When you hear the idea of slowing down, do you feel like "I wish I could do that" or "that's a nice idea but really not for me"? Today we're talking about slowing down - living and working at a slower pace. I personally discovered that by slowing down my own work gained more depth and richness, in spite of the fact that the "old me" from 10-20 years ago would never even think about pacing down as something positive and productive. I want to talk today about high achievers as I consider myself of being one and is it really possible for us to slow down.
What if there was a different way to live and work? Hard work, hustle, thinking and planning created a lot of success for you along the way - but now you’re feeling called for something more. A way to live and work that is nourishing, grounded, meaningful and in line with your deepest, truest self. This podcast explores nature-based personal growth for high-achieving women. Join author, entrepreneur and alchemist Amanda Cook as we explore topics like mindfulness, seasons and natural cycles, plants, ancestors, herbal medicine, slow living, nature connection, mindset, limiting beliefs, conscious lifestyle design and more. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, leaving corporate, reinventing yourself at midlife or at a turning point - you’ll discover the practices, mindset, rituals, remedies and inspiration to create a life and work that fits you.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
