•Someone engaging in my youtube content actually helped them find a job. A winner was watching and now they are working in crypto compliance, simply by showing interest and being engaging (mentioned: Lorne, Breadcrumbs, Tayna, Chris)
•If you really want to get into crypto, these companies will find a place to use your full potential, so sometimes applying for positions that seem “lower” than where you are at a traditional FI, will still result in you being placed at a high level. You just never know. But the winners are watching
•When you are creating your own positions there is no other competition / no other candidates / no other applicants. You must have the right mindset and confidence
