Mom Fined $88K After Kids Collect Clams From Beach

A woman in Fresno was fined $88,000 after her kids collected what they thought were 'seashells' from Pismo Beach!

when things started to go bad.I thought they were collecting seashells, but
they actually collected clams. Seventy twoto be exact. She got a ticket
on the spot and later received noticeshe would have to pay just over eighty
