L’abilità di guardare dentro di sé non è mai da dare per scontata, e spesso non basta una vita intera per imparare a conoscersi. Osservare i propri comportamenti, i propri gusti, le proprie reazioni e soprattutto le proprie emozioni: questo comporta un allenamento costante e soprattutto richiede ascolto.
