While wrestling fans and others online have been captivated and disturbed by a recent trend of AI-generated wrestling videos, the WWE is facing its own set of internal issues, from a murky championship picture to dwindling viewership, creating a "blurry vision" for the company's future.

The rise of OpenAI's Sora has led to a surge in viral, and often bizarre, videos depicting real and deceased public figures in WWE matches. These AI-generated clips have featured historical figures like Queen Elizabeth II and John F. Kennedy, as well as deceased celebrities, in realistic but unsettling wrestling scenarios. The trend has been labeled as "disturbing" by many, with some users creating offensive matchups featuring figures like Epstein, Stalin, and Hitler. This phenomenon of "AI Wrestling" has brought a new, and for some, unwelcome, dimension to the wrestling world.

Within the WWE itself, the main event scene has been thrown into disarray. Following a grueling match at Crown Jewel, World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins suffered a legitimate shoulder injury that will likely force him to vacate his title. This has led to a hastily orchestrated heel turn by Bron Breakker and "The Vision," leaving Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes without a clear, top-tier challenger. This sudden shift in storyline has been criticized by fans as a reactive move that further muddies the creative direction of the company.

Adding to the company's woes, recent reports indicate a significant decline in television ratings. Viewership for WWE's flagship show, SmackDown, has seen a sharp drop in late 2025 compared to the previous year. This decline is attributed to a series of questionable creative decisions throughout the year, including a poorly received heel turn for John Cena, a lackluster finish to the WrestleMania 41 main event, and inconsistent, bland storylines. These creative missteps have contributed to a sense of confusion and frustration among the WWE fanbase, leading to a "blurry vision" for the future and what appears to be a dwindling television audience.

like doorstr Lee. If you are interested, reach out to me.

it very affordable for you. And I'm also looking for
donations cash at Veno, PayPal, buy me a coffee, whatever

greatly appreciated Kingofpodcasts dot com. You can see the links
there for donations and also the contact forums. You go
and reach out to me so they can go ahead
and we can talk about advertising if that's something that
you feel interested in doing. So let's talk about AI wrestling.
So the AI clips that are going on now, all
along TikTok, YouTube feeds, YouTube shorts, Instagram, all this, they're

(01:55):
making the rounds. They're pretty funny, they're entertaining, but they
also tell a story about how out of touch the
current creative team is. Nwe right, Tkl's fine, Listen, they've
made their money, they've already set up the broadcast deals,

(02:15):
and the execution of those broadcast deals are obligated to
the creative team. And of course I'm saying they're failing.
They're not doing good. It's one thing to be failing,
you know, like it was in the past, with bad
gimmicks and bad storylines, But when there's next to no storyline, basic,
whose line is it? Anyway? Promos and this rough shot

(02:39):
booking they're doing right now, where all of a sudden,
sudden heel turn for bron Breaker, the vision is decimated,
the return of the bloodline the MFT and seeing them
in face paint and just trying to figure things out.
It doesn't make any sense. And there's just not much

(03:01):
buzz going on with this product, except for John Cena's
retirement tour, which is obviously getting buzz. Sixty thousand people
were willing to go ahead and buy tickets if they
could get them for his final match, and you know,
much like Rick Flair had Rick Flair's last match pay
per view, w should have done the same thing. Not

(03:23):
a Saturday night spin event that shouldn't have been like that.
They should have actually put together a pay per view
just for John Cena as a tribute to him, and
that would have been great. But this company, whoever's doing
the work back there planning and plotting, they're not thinking
about that. They don't have much of an idea of

(03:44):
what they're going to be doing to book because we
really don't have a stream of built up opponents for
seth Rown's who is now injured and I'm guessing we're
gonna have to have the vacated title, well we title
how to be up in a tournament or something, I
don't know. And then Cody Roads, who does he got?

(04:05):
I don't know. But there's just not much meat on
the bone right there to sink your teeth into. Not
much seasoning on the steak, not much jelly on the toast,
but the bread and not much burger in the bun.
It's not there. And so I'm fascinated by the AI

(04:25):
wrestling stuff because it harkens back a time of the
add to era, Ruthu's aggression, and you can catch some
of the elements that are out there that people are
caring about. And if I were creative, I'll be paying
attention to social media right now, not for the social
media numbers that you know, the disco in furnace of
the world are gonna say, well, that's the real business

(04:47):
of w B, right is there? They're really they could
show their social media numbers to show how good they're doing.
That's their performance. No, but people that are actually doing
the whole social media stuff, I mean, we haven't seen
anything right now. How about copyright yet? That actually hasn't
happened which I'm surprised by. But I would be surprised,
you know, maybe there would be something that happens to

(05:07):
gunn Crete, some kind of a stir. Maybe the folks
in Titan Towers think this is a good thing. Oh,
we're gonna get the promotion of the brand and we
don't have to do anything, I guess. But the thing is,
you hear Michael Cole's voice, you hear Jennith King, Lawler, Wade,
Barrett Booker, t all these different voices being brought in,

(05:29):
and they're repurposing whatever kind of videos are generating. These
fans that are doing this, they're taking historical figures, right
They're taking Martin Luther King Jr. Queen Elizabeth, Helen Keller,
Rosa Parks, Stephen Hawkey, all these different people together in

(05:52):
various videos, and they're fascinating. But it's the most viral
wrestling stuff we have right now. Tell me anything else
that has been much more viral than this, except for
heel turns or pops or whatever. Like, Really, when I
see some of the things they're doing right now with
a I with the Sora to platform, and people are
putting up these videos all over the place, it's fascinating.

(06:16):
Let me put you a couple of different clips of
this kind of stuff going on. We already heard the
MLK heel turn. These are a couple of these top
five craziest AI wrestling videos, So let me play you
more of this.

Speaker 3 (06:29):
Is really down the rip, she's climbing the cat even
Hunky down.

Speaker 5 (06:43):
He's got no fare on top of the cage.

Speaker 6 (06:45):
Are you kidding me?

Speaker 4 (06:51):
To Albert Einstein being slammed through the announced table by
Queen Elizabeth and all her blue splendor. Incredible, But this
stuff is like wacky off the wall. That's the moves

(07:13):
that are excitement and all. And like, we know these people. Look,
we know who they are historically, we understand the characteristics
of these people. They're multidimensional people, they're real people. But
it's something that I think that the recreative needs to do
a case study on and pay attention to the fact

(07:34):
that if fans are generating AI of this, they're not
generating AI of seth Rawls or Jay Usso coming out
with their entrances or Blake Monroe's interests or you know
whoever else. They're not doing that, they're not recreating real
Ripley's interests with somebody else. They're doing this stuff. So
imitation is the best form of flattery. It's also the

(07:55):
best note of what people remember about you, or remember
what's memory about what you've done. Okay, there are always
certain TV shows that are out there, and wrestling is
no different that there are characteristics that people will remember
of why people watch these shows, and WWE has missed

(08:17):
the point about it. They are not on the target.
They're well off the target right now with what they're doing.
More of the aresting videos sick a listen Tampa, and
that was Crispin Wah coming into aw which got a
lot of press. Then you have more things like, oh

(08:40):
I forgot about this. So here's mister Rogers and Bob
Ross at each other.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
You hear me, Bob, you can take that paint brush,
shine it up real nice, turn that sun bitch sideways,
and stick it straight up your candy ass.

Speaker 1 (08:53):
Now.

Speaker 4 (08:54):
Then you have Ronald Reagan against Richard Nixon in a rematch.

Speaker 2 (09:01):
Honorary can is I'm not a crooked, but the things
I'm gonna do to you tonight can't be pardoning.

Speaker 3 (09:08):
Oh I learned about later Gate, Well, I brought my
own game.

Speaker 1 (09:15):
That's right.

Speaker 7 (09:16):
I tore down the iron and brought it here. Say
to you tonight.

Speaker 4 (09:23):
I'm just saying. Now, the AA is not perfect. The
characters don't stay in the right shape all the time.
But like still, there's something about what they're doing here
and the creativity the images that are being generated. It
tells you what people want to remember about wrestling and

(09:44):
what they would watch again if w did the right
thing about it. But they don't, and they're missing the
whole part of all this. So there's more to this.
Let's go into more wrestling AI clips. Here we go.
Take a listen to this.

Speaker 1 (09:59):
I have to the conclusion that wrestling is indeed fake.

Speaker 3 (10:02):
Why are you hearing that?

Speaker 7 (10:06):
Did he just say it's fake?

Speaker 3 (10:07):
He just set us pictures way on Monday night.

Speaker 2 (10:10):
Row across the ring, the Lord of Darkness himself Satan
ready to ignite.

Speaker 3 (10:13):
Chap shouldn't even be legal. Stevid Hawkey is airport for
the Professor.

Speaker 6 (10:23):
Blackbright.

Speaker 4 (10:23):
Here let it dance along the edge, I'm just saying.
And that last clip was Stephen Hawking on a forklift
being thrown into the ring. And the thing is it's
entertaining and it's in the ring and we were seeing
it and like, Okay, another thing is I just saw
this right now, Bob Ross painting the face paint of
the Ultimate Warrior. This is a throwback to all the

(10:47):
things we watched and wrestling that are campy, wacky, over
the top. This is Vince Russo booking in very many ways.
You get this off the wall stuff that's going on,
and I mean we might have panned it at that time,
but you know what, people still remember some of these things,
what's coming from these AA arresting videos and what people

(11:09):
can appreciate from it. But the truth is it is
fascinating and this is an indicator to w Creative that
they need to go and start paying attention now to
the fact that the bland whose line is any way
booking they're doing right now. The problems are getting out there,

(11:30):
combined out with the match match match scenario is not working.
The ratings are not gonna get any better. Okay, if
you said he wanted to do something to build up
what wrestling was best known for, which will bring some
audience back, Okay, you needed to do stuff like this.
The wackiness, the campiness needs to come back. I will

(11:52):
give credit tonight to AW on a couple of things.

Speaker 1 (11:55):
We had the.

Speaker 4 (11:56):
Whole thing with Rene Piquette and Tony Storm and Chris
statlandard is set up for their match, two matches being
set up for Wrestle Dream, and I just want to
make this point here. I'm gonna just play a little
bit of what happened that's been out there so far

(12:17):
in the ether on X to talk about what has
set up for the match coming up this weekend and
what they did, so two different clips I gotta play here.
First of all, Chris Statlander Tony Storm, a sit down
interview with Renee Piquette leading up to Wrestle Dream. And

(12:37):
these are examples of two very interesting both sides of
the spectrum when it comes to building up two main
event matches coming up this weekend, and this is what
we need more of. So here's the Tony Storm Chris
Statlander interview. Let's just play this back and we'll do
a little commentary with it.

Speaker 5 (12:57):
Ladies.

Speaker 8 (12:58):
First of all, thank you to agreeing to know physicality
during this interview.

Speaker 1 (13:02):
This Saturday at Ristal, the.

Speaker 8 (13:05):
Most long awaited anticipated matches in the history of the
women's division.

Speaker 7 (13:11):
Here, Okay, enough.

Speaker 4 (13:14):
Herself to stop.

Speaker 7 (13:15):
Your heads are.

Speaker 9 (13:17):
Tony, you go first, Chris, It's not you, it's me.
When I lost that title, I thought I would feel freedom,
a release of the years and tears I had spent
fighting for it. But I've felt nothing. My canvas went blank,
and my heart only starts beating when I dream of
winning it back.

Speaker 3 (13:36):
I am that title.

Speaker 9 (13:40):
Close your eyes and picture it, and it's around this waste.
I've done with that championship what no one else has done.
And if that means fighting it my absolute best to
take it away from a woman of whom I admire,
then so be it. And if you are indeed my murderer,
then so be that too. I don't know who I
am without that title, Darling, who are you?

Speaker 8 (14:06):
So?

Speaker 4 (14:06):
I love the part where Tony Storm's here, and again
this is with every opponent. It's something different with Maria May,
What a great storyline. And then you go on and
by wait, wait, do we have an MGF tod half
to night?

Speaker 1 (14:17):
No?

Speaker 4 (14:17):
I think he's not on TEA right, He's been kind
of out of the whole picture. Athena pretty good storyline
with her, the whole playing up of that, the Mercedes
Bennet stuff, leading up to that with them and the
whole steak dinner stuff that was. You know, you might
not have liked all of it, but there's a lot
of creativity around the Tony Storm character and every opponent
that she has so now trying to get the Woe's

(14:38):
World title back, Chris Statland's going to retort back, and
she's been pretty solid in this promo action, this promo
exchange right now over the last few weeks to set
up for this title match.

Speaker 7 (14:50):
You've let this loss cause you to lose yourself, but
you need to remember who you've been all along. Meanwhile,
you've never been able to figure me out because I
am constantly evolving. Who I am is a culmination of
everything I was before. I'm already different than the person

(15:12):
you faced at all out that was just a taste
of everything I will be. We are living in this
world and I am the champion of it. I am
an extraordinary being, a killer as dangerous as the cosmos
are large, a person who will outlive her doubters with

(15:34):
her determination, her grit, her ability, and the most deserving
of this prestige in this very moment, no matter the timeline.

Speaker 3 (15:41):
So god speed, Tony storm.

Speaker 7 (15:43):
I will give you the rest you so deeply deserve.

Speaker 9 (15:47):
Professional wrestling is a lie that reveals the truth. And
we've told some ridiculous lies. But at Wrestle Dream we
will find out the truth. You know the truth. You
just have to accept it.

Speaker 7 (16:06):
Okay, some very powerful word is just interview over, yes
suh to make me in the ring.

Speaker 4 (16:17):
Good stuff. But again, great setup for their Mattress Saturday.
One great example of something that's can't be crazy, but
also putting up the heat for this match, so creating
excitement wonderful. I can't say the same for when we

(16:37):
had wrestl Baluza and the setup for let's say a
J Lee and Sam Punk versus Beggy Lynch's wrongs. No,
or how about this past weekend where we had Crowd
Jewel and the setup for Okay, I guess rio it's
a very yo sky re Ripley really keeps saying Rego,

(17:01):
so again I think of Rijo. So I don't know
why they did that, but it gives me the confusion
right there. So there's that storyline. I guess that was
a setup for what they did at Crown Jewel Perth.
But then Cuddy Road Seth wrons the whole Paul Hayman
think and then the set up for the heel turned
that didn't make sense on Monday night, so now think

(17:23):
in itself. But then let's go into aw and what
they did with the setup for Darby Allen and John
Moxley coming up this weekend for their equip match, and
it's just excellent stuff.

Speaker 2 (17:43):
Situation we got going on here. Let's make sure we
all understand the implications. Oh An, I quit Matchrono. There

(18:03):
was a zero chance you're ever going to put me
into a coffin. The game was rigged. That was never
gonna happen. This game.

Speaker 8 (18:12):
Is rigged.

Speaker 2 (18:14):
In both directions. You will never quit. I'm certainly not
going to quit. So what are we gonna do? Man,
I'm out of ideas? And then what do you want

(18:39):
to do?

Speaker 7 (18:41):
How's this gonna end?

Speaker 5 (18:43):
Now?

Speaker 4 (18:43):
The thing is John Moxley and the full sociopathic character
he has right now master manipulating to Darby Allan because
he's always wanted to be a part of the Death
Riders in the first place and be part of this cause.
And Darbion knows that there were trying to use Brian
daisl to get to him and the whole setup of that.

(19:04):
And when you get these two in a jail cell,
and I guess I forget where we had it where
John Moxley or Darbieon went into jail. But either which way,
the jail cell thing that he did with the moody
music works, and this level of John Moxley being reserved, calm,

(19:25):
but very moody, very solemn, it works. And you're building
antention right now for this match because you know that
John Moxley is completely illusional and Darbion has to set
him in his place.

Speaker 1 (19:37):
If you want to be on the right side of history.

Speaker 2 (19:41):
Though it is never too late.

Speaker 6 (19:45):
It is John. I wish I could, but I can't.

Speaker 8 (19:49):
There's not a day that goes by that I don't
think about joining the death writers. I understand the cause,
I understand what it is you're trying to do, but
it's you. It's you I don't respect. This is all
about Danielson. I saw what you did to him.

Speaker 6 (20:10):
Why would I want to go into war with somebody
that can stab his brother in the back.

Speaker 4 (20:17):
And I love the multi camera shot here obvious not multicamera,
but the way that you went ahead and change shots
in here. At first of one, when Darby was talking
to John Moxley, you're seeing the reflection on the jail
cell deal as they're talking to each other, and then
you also hear the muffling of the speaker that they're
talking into to create the effect cinematic. This is the

(20:38):
kind of stuff that during COVID or, This is like
the stuff that Jermy Morash was doing with deleted Decay
or final deletion and that kind of stuff we were enjoying.
So to bring that back here for this just to
going to get dispatched over is a very big deal.

Speaker 6 (20:52):
Why would I want to go to war with somebody
that finds someone so disposable, someone that considers.

Speaker 2 (21:00):
Family Brian still talking about Brian. I did the best
I could for Brian Dagilson. This is a war for
the future of our sport.

Speaker 4 (21:14):
And the thing is now we're finally getting back to
the Thrial nucleus, the initial start of this plot, this
storyline that the Death Riders have started, and it has
not been executed very well. We're at this point where
Darby Allen is back into the picture and this works,
and I can appreciate that crumbling down.

Speaker 2 (21:36):
Might not mean anything to your Derby, But I have
never lied to you. Your opponent at wrestled Dream is
not me, never has been. It's never the guy standing
across the room from you.

Speaker 8 (21:52):
Now.

Speaker 2 (21:53):
Every time you go to the ring, every time you
climb a mountain, every time you jump your.

Speaker 5 (21:57):
Skateboard off the top of the building or off of
or set yourself on fire and shoot yourself out of
a cannon, you're.

Speaker 2 (22:03):
Fighting ghosts, the spirits and demons in the past.

Speaker 1 (22:07):
Whatever, it is none of my business.

Speaker 2 (22:10):
I've played that game. I've played that game a lot.
I've thought a lot of ghosts.

Speaker 1 (22:16):
That never ends well.

Speaker 2 (22:18):
Chasing highs, trying to prove to the world that you
are indestructible.

Speaker 5 (22:23):
In the most literal sense, that is a selfish game.
And I am not selfish. And this is the biggest
difference between meaning you.

Speaker 2 (22:35):
Going into Russell Dream and the thing that you cannot
get through your head.

Speaker 5 (22:40):
It's not about me.

Speaker 4 (22:44):
And by the way, the evolution of the Darby Owen
character as one of the pillars of this company to
get to this point right now. And you know we
haven't pulled the trigger on a title for him at
the world level. World time has not been to him
T and T title, yes, right, and also the tag
team titles, but not the world heavyweight title. And or

(23:07):
it'll be world title obviously I won't say heavyweight, but
either which way to get to that point. John Moxy
right now is helped to go and build that talent
to get to this point, even more so than what
CM punk did when he was in AW So I
gotta appreciate what they're doing here. But then a very
good move here where the inclusion of Pack that just

(23:31):
joined back and now as part of the Death Riders
makes the biggest difference here and some of the work
that's been best for Pack right now to be in
this role. It's been very good so far. Like I

(23:57):
like this so much better than heavy guler.

Speaker 1 (23:59):
Una out there.

Speaker 4 (24:05):
And the shooting of this and not following it, God,
is very good. Now we know it's garby Alla's face.
People still looks kind of bloody, and that looks really
good suppressing. Have you met a state where he might

(24:36):
say I quit in the same way when he gets.

Speaker 1 (24:39):
To the match.

Speaker 4 (25:01):
Wow, that's good stuff. One of the best promos or
one of the best segments we've had of the year.
One of the best Vinions of the year right there.
But that is indicative of what we need to go
and see more of, more drama, more emotional, just something
that is scripted, that is brought into a storyline, and

(25:22):
maybe it wasn't completely scripted, but they all know what
their characters are. There's a storyline that's been fleshed out
throughout over a year. Now we're gonna get to this point.
So that's good stuff all together, and I like that
and I hope we get more of that all together.
But then the question you have to ask is why
is it are we at this point? What is the

(25:44):
mindset of those in w right now that are instrumental
into how the mindset is in that place right now
with all the former that are part of this that
are now getting to be part of this system to
influence who is going to be performing better and who

(26:07):
is not now. Booker t obviously in NXT doing commentary,
obviously still has some say as to what's going on
because he is also the wid program which went through
a purge. By the way, that's incredible that you have
folks like Ridge Holland getting tossed by the wayside and
Kylie Ray tossed by the wayside because she got pregnant.

(26:28):
Things like that. Well, booker T putting out some commentary
on its Hall of Fame podcast, and he says that
we developmental talent have somewhere around two to two and
a half years to make an impression. Quote as far
as this developmental system, I would implore guys to think
that they have perhaps two two and a half years
at that. So you better remotivated and try to figure

(26:49):
out what this thing is all about. The clock is ticking,
and they're watching to see if you're one of the
guys that perhaps can make it on the main roster
and make it to summer slim and Wrestmania. Okay, but
when I look at the current roster, is there anybody
right now that looks like they would actually make it
onto the main roster? I mean Tony de Angel by
the way, somebody who makes a point here on X

(27:12):
has been in development for about eight years now, never
been pulled up. Wesley being released, and Wesley, according to
booker T, says he's a guy that's highly, highly talented.
This is delusion right here. Listen, Wesley is a guy
that I would have thought would have been safe. But
I think also about what this thing is all about
NXT being the developmental system. It's not because Wesley was

(27:35):
not a developmental talent. You can think like that or not.
Wesley's been there for what five years. When you've been
in the developmental system five years and you're not looked
upon as being someone that's gonna make it on the
main roster, you could be one of the guys that's
gonna get cut. I really feel like this guy, his
talent was extraordinary, one of the best North American champions
in a NXC, if not the best. A guy who
could go out there and fight and then you can

(27:57):
fly and do all that stuff too. A place for Wesley.
Of course he could go to TENA. He was there, Booker,
just like you were there. Of Course aw would pick
a guy up like just like that, because he's very,
very highly talented. Weslee. I never understand why he went
to NXT except for the fact that he was wanting
to be in w in that system. Okay, well he

(28:19):
got to be in there for five years. But I
never thought he was gonna be a fit there. I
always thought that, you know, yeah, you could have done
something where you could do more outside of the tag
team aspect with the Rascals. Absolutely, and he did so.

(28:39):
But the thing is is that w with a guy
like Desbick Xavier, now Weslee, if you don't do something
to build up the character of him, Okay, it's just
like anybody else they've had. Look at Ricochet right now
and the thing he's doing right now with Gates of Agony.
Then he has a fleshdock character. He's got the laugh,
he's got the glasses. I got this maniacal kind of

(29:01):
fieled to him. The heel Tourney's been portraying right now
has been very multi dimensional. You got something more about
him as a character, which is good. But the company
never looked at him that way anyway. They thought like
he was Superman, so we'll just make him look like
a Superman character. But that was it with wes Lee.
What do they do with wes Lee? They did nothing

(29:23):
to make him look anything different at all. Wesley was
just changed name and nothing else. And I guess in
the NXT realm there is no thought that always that
every star and that's in there is developmental talent. So
you're telling me that Ricky Saints or Ethan Page or

(29:44):
Blake Monroe or All Developmental Talent or Jordan Grace. Those
are four bonifid names that have worked in others. By
the way, except for Ricky Saints. You got a lot
of TNA talent right there. What they are going through
right now is the last ceiling. They're not going to
just get to be put up onto that main roster

(30:06):
because nobody does. I mean even for l A. Knight,
he didn't make a transition from TNA or Impact Wrestling
to three. No, no, he had to go into NXT. But
there was something about him that resonated and I was
surprised they actually even brought him up, but they did
call him up. But he's also an older talent, and

(30:29):
you know, the way he could talk sounded like the
rocker stone Cold. That worked and it resonated well, and
he's living it up up there. Good for him. But
then there's also other stars that were teenage stars that
you know, they left three they were in the whole
system there for a long time. Bobby Lastly, Drew McIntyre,
Cody Rhodes, they left, made it in for themselves, chip

(30:52):
on their shoulder, came back to do more pretty incredible,
And so you look at what they're doing now with
developmental and it's like it's not helping, nothing like that
at all. It's pretty bad. So now let's move along

(31:13):
into w itself and talk more about what they've been
doing now in storyline and how people are defending it.
So one person defending it on AC says, what the
effs going on with Derie? It feels like a whole
different company. After wrestled Balza, this backdown was good, crowd
jewels great. Now this I the raw was effing incredible,
and what are we talking about as the efning incredible?

(31:35):
This person would say, it's seth Rawn's for the pop
getting turned on by a bron breaker. Let's play that
real quick.

Speaker 3 (31:50):
Quite about it.

Speaker 4 (32:01):
And yes, there's been a while that bron Breaker has
kind of shown that he's not necessarily completely on board,
even from the very beginning, so we understand that part.
And then broad Breaker now finally getting this role. But
what we're hearing about a lot now before I move
along with this is that this was something's going to

(32:22):
happen about a year down the line, maybe more towards WrestleMania.
After Wrestlmingia, that this was not going to happen now.
It was not expected. But because now we have the injury,
all they can do is just go and move forward

(32:43):
and say, okay, we're gonna just move bron Breaker up,
next man up. Nothing decided going to do for Seth.
Rowls are saying he's undergoing medical testing and the injury.
He's over to Crown Jewel. That was the head butt
that he did with and that was like the what
heard his left shoulder on the coast to coast diving
headbut on Cody Rhodes, which was a stupid move that

(33:06):
was not gonna add anything of the match, but they
did it anyway. They just figured, oh well, let's just
do it anyway here like this, and I was it
so Cody Rhoades bron Breaker Now guests change by the way,
I see Scott Seiner actually talking about, you know, I
wish where bron Breaker would step away from Paul Hayman

(33:28):
and let his and let his uncle do the work
for him. Look at what Scott Steiner puts on here
when he sees what's going on with Braun here. He says,
you take Seth Brown's a so called visionary and you
put him in a ring with bron Breaker a genetic freak.
But what Seth didn't calculate was the betrayal quotation. Now
let's do the math. Seth had he thought he had

(33:50):
one hundred percent chance of survival with Brauna to sign.
But what he didn't know is that Broun's got sixty
six to two thirds loyalty when you factor in blaming
blood lines, and the other thirty three third is pure rage.
So now set sitting there asking why, I'll tell you why,
because bron Breaker is not here to play backup. He's
here to take over. He's a dog face destroyer and
not on leash is off. So Seth, you took your

(34:10):
eye off the math. You have one hundred and forty
one point two thirds chance of getting betrayed. So now
you're just another statistic and the Steiner equation of pain.

Speaker 1 (34:19):
Love it.

Speaker 4 (34:21):
And there is no reason why Scott Steiner should not
be out there representing bron Breaker. And honestly, because of
this heel turn, we should get bron Steiner and just
change the name already. Let's just get it done. That
would be more interesting than me. According to the Fifles select,

(34:44):
they said the visions attack on Seth, wrongs was hinted
as a heavy creative pivot, and that the bron Breaker
split wasn't originally planet or in the cars until next year.
I don't even think they're gonna pull the trigger on
the bron Breaker turn or just start putting you on
a main event level. I didn't expect it. And by
the way Bronson reed now looks like an afterthought, a

(35:07):
broad Breaker should have just left the Vision altogether. I
don't like this anymore yet, just because Seth Brown's is
going away. What should have happened is broad Breaker after
he did that should have left. He should have left.

(35:28):
But now apparently the idea is that we're gonna get
the Survivor series and Austin Theory apparently is gonna be
the third person. So let's just do Monday Night Massaia
once again, and let's put Austin theory Austin Theory somewhere
to do something. I'm actually kind of surprised he hasn't
been brought down to an XT because of the way

(35:48):
you use him right now. Another personal ex rights and
says with how Paul Hyman has been the mastermind behind
all these swerves of all the Vision, I can't help
but feel another one might be coming. Seth rolso face
with the title make it look like he's on his own,
and then to get help from the Vision to screw
Punk over again. I could be wrong, but Paul Streker
record proves over otherwise doesn't matter. People were making too

(36:13):
much out of nothing. Let's make that point too. I
want to take for somebody else that actually wrote out
there and said not for nothing, but all the reporting
for the last twenty four hours from five one Peter
b Insider valid a lot of what was being said
regarding to the vision breakup being moved up as Seth
being hurt the seth led vision. This is from Russell

(36:33):
Pearson Iboo that actually wrote this and put this on X.
The seth Led Vision were skipped to be in a
Wargames match, and he has extremely direct sourcing on the
raws top angle. And while I don't ask anybody to
like me, the idea I don't hear from anybody is
very funny traditional info. He says that yesterday's raw largely
went as it was originally constructed or written down to

(36:56):
the Seampunk become the number one contender. No major rewrights
were done because the name tu Seth's injury wasn't fully
clear yet. Even the Legion's backstage moment was going to
be on the show. They just tacked on the turn
at the end of the show that was already prepared.
The bron Tour was originally going to happen months later.
Brocklus was gonna be brought into the Angle before the
Turn in order to work with brown Breaker, But in

(37:18):
a time since, raw W has not made a decision
on what to do with the World Heavweight Championship or
war Games. A personal speculation, he says, I could see
them throwing Punk into a match with Roman or Braun
to the termin the new champion, as Seth is likely
going to have to relinquish the title. I think they
could be doing a tournament here from my home point
and go back to that. I guess, well, you know,

(37:41):
don't do anything a Battle World that we don't need
to do something like that, stupid like that. But they
could do some kind of a tournament and try to
do something with that. You know, I don't know what
they would figure out, but it's the level of how

(38:02):
they have to do things right now, just to get
somewhere with the talent. If we could just look back
at a few things here from a while ago.

Speaker 1 (38:17):
You go back and.

Speaker 4 (38:18):
Look at the roster of NXT going back, and bron
Breaker was there making his way in in twenty twenty
one part of the rainbow ran right, so you had
him there four years ago. Bronson Reid also down there
four years ago, but then he also left and then
came back. And you think about stars you've had down

(38:40):
there just since twenty twenty one, okay, and you look
some of the NFT stars they had down there at
what they were doing with them. You had Austin Theory
that was down there, Andre Chase who's still there as
far as I know, Brooks Jensen who's still down there,
and Brick Josh Briggs also still down there, has not

(39:02):
moved up. If Carmelo Hayes that didn't move up, Cord
Jay that never made it up. Of the ladder, Duke
Hudson who has still been down there actually it's still
back in twenty twenty one, and I think even before

(39:23):
that and never has moved up four years down there,
Valon Henley's been down there since twenty twenty one. So
this whole idea of devilopmental talent. No, we just have
people that are just stuck down there just to be
stuck down there. I mean, you've had a couple of

(39:45):
stars that have moved their way up to the main
roster through WYA six, through American Made, you know, things
like that last sledgend is still down there four years later.

(40:07):
And the most important thing is that they had talent
down there. Tony Dangelo's done down there as well, right,
And you just think about the stars and also Trip Williams,
by the way, who's also down there for a long
time and still has not been moved up. My thing
is they have stars down that they care going to
start moving up and doing something with. But there's a
lot of squandering of talent down there, and there is

(40:29):
no set idea as to when they want to bring
somebody up to the main roster. It's favoritism and for
whatever reason, there are some stars that get to just
stay around, just get to stay around and that's it
and there's nothing more with them. But they're so stuck
there behind, waiting to do something more. And it's a
shame for that, but that's where they are. So while

(40:56):
there are all those wid people that were let go.
They're going to bring in a new crop of ID
prospects apparently, and apparently they're going to be revealed on
the Evolve show. So this will be a new developmental
pathway for independent wrestlers or prospects appearing on Evolve events
and some competing on NXT. So now this is a

(41:20):
new area of going which is just another developmental place.
And they say this is supposed to offer a clear
pathway to a potential career. Well, I don't know if
that's gonna happen or not, but they keep looking at it.
But we look at what happened so far right now
with Evolve, the stars they've had down there that they

(41:42):
didn't do anything with General Major Stevie Turner, Lance Nay Prospects,
Dark O'nox, j Mar Hampton, Zara Jaker, nothing but them
let go. And now we have I've seen obviously not
just what's going on with the sudden changes to storylines.

(42:07):
And I say that very lightly when I say that,
to look at what they're doing right now with the
creative changes on the backdown, which is a show still
getting gauged under Nielsen Big Data ratings and has seen
the average of the show from one point two to
three eight million viewers, dropped to just above a million

(42:28):
viewers on US never because of last week, and also
a significant drop in the eighteen forty nine advertising demographic.
So Bleacher Report actually to put out a story about this.
Mike Cchiari and I want to just take a couple
of points that you've made a point here about why
Creative is struggling right now, but the criticism is out there.

(42:53):
Says it's difficult to pend down as specific reason. But
John Stoner's retirement tour has drawn the ire of many fans,
which was gonna be the storyline I was gonna carry
the whole year, and it hasn't. It feels like an afterthought.
I mean, people were gonna care about John Cena retiring,
but still it's like so much more. Twin John Alba,

(43:17):
a sports illustraia makes a point about how the changes
have all come about for seth Ron's and how this
puts a wrench into everything that to doing Dave Melson
wrestling was The newsletter also leaves this is gonna be
a legitimate and that the World Headway Champion will be

(43:40):
undergoing shoulder surgery. Immi eminently and we'll be out for
several months and that creative plans rolling with the Wrestlingia
may be in for a major overhaul. So at the
moment there were still talks about this. Several versions of
the upcoming men's Wargame match for w Savira series on

(44:04):
the table, all revolving around the vision anchoring the heel
side of the equation and potentially adding a returning Austin
theory to the stable who previously worked with Rowls in
the Monday Night with Siagemmick and then Melts reported that
rawlins injury prospects necessitated the created team to early trigger
on Brawn, Breaker, Bronston to Read and Paul Haman turning

(44:26):
on the world champion with Angle going down on Raw
to write Rawlins off TV, and in addition to the
big angle with Breaker, Reid Hammon and Raw, Cmpunk was
crowned number one contender full heavyweight title and Melts explained
that the plan was for Punk and Rawlins to the main
event Saturday Night X Men event on the November first
in Utah with a belt on the line, and this

(44:47):
would lead to the Wargames matches to series with Rowland
serving as the Hill Team captain in the cage, and
also saying that while not Simon in Stone, w Creative
was working under impression that Rangs and Roman Reigns would
be a match for one of the main events at
rustle Many forty two next year, a return match of

(45:08):
sorts as Rolls defeated Rains and Punk at rustle Many
forty one thro this year, and it was in that
match that Haymon officially ran aligned with Rolls. The vision
was formed shortly thereafter, so as a side note, because
I mean, I'm gonna see not even that Wrongs would
be a champion by the time Wrestle Many forty two
rolled around. That we just had that feud that just
got restarted and rekindled. That's it. That should have happened

(45:29):
a long time ago. But none of this makes sense whatsoever,
none of it and it's not going tom By the way,
I talked about Bomb for Glory and Crown Jewel on
a post show this past Saturday. If you didn't have
the chance to go and catch that, please do so.
King of Podcasts dot Com, don't forget to go and

(45:50):
check that out real quick. And before he wrap things up,
I want to go just to speak a quick mention. Yes,
Wressell Dream's going to be coming up this weekend. I
gotta watch that while I'm watching FAU football because they're
going up against South Florida's at seven thirty, so both
things are going on at the same time. But I'll
make it work. I'll try to make it all work
out in the meantime. Eight matches announced darbyon John Moxley,

(46:15):
I quit match. I will take darbyon to win Hangman
on the Patriots Joe AW World Championship match. I'll take
Hangman Chris Statlan versus Thomas Tony Storm AW Women's World Title.
I will take stat lanner a Dressic Express versus Young
Bucks and the Tack Team match winners win a five
hundred thousand dollars cash prize. I will take the Young

(46:37):
Bucks proto Star Kyle Fletcher at AWT and T title
against Mark Briscoe. I will take Kyle Fletcher. But that
should be a really good match when you look at it,
and I'm not gonna be surprised if Kyle Fletcher has
another great match here with Mark Briscoe. No surprise there.
Brodido defeating the World Tag Team titles against the don
Kyllis families. Kazuchko, Okata and Konowski could could taketch to

(46:59):
the out Raymaker and Alpha with Don Callas at ringside,
I can see Don Kallas family wrapping in this one
up too. I expect him to win the tag team
tyles this weekend Feckle, We'll take on Jimmy Hater. I
will take Jimmy Hater for that win A Tornado Trino's
match Hurt Syndicate with Bobby Lashley, Shelton bene An MVP
against Rickachet, Bishop Kahn, tonalioa total Lyona the demand they're

(47:24):
called that. I expect the Hurt send to get to
win that match, especially after Shelton Benjamin took a pin
tonight on Dynamite. So that we got that so wrestled
dream coming to the Saturday. We'll catch that. I'll do
a post show for it, among other things, and it
sounds all good to me. We'll leave it all there,

(47:45):
So thank you for listening in a Zoie's due. Appreciate
you because it was amazing. Actually just this in three
takes because I got a little screwed up on the recording,
but it's all done. Hey, book the fourth wall for
a second. That's freaking one of my rules. Anyway, come
