Così come Google Analytics, anche la Search Console è totalmente gratuita.
Si tratta di uno strumento un po' tecnico, che spesso gli albergatori non conoscono, ma che può aiutare a gestire al meglio la visibilità on-line della propria struttura ricettiva.
La Google Search Console ha una duplice funzione: da un lato permette di vedere i dati relativi alla visibilità del nostro sito su Google. E dall'altro fornisce informazioni utili per monitorare il corretto funzionamento del sito.
Per quanto riguarda l'aspetto della visibilità su Google, la Search Console rispetto a Google Analytics consente di analizzare in modo più approfondito il traffico organico ricevuto.
Il traffico organico sarebbe quella fetta di visite che sono generate in modo gratuito da Google. Sostanzialmente, è il traffico che riusciamo ad ottenere senza l'ausilio dei risultati a pagamento.
La Search Console oltre a dirci quante persone arrivano sul sito tramite ricerca organica, ci dà anche la possibilità di comprendere com'è posizionato il sito e di quali sono le parole chiave che portano più visibilità.
Per visualizzare questi dati, ci basterà andare nella sezione Prestazioni della Search Console.

Un'altra parte molto interessante per ottenere informazioni sulla visibilità del nostro sito è la sezione Link.
Dentro, troveremo tutti i link relativi al nostro sito, sia quelli interni, che esterni.
Consultando questa sezione si potrà capire quanti siti, portali e blog hanno al loro interno dei link che puntano al nostro sito, così da comprendere quali sono le realtà che ci danno visibilità.
Ma la Search Console non parla solo di visibilità, ma fornisce anche indicazioni inerenti al funzionamento delle nostre pagine web.
In questo senso, uno strumento utile è quello legato all'analisi dell'usabilità del nostro sito su dispositivi mobile. Grazie a questa, possiamo ricevere da Google delle segnalazioni circa eventuali problematiche di navigazione del nostro sito in ambito mobile.
Un altro strumento utile presente nella Search Console è quello per misurare la velocità di caricamento del sito, sia su mobile che su desktop.
In questo caso, viene segnalata ogni pagina del nostro sito che risulti particolarmente lenta. Un aspetto interessante è che Google dà un'analisi differenziata tra i dispositivi mobile e quelli desktop.
Insomma, dovreste aver capito che la Google Search Console è uno strumento veramente utile, sia per monitorare la visibilità, che per capire lo stato di salute del nostro sito.
Proprio per questo, considero l'attivazione della Search Console uno dei primi step da effettuare quando si pubblica il sito internet di un hotel o di una struttura ricettiva.

The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains.
