Joe is a psychologist and executive coach and author of “True Perspective”. After graduating with a Master of Organisational Psychology, Joe spent 7 years working for Gallup, a global leader in engagement and strengths based development. He became a strengths based coach, engagement expert and worked with senior leaders all over Asia. He then went on to spend a few years working for Chandler Macleod leading the Client Services team, running culture change programs, executive coaching, and psychometric assessment for selection and development. Most recently he was the culture lead and internal executive coach supporting people at all levels of seniority.
