Ale podczas swojej ponad 9-letniej kariery jako rekruter widziałem nieraz, że decyzje o zatrudnieniu nowej osoby były podejmowane pod wpływem emocji, w nieprzemyślany sposób, co kończyło się ostatecznie szybkim zwolnieniem zrekrutowanej osoby.
Stąd 2 ważne pytania:
Czy podczas rekrutacji pytasz hiring managera, z czego wynika potrzeba zatrudnienia nowego pracownika?
Czy kandydaci pytają Cię, jako rekrutera, dlaczego firma szuka kogoś nowego?
Z moich obserwacji wynika, że nie zawsze managerowie zdają sobie sprawę, dlaczego szukają nowej osoby. W ogłoszeniu widzę utarty slogan: “W związku z dynamicznym rozwojem firmy…”, ale co to tak naprawdę znaczy?
