for the
first day, so everybody would think twice. If you still
wanted to get it, then get it. But even that
part of it, I'm being way too nice, way too generous,

because the fact is we had a epidemic in nineteen
seventy seven called swine flu, and we gave sixty five
million people a swine flu vaccine, and I don't know
if you know this, Batar, thirty of them died. Thirty died,
so they canceled the entire program and that another person
got the vaccine. They gave it to the first sixty
five million. Nobody else ever got it because thirty people died.

Do you know how many? How many thousands and thousands
have died from the COVID vaccine? Not thirty, not thirty thousand,
not three hundred thousand, More like thirty million worldwide have
died from the COVID vaccine. Millions and millions of people
have died for the co vaccine in the United States.
Everybody's guessing somewhere between five hundred thousand and a million
people have died for the co vaccine, and there must

everybody looked the other way. Everybody danced through the graveyard,

America now who make believe the Holocaust never happened. The
entire United States media decided the Holocaust never happened, that
nobody would ever know there was a holocaust. But if

it a juck? Cost This was everybody was killed and
injured and crippled and disabled by the COVID vaccine. It

They just ignored it and said nothing. They were like

I know nothing. The media made believe nothing ever happened.

all around the world, and by the hundreds of thousands
in America, and hens of millions injured. You know, like
my best friend growing up in life, Matt, lives in
Tampa Bay, and he got the vaccine. He's never been
the same, and he's very sick right now. He's going
back in the hospital tomorrow. He just texted me and
he blames the vaccine. He knows the vaccine did it

to him. He's listened to my show. He knows what
a terrible mistake he made. Since the day he got
the vaccine, his immune system has been gone. He's a

the good news is the FDA is putting the black

basis are, and every single one of them have been
drilled except this one. And because there was a uranium
mine out here, and whenever three Mile Island melted down,
the Burial of Land Management decided not to let anyone
drill it until it was reclamated. So three years ago

I got a call, because I did Ultra, they wanted
me to drill this, and because they got the permit,
the reclamation in the mine was finished, and we drilled it,
and as they say, the rest is history. It's certainly
by far the biggest thing I've ever found. And you know,
I'm not saying it'll be you know, ten thousand.

Will go to thirteen million.

I can't tell you with great confidence that it's an
order of magnitude bigger than the Pine Atlantic Client and
Jonah Field and Ultra patrolling.

So let me ask a simple question that maybe the
average person home would ask right now, my average fan
might ask right now, which is, how do you know
this mark? Perhaps it's the last base that hasn't been
drilled because there's no oil and gas there, How do
you know it's going to be this big well?

Speaker 5 (25:56):
We've already drilled basically a third way down in the
elementary section, and that's how we know, because we have
logs and tests on the wells that we drill so far,
so we already know that there's over pressured gas zones
very much like a layer cake. And because we have
hundreds of miles of seismic and a way to interpret

(26:18):
that seismic's called a synthetic, we can see we've got
enough room for up to five hundred wells that we
can drill horizontally on what we've already found.

Speaker 3 (26:29):
So it's very exciting.

Speaker 5 (26:31):
We know the gas is there and it's just a
matter of drilling up this field and as they say,
the rest will be history.

Speaker 1 (26:40):
What are your plans for drilling this year right now?

Speaker 5 (26:44):
Well, I think the key is we're going to be
drilling this year a deep well to test the deeper zones.
And some of those zones are we think are going
to be very similar to a Lost Souldier field which
I named my company after, that's already produced over.

Speaker 3 (26:59):
Four hundred million barrels of oil.

Speaker 5 (27:01):
So we expect to be able to test as many
as another eight or nine zones below what we've already found.
If what we just already found was five hundred locations,
we've got a giant field already, but we actually think
there's more potential even below us.

Speaker 1 (27:19):
So natural gas is what powers data centers. And if
you watch any financial media, you know that data centers
are the big rage in America. Everybody wants to build
data centers all over this country and all over the world.
You're planning a data center to be built right there
on your lost Soldier property. Tell us about it?

Speaker 5 (27:40):
Well, I think I just might mention you besides me,
the gentleman by the name of Harold Ham that is
one of the most famous guys in the oil and
gas business, certainly the most famous in the Rocky Mountains.
Just had a meeting in Tulsa, according to the economists,
and got together with CEOs of large independence and they
all agree that gas and data centers is the future.

(28:03):
And it's my belief that this test case that we're
doing right now, being able to show economically with all
of the new science that has been developed, that we
will be able to open up a new business, the
deep over pressured gas business that will be the source
of the supply for all of these data centers. No gas,

(28:24):
big gas production, no data centers. It's that simple.

Now.

Speaker 5 (28:28):
Cole might provide a little, but mostly it's going to
be a natural gas.

Speaker 1 (28:33):
You and I had a chance to have dinner in
Las Vegas, live and in person. You and I had
a chance to really get to know each other last week,
and I had a fantastic time. You're a brilliant guy.
You're a nice guy, You're a gentleman, You're a class act.
I want to make sure everybody knows that I was
so impressed. You talked about the fact that all the
pipelines are already in because so much drilling has gone

(28:54):
on around this area and they're all headed for the
place where the most natural gas America's used used California.
So you could spend decades piping natural gas to California.
Do I have that right?

Speaker 3 (29:09):
Yeah?

Speaker 5 (29:09):
Absolutely do. The incredible thing is that the trunk lines
that go east and west to the East Coast and
the west coast to California are about fifty miles away
at wan Setter.

Speaker 3 (29:20):
All we're doing.

Speaker 5 (29:20):
Right now is building a pipeline, a five mile pipeline,
and we're going to be drilling for the next thirty
six months. We expect to fill that pipeline up with
fifteen to twenty wells, not five hundred, and then within
five years we expect to put a forty two to
a forty six inch line that would handle two and
a half to five bcfday, And my crystal Ball says,

(29:43):
we'll be the biggest producer of natural gas in the California.

Speaker 1 (29:47):
All right, and you expect to go public as well,
that's in your plans and fairly quickly, right next couple
of years. You expect to be a public company like
Ultra Petroleum.

Speaker 3 (29:57):
Well, that's exactly right.

Speaker 5 (29:58):
I think the key critical thing is as soon as
we fill that pipeline up and we start building the
forty two to the forty six inch line, and we
know we're going to have that gas production. We're going
to get a wonderful valuation in terms of the stock market,
and so Nedland Sewell, who's the number one energy company
in the world that does valuations, is going to do

(30:20):
the work for us. Actually, my father was their first
client in their early nineteen fifties for Texas Oil and Gas.
