Terry McDougall is a Certified Professional Coach who specializes in working with high-achieving corporate leaders to build a strong foundation for continued success. She coaches leaders from a variety of industries and functional areas, including individual contributor to upper level management. Terry brings both formal training as a coach and firsthand experience as a corporate leader to her engagements to support her clients as they work towards their goals.

Prior to launching her Executive & Leadership Coaching practice, Terry spent 21 years in marketing for two large banks. In her last role, she led the U.S. marketing function for 12 years for several business units of a large North American bank. Terry was involved in team management, talent development, hiring, restructuring, change management, performance management, merger integrations, marketing and communication strategy development and execution. She was part of the Senior Leadership Teams for the businesses that she supported and regularly advised and partnered with executive and senior leadership in a variety of functional areas to support business objectives. She leverages her understanding of corporate interpersonal and political dynamics to coach and mentor leaders who work with her.
