Back Pain Pals

Welcome to Back Pain Pals, hosted by myself LND and my cohost Cid where we discuss our journeys living with chronic pain. The two of us will discuss the many different topics surrounding living with chronic pain. Such as facing ableism or bullying, managing day to day life, etc. We are not medical experts nor are we giving medical advice. These are simply honest conversations of our own experiences with chronic pain and how we face these day to day. If you would like to contact us, please email at Backpainpals@gmail.com
