(05:45):

the Charlotte Checkers chess or Backgammons. Checkers chess or back Gammons.
I'm gonna guess checkers checkers would be correct. There you go.
Does Charlotte Backgammons would be interesting mascot, wouldn't it? You
know what?

Speaker 3 (06:05):
I almost picked that one. I really did.

Speaker 1 (06:09):
Oh boy, All right, here we go for the win.

Thousand bucks out the way. Three it's kiss joke Upstation
ninety six.

Speaker 2 (07:14):
Five.

Speaker 1 (07:14):
Kiss am, did you my show a Wednesday edition for you?
Wednesday means ghost it. We'll hit you with one three
thirty and five thirty on the show. Three Easy hawome e, easy,
thank you? Where was I? Three thirty? Ghosted? On the
way Becky got ghosted by Madeline.

Speaker 3 (07:34):
I helped him win a bunch of money and then
he didn't split it with me.

Speaker 1 (07:37):
Okay, we'll get into that situation coming up about twenty
minutes from right now. I need to ask a question
that I've never thought I needed the answer to. Am
I supposed to be putting on deyodur before bed? Because
someone here at iHeart not going to say who, I
want to protect their in a nomindentity told me that

(08:02):
they put on deodorant before they hop into bed every night.
They're in a relationship, so there's someone sleeping next to
them every night and they put a coat of deodorant on.
Is this a thing I will do two times at
most I will do it. I'm a sweaty man. I'm

(08:22):
sorry for the visual. If you just pictured me listening
like a based Thanksgiving turkey, that's basically that with body hair. Sorry,
I keep giving you the visuals. I don't mean to,
so like, yeah, halfway through the day, maybe if I'm
changing an outfit, I'll throw on another layer just because
I am overly paranoid of my body odor scent the

(08:47):
bad one. So I'll do that. But I've never done
it before bed, never put on the deodorant before bed,
so I'm wondering if it's a thing, Shoot me a
text and let me know. We'll do like a little
Minuto two one six five seventy ninety six five oz.
You can call to it's the same number two one
six five seven eight ninety six five oz. Also hit

(09:08):
us up on that that talkback feature on the higher
radio red microphone to come to me right here in
the studio. You do that with your your Alexa, your
smart speaker. Play your bill when you win one thousand
dollars these beautiful seasons. Apparently, nighttime do youoderant is a
going growing trend amongst listeners to ninety six five Kiss
FM and The Jeremiah Show about I don't know twelve

(09:28):
or so text people. They put themselves on a layer,
this one under the three three to zero. I started
using nighttime de you orderant a few years ago, mainly
in the summer, just because it's better for my wife
when we're sleeping next to each other. Just a quick layer,
not a morning ready for the day layer. There you go,
a lighter layer. We'll do it for you. All do
ghosts the other way. In two songs, It's Kiss.

Speaker 2 (09:50):
FM, I believe stop staring at that rid receipt. Unless
a Jeremiah show find out why you got ghost it?

Speaker 1 (09:59):
No for a famous ghost story, I beg it. Welcome
into the program. Tell us what happened with you and
Madeline this far in your blossoming relationship? First date? Hey,
kas Mat, all that general background stuff before we try
to give her a call here?

Speaker 2 (10:14):
Sure, sure, sure, you know we didn't meet on a
little dating app, but it wasn't like an immediate go out.
We kind of went back and forth for a few
months and we both kind of said like, oh, we
don't like dating apps, Like what are we doing on
this thing? It was almost like a joke. We moved
over to social media and then we were like, hey,
you know what, it's kind of like we had a
little bit of history on each other, and we said, hey,

(10:35):
let's go out on the date.

Speaker 1 (10:36):
And I had.

Speaker 2 (10:37):
An amazing time. I felt like she was having an
amazing time. You know. We went out downtown, had dinner
in the flats, went to a casino afterwards. Obviously we're
having drinks, a lot of laughs, a lot of jokes,
and then like I won five thousand dollars.

Speaker 1 (10:54):
What on the date? You won five grand?

Speaker 3 (10:58):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (10:58):
So I was like, I was like, this is this
is our job?

Speaker 3 (11:02):
Like this is such a good sign.

Speaker 2 (11:04):
And you know, I mean, I'm I'm a guy. I
was raised a little call it old fashioned. So you know,
I'm already like making sure to take her out and
pay for everything, and you treat her or to speak,
so then I get this kind of bonus karma bonus.
So I'm like whoo, and I'm like, let's buy the
most expensive drinks or you know, like whatever you want.

Speaker 1 (11:22):
Yeah, right, you just want, dude.

Speaker 2 (11:25):
Yeah. So I'm thinking she's on this vibe with me,
like you know, like excited and like, oh my god,
you know that I'm treating her well blah blah blah.

Speaker 1 (11:35):
All of a sudden, you know, the.

Speaker 2 (11:37):
Next day, I don't think I didn't like a text
her the next day, but I didn't like go all in.
And the following day, you know, I text her and
called her and I was like, wait, what's going on here? Okay,
maybe she got busy, And then I give her the
third you know, the famous third, like attempted content, and
I said, I said, what what is it? She's ghosting
me here she's working men. And then on social media,

(12:00):
I wasn't blocked, but it was like you know when
someone takes a break or something's like, suddenly I don't
see your stories interesting. So I was just like, it
was very bizarre to me, and I said, hey, we
had a great time. Everything was steamed in lines. I
know she was laughing, having a great time. She was
holding my hand at some point in the evening that
she initiated, and I'm like, why would everything feels so good?

(12:22):
And then all of a sudden, you know she's.

Speaker 1 (12:24):
Gone on Wow, Okay, well let's let's let's take Colin
to carry on to the next steps here. I'm going
to play a couple of songs and we'll come back,
try to keep her a call and see if we
can get some clarity from her on what happened that
caused her to ghost You sound good, great, thank you.
We'll go glass animals and emtresses and more ghosts coming

(12:44):
up on the Jeremiah Show. It's Kiss FM. Good news
you won five grand, Bad news he got ghosted after
the first day we're talking about. Beckett to Jeremiah Show
ninety six five Kiss FM. All right, Becky, you gave
me Madelin's number. I'm going to give her a call now,
as we do, stay on the phone with us. Don't
say anything right away. Let us talk to her first,
and then at some point we will bring you back

(13:05):
into the chat here and figure out what's going on.
All right, here we go, good luck? Hello, Hi, looking
for Madeleine. Is Madeline available? Oh that's me, Hey, Madelene.
See Jeremia show ninety six five kids FM ha gar.

Speaker 2 (13:21):
All Oh hi, Oh my god, you guys.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
You're nice, very sweet, Madeline. I am calling you actually
about a guy you went out with by the name
of Beckett. He told us that you ghosted him. Is
that true? And why did you ghost him?

Speaker 3 (13:37):
Oh? Well, it's a little awkward. Yes, I ghosted him
because he we live on this date at a casino.
I helped him win a bunch of money, and then
he didn't split it with me.

Speaker 1 (13:51):
Oh okay, that's that's interesting because that's not really the
story we got from Beckett. We actually chatted with him
right before we called you, and he's still here. But
I can't did she helped? She helped?

Speaker 2 (14:02):
Yeah? Uh, I don't know.

Speaker 1 (14:04):
I would.

Speaker 2 (14:04):
I don't understand that exactly. I didn't split it because
I want it that's kind of what happens when you
play or when you gamble. We were, I mean, we
were on a date. I don't know why why I
would split.

Speaker 3 (14:15):
It with you, because you were ready to cash out
at like one hundred dollars and I hit the button
one more time, and you wouldn't have won without me. Oh,
you would have crashed out and walked away.

Speaker 2 (14:28):
What I mean, there was a point where I wanted
to move on, And yes, I do remember you did
hit the button and I think I won, like it
was like a forty five or fifty dollars like thing,
and it was like, oh, okay, this could be lucky.
So yeah, But then I then I kept on playing
in a row, and I even gave you a little

(14:48):
bit of money to play in the one next to me,
which you did for a second, but then you decided
not to and you were just watching me. And then
I hit it, and uh and I hit the five
K jackpot like right before I was gonna leave it.

Speaker 3 (15:00):
You wouldn't have even gotten that far without me. If
I hadn't pushed that button, you would have walked away.
That machine would have like cashed out for somebody else
on the five thousand.

Speaker 2 (15:11):
Yeah, but that's getting into a really weird place, like
if I hadn't decided to go to that casino, or
if I would have taken the left instead of a right,
that's kind.

Speaker 1 (15:20):
Of so okay. I'm I'm absorbing all this. So you
you had money in back? Did you put the money in? Initially?

Speaker 2 (15:27):
It was my everything was my money. I mustn't want
to be a jerk about it.

Speaker 1 (15:30):
But I paid for everything surely, right.

Speaker 2 (15:32):
I paid to the food on maid, for the gambling.
I even gave her money to gamble, like it was
all my money, and I'm the one who was pushing
the button. She did push the button once, but that
was like, like I said, it was like it was like, oh,
it's forty bucks.

Speaker 3 (15:44):
And then I gave her that money anyways to play.

Speaker 1 (15:46):
So you're you're on the slot machine, your your your goal.
You had like a pull out amount of like one
hundred bucks, right something like that.

Speaker 2 (15:52):
Yeah, And and I went just a little bit below that.

Speaker 1 (15:54):
And and so she hit it the one time right
before you were going to like you were getting ready
to cash out, and then she like, oh, you should
stay one more and she hit the button and you
you won but you didn't hit the jackpot.

Speaker 2 (16:05):
No, I was, Yeah, I went a little bit more
and yeah, but I did not hit the jackpot.

Speaker 1 (16:10):
No, I don't know. I mean, I don't think either
way you you would owe her money because it's not
like her money, right.

Speaker 2 (16:17):
No, it's one hundred percent, it's all my It was
my money to begin with them the whole time. She
contributed zero dollars to the whole thing. So I mean,
I mean, I'm absolutely feeling different now about Hold on
for a second. Did I just I just got a
low request to you serious.

Speaker 1 (16:32):
Wait from her?

Speaker 2 (16:33):
Oh my neph for me, I literally just grand because
I deserve that.

Speaker 3 (16:39):
And and then you know, accepting I'll go out with
you again.

Speaker 2 (16:44):
I cannot believe this is happening to me. You slide
into our d MS at Jayshow Radio and we'll get
to the bottom of it on the Jeremiah Show.

Speaker 1 (16:55):
Get you to a Cavs game coming up at four
thirty on the Chair showed ninety six five Kiss FM,
your hook upstation, still giving you a thousand bucks top
of hour every hour or two. By the way, we
don't want to overload you with too much. School pictures
are interesting in twenty twenty four. If you don't have kids,
it's all on websites now. But here's the thing I

(17:19):
don't see. I was looking at this the other day.
Where's the cool backgrounds? Did you guys have cool backgrounds
for your school pictures? I still have it. I gotta
find it somewhere. The lasers. If you're if you're an
elder millennial, probably even a millennium, maybe maybe not a
regular millennial, maybe only elder millennials gen xers. If I

(17:41):
say lasers in school background pictures, you know exactly what
I'm talking about. You know the pink, the blue crossing
over over that light blue background, and how amazing it was.
You didn't have to match it right. It was the epitome.
It was the top of food chain. If you had

(18:01):
the laser background in your school pictures. Are they still
doing that now? I mean, I know they're not doing
the lasers, but what was this is my question? Then
I want you to text me two one six seventy
ninety six five ozho bonus points if you can actually
text me the picture. What was your cool school background

(18:22):
in your school photos? Or maybe you got some kids
and they've got their pictures back already and it's cool background.
Would love to see it. I'm always here for a good, solid,
cool background. I'll find the one I got. I'll put
it up on our Instagram story at ninety six five
kiss FF and you you can't tell me that it's
not the best one ever. I mean, I'm rocking my
little Ritman Eagles football jersey with the red turtleneck. Are

(18:46):
you kidding me?

Speaker 3 (18:47):
Wait? Count it?

Speaker 1 (18:49):
Ritman North Street Elementary School had no idea what was
coming after him. The mullet was gone by then. What
was your school picture background? Did you a corner or
did you get stuck with a boring one? Be jealous
of all your friends you have all the Fomo Coller
textas two one, six, five, seven, eight, ninety six five
Oho hit up that talk back too on that I

(19:10):
heard radio at the red microphone there. Don't come with
me out right here in.

Speaker 1 (19:19):
So Jeremi show commercial free on ninety six five Kiss

I'm doing great. What's our gut feeling on how these
Cavaliers are going to do this year? We're going all
the way. I'm feeling good.

Speaker 2 (19:37):
I like it.

Speaker 1 (19:38):
We're at least going to go longer than the Browns.
How's that? I hope? So all right, the game is
swift lyric or slip not lyric. I'm going to read
you a lyric from one of these two human slash bands.
You tell me which is which? Get to a row?
You win? Okay, you got it? All right, let's start
with it took the death of hope to let you go.
If you still care, don't ever let me know. Is

(19:59):
that slip not a Taylor Swift? You didn't think it
was gonna be that hard, did you? Andrew? Be honest
with me right now, didn't I didn't.

Speaker 3 (20:08):
I feel like it's a trick.

Speaker 1 (20:09):
I'm going with Taylor Swift. Oh no, that slipknot. That
was a slipnot song. But thank you for playing, Andrew.
I appreciate you. By E two one, six seven eight
ninety six five. Oh it's swift or Slipknot. Offer some
calf tickets on your hook up station. We're ninety six
five Kiss FM, Bree, and you could up next to
play It's a Swift or Slipknot on the Jeremiah Show.

(20:31):
We're your hook up Station ninety six five Kiss FM
pre Good Afternoon, niggerl Pree. Would you say you know
more Taylor swift lyrics and more slipnot lyrics?

Speaker 3 (20:40):
Definitely Taylor?

Speaker 1 (20:41):
Yeah, I couldn't. I could name you one slipknot song
if I'm being honest with you, but their lyrics are
very similar. So let's see how you do here. Get
two in a row and you win your CAFs tickets. Okay, Okay,
all right, Bree, good luck. Tell me the rubies that
I gave up and the rust that grew between tell
of phones. Is that a slipknot or Swift song?

Speaker 3 (21:03):
I'm going Taylor?

Speaker 1 (21:05):
You should? That's from Maroon? Is I'm not good with
the deep cuts on Taylor? If I'm being honest with you,
that's no. Okay, Marie, Okay, anyways, here we go. Let's
get you another lyric. Is it slift, a swift or
a slip knot? I don't want to get back up,
but I have to, so might as well be today
Swift or slipknot. I'm going to go with Taylor going

(21:30):
with you'd be wrong. That is a slipknot lyric. You
breathe it's wild. That is wild to me. These lyrics
are so similar Summer, Thank you for playing Brie. You're
a lovely human, so you got that going for you.

Speaker 3 (21:44):
Thank you two.

Speaker 1 (21:46):
One, six seven, eight ninety six five. Oh, here we go.
Slift swift or slift not. That's almost a tone twister.
Still commercial free. It's kiss fens. Let's be smart about this.
I'm smart, so smart. It's time to smart you up, Cleveland.
You're not gonna be the stupid people anymore. With Jeremiah's
fun Fact of the Day lin Manuel Miranda is the

(22:06):
gift that just keeps on giving. I didn't know this one.
I saw a TikTok that says my Roman empire is
thinking about the fact. The woes in my shot from
Hamilton was inspired byy AOL and the dial up sound
listen to let himself talk about it.

Speaker 4 (22:21):
The whoa section I'll just say is based on the
AOL startup dial sound of a business because I wanted
it to feel like the world like sort of His

into the world, and I associate that was the first
time I signed onto the internet.

Speaker 2 (22:37):

you to Indy for that show. But a man down

(23:15):
He was arrested by the Way a Taylor Swift Aerator
concert Friday night in Miami. Ivan is his name. He
was charged with falsely impersonating an officer and interfering with
an entertainment event after police discovered him dressed in a
suit wearing a badge over his neck near the field
without a ticket. Ivan claimed he was hired by four

women to escort them as a security guard, but police
later confirmed he was actually their hired driver for the night,
not a guard. He remains in gusty with a fifteen
hundred dollars bond. Mad You think Taylor's gonna pay that?
She should? That'd be nice. Also, great life, Taya.
