clients up level into their best lives. Stephanie is also a practicing Reiki master
providing spiritually-guided healing energy in her sessions.
Currently, she is launching a new premium coaching program to assist those dealing with
autoimmune thyroid symptoms in transforming their healing journeys, using
techniques and practices from her own experience overcoming Hashimoto’s. She
is also a contributing author to the newly-released “Prayers In My Gumbo - Book
Two: The Caregiver’s Recipe For Peace” by Nadine Roberts Cornish.
Stephanie earned her Health Coach certificate at the Institute for Integrative
Nutrition in New York City, and her Freedom Coach certificate through Cynthia
James’ coach training program. She became a Reiki Master at the Reiki Light
Academy in Bowie, Maryland, and also holds a Bachelor of Science from the
George Washington University.
Stephanie works full-time, lives in the Washington, DC area and is the proud
mother of two grown daughters. In her spare time she enjoys exercising, dancing,
reading and journaling. She also has a budding passion for astrology.
