(00:24):
You don't know what's gonna say.Oh. I thought you were gonna
say you're so handsome, and Iwas gonna say I love you, Oh
good, love you too? Whatdo you what do you have to follow?
Follow it up with no? Nothing. I just wanted you to know
I love you. Oh that's reallynice of you, you know. I
just think, you know, sometimesyou won't say it enough. Oh that's
very nice. But I feel it, you know, I feel it for
you on a on like a brotherlevel. Right well, and you know

(00:46):
what, it's the same for methe sister. Have you never had a
sister? I never never had asister, No, like I have a
brother. I actually think it meansmore because I have a brother, you
know what I mean, and I'mputting on that same level with him.
It does, and you know, you're like the sister that I never wanted.
Billy and Lisa in the Morning PresentBehind the Scenes, look into Boston's

(01:06):
favorite morning show. That's a littletoo much information the after Show podcast here
justin any Winnie, all right, all right, let's see uh okay,
oh okay. When he's showing mea DM there that I can't read to

(01:26):
the public, We're very sorry. But it was basically just somebody saying that
they listened to the after Show. One really cool thing, Whinnie, is
when we're out in public. Yeah, happened at the book club event,
and then it happened at Splitsville aswell. When people come up and say
I'm an After Show Army member.Yeah, because it's like an extra step.

(01:47):
Yes, Like not only do youlisten to the show, but then
you go on to your I Heartapp and you listen as because you can
only get us on the iHeart app. So I appreciate you or anywhere you
listen to podcasts, not dude heard. Yeah, if if you're listening to
the After Show, you're a truefan, which which we appreciate. And
that's the purpose of the aftershow isto give you a behind the scenes look
because on a radio show, youknow, we only have a certain amount

(02:09):
of time. We have FCC guidelines. We can't do things like swear or
get two down and dirty. Notthat we want to do that here,
but this is a place where ifwe need to we can. That makes
sense, Yes it does. Soremember how yesterday I told you I was
going to be a bitch. Ithink because I'm counting my calories. Yes,

(02:30):
today, Billy said to me,what's wrong with you? Because I
was so angry during commercials. Iwas angry because that's when you usually eat.
Well, not I mean not likethat. I'm just I'm eating,
like obviously, you know, lessthan I was eating, and I'm hungry
and I'm trying to play. Andbecause we have such a long day,
we start early and I go tobed earlier sometimes. But like it's like

(02:53):
now, it's what ten thirty,it's really like one one or two for
us, it's lunchtime. I'm starving. Well, you're angry, Yeah,
and I feel bad, he thought, was mad at him. Yeah,
I know, I'm fine, butI'm like, no, I'm fine.
Yeah, I get that way too. I don't want stop for myself,
but I'm definitely consciously under eating.Well. I think also you happening in

(03:15):
the commercial breaks is when you typicallywould eat right when you have a break.
Yeah, so I think you knowpart of that is your mind or
your body wants food, right,it knows you know your body's on a
clock. Your you know your body'son a clock. Well, my thing
was like, I'm trying to like, I don't get a lot of calories,
so I'm like really trying to likespace out and I was trying not

(03:36):
to add in more when I workout. But I have to know,
you know what I did for hawwhile I was I was on keto and
an intimate and fast thing. Andthen I did for a short time the
one meal a day. Oh Iremember that. I remember that, you
were, Yeah, I remember that, which I liked it because I don't
think it was healthy. But whatI liked was, you know, I
didn't have to worry about food. There's a guy that does that, you

(03:58):
know that right on TikTok the dadin Florida, and he does one meal
a day and he eats whatever.I mean, he definitely does high protein,
but he eats whatever the fuck hewants. Yeah, he eats,
and he goes. He normally alot of times he goes out to eat
and he'll you know, go toTeke his roadhouse. He'll go to you
know, you know when knees orwhatever and gets where. He wanted just
one meal a day or he'll doNow it's more like he's changed up now.

(04:19):
It's more like he eats for likethree hour, like a three hour
window. But he called it likeone meal. You know, he'll do
his snat whatever. But yeah, and he does like you know, trains
people how to do it, andyou know, and they all seem to
enjoy it. I don't know, did you He said, you liked it?
I didn't think it was good formy body, but I liked I
like the fact that you know,I didn't have to worry about food and

(04:42):
when I should eat or you know, I have to worry about that.
It was like at five o'clock eachday, between five and six, I
would be able to eat, youknow. And then it was also that
reward factor, because you know wherewe love rewards as humans, you know,
it's it's that waiting for that mealtime to come, and then when
it comes eating, when you firsttake that first bite, it's maybe it's

(05:02):
because I'm an addict and that's whatI'm looking for. But um, yeah,
I did it for a little while. It was okay. You know
what, you know, the onlydiet that works is the one that works
for you. That's just I sayit all the time, and you do
you Yeah, Like, right now, what I'm doing is working for me.
I had I hired a coach,which is what I really needed,
and he's someone that's guiding me.And uh, that's that's what I needed.

(05:24):
You know what's crazy is, um, you know, I ate like
shit over the weekend and then yesterdayI just worked out and ate within the
calories and today I'm down four pounds. I know it's not really four pounds,
but the fact is that just likecleansing your body of that you know
whatever. Ye like, I'm alreadyon my way down. Yeah. I
actually got sick Saturday night. Inthe middle of the night. I had

(05:46):
my stomach was all messed up.Well, you eat a lot. I
ate a lot, but also itwas it was when I got back home,
I had ice cream. Well,no, I had see this is
why I get crazy. So Ihad like a burger. It was so
good at splitz Field. Wasn't thatsuch a good burger? So good it
was. So I had three daysin a row. Yeah really yeah.
I got it on Friday, rightbecause we were there all weekend. But
I went but I was there allweekend. So I went Friday and it

(06:08):
was like I got the burger. It was bombed. So we went back
on Saturday with the four of us. I'm getting into the burger. And
then I went back on Sunday withMike Vam like you know what, I'm
getting burger Like it was so good. Yeah. I went to UH I
had the burger and I had adonut. And then before I got on
the highway at in Mansfield Foxboro,Sorry, I got some king sized Twix.

(06:29):
They have salted caramel twicks. Whereyou go there's a gas station.
Oh yeah. And then so Ihad the twicks for the ride home.
And then when I got into Salem, I got some ice cream and just
messed my stomach up, which wasn'tgood. Almost I took my My wife
has this stuff. It's called it'sit's fucking amazing. It's called zofran.
It's a stomach It's so funny. One of my joctor friends prescribed it for

(06:54):
me one day. No, it'sthe only thing that works. Yeah,
they give it to you in dtoxwhen your dtox from drugs. It legit
because yes, yes, yes, well now and she knows. I think
she got a prescription for it becauseshe knows. It's what really works,
and it is. When I hadthe neurovirus, I took the zoe fran
and it worked. So anyway,we gotta go. I gotta go.

(07:15):
I'm headed to loll uh winnie lollloll. Definitely in the building. Yeah,
I am going to. Yeah.I'm hesitated to say this because,
um, I'm going to an alternativehigh school to meet with some of the
kids. Oh my god. AndI'm hesitant to say that only because,

(07:39):
um, you know, I lovehelping as much as I can, but
I can't be asked to go everywhere. I just can't. Well, who
asked you? No a listener andask to show I'm remember a listener reached
out to me many, many, many minute months ago, and I said,
listen, I'm super busy, butwe can lock down a date in
you know, three four or five, six months, and the time finally

(08:01):
came. We you know, Isaid I would do it. I'm happy
to do it. But you're theperfect person for this. It's good.
I'm an alternative school kid, youknow, so I'm happy to go there
for a little while and chop itup with them, you know. But
you know, please don't reach outand ask me to go. Because I
got a new puppy. I thoughtyou're giving her back, and life is
hell. You're giving her back.I think we are, but who knows.
You know, in two days shecould fall in love again. Who

(08:24):
knows. I don't know. Anyway, it is Wednesday, tomorrow, eight
ten. We'll have Boston calling ticketsand our usual antics anything else, Winnie,
