The two of us will discuss the many different topics surrounding living with chronic pain. Such as facing ableism or bullying, managing day to day life, etc. We are not medical experts nor are we giving medical advice. Today, LND and Cid discuss chronic pain and the work place. Specifically, what events led up to the injuries/onset of the chronic pain symptoms and how that effected both of their ability to be in the workforce. Unfortunately, much of the focus of conversation is the toxic thinking that not being able to work brought out in both of them and how they handle these emotions today.
After a short hiatus LND and Cid are back! Todays episode, they discuss post traumatic stress disorder related specifically from suffering chronic pain. They both explore their pasts and presents, PTSD diagnosis and share some difficult stories.
