Mam za sobą kolejna dobrą książkę. Tę pozycję polecił mi Wojciech Strózik z podcastu „Rozwój osobisty dla każdego”. To pierwsza książka, w której miałem do czynienie z tematyką duchowną .. no ok, w pewnym sensie duchowną. Autor miał w swoim życiu taki epizod, że trafił do klasztoru.
Posłuchajcie o czym jest książka „Zacznij myśleć jak mnich”, posłuchajcie kim jest autor Jay Shetty, a na koniec zróbcie sobie test osobowości – tak, o tym też dziś usłyszycie.
