Chris is originally from Southern California. He joined the US Army at the age of 18, served 20 years and did six combat tours to both Iraq and Afghanistan. Following his life in the Army he struggled with his transition and coping with PTSD from his deployments. He found therapy through cooking and now owns and operates Chris's Dishes, a small Personal Chef business.
