A bad workplace experience mixes the definition of boss and leader, and politicians lead people to believe that leaders are corrupt. Leadership is about service and about establishing a vision, not about barking orders. When the average man or woman, realizes that they too are leaders, and come to respect it, change will begin in homes, our communities, and in the world.
