Zeno Matsumoto and I am recovering from PTSD. I am currently seeking therapy. This Podcast was designed to be a very raw and visceral listening experience. However, at the same time, it is intended to be entertaining while still having very serious undertones in regard to mental health. Welcome to my Adult ADHD Universe. This is my mental health journey. 3 decades of having lived as a traumatized person of color in America. I know that there are others just like me who have had to endure anxiety and depression and many other emotional traumas for years. While I don't quite know where I'm going with this work, I do know that this is what I have to do in order to process my traumas in a healthier manner based off my creativity abilities rather than dying by suicide. With that being said, "Are you feeling like killing yourself?" Then you may want/need to dial 988 right now and seek help because you're not alone and you're never alone. I have felt the same way and it is my strongest hopes that you know that there is better help.
