Dla mnie Walentynki to dzień symboliczny, w którym przypominam sobie, że jestem otoczona różnymi formami miłości.
Miłość rodzica, miłość dziecka, miłość partnerska, miłość przyjacielska i miłość do samej siebie.
Choć wymieniłam ją na ostatnim miejscu to wydaję mi się, że żeby wszystkie inne formy miłości mogły być dojrzałe, to właśnie od niej trzeba zacząć.
I nie jest to proste, ale w tym odcinku opowiadam Wam o swojej wizji tego jak budować silną więź z samą sobą.
Taka więź, która będzie miała w przyszłości szansę procentować i sprawiać, że wszystkie inne formy miłości będą pełniejsze, szczersze i po prostu Wasze.
Opowiadam Wam o budowaniu miłości do siebie nie tylko z pozycji ciała (ale nie pomijam go bo bez niego nie można mówić o głowie), ale również z pozycji akceptacji, doświadczania i mentalu.
